Daredevil has posed:
It finally came, the moment in which Matt could finally wear the suit and return to the streets to bring justice to the neighbourhood, not as the well mannered lawyer, but as the devil of Hell's Kitchen.
For a moment, the shape of the daredevil is visible, standing in waiting just on the edge of a rooftop above a narrow and dark halley, billy club in hand, ready to act on a moment he's been waiting for days. Five floors below, a group of men are talking in a low voice, three of them wearing dark hoodies with the hoods pulled up to cover their face, two seemingly hispanic and dressed in quite casual clothes, and another two, caucasian, over six feet of muscles, probably acting as guards of sorts considering how they're standing at the opposite ends of the narrow street.
"That's not working, man, you, like, your boss said the price was gonna be lower this time..." one of the hooded men is saying "si, you want to go tell him that? Or perhaps you think me and my hermano here are trying to squeeze some more money out of you? You know the deal guys, you get the product, only after you pay. No samples. And if you want to sell it undisturbed you buy it from us, like it has always been, entiendes?" "No, no I get that, it's just, seems to me like the price keeps going up and up, and last week we almost got caught by the cops as well while selling in what you called a protected area. What we want are answers, just that..." one of the men in the hoodies tries to justify himself, and meanwile, Daredevil waits...

Morrigan MacIntyre has posed:
Morrigan had a knack for wandering into places at the completely wrong time. And the redhead finds this one of those times. But hey, at least it's not the Punisher walking around shooting everything to shit, right?

She gives a look between the two men that are standing at the opposite end of the street and the corner that she just rounded where someone was about to be messed up. "I...let me just back out real quick." she muses as she starts to back up slowly, just in case anyone decided to start shooting.

Daredevil has posed:
It's one of those times when the giant of a guy at the end of the street has just to cross his arms and stare at Morrigan, she did say she'll step back, right?
But this is also the moment Daredevil chooses for his entrance. The billy club serves as a grappling hook as he just leaps down from the rooftop, the hook attaching to a nearby window, the costumed man swinging in a graceful arch to place his left foot on the wall one floor below. The hook detaches as he backflips, midair, and his right foot hits the opposite wall, still one floor below. And the same process repeats, two times, before finally, Daredevil's left foot lands right on top of one of the three hooded men, hitting him just on the shoulder as Daredevil tumbles forward to absorb the impact of the fall. Turning around, the billyclub moves in an upward arch, hitting the back of the second hooded man's head, and his elbow buries in the side of the third, whose right collarbone is hit immediately after by the club.
The good side of things? The two large muscular men turned their attention away from Morrigan, the bad side of things, they're running towards the masked man. The even worse thing, the hispanic ones just pulled out a knife and a gun.

Morrigan MacIntyre has posed:
Morrigan was getting to the point that she wasn't scared of much when it came to life, and that was a bad thing. She gives a look when someone comes flipping down the building gracefully. "Well..." she starts to say. Then there's guns being pulled and there's a frown, "Hey!" she shouts. She pushes the guy that was begging out of the way, "Run idiot." she tells him.

Then she's pulling her own knife and going after the guys that are heading towards the masked man.

Daredevil has posed:
daredevil has to judge priorities. He feels the gun being pulled out of its holster and towards him, and so he whips his billyclub towards that, one end of the weapon separating from the rest and heading with incredible speed and precision towards the wrist of the gunwielding man. The cable connecting the two ends of the billyclub insures that, as soon as the man's wrist snaps with a sickening sound, the club returns to be whole, enough to deflect the knife with a downward motion, and then hit the jaw of the man with the returning swing. Then, before the ex gunwielding latino can recover, Daredevil runs towards him to swing his left foot in a crescent kick hitting the man in its right side, his armoured foot connecting painfully with the man's ribcage, the billyclub smacking him over his head a moment later. And that leaves at least one of the two quite tall, quite muscular and quite ready for a fight men, to face Morrigan.

Morrigan MacIntyre has posed:
Morrigan gives a look to the fight going on down the way and then there's a look to the man that turns towards her, "Just don't hit me in the face, alright?" she tells him as she brings the knife up. She remembers what Sabertooth told her. Go for vital places. And with her medical knowledge it's not too hard to try to hit them. She goes low when he swings high, cutting him across the thigh. The coppery smell of blood fills the air and there's a moment the womans eyes glow softly as she growls at him.

