Cast of Characters: Red Robin, Nightwing

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake is at home today, having to deal with an online meeting online recently instead of being able to go on patrols. It happens to them al at some point or another. Tim took yesterday to himself and the only one who heard from him was Alfred.

Nightwing has posed:
Truth be told Dick Grayson has been a little scarce in Gotham these days. Bludhaven is never exactly the most stable of environments and it certainly has been worse as of late. Perhaps all the time that he spent filling in for Batman in GOtham finally caught up to his own corrupt little burg. Still, it keeps him busy.

With being such a rare sight here in Gotham, he did manage to pop by the Manor to check in -- and possibly to steal a stash of Alfred's chocolate chip cookies. After catching up on the recent news he decided to pop in here, at the Monarch theatre, the unlikely abode of one of his peers. One of his brothers. "Tim?" he calls out as he strolls among the displays.

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake comes walking in from the kitchen area, and looks over "Hey Dick, how you doing?" He will ask smiling over at his brother. Tim is walking towards the dinning room area, where it looks like there was a romantic dinner for two set up recently, from the candles, and is that the set up for cherries jubilee?"

Nightwing has posed:
Ever the detective, these sorts of things of course will not go overlooked by Dick. Hey, it's one of the many things that Bruce has trained them to do afterall. And, naturally, being the eldest brother such clues won't go uncommented on either. Arching a brow, a small grin creases his features as he makes a quick gesture with his head towards the nearby table. "Not as good as you it would appear," he teases. "But no complaints all in all. How about yourself?"

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake smiles a bit and says "Well it was a good night yea, got Alfred to talk me through making dinner and it went pretty well. She did seem to like it." He smiles a bit and continues cleaning up the last little bit of stuff around the table. He grins a bit goofily "She is a great girl, have to let you meet her sometime soon.

Nightwing has posed:
That's Alfred for you. Always there when needed. Perhaps not saving the world but one might be surprised just how important overcoming a pending cooking disaster is to young superheroes on the go. "She certainly sounds pretty terrific. Aside, perhaps from her clearly abominable taste in men anyway," he teases before cutting the other former Robin a break. "Sounds like a plan. You let me know when and I'll make sure that I'm available," he promises. Well, as much as either of them can make that sort of promise given the sort of life they lead. Emergencies do tend to crop up afterall. Villains just have no respect for the important things in life.

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake nods a bit to this and says "Hey if it helps she did throw me on my ass the first time we met. We were talking and walking and she almost fell in a hole, I saved her but she thought I was being fresh and threw me." He grins a bit and says "So, how about you, you had any interesting things going on? Need some help down in the haven?"

Nightwing has posed:
"Well now, why did you bury the lead? Any girl who's going to throw you on your ass is clearly worth meeting," Dick replies slyly, that grin still in evidence on his face. Tim's question does cause him to make a face though, rolling his eyes. "You know the 'Haven. It's like a morass of petty greviances and twenty-year old insults that every little punk has been nursing, just waiting for a chance to get their 'revenge' for some slight that any normal person would just shrug off. That all seems to have escalated to a burgeoning gang war," he says with a shake of his head. "So, business as usual. That said, if you happen to be in the neighborhood sometime I won't pull a tall, dark and broody on you and make sure you know that Bludhaven is my city," he says, mimicking the Batman voice there at the end.

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake nods, and says "Will keep that in mind, and will try to put some time in to come down and give ya a hand running with you could be an interesting evening." He grins a bit and says "And Phoebe, has been studying self defense she was little knows a decent amount of martial arts. She is trying to help set up classes at the college to help out with it. Her and some friends were playing loud annoying music and selling cookies with hero insignia. I had to buy up some of her Red robin and other bat type cookies

Nightwing has posed:
Certainly Dick and Bruce have their fair share of differences and while Dick is passed the more difficult days where those differences would result in confrontations, they are nevertheless clear sometimes. Like, for instance the fact that he really doesn't have any issues taking a helping hand when it's offered. Call it his team player spirit. "Well, if she's throwing you are she clearly has a little potential," he notes slyly, flashing that grin once more. "You're eating someone other then Alfred's cookies? You must really like this girl. Better be careful. You might just find yourself getting a life."

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake chuckles a bit and says "Well, I don't know about all of that, but her mom does like me, and even has approved of her going to Japan sometime with me on one of the Wayne tech meetings. We are working on that one still though, want her comfortable with spending a few days out of the country with me.

Nightwing has posed:
Chuckling, he claps the young man on the back. "Wow, you even have the mother's seal of approval," he says lightly before giving his head a little shake. "Though in all seriousness I'm happy to hear it. It's good to have something outside of all of this," Dick says, making a wavy motion with one hand. The life of a vigilante can eat everything else up if one isn't careful. They've all been there at some point or another.

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake nods his head a bit and says "It is true, and it is really nice when I am around here, I feel recharged and like anything is possible." He grins a bit more goofily and says "You want something to drink?" He thumbs towards the kitchen.

Nightwing has posed:
"Ahhh, the healing power of young love," Dick teases gently, glancing towards the kitchen, pursing his lips thoughtfully for a moment before shrugging. "Sure, I wouldn't mind some water," he allows. "I figured I would sort of make the rounds while I was here in town," he offers up, starting towards the kitchen.

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake walks along with dick, and will get the other a bottle of nice cold water for him, and for himself as well. He looks to Dick. "So, am I the first one or did someone else get stopped in first, at like maybe a clock tower?"

Nightwing has posed:
Taking the offered bottle, Dick gives the other young man a little nod, twisting it open and taking a long drink before casually leaning up against the wall by the door. "Oh please. My first stop was the Manor to check in with Alfred. He gave me the basic scoop on everyone. Though clearly he either is not entirely in the loop or left out a few things," he notes with a grin, motioning back towards the table still populated with the remains of Tim's dinner. "And of course I needed to resupply my stash of his chocolate chip cookies." Gotta have the essentials.

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake chuckles and smirks as Dick avoids the mention of the clock tower. He nods, a bit, and says "I will say cooking was easier than I expected it would be just following directions and if there is something we all should be able to di is following direction." He smirks a bit more. So, what ya got planned for the rest of ya time here, going on patrol tongiht?

Nightwing has posed:
Hey, chances are the Clock Tower is on the agenda at some point today. "You would approve of anything that involves following the directions," he says, making a face at the other man before smirking slightly. "I don't know, there's something about winging it, making it up on the fly. Of course, that could also be why cereal is a big staple of my meals. Things don't always turn out," he notes with a self-depricating smile. That's why you try, try again. At least he can boil water. He's pretty sure that Bruce would starve if Alfred wasn't around. "Mmmmm, I'll probably stick around long enough to see who's available for dinner, but then I think I'll get back. It really is kinda messy back home and I figure you lot have Gotham pretty well covered these days."

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake nods, and says "If you need me to come down for a few days and help you get things knocked back down I can spend a bit of time there.
