Synopsis:	Buffy meets Willows new friend and potential boyfriend?

Buffy Summers has posed:
Buffy Summers had hung around Willow's apartment for a bit longer, grabbing some essential clothes and other necessities to haul over to Thomas' place. Seems she had never completely moved out, heck, maybe she planned to return some time, but for now, she just grabs a few things here and there.

For the moment, she is busy in her room to notice anything else going on..

Sentinel (Dallas) has posed:
Austin Dallas knocks on the door to the apartment. He and Willow had been on tthree dates thus far, so tonight was supposed to be a casual "Pizza and movie night... which is a pretty big step. Of course the "Other woman" in the relationship is with him aw well, though Tina has dressed down today in Yoga pants and a T-shirt that says "You wish you looked this good." Only, yah know, in monkey size.

Now, Willow had been looking forward to her 'date', but didn't prepare for Buffy dropping by! Oops?

She opens the door and ushers him in. With very quiet words, she explained that her roommate who wasn't a roommate was over. "She'll want to meet you?"

In all honesty, Buffy did not know that Willow was seeing someone, especially since the last several times she seemed to hit it off with someone, she stubbornly insisted that 'it was nothing~!' so she didn't want to jump to conclusions anymore.

At any rate, she's rather surprised to hear a knock at the door, followed by a male voice on the other side. Oh...Was Willow expecting someone? She wipes her brow, stepping out of her room and peers towards the guy. And the monkey. "Oh, hello! Er.." she peers curiously between Willow and Austin. "Ooh, friend of Willow's? That's a cute monkey you got there."

Buffy's not sure if she should be feeling awkward or not..Is he just a friend? A boyfriend? What's with the monkey!?

Sentinel (Dallas) has posed:
Austin Dallas grins slightly and blows at a bit of sandy blonde hair to push it out of his face. "Uhh, okay then Hi." he says offering a bit of a school-boy charming smile to Buffy and to Willow, "I can come back, or we can reschedule." He offers with a smile, shifting the pizza from one hand to the other because...yah know, Hot Pizza. Tina just smiles at being called cute, pointing her thumb at Buffy as if to say "She's got good taste."

Willow Rosenberg has posed:
Willow rolls her eyes, as much as to say, 'She'll be asking me all sorts of questions..'. (Good thing Buffy can't see those eyes!).

"Come on in.. Ooh ! Did you make my half cheese only?" She waits until both of them were inside, and introduced them. "Buffy this is my.." And there she stopped. "What are we, Austin?" She kinda hoped they would get around the first kiss tonight. Oops?

Buffy Summers oohs. "Is that pizza? Oh. Wow.." she glances between Austin and Willow and raises a brow, still very cautious about jumping to what seem to be obvious conclusions.

"Austin, huh? Nice to meet you, Austin. I'm Buffy, and who's your cute friend? she's sooo adorable." No really, Buffy's never seen a cute monkey on a person's shoulder before. Monkey demons don't count.

Although she doesn't need to be a psychic to know when she's interrupting. "Oh hey, sorry about that, I was just packing some bags, if you two had an...Appointment..I'm already on my way out.."

Sentinel (Dallas) has posed:
Tina leaps from Austin's shoulder to Buffy's and gives her a hug. Austin rolls his eyes, "I should warn you, flattery is her biggest weakness." He says and the monkey sticks her tounge out at him, apparently happy with her current perch. Austin then smiles at Willow and opens the box. Not only is one side loaded while the other remains a simple Cheese lover's dream, but there is actually a physical divider between the two. He grins a bit. "Mindy knows a place that has these." He says simply. She's a total Vegan so I called her." As for the question of "What are we?" Like any sane man ever, he does not touch that one.

Willow Rosenberg has posed:
Hrm.. Willow frowns for a little while, as she works it out. Weren't they.. or were they not..?

The pizza was a delight!

"Cool! Mindy? I'll have to thank her! It's perfect." Then to Buffy, she laughs. "I think Tina wants you to stay. I think there is enough pizza? We were going to watch a movie. No biggie."

What is that? Willow not studying?? *gasp*

Buffy Summers arches a brow, teetering between staying and leaving. Well, she got the majority of the stuff she needed to collect, and her room is looking a lot less empty than it did before, but...

"Sure, I could stay a little longer, but I don't wanna impose or anything." she smiles, venturing to scritch Tina under the chin if she'll allow it. "Thanks for the pizza by the way, that's really generous of you. Soooo what kinds of movies you wanna watch?"

Oh she is totally gonna sneak off and give 'em some private time if things get too cozy though, because Willow totally deserves this....Whatever it is. Without Buffy being a third wheel too.

Sentinel (Dallas) has posed:
Austin Dallas grins a bit, "I mean we were going to share with Tina anyway, so it's no big deal." He says with a grin, "Umm, I brought 'Return of the Revenge of the son of Dracula's cousin's collage roommate', 'No Retreat, No surrender', the remake of 'They Live,' and the re-re-re-remake of Murder on the Orient Express... Spoiler, the butler probably did it."

