Description

This man is Caucasian. He stands one hundred and eighty-five centimetres tall, and weighs approximately eighty-eight kilograms. He has blond hair and blue eyes. He does not appear to have any distinctive markings, tattoos, or scars. His hair is cut short at the sides, and a little longer on top. It's been slicked back with some kind of product, which gives it an uneven shine in the light.

He's wearing a single breasted navy blue suit, with barely distinguishable pin striping. He has an off-white collared shirt, and a black tie with a variety of shades of blue crossing it on a diagonal axis. The suit is tailored and taut over his muscular chest. A keen observer would not that both arms feature shoulder harnesses, enabling him to carry a gun under each arm.

He wears a silver watch with a dark blue face and silver hands on his left wrist, with the face heading outward. Below that, his pants match the suit. Over his feet, he wears matte black leather shoes.

History

Stephen Rockwell Trevor is the son Lieutenant Colonel Ulysses Stephen Trevor, and his wife, Diana Rockwell. When his mother disappeared, he was left to be raised by his father, which probably accounts for some of his bad habits, but not all. Despite the tragedy in his family, he grew up wanting to become a soldier, and he achieved that dream. Soldering was in his blood and he had to put his hands into the fire.

His started out much the same as every other soldier. He took part in all manner of missions, from simple escorts, search and rescue, to combat. The United States always seemed to be at war with some corner of the globe, so there was that. Eventually, he became a pilot, focusing more on reconnaissance. He flew a lot of different types of aircraft and he got to make a lot of contact. It eventually led to him being recruited as a spy.

During one mission in Southeastern Europe, which again was only meant to be reconnaissance, he stole a hard drive containing Latveria's plans to invade Sokovia. Doombots pursued him, and shot his stolen plane down over the Aegean Sea. He was saved by Diana, daughter of the Queen, and fought alongside her as the Doombots stormed the beach in pursuit of him and the hard drive.

Since that day, his life has never been the same. As a man, he was instantly viewed with suspicion and doubt, made more so by his uncanny resemblance to his great grandfather. If not for Diana, he they would have killed him alongside the Doombots. But his boyish charm, or chauvinistic ignorance, eventually won them over... barely. Somehow (thanks to the Lasso of Truth), he was able to convince them that he posed absolutely no threat to the Amazons, and he needed to get the hard drive to his superiors, for what good it did...

Personality

Steve is a man of honour. He can be relied upon to do the right thing, even when doing so would not be in his own self-interest. He is a decent, kind-hearted guy, who has respect for others. He doesn't suffer half-hearted efforts easily. As far as he's concerned, you do it right, or you don't bother doing it at all. Someone will just have to do it again afterwards.

He can be cranky and cantankerous. He has one hell of a temper when he's riled up. But that's usually reserved for the times when someone has done something wrong due to their own laziness or a lack of commitment. People make mistakes. It happens. But if you don't give him your best, then you're not just letting him down, you're letting the rest of the team down as well. And he says a team is not a team unless you give a damn about one another.

He's spent his life serving one institution or another, so it's no surprise that he holds duty and honour in high regard. But that's just the surface. Underneath it all, he's a modern day cowboy. He's a straight-shooting, hand-on type who never backs away from a fight. The odds are the other guy's problem. He's an idealist and he's managed to hold onto them through adversity. He's the type of guy to get involved, whether he's wanted or not.

EXPERT DECEIVER
Trevor, due to being an experienced Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D., is an extremely skilled, and persuasive liar. It's been said that he lies for a living. He is able to see through others lies, and fool most people into believing what he wants them to. The Amazons only managed to get him to tell the truth by using the Lasso of Hestia on him, though he managed to resist for the first few seconds.

INDOMITABLE WILL
Trevor has immense determination and strength of will, due to his belief in the importance of taking active initiative when one wants to make a difference. In order to do what he knew to be right, he has disobeyed orders. Luckily, his superiors agreed with him after the fact. He was able to resist the Lasso of Hestia for several seconds, a difficult feat for anyone, especially a mortal.

MASTER MARTIAL ARTIST
Trevor is a seasoned unarmed and armed combat expert and holds a black belt Ninjutsu and a brown belt in Tae Kwon Do. He has honed his fighting skills sparring with Wonder Woman, one of the world's finest unarmed-combat experts.

EQUIPMENT
Trevor's S.H.I.E.L.D. uniform is made from 9-ply Kevlar (able to withstand ballistic impact up to .45 calibre bullets and beta-cloth, a fire-resistant material whose kindling temperature is 930 °C. He has been issued numerous S.H.I.E.L.D. paraphernalia, including a radio-link tie, and a bulletproof suit.

FAMILY
Trevor's sister Tracy is a widow, and raising her children, Ian and Allison, by herself. Steve helps out in every way he can. While some might think of them as a burden, he draws strength from these familial bonds. Every single day he's out there trying to make the world a better place for them.

S.H.I.E.L.D.
Trevor is a high ranking member of S.H.I.E.L.D. He has access to the Division's intelligence and material resources. It's not all secrets and toys. He does have responsibilities.

THEMYSCIRA
Trevor was Themyscira's first visitor from the Patriarch's World in over a century. It could have gone better, but he came out all right. And they made an impression on him. He's a friend, ally, and advocate for Themyscira, though the feeling may not be mutual. He's not sure. They can be a might ornery. He knows where it is, and more importantly, how to return there, should he ever have a reason.

TRANSPORTATION
Trevor has access to flying cars and various air, land, and sea craft provided by S.H.I.E.L.D.

WEAPONS
Trevor has a personalised needle pistol that has a 300-round magazine, a Government Issue .45 calibre automatic, a modified semi-automatic Walther PPK in 9 mm Parabellum, and an Ingram MAC-10 machine pistol in .45 calibre. Also, he has access to an array of S.H.I.E.L.D. weapons, conventional and otherwise.

Weaknesses

COWBOY DIPLOMACY
Trevor's something of a good ol' boy. He's always adhered to the adage that you should speak softly and carry a big stick. But that's not surprising giving his military background. He's a straight-shooter. He'll tell you how it is. Sometimes he can be blunt, but his heart's always in the right place. He follows orders, but he knows you can get a lot of leeway depending on how you interpret those order. Sometimes this gets him in trouble. He can bite off more than he can chew. He can butt heads with people. Not everyone responds to Cowboy Diplomacy. But he's a good guy with a kind heart.

DISTRESTED DUDE
Trevor is the masculine equivalent of a damsel in distress. This happens more often than he'd care to admit. He's a human in a metahuman world. He's not your average human, far from it, but no matter how good he is, he'll never match up to people who can juggle construction vehicles. He's just a human.

RECKLESS
Trevor takes chances that he probably shouldn't. When out in the field, he usually wears the minimum level of S.H.I.E.L.D. protection he can get away with. He doesn't like the bulky armour. It's flashy, calls attention, and limits mobility. Not much, but enough that he doesn't like to wear it. He's the kind of guy who would run into a burning building if he heard a scream. He doesn't have a death wish, he always has a rationale behind whatever boneheaded action he took, but he's a hero. He's just the non-super variety.
