Cast of Characters: Marvel Boy, Wonder Girl

Marvel Boy has posed:
It was a beautiful afternoon/evening day. The sun was already starting to set, painting the sky a gorgeous orange hue while the clouds cast the shadow to finish the painting as it were. While Noh-Varr was never one to indulge in serene moments, preferring to be active and constantly doing something, he has found the Earth's visual sights to be one of the most beautiful he's ever seen.

He currently sits on the edge of the roof, no headphones or anything like that. He even wears something of regular clothing! That being white sweatpants and a dark green shirt. Likely clothes borrowed from someone else or one of his teammates was actually willing to endorse him some clothing. Better than wandering around in the same uniform, anyway!

Noh-Varr seems to sigh relaxedly, though at the same time, perhaps also some reflection on how he got to be where he is; not thath e regrets it, he's been meeting many wonderful people and he's still adhering to his ways as a Peacekeeper by working with the titans. In a way, its positive reflection, not a sad one.

Wonder Girl has posed:
That uniform eventually needs to get washed, after all. Other wise....phew. Stinky.

Cassie tends to wear normal clothes, even her 'uniform' is normal, unless she breaks out the Amazon armor, then she sticks out like a sore thumb. Not today, though. She lands on the roof dressed in street clothes, jeans and a bright red t-shirt under a black leather jacket, hair showing signs that she didn't just fly up from the sidewalk or anything.

She went somewhere.

Marvel Boy has posed:
Noh-Varr is suddenly alerted by the silhouette approaching, but visibly relaxes when its revealed to be Wonder Girl!...back from somewhere. Noh smiles at her. "Hello, Cassie. How are you?" He smirks at her then.

"And where have you been this lovely evening?" He asks almost teasingly and definitely in the obnoxiously nosy kind of way.

Her hair definitely gives it away. Its been very nicely done and her clothes are more carefully chosen. Care was taken with her appearance.

Wonder Girl has posed:
"Oh, no where in particular." Cassie replies with a smile as she moves over to where he's sitting dropping herself down next to him, "What're you doing up here?"

Not that the view itself isn't worth looking at, of course. But she doesn't make the assumtion that he's just out here watching the sunset, alone. Which would be rather depressing in a way.

Marvel Boy has posed:
Noh-Varr smirks. "Looking rather beautiful to be going nowhere, Cassie." He's probably flirting a little bit, not that Cassie needs to dress up to go somewhere with someone, but Noh-Varr has his suspicions.

"I like watching sunsets. They're lovely sights and remind me a little bit of the sunsets on Hala, my homeworld." He pats the spot right beside him. "You can join me if you wish?"

Wonder Girl has posed:
"What's it like?" Cassie wonders, her hands tucking into the pockets of her jacket as she gets comfortable, eyes shifting outwards so that she can watch what little is left of the sunset.

And, just in case the obvious is missed, she adds after a moment, "Hala. What is Hala like."

Marvel Boy has posed:
Noh-Varr seems to smirk for a moment as she asks the question. "I know what you meant, don't worry." He teases her and even gives a playful nudge of his shoulder. "Hala is...far more advanced than Earth. But I suppose thats what happens when it is the seat of the Kree Empire." He shrugs.

"Its beautiful. Ruled by fair justice and law. Indivisible, unlike the people of earth.." he shakes his head. "The Supreme Intelligence is the seat of our government, much like Earth there are multiple races and skin colors. I am what you would call a 'pink Kree' as opposed to the majority 'blue Kree'."

Wonder Girl has posed:
"And is one color better than the other?" Because that is something that is a familiar mindset on Earth, and one that she doesn't seem to be nearly that happy about judging by the frown on her face. "Fair justice says that it doesn't matter what race or color you are, you're all equal."

In case he didn't get THAT particular memo.