Daredevil has posed:
daredevil is dealing with a couple of those hoodiewearing people that didn't quite learn how to stay down, as well as with the remaining guard who's barreling towards him! The club moves with brutal efficency, as the masked man ducks, slamming in the ribcage of an opponent, hitting the sternum of another, the shoulder of the first, and returning to the chin of the second. And as the two fall, hopefully to stay down the remaining guard, that is, the one who's not fighting Morrigan, looks between daredevil and Morrigan herself with her bleeding opponent, quite undecided on who to run to, it seems. Time that Daredevil uses to swing his arm backwards, and then forcefully forwards, sending again one half of the billyclub flying, to smack on the forehead of the undecided man.

Morrigan MacIntyre has posed:
Morrigan's not the best with hand to hand combat, or knife to gun in cases. She was expecting to get hit back and hit back hard she is. The redhead goes backwards and rolls, "Ow." she grumbles as she staggers to her feet. She slashes at him with the knife, but, it doesn't get anywhere near him. Which makes him laugh.

Daredevil has posed:
daredevil is currently busy running towards the second guard, or the one who just got his head smacked with one half of the club. The other half, finds its way into his head pretty soon, as the masked man reunites the two halves and slams the weapon on the guard's temple. Then Daredevil turns again, setting off into a run, holstering the billy club on his right thigh and just going for afull speed tackle. The man is facing away from him, anyways! And Matt smells blood, making it all the easier to find him, ram his shoulder into the man's lower back, pivot and drive the man's head in the nearby wall. Then, Daredevil stops, turning to, well, aim his face towards Morrigan as he speaks "are you hurt?" question that he tries to answer by listening, inhaling, feeling his surroundings to see if the woman is bleeding or her body is giving other signs of injury.

Morrigan MacIntyre has posed:
Well, it's a good thing Morrigan wasn't going for another stab when Daredevil came running in, she actually steps back, blood dripping from her hand where it was trickling down her arm. She watches the guys head thunk off the wall and there's a bit of a blink. Then she looks to him, "Hurt?" she asks. "Oh...nothing that some stitches won't fix." she admits. "Are you umm...hurt?" she asks as she looks him over. "So you're the Devil of Hell's Kitchen that everyone talks about." she states. More a fact than a question.

Daredevil has posed:
daredevil shakes his head, indicating that he is not hurt. He turns towards the men on the floor, walking calmly towards each of them, stopping for a second near each one to make sure they're still alive perhaps "I at least hope everyone talks about it in a way that doesn't scare children..." he replies, apparently satisfied that all the men are well and alive, ok alive and not so well. He even starts dragging them towards one of the wall, propping them all up in a line shoulder to shoulder

Morrigan MacIntyre has posed:
Morrigan gives a nod to that, "I mean, it might scare those who don't act right." she chuckles to that. "And thanks." she adds. Then he's wandering back to where the men are and lining them up. "You aren't going to kill them?" she asks him a bit curiously. Her run in with vigilantes was a very vast spectrum these days really.

Daredevil has posed:
"I suppose that makes sense" Daredevil comments, an amused smirk for a moment dancing on his uncovered lips before he finishes propping up the last unconscious man "no, why should I? It's not my role to play god with the life of these people, no matter how bad or disgusting they may be..." he states, drawing in a deep breath and studying the men with his senses, finally approaching one of the hooded ones and fishing a small plastic bag out of one of the man's pockets. Then he moves to one of the two muscular ones, namely the one who isn't bleeding, and fishes a phone out of his jeans. Phone and plastic bag then disappear into a pouch that Matt has attached to his belt. "well, hopefully those ones just gave me a way to reduce the drug dealing rate..." he murmurs

Morrigan MacIntyre has posed:
"Oh no, I wasn't suggesting that you should." The irish woman states. "I'm used to someone else offing the bad guys is all. Just...ignore me." she states to that. "And ummm...you have a good night then, Mister Devil." she nods to him and then she's starting to move off just as slowly as she'd tried to back out of the fight. "And thanks for what you do." she tells him over her shoulder.

Daredevil has posed:
daredevil smirks again, less amusedly though "I prefer a less permanent form of justice. Actually, thinking about it, dying hurts less than living with a broken ribcage, right collarbone, mandible and a serie of bruises here and there..." he however draws his billyclub in a fluid motion, waving his other hand "have a good night" he replies, swinging the club to shoot the grappling hook out of it, latching on the nearby rooftop, the same from which he jumped down earlier "you're always welcome..." he adds, jumping to propel upwards by acrobatically running on the wall in front of him, at least till the momentum is enough for the grappling hook to do the rest.
