Date of Scene: 03 April 2021
Location: Gym, Avengers Mansion
Synopsis: Drake introduces Hunori to Tony
Cast of Characters: Slipstream, Hunori Seong, Iron Man

Slipstream has posed:
The doors swish open to reveal Drake and Hunori as he leads her into the gym. The youngest Avenger is wearing a bomberjacket, a black shirt and a pair of loose fit jeans over some worn down sneakers. Hunori will have a guest badge on. "I was thinking we can stress your powers out a bit more this time to see where it's peak is at." He calls over his shoulder to her as he heads over to one of the weight machines that Thor uses.

"You've been practicing, right? Your control is getting better?" He gives a few hops on his feet, swiveling his arms and hips around side to side to loosen himself up. Behind him, the golden robot called Snowball floats after him lazily, her LED face plate showing a n.n across it, quietly whirling along.

Hunori Seong has posed:
"Much better," Hunni agrees as she follows, herself dressed for a workout even if her outfit tended to get replaced when she activated her powers. Simple blue shorts, an obnoxiously bright pink sports top, the korean girl moves over towards the machine and stretches her arms up above her head.

"Less explosions, more focused bursts of energy. Plus I've gotten pretty good about reigning in my strength when I -don't- want to go all overkill." A grin, Hunori winks. "Always playing to win, but not always 'playing for keeps'."

Iron Man has posed:
Tony Stark is already in the gym and close to the end of a workout, if the big dark sweat stains on the front, back, and underarms of his tank top mean anything. He sports a pair of long, silk boxing shorts that fall below his knees and of course the baggy tank top advertises in faded lettering that, at some point, he either worked out at a "GOLD'S GYM" or bought a trendy shirt on E-Bay. The elder Avenger is slowly working at butterfly curls with fat 50 pound dumbells.

There's a faint 'clink' where the weights meet at the top of his lift, then a low grunt as he starts lowering them again. It doesn't take super hearing to tell that he's blasting death metal directly into his earholes with wireless headphones, which is probably the reason why he doesn't notice the new arrivals.

Slipstream has posed:
"That's great to hear." Drake says to Hunori as he gives a few more hops along his feet to loosen his ankles out. As his eyes track along the gym, they fall upon Tony working out and his brows lift upwards. He throws a hand upwards towards him, giving a quick wave.

"Hey there, Mister Stark! Hope you're having an awesome weekend." He probably can't be heard over the loud music. Death Metal -is- awesome after all.

"That's him. The man himself." He says aside to Hunori. "Tony Stark, the Iron Man."

Hunori Seong has posed:
Of course Hunni knew the Avengers, she'd been a bit of a superhero fan before her whole...erruption thing...and she was here with Drake. Still, seeing a 'big name' in the flesh quite literally thanks to a lack of armor has the girl blinking again, eyes going wide and a little 'whoa' mumered under her breath.

"Awesome..." she speaks in her accented tones before frowning. "I'm not going to be getting in the way being here right? I...kinda don't want to get chased out of here by Iron man."

Iron Man has posed:
The death metal cuts off abruptly while Stark's shoulders are arched by the lowering weights, and the man himself is so startled that he almost drops the weights. Those who know him well would recognize an interruption by the AI that runs the billionaire's life, rather than assuming some clairvoyance. He lays there on the bench, weights halted, listening, then darts his eyes around the room before an abrupt kick of the legs gets him sitting upright.

Stark sets his weights at the foot of the bench before he gets up and grabs a towel to scrub his face and head while approaching Drake Winters and Hunori. The in-ear-canal headphones are forgotten, one knocked loose by his vigorous cleanup, and then he has to stop to pick it up. The look on his face as he straightens to face the others reads, 'That probably did not look cool.'

Slipstream has posed:
Giving a glance to Hunori, Drake lets out a soft laugh. "No, this place is huge. It's fine. If it can fit She-Hulk and Thor in it at the same time, you know? Don't worry about it." He cracks his neck from side to side. "Hi Mister Stark. This is my friend Hunori. Been hoping to introduce you two at some point. She's a new hero on the streets, been doing some patrols with me. Got kinda like a psionic maniuplatable force field power. It's 'neat'."

If Tony wasn't looking cool, Drake isn't about to call him out on it. He is the poster child of clumsy himself. "How're you doing today, sir?"

Hunori Seong has posed:
'Neat' was a compliment she'd take, Hunnori nodding her head with a smile. "Seong Hunori, or just 'Hunni' if you like," the girl introduces herself.

If the headphone drop had been akward, she wasn't letting it show. Being an Avenger obviously earned a lot of lasers.

As for her powers? She offers a grin. "I glow, get stronger and can do some cool energy stuff."

Layman's terms to a genius, because why not?

