Cast of Characters: Sparrowhawk, Red Robin

Sparrowhawk has posed:
Phoebe had been extremely sure that not only was Tim going to be cross about operating alone, operating without armor, operating in a place that was not Gotham, away from any help but for making a late-night go-for on her first day as an intern for something her supervisor should have not only delivered via encrypted email but something that was above her paygrade to do (seriously, who sends menu plans for a Wayne Financials meeting via messenger these days?!), that immediately after she filed that brief AAR from the Roost computer, she went into the livingroom, put ice packs on her shoulders, and attempted to grab a little sleep.

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake was out picking up some things. He had to keep up the appearance of Tim Drake rich kid. So tonight he comes in with a box of superhero odds and ends, and some some electronics sticking out of it. He will look around, and hmms "I should put in a computer system like on the enterprise." He mutters to himself. He sets the box down and moves to head deeper into the house, looking for Phoebe after reading her report.

Sparrowhawk has posed:
Characteristically, Phoebe is catching a little sleep. Uncharacteristically, she has icepacks.

    Phoebe shouldn't need icepacks.

Her hair was still nicely braided and set for her first day at the office. She had a variety of dresses pulled up on the tablet.

She was sleeping hard, and probably hadn't eaten yet.

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake frowns a bit seeing the ice packs. He hmms a bit, and will want to talk to her, but if she is using the packs she must be pretty spent. He will go to the kitchen and start working on a couple turkey bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches. The smell of cooking may wake her, and if not he will be coming out to the living room with a few sandwiches and a couple glasses of milk.

Sparrowhawk has posed:
Phoebe doesn't stir until Tim returns. By then, she's sitting up, one hand to her shoulder.

"Nngh. Hey." she states softly, opening one dark eye and looking up to Tim with a small smile.

"Is this where I get scolded for the report?" she asks quietly. "... I had nightmares about Batman kicking me out."

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake shakes his head a bit, and says "No, this is where you eat something, and recharge a bit, and then tell me what happened." He will sit down next to her. "You did the right thing writing it up and not trying to hide you did it. There are times, when you have to do something even when your not planning on it. Remember I made sure we had our costumes for our trip to Greece. What were you out and about that area for?"

Sparrowhawk has posed:
"Oh good, exspulsion and possible firing can come later." the girl replies dryly as she sits up, and then accepts the food from Tim. She pulls a little corner piece off.

"Cody Geoffries told me to deliver a menu to an Wayne office in the area. A sattilite office, for some financials meeting that they had to order food from. Didn't really think much about it... I mean, it's New York City, what's the worst thing that would happen? I get mugged?" she questions with a shrug.

"Just... wasn't planning on running into a Catwoman there. But the cat she had with her... the panther... it...was weird."

Phoebe lifts the ice pack from her shoulder, and there are still very shallow stab wounds from the big cat.

"I pushed my own healing to the limit while still having the staff out, while being clawed up and electrified. Not a good night."

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake will wince a bit and reaches down and pushes a hidden button on the coffee table, and a drawer opens with a med kit in it. "Did you clean the wound or anything?" He will ask her while pulling out his phone and lifting it to take a snap shot of the stab marks. "Did you get her stopped from her goal?"

Sparrowhawk has posed:
Phoebe looks at the phone "Really?" she questions in an utterly flat voice, and she turns her head, embarrassed. "They're healing now, slowly. I cleaned them before I submitted the report, and it hurt like hell. Had a small reminder that I am, after all, mortal." she states wryly.

And then, at that last question, she stops a moment, then bows her head.

"No. I didn't. She got away with the jewelery, and I was pinned down by a very heavy and angry cat. Ruined my new blazer, too." she mutters.

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake looks to her, and says "Yes, really, we need to check and see if it was something that slows your power down or just over exertion of it."" He tells her. "We maybe able to track her down or be able to figure something out, you got us some information which is good, and made it out mostly in one piece." He leans over and kisses her cheek "You don't win them all hon."

Sparrowhawk has posed:
"Nrrmgh." she mutters. "Dick's going to be so disappointed in my combat training!" she bemoans quietly, but leans against Tim.

Tim would notice that her aura doesn't quite have the same strength. It's still rebuilding.

"I just... wanted to make a good impression. To do a good job without anyone having to bail me out."

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake looks to her, and says "You should have called it in before you engaged, but you came out mostly ok with a named one of the rogue gallery who had extra back up. I do think we need to add a bit more to your training on the mental side.

