So like, Megs is totally needing some new clothes for college in the fall, and what better way to get ready for classes than a trip to the mall? Not that she needed an excuse, but it would be a great way to bond with Kity and maybe get in a little girl talk too!

So here she is, at the mall, having dragged Kit along too, and it looks pretty lively today, a lot of stores are having those sidewalk sales with little tables set up outside the shops. Megan is like a little busy bee, buzzing around here and there, peering at everything.

"Sooo Kittttyyy, where should we go first?" she giggles, someone must have fed her too much coffee this morning. Again.

Kitty's no Jubilee, but Kitty's also willing to go along with Megs to the mall. Because Kitty, much like most people, likes a bargain. So she'd got them here on her Vespa...which meant yes, Megan gets to keep those funky goggles too as a hey, you didn't fall off gift. Great dealing with a hyper Pixie...

That's...actually in her wheelhouse really, Kitty's used to guidance counseling and the everyday weirdness of life in the mansion. A hyped up Pixie's part of that...

Kitty grins, looking around the mall, "Hmm....where to. Food or clothes. Though you are not getting any coffee" Kitty warns with a nod, Lockheeed trotting along with them. Maybe he'd get new clothes too? Kitty's not entirely sure if the little dragon is the target market for clothes but....can't hurt to find out even as Lockheed's going as a cat today.

Kitty looks amused to Pixie then down to Lockheed. "You lead on. I'll folllow" Kitty decidees, more time tlook around

Pixie has posed:
Yay, Vespa! That was the best part! Not like she couldn't just port or fly here but it's still fuuuuun.

She had not visited Kit more than the one time in her office, although Megs still had lots of questions for her, still. Hey, she's a growing girl, full of energy and lots of questions. And Kitty's more open than some of the Xmen, a bit younger and a good person to ask questions. Boop.

She smiles as she dances about, peering at this and that and shrugs. "Hmm, maybe we should grab some food first, then we'll have energy to run around lots and try stuff on!" she giggles, "Heey, I looove coffee! gives me energy! Makes me crash and burn later but...!"

As for the dragon, well Megan is sooo totally excited to try on dog costumes for Lockheed. Cuz that would be super cute!

Coffee is off of the list then, Pixie's hyper enough as is, so....Kitty's all for food but not coffee. Or anything to give Pixie more nergy really. "Okay food court it is. Let's grab food then see what's where" Kitty nods keenly looking entirely too pleased at this trip. Sure she grabbed food before coming out here, but why not see what the food court is like? Plus, theyll do more than can be found at home, right? Right?

So strolling along Kitty grins, looking over to Megan. "So what've you been up to? it's good school's out and you graduated, though I'm gonna have to get used to you being in college now" Kitty says. "You need any words of advice, you know where I am" she grins tapping her nose and looks pleased at the idea of Pixie going to college. Hopefully it won't be a party Pixie? Or a Pixie party, or....something. Kitty's got her head on a swivel/

She's also brought enough cash to cover a shopping trip. Which is to say, Kitty's looking to not run up too much in the way of bills, really. Pulling out her phone she grins checking the map and info on the mall. Good thing her phone's net capable.

Pixie has posed:
Megan Gwynn smiles and shrugs. "Oh..You know..This and that.." she seems semi distracted as she walks towards the food court, peering this way and that. "Ooh, gotta check that place out later and oooh! That place looks good! And WOW! What a sale!"

She giggles a bit but seems..Yeah, totally something is on her mind. "Hmmm, i've been thinking. What do you think of Connor? He's kinda nice but..."

Megan shrugs as she continues along, biting her lip. "Well...Andrea introduced me to her brother the other day, and he seems nice too..I totally know that Andrea's trying to set me up with Nevada, i'm not suer what to think about that.."

Kitty's making mental notes. "Conner? The guy who decided to have coffee with me?" she asks as Kitty looks less than amused. "I mean you figure out who you want but there's nothing going on between Conner and I, but I'd be wary of him" Kitty nods sliding into a seat, looking over to Megan before picking up her menu and gazing at it. So many choices! So many she'll need to ask about, too. Kitty's still glad she came out here mind.

Pixie has posed:
Megan Gwynn blinks slowly, "Oh, he went to coffee with you..?" she bites her lip, slowly processing that and frowns a little at her next statement. "Hmm, why is that? If nothing happened...I mean, it's not like we're a couple or going steady.."

Although he DID kiss her. Twice. And caught her off-guard. Then flew aaway and...Megan blushes profusely at that, laughing a bit nervously. "Soooo..Why should I be wary of him? You know something I dont?"

As they approach the food court, she follows Kit, joining her seat and ponders. "hmm, what should we order?" Yes, lots of choices!

Kitty looks just as lost really and sighs. "Yeah I know but what to order?" she asks, changing the topic to happier food-based stuff. Well happier for Pixie at least. Pixie doesn't have the restrictions Kitty does. See, Kitty's considering her options and looks over to Pixie, setting the menu down.

"So what'rre you ordering?g?" kitty asks with a smile, Lockheed under her chair waiting on them to eat and get done.
