Cast of Characters: Harley Quinn, Black Cat

Harley Quinn has posed:
Ever since she's made herself a new BFF, this neighborhood has actually been one that Harley been frequenting more and more. Particularly following downwards spirals with her puddin'. There was something comforting about knowing she has a friend, but from surveying the neighborhood, it didn't seem safe enough for her BFF. Good thing Harley has an strong input on trouble and mayhem, because she has angles on how to make a place safer, or not. Right now she's on a rooftop, studying the path from the Second Time Around to Angelo's Pizza, pointing her bat every now and then as if drawing imaginery lines.

Black Cat has posed:
One can only do so many reps inside before the exercise room becomes stifling -- that, and the night air is bracingly brisk. Felicia can't resist the urge to take to the rooftops with her hair unbound if simply to feel how the wind combs it in icy threads. Her catsuit is thermally lined and quite comfortable in its zipped state; the white fur about her collar fluffs warmly about her throat.

Most of the rooftops of Brooklyn sport their pipes releasing smoke or heated air in shimmering streaks up into the night sky. Some have a bit of snow still tucked to their low walls. That particular roof there, however, has someone gesturing with a metal instrument in their hand. From mid-swing on her grappling line, Felicia can't tell what it is, but a practiced angling of her body brings her around towards the building in question.

Releasing her grip at the appropriate time, the Cat arcs down to land on the nearby raised concrete bunker that holds the top of the building's interior stairwell. She crouches there in her domino mask and smiles musingly.

"I don't think I know what that hobby is," says she, content to stay as she is, one hand's fingertips brushing between her booted feet.

Harley Quinn has posed:
Harley continues surveying, moving slightly along the edge of the roof, as she keeps holding line of sights with her bat pointing to and fro. Nodding to herself on occasion, that is until she spots a familiar looking movement. "Snookums?" She asks, slowly turning to fully face Black Cat.

Sure, that costume is all feline like, and so is the movement, but the looks are all wrong. This isn't Catwoman. But then again, Harley isn't in Gotham, and just remembering that makes her laugh loudly. A slightly unhinged laughter, some might say, "oh my god, I thought you was snookums! What are you then, a Copy Cat? Ha!" She seems pleased enough to her dig, even though Catwoman could likely do her own posturing, but then she wasn't here and it's such a missed opportunity.

Black Cat has posed:
"Snookums?"

By Felicia's tone of voice, she's about as confused as Harley is, at least at first. The cat-burglar straightens in her sit and pulls her lips to one side, only a touch more enlightened as to what is being referenced.

"Ohhhhh, copy-cat, right, I get it now. Yeah, no, I'm not Catwoman -- wrong side of the city, sunshine," she replies to the young woman with the baseball bat. "You look a little lost, not going to lie, and like you're supposed to be at a little league conference, but it's not the season for baseball, soooo..."

Felicia draws out the vowel before pursing her lips. "What the hell are you doing up here?"

Harley Quinn has posed:
"Yeah, I forgot this place is too freakin' clean to be Gotham," Harley admits with a laugh, "thanks for calling me sunshine by the way, that's so positive, I like the energy of it." She beams appropriately, before twirling the bat in her hand with the expertise of a baton twirler leading a parade.

"I don't think they allow this much sexy at little league, other cat," Harley remarks while striking a sexy pose, jutting a hip to the side to accentuate her curves. "Anyways, I'm here to do a favor for a friend, don't worry 'bout it. Just making this place a bit safer is all, that's what heroes like, don't they? Safety? You a hero, right?" She asks because she honestly doesn't know much about the people outside Gotham. Heck, she doesn't know enough about the people in Gotham.

"Anyways, if you're worried, don't be, I'm not hurting anyone, just looking...'k?"

Black Cat has posed:
Harley, twirling her bat dextrously, earns herself a red-lipped slowly-appearing grin from the mysterious cat-suited woman. She herself uncurls from her crouch to seat herself on the edge of the lifted concrete structure, long and limber legs crossed at the knee and an easy lean-back on her palms. She tilts her head at Harley.

"I'm not security around here, so no one's going to hear about you swinging at nothing on a rooftop in December. A favor for a friend though? What friend? You never know, I might have met them before," the Cat explains, her jade-green eyes thoughtful upon the other blonde.

Harley Quinn has posed:
"Maybe you have, she's kinda famous..." Harley brags, before snorting at the offer to not tell on her. "Watcha gonna say about me twirling a bat on a freakin' roof!? Ain't nothin' wrong with that!" Annoyed, she smacks the bat against a random box of something that may well be an AC unit.

She then proceeds to prove quite nimble herself, doing a sequence of black flips, before landing with a flourished bow, and announcing, "since you were dying to know, it's April from the podcast, if you're a nice kitty I could get you on the show. Up your numbers, or whatever it is you're into."
