Lois Lane has posed:
It has taken some time, but now Lois is slowly working in a plan of action. The first crucial step of course, is to gather together some willing heroes who might help her to free Superman..And so far she has been lucky in trying to contact those closest to Superman. She has yet to meet PowerGirl but Lois has many connections so trying to contact her did nit prove as difficult as she had hoped. ow that she had sent the message out, the next thing to do was to wait and hope..

So here she is, waiting in the rooftop of the Daily Planet late in the evening, a large, bright lamp lighting up the patio table she sits under, hoping that Power Girl might grace her with her presence. As she waits, she pours over her notes, articles in the computer and the USB drive given her by Lex Luther. Oh and of course there is a mug of strong coffee at hand. Because she can't let herself fall asleep when time is of the essence.

Power Girl has posed:
Power Girl wasn't Superman, but with his apparent death and his previous captivity the Woman of Steel wrapped in white had been trying to step into his shoes....it had been a hell of a lot harder than she'd thought, especially since she didn't quite have Kal-El's calm or patience. Still, with the summons eventually reaching her, the silhouette of a red-caped figure appears over the Daily Planet, but it's a vastly different figure to the usual.

Slowly she touches down, across the space from the table and just sort of...blinks for a second. "Well, this is a little different," the blonde muses aloud, crossing her arms at her chest. "You must be Lois Lane?"

Lois Lane has posed:
Lois Lane bites her lip, mulling over the i formation presented in her lap top, reminding herself to thank Lex later..And there she is, the woman of the hour. Lois smiles, happy to see her. "Power Girl! I'm so glad you could make it." she climbs to her feet, stepping towards the woman of steel and she can't help but smirk a bit, "Wow, you really do look a lot like Super Girl..A more mature version, but still.." she clears her throat, "My apologies! I'm Lois but I'm sure you already know of me..Power Girl, I called for you because I need your help.." a brief pause, "I have reason to believe that Superman is not only alive..But possibly in danger.."

Power Girl has posed:
"We do share a little 'family resemblance'," Karen offers perhaps a little bluntly, but at least Lois did seem genuinely happy to see her. That and it was kinda nice to be called when it wasn't someone falling off a building or similar! Stepping towards the reporter, there's a nod at the greeting, but the request? That makes her frown.

"You think Superman is alive?" the girl questions, tilting her head to the side. "Why? How?"

Lois Lane has posed:
Lois Lane nods, a note of determination in her features. But Lois is known for being stubborn, not taking no for an answer. She's also known for being intelligent. She's clearly done her homework before choosing to summon this powerful superhero, probably pulling her out from some heroic errand or other. Hey, things are harder without Superman. Someone's gotta pull the weight.

"Good question." she smiles, "But naturally I've done my homework. I met with the Asgardian Thor and he took me to see his spirit. Said he was trapped in a realm between life and death, unable to move on." she sighs, wondering if she will actually buy all this but. "Okay, it's a really long convoluted story involving a rainbow bridge and epic dreams.,But let's just say, long story short? He's alive, but in some sort of..Kryptonian coma? I believe that's the word Supergirl used..And his body is trapped somewhere deep underground. Are you with me so far?"

Power Girl has posed:
"The Asgardian Thor took you to...limbo?" Karen muses, a slight frown of confusion crossing her face. "Some sort of coma, or hybination of sorts?" Clearly the idea wasn't something known to the blonde Kryptonian, but she'd seen stranger in her life after all. Uncrossing her arms Power Girl moves forwards, casting her eye over Lois, reaching out with senses to listen to the heartbeat for note of deception.
     She was serious. Huh.
"Alright...so Kal-El is trapped somewhere underground, hidden away?"

Lois Lane has posed:
Lois Lane nods and the expression in her face is one of genuine concern. Nope, no deception here. If she us anything, Lois is quite straight forward..Most of the time anyway. "Yes. I know it's difficult to believe but it's true. Superman is alive..And he needs our help." there is hope and determination reflected in her eyes as she says that.

"Tell me, have you heard of an organization called Argus? I do believe that he is being held there at this very moment, deep underground and away from the sun. I'm sure you know what happens to a Kryotonian who is injured and deprived of the sun's healing rays?"

Power Girl has posed:
Eyes widen, a frown crosses the woman's face. ARGUS? They were well and truely familier for Power Girl, far more than she'd care to admit. Of course, she doubted that Superman had shared the nature of her own origins with Lois, but the Kryptonian clone doesn't quite manage to disguise that flit of emotion across her face either.

"If you believe he's in one of their labs we need to break him free as soon as possible. ARGUS, CADMUS? Places and people like that are the stuff of nightmares...Whatever they have planned for Kal', it couldn't be good."

Lois Lane has posed:
Lois Lane blinks slowly, noticing the woman's response. And smiles, though there is concern in her eyes, "So, you DO know the place. Listen, I've been doing some research in the place, trying to figure out all I can about it. I've had help from...From an anonymous benefactor, and I am working on gathering together a team of superheroes who can help break him free of that place. As it is, Supergirl has taken upon herself the task of scoping out the place. That was a few days ago. I have not heard back from her since and I am growing concerned.. " she takes a breath, considering something, "Power Girl, can I ask for your help in finding and freeing Superman? I do believe there is safety in numbers however.."

Power Girl has posed:
Power Girl frowns, but there's a nod. A exhaled breath and a sigh. "Kryptonians like us are powerful, but they are likely prepared for us," the mention of her double being missing too? Well, it isn't exactly difficult to spot her own concern. "I'll help any way I can, I'll knock every damn wall in the place if it helps but..." a pause, her eyes close. "I'll need help. Gathering a team is smart...working to free Superman and maybe Supergirl won't be easy>"

Of course, the thought does cross her mind; the last time the pair had been captured had resulted in her creation. The idea of another 'Galetea' was enough to put a chill down her spine.

Lois Lane has posed:
Lois Lane bites her lip, if her research is correct, Power Girl has had some connection with a similar secret government group, and if she recalls currently is a clone of Supergirl? "I'm really sorry to bring this on you, you probably dont have good memories of that place." she nods , "I wonder if maybe you could check up on Supergirl? In the meantime, I will organize a meeting with some allies I have gathered so we can formulate a plan. With the inside info action I have gathered on ARGUS, it should give us an edge on them..I hope." she smiles, gaze softening in the woman before her. "I just wanted to say, thank you, for answering my call. Superman means a lot to me.."
