Synopsis: Alexis and Andrea have a little girl time, discuss the Guthries.
Cast of Characters: Prismatic, Rage

Prismatic has posed:
The piano was playing something light, airy as Alexis sat down at it. She had a smile on her face -- a piano that students weren't constantly hammering on was a treat. She hadn't gottne her own tuned quite yet (and it was taking up a decent amount of space in the room she and Sam were sharing, tut, tut.). Her fingers flew over the keys as she waited for Andrea, her bare feet pressing against pedals in turn as she nods her head along with the music. She was clad in a modest black top and a gray pencil skirt, a fiery orange shawl off to the side to cover her shoulders in the night, some sparkly earrings dropped elegantly from her lobes, and a neat little necklace with a musical note.

Rage has posed:
Having been at work for most of the day in regards to putting the final touches on her upcoming concert, Andrea had finally made her way home and into the shower. Finally dressed in a pair of workout shorts and a baggy t-shirt over a sports bra, she barefoots over towards the piano as she listens to the music. Giving a long stretch of her body and a yawn, she says, "My feet are killing me. All the dancing. I think I'm going to die." She says as she looks over at the sheet music, then sprawls out across her couch bonelessly. "Can't believe tomorrow is the huge day."

Prismatic has posed:
"Are you excited?" Alexis inquires with a grin as she leans over, then scooches, to give Andrea a place to sit nearby as she plays. The music she's playing doesn't match the sheet music.

"Are you going to be seated tomorrow then? Don't you stretch your feet before dancing?" Alexis inquires, looking at the taller performer.

Rage has posed:
"Excited? I am. Yeah. This album is a culmination of the end of Mason drama, followed by falling in love with Jay, coming to terms with Rage and thrown together some activism and girl power." Andrea is electing to just sprawl out on the couch, her feet dangling over the arm of it as her toes wiggle.

"Tomorrow I'm just doing a few interviews and signings, and then a few days later it's the concert at Evolution and I'm going to be dancing and singing and bouncing around the stage with my backup girls. You hear that Dazzler is opening for me? I'm so excited."

Prismatic has posed:
"I'm certain it will be the talk of the twon for a whole three days." Alexis teases, and she draws herself up to a stand, bringing her arms up and over her head, leaning back -- baaaaack -- gracefully, then righting herself again before she eyeballs those wiggling toes. "... you never took classical dance classes, did you?" she questions lightly, coming down to sit on the floor in front of the couch, her back to Andrea as she leans her head back.

Rage has posed:
"I did ballet and tap dancing when I was a kid. But now it's just adult contemporary and my choroegraphy." Andrea says as she curls her toes a bit in and out before she plants her feet against the arm and pops a few joints in her ankles as she applies some pressure to them. "There is no way I can do ballet now though. I can probably do some of the basics but those years are behind me. It's no longer muscle memory."

Prismatic has posed:
Alexis gives a smile. "I could tell. You don't have ballet dancer feet." she points out, and rubs the back of her neck as she gives a yawn. "Basically being up on pointe shoes pretty much destroys your feet, unless you properly stretch and take good care of them -- including new pointe shoes every couple of weeks as you break them. I kind of miss ballet class. The different styles all have their strengths."

Rage has posed:
"Go take ballet classes then. Have at it. Go break your toes every night." Andrea says with a laugh. "I'll stick to my pop and locking and R&B styles with a few booty shakes thrown in for flavor." She gives a wry grin as she gives her feet a few more wiggles. "So, you like the new place?" She asks as she motions with her hand outwards. "Got to sell the last place at a nice profit and now this is my forever home I hope. Jay is still getting used to it, as is my brother, Nevada. Jay keeps complaining that he wants to start pitching in more and paying his share." She groans. "It's stressing me out."

Prismatic has posed:
"I can't take classes. I already mastered English and Italian style! What could I take, French? Russian? The Russians wouldn't have me!" the other brunette exclaims, her British accent quite plain there as she leans back with a wry smile. "I could booty shake, if I wanted to."

At the mention of the new digs: "It's very fancy, a little too modern for my taste, I think." Alexis gives a smile. "I do like the curved staircases though, very chic and classy. The solarium's a nice touch." she smiles, and sticks her tongue out.

    "Tell him to do housework."

Rage has posed:
"I can't imagine you booty shaking." Andrea groans out a laugh as she snags a pillow and props her head up with it. "You're too 'propah' for that." She says as she drawls the world out in a British accent. "You don't have an ounce of Gaga or Britney in you."

Her lips curve upwards into a teasing grin before she shrugs her shoulders. "And, I don't want him to do housework. I just want him to enjoy himself and not worry about lifting a finger. He can go to school and focus on his degree and himself and not worry about taking care of me. I'm set for life. All he has to do is say I Do and put a ring on it when he's ready. He's worked so hard back home taking care of his family, he just needs to chill a bit and enjoy the finer things for a little while."

Prismatic has posed:
"I have been known to, once or twice, participate in contemporary dance styles, and ballroom! You must do a little booty-shake with the salsa!" Alexis points out, sticking her nose up slightly. "And considering that Gaga went to possibly a *more* exclusive school than I, that may not be entirely correct!" she laughs.

"Wha tI understand, with Sam, is that they feel like they have to be doing something. If he's not teaching classes or working on cars or encouraging everyone on a death march or paying attention to me then he's worrying about his mother and siblings and feels like he needs to do *something* to fill the idle time. I'm largely the same. My schedule was quite full while at school, but got switched to 'survival mode' once I came to the US." she points out. "Probably the reason why Sam and I get on so well is because we both enjoy business."

