Synopsis:	Rift and Rave cross paths in Mutant Town, get to know each other and their abilities, and then go to lunch.

Rift has posed:
Rift flies in from out of town, heading towards towards Mutant town. An eerie sight, the flying girl glows but you can see glowing lights inside her arms, legs, chest, and head. She stays hovering above a moment before moving to land on the tallest building in Mutant Town, looking down to see if anyting's going on, before she starts to walk down the side of the building (as if it's perfectly normal).

Rave has posed:
Back into the Mutant town, the perfect place for Rave to be. Between club Evolution and the equally 'different' types that populated the area, the blue-haired girl felt relatively at home. The first warning of her arrival? A streak of neon-blue light tracing a path across the city, across the water and up that very same building...headed skywards at an impressive speed only to 'pop' out of that glowing trail and reveal the girl dressed in simple active-wear leggings and a tank top despite the weather as she moves over the edge and drops onto the top of the building. It's only -after- she lands that there's a blink and she peers back along her path. She didn't usually see other people when she was doing that.

Rift has posed:
Rift stops suddenly as a blue streak zips by her. She turns suddenly and runs back up the side of the building (as if it's on the ground) and stops near the top as you peer over. "Huh? I don't often see someone running up a building..." she states as she smiles. "Hi, I'm Rift!" she calls, waving.

Rave has posed:
"You don't often see the opposite either..." Rave blinks, looking down at the other woman, tilting her head to the side. "I mean, walking down is just as strange as the whole running up thing. A little more so, because...y'know, gravity."

Rift has posed:
Rift smiles softly. "I know - but gravity is kind of my thing," she states. "See, look at my hair." Her hair, which one woudl expect to be danging 'down' towarsd the ground, instead is still settled around her shoulders. "For me right now, gravity is sideways. It's quite fun." She then hops over onto the rooftop, and for a moment starts to 'fall' but quickly changes and lands on her feet on top.

Rave has posed:
"That's so trippy," Rave muses, tilting her head to the side. Left to watch Rift's little 'fall' back to upright, the blue-haired girl is left to just...stare for a moment before giving a little laugh. "So you can just sort of...fall upwards, or sidewards or whatever? That's cool." She's left to tilt her head again, folding her arms under her bust and then giving a little giggle. "Rave," she offers in introduction.

Rift has posed:
Rift nods as she takes your handshake. "Nice to meet you," she cooooos as she looks around. "You have some pretty good speed to run up a buidling like that - are you a speedster?" She grins. "I once got thrown out of an all-you-can-eat restaurant with the Flash. That was good times." She smiles as she is just sitting cross-legged - floating at your eye level.

Rave has posed:
"I've actually met the Flash!" Rave offers excitedly, giving a little grin. "I mean, I met him kinda the same sort of way...and the crazy evil one in yellow too. Wouldn't recommend that one." Watching the floating form of the woman, she gives a little twirl on the spot, her hair and eyes glowing neon on the spot. "I'm a bit different to him, kinda made of light and laser and all rather than that whole lightning thing.

Rift has posed:
Rift nods. "Well - how fast can you run? I can fly pretty fast- not quite supersonic but pretty close." She smiles softly. "So... did you come here for anything or just visiting - or do you live her?" she asks.

Rave has posed:
How fast? The girl gives a little grin, slipping back and propping herself up to rest on the edge of the building. "Pretty fast," she grins, giving a little wink. "I mean...I get to light-speed and stuff gets a little strange. I kinda...start turning into light. I get really fast, but I can't really touch anything."

Rift has posed:
Rift nods slowly. "Well.... I bet. It's hard to even imagine it. It must be... surreal. But if you're moving so fast - can't you basically go anywhere in all creation, or are you stuckon this planet?"

Rave has posed:
"Honestly?" Rave speaks, biting her bottom lip. "I'm not sure. I mean, if I hurled myself into space I might die...or float around in space and die and...yeah." she shivers, shaking her head. "I haven't managed to travel through time either. Apparently that's a thing."

Rift has posed:
Rift nods. "I could survive in space for a time - even without a suit - but... once I got tired and could'nt hold my aura... it'd be not fun." She shrugs. "We all have our limits." She nods slowly. "WEll - want to get some lunch?"

Rave has posed:
Pondering the physics of all of that, it's kinda tricky. Even her own abilities are kinda crazy when she thought about it. Giving a little tilt of her head, she looks down towards mutant town, giving a shrug. "I suppose I could eat, all the runnin' can make you pretty hungry."

Rift has posed:
Rift nods. "Sounds great. The local diner sound good?" she asks, pointing towards it. She then grins as she levitates and stars to fly in that direction, waving for you to follow.