Marvel Boy has posed:
"The blue skinned are greater in number, since the pink-skinned ones are usually considered to be the result of a mutation in the gene pool." he shrugs lightly. "Not very, no. We all have the same base genetics, the same strengths, the same weaknesses....standard appearance does not stop your capability to serve the Empire. All are equal in the eyes of the Supreme Intelligence."

He shrugs softly.

"The Supreme Intelligence is an artificial intelligence. It does not hold racial or social bias that the leaders of other worlds or empires may hold."

Wonder Girl has posed:
"You answer to a computer?" Cassie gives him a dubious look at that, shaking her head, "I'm not sure I could let my decisions and actions be dictated by something in a box that someone programed."

Cassie glances down for a moment, then nods, "But at least it doesn't hold biases."

Marvel Boy has posed:
"Its an Artificial Intelligence containing the best minds the Kree Empire ever produced." Noh-Varr shrugs. "Lead us to glory, stopped our homeworld from destruction on more times than I can count. Far as I'm considered, good enough reason to follow for me. After all, it was by the Supreme Intelligence that I was able to gain strength to help protect my people and ensure peace." He smiles at Cassie for a moment.

"Tell me about the Amazons."

Wonder Girl has posed:
"They are interested in honor, loyalty....intelligence, fighting the fight of justice and the truth." Cassie replies after a little while, letting her attention wander across the sky, "They are...wonderful, and annoying. Like a bunch of mom's all demanding your time all the time."

Marvel Boy has posed:
"So they are warriors? I like them so far." Noh-Varr says with a light smile, but then he listens further. "At least you?re know they like you. But tell me, what about the fathers? Are they strict or are they more mellowed and Women are the warriors and disciplinarians?" ofcourse, Noh has Noh (pun intended) that Themyscera is a warrior culture of ONLY women.

Wonder Girl has posed:
"There are no fathers. Or men." Cassia shakes her head at that, "Just women. Like Diana...and me....and the rest."

All those others. Cassie shrugs her shoulders a bit, "But they are scholars, and warriors...I'll buy you books on the Greeks."

Marvel Boy has posed:
Noh-Varr is confused.

"Then how have they been able to reproduce? Are you able to reproduce asexually?" He's thinking of tis from a logical and biological point of view.

But Cassie will buy books. "Thank you. This culture seems very strange to me. I haven't encountered any like it."

Wonder Girl has posed:
"There's not babies." She's pretty sure of that, at least. "I'm not sure how...it really works." Because, honestly, she doesn't try and think about it that much. It's all very confusing.

"The books on ancient Greece won't perfectly explain it, but you'll get a better idea of them."

Marvel Boy has posed:
"How are they still alive? Conflicts included..." Noh-Varr shakes his head a little bit. "I believe you. Maybe one day I will be able to approach the historians there and speak my questions." He shrugs then.

"I thank you for being willing to help me increase my knowledge. It means much to me. How can I repay you?"

Wonder Girl has posed:
"No need to repay me, Noh-Varr. We're a team." Cassie assures him with a laugh, reaching over to give his arm a light punch before she starts to get to her feet, "But speaking of increasing something. I'm //starving//. I need to go grab food before I die.

Marvel Boy has posed:
Noh-Varr smiles at Cassandra and stands up when she does. He does reach over to wrap an arm around her shoulders if she allows. "Hah! come along then comrade, Withthe cookbook I have in my possession, I will cook you a feast!"

Does Noh-Varr even know how to cook?

Wonder Girl has posed:
Can she be killed by food poisoning? This is an important question that pre-occupies her as she is steered around, a look of worry crossing over her face as she keeps this thought deep inside.

For a moment. Sort of. "You can cook?"

Marvel Boy has posed:
Noh-Varr pauses, turning to look at Cassie with a light shrug. "Earth cooking? Of course I can! my experience is...well, I have no experience. But I can cook Kree cuisine quite well." He smiles like this is totally acceptable.

Wonder Girl has posed:
Zeus help her...

Cassie just smiles and nods, though, like this'll be fine.