Tina, for her part extends her head all the way back and allows Buffy full access to her chin, making a pleased little chirping sound as she is stroked. "She likes you," Austin comments amused, "But then with her flattery will get you everywhere.."

Buffy Summers has posed:
Buffy Summers chuckles, "Sooo does she know any tricks? I'll bet you're a smart monkey, aren't you?" she continues to scritch Tina, while reaching for a slice of pizza. "Hmm, 'They Live' is a good one, one of my faves." she grins, "Buut you know, dracula movies are always fun, haven't seen that one before although...Sounds kinda contrived but potentially funny..Why don't you pick, Willow?"

Austin Dallas visibly winces at the word "Tricks" and Tina goes from enjoying having attention lavished apon her to an outraged squeak and jumping back to Austin's shoulder before releasing a tirade that would make a sailor blush... at least any sailor that spoke monkey. Austin just offers an apologetic smile.. "she's... not really a pet.. she's more like a friend, yah know?" he says even as Tina very deliberately turns her back on all of them.

Willow Rosenberg has posed:
"They /all/ sound good! The Murder on the Orient Express is a classic.. I wonder if this version is worth it. You said the vampire one?" Willow shrugs, and beams. "Makes no difference. Besides, we can borrow them again."

She took the pizza box to the living room. "Put on the movie!" And she settles down in the middle of the couch. Let them argue where they are going to sit!

Buffy Summers blinks slowly as Tina runs away. "Oh no, I'm sorry! I just meant..Well.." she shrugs helplessly. "Friend, okay, well that's cool. I'm dying to know how you two met.." she grins, munching some more on her pizza, glancing over at Willow. "Wo, try the Dracula one then..Might be fun!"

Buffy's already sitting on one end of the couch, letting them sit together if they choose. She doesn't plan to hang around too long, just a polite amount of time, heck, maybe just until she finishes her pizza..

You know, just in case this really is a date and she's intruding..

Austin Dallas grins a bit and laughs, "Well it was kind of weird actually. See, I was trying to find a job and I went into this Club. met with the owner guy. He basically told me there was nothing available but he'd keep my application on file... about a week later he calls, I ask if it's about the job and he says 'No, but there is this girl who I think you should meet. Yes I am setting you up on a blind date and barely know you." austin shakes his head and grins a bit, "I don't know why I said yes... But he just had this aura of confidence. And hell I thought anyone who looks as good as he does has to have hot friends, what do I have to loose?" As he speaks he is loading the movie and takes a seat on the opposite end of the sofa from Buffy. Leaving room for Willow in the middle.

Willow Rosenberg has posed:
"I still can't believe how he described me." Willow shakes her head, and once he has put the movie in she moves infinitesimally closer to him. "I wouldn't have trusted him. I mean, I still would have gone out with me, just I wouldn't have trusted him. After all, nobody has a hot friend, who is smart, and single?!"

Buffy Summers has posed:
Buffy Summers chuckles a bit, settling down on the sofa with her pizza, still eyeing Tina thoughtfully, and even breaks off a piece, offering some for her, just in case she's willing to forgive Buffy.

"Hmm, well good thing, I mean, Willow can be shy, but she really is quite the catch. I mean, she's pretty, smart, sweet and sensitive, and a good person to have your back!"

Sentinel (Dallas) has posed:
Austin Dallas grins a little bit, "I'm discovering that." He says with a bit of a smile that might be just a little Twitterpated. He grins and grabs a slice of Pizza for himself and tilts his head as the opening scene of a bat flying through a window...a closed window... and saying "Ouch," In a strong Romainan accent begins. Tina for her part etyes the pizza skeptically... then snatches it and resumes sitting with her back turned. Austin just grins, "She'll be fine after she sulks a bit.."

Willow Rosenberg has posed:
Willow doesn't know how to take that. Surely Buffy is being a tad (read: lots) over generous in her statement about Willow. "I really am good to watch your back."

There. She admitted to part (read: one thing) of Buffy's praise.

But the movie.. oh god, the movie!

"Let me guess, it's in the negatives of the Rotten Tomatoes?" She really has to giggle.

To be honest, Buffy often worries about Willow. Which of course annoys Willow to know end..She just shrugs, munching quietly, thoughtfully on her pizza for a bit as she watches the movie. Tina is noted with a slight smile, and Buffy can't help but chuckle just a bit as the monkey indignantly snatches the pizza then goes back to huffing.

"Oh well, take your time, Tina, I hope you'll come around eventually." To Willow, she just nods and smiles, giving her the thumbs up. "You really are, in more ways than one. Heck, I should have set you up with a blind date sooner, but I hope things work out for the two of you."

She finishes her pizza, checking the time. It's only been 20 or so minutes, but she should leave them alone soon to get to know each other better without an awkward third wheel around. Soooo this is what it feels like..
