Costume Shopping part deux

Location:	Roof, Four Freedoms Plaza
Synopsis:	Flex asks help from the Human Torch.

Human Torch has posed:
The party space. We approaching the roof of the FF it is totally pimped out. A pool. Sun tanning station. A bar. Tottally a relax and hang out space.

Johnny is laid out getting some sun while drining a Mai Tai. He of coruse is expecting company but there is no urgency in anything that he is doing.

Flex has posed:
Adrian walks into Four Freedom Plaza. According to his resreach, the man who invented Unstable Molecules lives here. If he wants some, and can not afford the market price, this would seem the only place to get some. Therefore, he is here. He will speak to the guard in the lobby, "Pardon me, I am Adrian Corbo...Flex of Beta Flight. I work for Department H in Canada. I am currently on leave to study in the US. They could not spare me a costume adapted to my powers though. I plan to work on rescue operations and on learning new uses for my power...but normal clothing can not long withstand my abilities. I was hoping to speak with someone about getting a costume."

Human Torch has posed:
The guard points to the elevator and says, "The Roof," and he goes back about his business.

Flex has posed:
Adrian shrugs and gets in the elevator. Presumably there are security precautions installed in it, even if they are not visible. He pushes the top button and waitsas the car rises to the roof. He finds it is a fairly typical rooftop...for a luxurious private home. He spies a blond man sunbathing and walks over, "Hello, they call me Flex, and I have a clothing problem."

Human Torch has posed:
Johnny Storm swings his legs over the edge of the bench he is on.

"Welcome, have a drink!" is the first thing he says.

The bar is manned by a android that almost immediately offers a drink to the visitor.

"So. A problem? What is it?"

Flex has posed:
Adrian says, "Orange-pineapple juice please...I am too young to drink alcohol." He rolls up his ledt sleeve and then transforms his arm from just below the elbow to the fingertips into a three-foor diamond-shaped shield. He says, "Normal clothing tends to go to pieces if I am using my powers."

Human Torch has posed:
Johnny Storm looks at his arm closely.

"Cool. That's coolio. What else can you do?"

He asks as the juice is being delievered.

"Reed can make something for you for sue, and if you know me..then I am sure we can just give you one. The more it is out there the better you know?"

Flex has posed:
Adrian states, "I can turn any part of my body into flat metal plates, with or without sharp edges. I am learning to put bends in the metal, but it is not as flexible a power as some. Still, I can make my feet into snow shoes or skis or ice skates or stilts or climbing pitons as well as weapons. I can even turn my whole body into a flat plate to protect civilians behind me, or into a slide to get people off a roof, or into a bridge between buildings..."

Human Torch has posed:
Johnny Storm purses his lips, "Cool. You are just now figuring this out?" he says as another Mai Tai makes it to his hand.

"what exactly are you looking for style wise? Just a body suit?"

Flex has posed:
Adrian says, "My trainers were not really original for some reason, they mostly concentrated on teaching me to create edged weapons. It has only recently come to me that I can do more than they taught me. I actually talked to a costume designer called Alice anout the design...though she does not have UMF to work with."

Human Torch has posed:
Johnny Storm nods, "Well, I can't give the material out but feel free to send the design to us and we can make something happen. It shouldn't take that long," he sips his drink.

"How far did you come to get here?"

Flex has posed:
He says "Well, Department H headquarters is in Toronto, not Ottawa, but I have a hotel in town. I am looking for something less expensive and longer term...but not much luck so far."

Human Torch has posed:
Johnny Storm nods, "Well. I think that's all we need from you," an android comes over and begins to take measurements.

"You sure you don't want a touch of sangria or something?"

Flex has posed:
Adrian shakes his head, "I am a government agent, Mr. Storm, I am expected to follow the law, not flout it. I will get back to you with the design in the near future."

Human Torch has posed:
Johnny Storm smiles slightly. "Sure. Sure. We like govement contracts as well.."
