Bigby Wolf has posed:
It didn't take long for Bigby to locate Willow after their meeting in the park. Not that he's stalking her, but their first encounter revealed that the young woman possesses powerful magical powers. So out of curiosity, he decided to look for her.

The Magic Box - nice name for a store. As he enters the store, large brown bag in hand, his nose is assaulted by the variety of odours, sage predominating over all the other smelly items sold in here. Too bad he can't smoke in here!

Bigby isn't surprised to find Willow in here, he knew perfectly well that she was at the store, her scent being so fresh.

"Morning, Miss Willow," he says in that low voice of his.

Willow Rosenberg has posed:
*boggles*

He remembered her name!! Though how did he find her?

"You're the man from the park! Hi!" A pause. "Did you want something.. or? Either way, welcome to the Magic Box. My other part time job. Well, I guess there are three of them. But the one doesn't pay."

Bigby Wolf has posed:
Bigby grins at that, "Yes, Bigby." He then hands her the large brown paper bag.

"It's only luck," he says, "The Magic Box, a good place if any to find a witch. You were looking for mushrooms, which reminded me of a friend of mine growing them upstate. Pretty sure you'll like them."

As he speaks, Bigby leans against one of the large tables, waiting to see if Willow will like the mushrooms.

Willow Rosenberg has posed:
"No way!" Willow takes the bag and opens it up, carefully, and lo and behold she found puffballs as round as her head and thensome!

"Where.. I mean they're HUGE. Mmmm. Oh my gosh! Thank you! But I've nothing for you? Unless a book or something? We've got a lot of them."

*squees* Puffballs!!

Bigby Wolf has posed:
Bigby nods at that, the shadow of a smile on his face. A good witch appreciates the good stuff, and these puffballs are the best one could find in this world.

"Don't mention it," Bigby replies. "You owe me nothing. I was kind of sorry to see you searching for them in the park. Mind you, my friend has a whole lot more, of all kinds. You need something, just let me know. Plants, animals, rocks, whatever."
He looks around - so many trinkets - but also guenine items.

"Business' good?" he asks conversationally as his eyes return on Willow.

Willow Rosenberg has posed:
"Thank you! So much!"

Indeed! There's a little bit of everything at the Magic Box. Most of it really was trinkets and things that regular people - wiccans, 'witches', pagans, and the like - would want. But to the discerning buyer there were things to peruse and buy.

"Have you been in the Box, or similar?"

Bigby Wolf has posed:
He knows a couple witches, indeed. But none that would need to buy ingredients in a store.

"I had a friend who dabbled in the occult, we used to visit magic stores," he admits, a half-truth. "I used to provide her with special items. Mandrake was kind of difficult to locate at first, now I know where to find it."

Willow Rosenberg has posed:
"Well, really Giles doesn't really have the main ingredients except the usual. We have to get the more interesting ones as we have need. Most of the time, in those cases, they're actually looking for information."

"Do you mind my knowing who?" After all, there aren't many people like Willow around. Give or two a few.

Bigby Wolf has posed:
With a shake of his head, Bigby answers, "Oh, I meant, they've been gone for a while now. Before you were even born."

And that is the truth.

"One of them was Belladona. Not surpringly, she was a dealer in belladona. The best you could have. She left me a nice collection of rocks, crystals and gems." For good measures, he adds, "I'm missing her much."

Willow Rosenberg has posed:
Willow smiles with a touch of sadness. "She must have been a good friend. I like the name! Was it old age, or, well, people like us.. er me.. are in trouble from time to time."

Bigby Wolf has posed:
"A black witch got her," comes Bigby reply, narrowing his eyes at the memories. Then, smiling lightly, he adds, "But she didn't get to live long after her crime," he adds, not saying what exactly happened to the black witch, other than indicating that she's of no concern anymore.

"Are you in trouble right now?" he then asks, frowning. "I hate people to attack good witches. That's wrong."

Willow Rosenberg has posed:
"Oh," Willow answers. "I'm sorry."

She giggles at his question. "Well, *I* think I'm good. My friends think I'm too innocent. But I helped Superman before. I don't believe he would let me stay if he didn't believe I wasn't good."

Bigby Wolf has posed:
Bigby listens to Willow, nodding. "That's a good point," he says, "And I /know/, you are good. For the few I have seen, I'm sure you can do a lot more."

He crosses his arms over his chest, as if to consider his next words.

"In a way, this is why I'd like to help you find ingredients you might need. I'm sure you'd put them in good use, plus, it would give me a reason to trek around in the countryside."

He pauses, tilting his head slightly, "How did you help Superman?" he inquires.

Willow Rosenberg has posed:
"Help me? Really?" Willow blushes, but she accepts. "Sometimes, I could help you?"

Oh, yes, she enjoys looking around for ingredients, even when she doesn't find them! She weird like that.

"Superman?" She thinks about what she can say.. "He was taken prisoner on Apocalypse. We had to go and rescue him."

Bigby Wolf has posed:
"On Apocalypse, wow," Bigby is impressed. Somehow he feels that Willow posesses greater magic than she is even aware of.

Indeed, they could help each others at times. Not that Bigby requires much help in general, but a friend here and there can become handy. Like the one who gave him the oversized puffballs.

"Sure, I don't need anything at the moment, but who knows?"

Willow Rosenberg has posed:
"Then that's a deal!" And she puts out her hand to shake.