Rage has posed:
"I like business also, but when I come home after my fourteen hour days, I just want him to be chill and pull me into his arms and tell me I'm a good wolf." Andrea says as she rolls off the couch and to her feet, giving another long stretch. Then, with a quick one-two step forward, she leaps outwards, strethcing her legs outwards in mid-air before landing, followed by a quick twirl upwards up on her toes.

"I get that he's stuck in his Southern ways, but like.. let me have a few months of chill time now that we're out of highschool so I can pamper him and give him snuggles. I just don't want his pride to take a hit or anything. I just want a chance to spend time with him while I can before I go on tour, or college gets insane. He's the most normal part of my life."

Prismatic has posed:
"And what about his wants?" Alexis points out. "Relationships are all about give and take. You might want to spoil him, but he wants to feel helpful. Kind of like how I hate having to rely on you for fancy dinners that you invite me out to, but I repay you in correcting the music tones when you're not looking." Alexis grins.

Rage has posed:
"He has all he can ever want. He has freedom. All I'm saying is he doesn't /need/ to work forty hours a week slaving at Sam's club waiting on tables. He has the freedom to do what he wants with his music. He can explore parts of his life without chains. Most guys would /kill/ to hit this lottery ticket of a girlfriend who will bankroll whatever career they want." Andrea says as she leaps and bounds about the large living room, spinning and twirling on her feet as she dances.

"I just know he's too good for dishes and mopping floors. He is an incredible talent who shouldn't be strumming his guitar with a tip jar in front of him. He should be selling out stadiums and having girls throw their bras at him. I just want to give him whatever he wants and needs."

Prismatic has posed:
"And in theory, I should be selling out concert halls filled with hatred and very rich patrons eager to bankroll lobbies." Alexis points out. "You still can't force him to do what you want him to, Andi. That's not fair to him. If he wants to make it on his own, let him try. Or upload video to youtube and make it go viral somehow. Worked for that little Justin kid from Canada."

Rage has posed:
"That Justin kid also strung himself up on coke and put his dick in every skank that Disney spit out. Except me. I skanked with the Justin wannabe that is Mason Steele." Andrea says as she gives a few bounces on her feet as she dances, keeping her ankles swiveling as she goes. "I'm not trying to force Jay into anything. I'm just saying.. go forth young Rooster! The world is your oyster! Whatever you want, it's yours. Just stop trying to mop the floor when I'm not looking. I don't know. He's just so .. Kentucky.."

Prismatic has posed:
Alexis's nose wrinkles. "Ah. He did, didn't he?" he gives a soft hum. "ALmost glad I missed out on that in my formitive teenage years." she gives a small smile, and then she looks down at her skirt. "This is not proper attire for my stule of dance." she decides, and she gives a small laugh.

"Because he wants to do it on his own?" she questions curiously.

Rage has posed:
"I know he wants to do it on his own! He just doesn't have to be so .. I dunno.. normal." Andrea says as she stops dancing, flopping her hands down at her sides. "It's just weird now that we're out of Xavier's, that's all. Maybe he just didn't want to move out of one mansion and into another. Maybe I'm just used to people taking advantage of me and I'm not used to a guy wanting to be normal and blue collar. I'll admit, it's a huge turn on that he struts around with his shirt off fixing the plumbing when we get a leak, but I dunno.. I'm just working so hard so he doesn't have to."

Prismatic has posed:
"That is a possibility, but... I honestly don't know him well enough to make a statement on it." Alexis replies, and she gives a slight smile. "He doesn't want to take advantage of you, and that is an admirable trait. The same way that I don't think Sam would take advantage of me if our situations were different... he did, in fact, insist on paying for airfare."

Rage has posed:
"Sam also dated Lila Cheney too and she spoiled the crap outta him. Then she ditched him the first chance she could when she met a guy from Saturn or something." Andrea says as she reaches ovr to the entertainment center and taps it on. She turns on LeBrock's Takes All Night, the Dance with the Dead Remix. Tweaking the volume upwards, she turns towards Alexis, swaying side to side to the stomping beat of throwback 80's coupled with the sweet sounds of synth and retro. The inspiration of her new album.

"I hope Jay isn't thinking I'd ditch him for the first hot guy with blue fur that comes by my way or something. I'm nothing like Lila. She was eccentric, spoiled and all over the place. That and with her powers of unlimited teleportation, she was just too free to stay grounded. Wolves though? We're four to the floor at all time."

Prismatic has posed:
"And yet he keeps a poster of her in his room, autographed to him." Alexis gives a wry little smile, leaning her head back as she nods along with the music. "Not going to lie, I often thought Sam would continue with her if he got the oportunity, and I woudl be placed by the wayside as so... normal." Alexis gives a shrug, and then she stands up. She sways to the music, her hips swaying with her body as she dances a little to the beat.

"Me? I used to consider myself impenetrable, heart guarded -- but someone just had to show up to the shelter I was entertaining at~" she laughs, and at the slow-down, she gracefully turns, one leg drawing back, foot perfectly bent as she raises one hand up, curling her entire bodyw ith practiced poise and grace.

Rage has posed:
"I figured I'd be marrying Mason and we'd have a whole family of popstar babies." Andrea says as her body rocks side to side with the powerful beat that rumbles out of the speakers. "But, I'm glad that Jay made his way into my life. I don't plan on giving him up so easily. He's gonna have to kick me to the curb. I'm in love with him, head over paws."

There is some amusement in her eyes as she waggles her brows. "Next time I see Sam, I'm gonna start singing some of Lila's songs around him. See how he reacts."