Sparrowhawk has posed:
"I called the police." she states, weakly, "... lot of good it did." she mutters, and when Tim adds in the last bit, she sits up a moment, and makes a noise. It wasn't quite a comfortable noise.

"I... I just --" she stammers a moment, and then growns, and rubs the back of her head.

"Eh. Maybe I should head home for the night..." she murmurs. "It's getting late."

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake looks to her, and says "You don't have to leave hon, I am not upset, and I don't mean how to fight when to so this or that, meant more studying the rogues who are people we deal with more than once. He rubs her back, and says "And if your wanting some alone time, you can use one of the spare rooms, don't know if you want to take a chance mom seeing you run down.

Sparrowhawk has posed:
"Tim, I haven't been home in three days. My mom's going to wonder how my first day at my 'real life' job went." she gives a weak smile to Tim, and draws herself to a stand.

"And don't worry -- it's fall, and it's Gotham. I'm wearing long sleeve shirts around the house." she replies.

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake nods, and will stand up, and says "You want a ride home or you want me to drive you?" He offers willing to give her space, but wanting to make sure she knows he anit upset he remembers the first time someone got away from him. "And if you decide to go after Catewoman, call for back up."

Sparrowhawk has posed:
"N-no..." Phoebe states, her shoulders rising up as she turns her head from Tim. "That won't... I won't make that mistake again." she states quietly, and she gives a little nervous swallow, and then shr rubs the back of her head.

And she lifts the icepak over her other shoulder, the wounds slightly deeper there.

    "Tim... does Catwoman use magic?"

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake says, "Not normally no, you think the cat is some kind of magic? " He asks her, and hmmms "May have found some type of cat based magical totem. Normally she is just wits, fighting and intelligent.""

Sparrowhawk has posed:
"... my staff hurt the cat. Rather than just... just slinging it, the weight wasn't right." she murmurs quietly, and then she draws her eyes up to Tim. "... is there a copy cat?"

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake says, "Always a possibility, I mean if your trying to steal stuff, and you could blame it on someone else wouldn't you?" He hmms "Did you get any recordings of the fight?""

Sparrowhawk has posed:
"No, I didn't get the chance to set up for it. I was going in blind. Heh... as soon as I saw the cat ears I should have..." she teeters slightly, and then slowly slides back down to the couch.

"... finished the sandwich... I can... talk to mom tomorrow... maybe at lunch...."

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake will sit down next to her, and says "What was the deal with the ears?" He will ask her, and makes mental note to add voice activated recording device to her costume. He leans in to hug her giving her his support.

Sparrowhawk has posed:
"She... had ears on her leather head. Cowl. Thing. I knew as soon as I saw that I should have gotten out. Called you. But by the time that anyone would have responded, she would have been long gone. I thought that I could handle it. ... guess I just overestimated myself."

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake looks to her, and says "She has a lot more experience than you hon, we all make that mistake sometime, either we make something personal. we think we can handle it ourselves, I mean like Killer Moth, or Condiment King, while we think of them mostly as a push over even they can throw a surprise out at us.

Sparrowhawk has posed:
Phoebe's head tilts down, and she leans against Tim's shoulder. Her eyes close, and her hand grips over her shoulder. She grips her hand slightly at her shoulder. "Eh. Rookie mistake then. Came out of it all right... no one's going to be mad about the missing gems?"

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake says, "Well maybe the guy who owns them." He will tell her, but adds "No Dick, Babs, and probably even Batman will understand, the worse you should get is a lecture about calling in back up even if your going in to handle it alone. At least till you have been doing this for like a year or so, if it is someone in a costume."

Sparrowhawk has posed:
"Right. Because this is not the healthiest trauma coping mechanism, but darn if we don't look good doing it." Phoebe gives a grin, and then exhales.

"Tim, I'm too tired to walk home."

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake looks to her, and says "Your welcome to stay, and you know, I am ok with 4 days, 4 weeks, 4 months, how ever long you want to stay." He hugs her with the one arm and rubs her side. I can tell you stories about my screw ups if it helps." He offers her a grin.

Sparrowhawk has posed:
"Yeah, but you were like, ten... but fine. You're gonna tell me it as a bedtime story." she gives a smile, and leans her forehead against Tim.

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake will move to pick her up and carry her to bed, and says "Sure, I will tell you about the time Crazy Quilt got the best of me." He tells her as he takes care of her.