Iron Man has posed:
Stark tucks the dropped earbud into a shorts pocket and Hunori a quick up-and-down inspection while she amends Drake's introduction. He rolls his towel and drapes it around his neck before offering a freshly-dried hand to shake, and returns his gaze to make eye contact. "I'm Tony Stark," he announces, even though Drake has already pointed that out. "Nice to meet you, Lite-Brite."

He looks back and forth between the two before asking, "Are we recruiting or just showing off? I could loan you the Countach. Probably easier."

Slipstream has posed:
"Just giving her a safe space to cut loose a bit and practice. It was either that or an abandoned warehouse and the last time I tried something like that you complained about insurance premiums going up, sir." Drake says with a slight grin. ".. maybe a little showing off too."

He gives a glance to Hunori, brows lifting. "Lite Brite isn't a bad code name for you. Better than Sparkler or Super Nova, or Bulkkoch." Which is Sparkler in Korean. He rolls the word off his tongue easily enough.

"Wanna see what she can do? It's kinda impressive actually." There is a quick burst of blue light, followed by a swirl of contrails as he jolts off for a second, then reappears with a bottle of water as he holds it out to him.

Hunori Seong has posed:
"There is kinda a side effect though, it's a little emba- Wait, he just loans out supercars? This superhero thing is awesome!"

Momentarily distracted, there's a little nod however at talk of name before she gives a little chuckle. "Can superheroes get copyright claimed for their names? That sounds like inviting trouble."

Iron Man has posed:
"I'll hook you up with my theatrical agent," Tony starts to answer Hunori while accepting the bottled water from Drake. "Thanks, Door Dash," he quips, then twists the cap to break the seal and gives Drake a low-lidded scowl. "So just plain water?" he asks. "There's a flask in my gym bag."

Back to Hunori, the lead Avenger continues, "You'll want to copyright your code name and trademark your costume and a couple of unique power-moves. I'm probably forgetting a few." He takes a swig of the water in spite of his complaint. "And stop calling me, 'Sir.'"

Slipstream has posed:
"Pepper told me she will start docking my pay and deny any and all expense reports if I do that, sir. But, I did get you that water that is imported from India. Bisleri. I can get you a Dasani instead if you want." Drake says as he tries to hide the grin on his face. "Sorry, Mister Stark, not sir."

Glancing to Hunori, he bumps his shoulder into hers. "We're all trademarked. Our names, costumes, toy sales, poster sales, coffee mug, energy drinks, cereal. Well.. I mean, not me. Him, obviously, Cap, Thor, Hulk. Widow. The heavy hitters. I got a shoe deal." He says as he wiggles his feet, clad in worn down Addidas footwear. Blue and silver.

"I showed you my prototype action figure, remember? Um.. it didn't do very well with the panel. The feedback was .. /Who?/. It's cool though. Sits on my dresser. Probably under a shirt somewhere."

Hunori Seong has posed:
"I uh...don't really have much choice in my costume," Hunori admits, face flushing a little bit. "It's less 'super armor suit' and a little more...kinda girly."

Stark's armor was one of the most famous out there, so talking about her own little 'magical girl' style change did kinda leave the young woman sheepish.

"Trademarks, branding...it's a lot more then just punching robots huh?"

Iron Man has posed:
Tony abruptly holds the open water bottle out toward Drake. "When you're on the job for Stark-Fujikawa, you can worry about Ms. Potts. Here you're a partner in crime." He flashes a toothy grin at the younger Avenger before turning his attention back to Hunori.

"I'm not really sure what you're saying about your costume, but Drake said something about a demo so maybe that's in order. Whether you want to make a living doing what you do is up to you. If that's your style, then that's what you do. We have people who built their whole career making us profitable." His outstretched hand wiggles the water bottle.

Slipstream has posed:
"When she uses her powers, she goes into this Sailor Moon thing. You know, slow motion, costume change in a burst of light, hair extensions and all of that during a colorful light show. I guess we could name her Sailor Seong." Drake says with a wry grin towards his friend.

There is also a soft mutter under his breath about Pepper being scary but he reaches out to take the water bottle from Tony, caps it, then gives a quick burst of back and forth as he delivers the flask to him.

"It is pretty cool though when she does it. I'm still trying to figure out how it all works myself."

Iron Man has posed:
Tony gives Drake a wide smile as the bottle 'vanishes' and the flask 'appears' in his hand in a whoosh of air. "That never gets old," he remarks fondly. The flask is uncapped and tipped up for a long drink, long enough that his Adam's Apple bobs a few times before he lowers it. Then it's held out, this time offering a swig to each other others while he listens to Drake's description.

"What's so bad about that?" he wants to know. "Do you have any idea how much I've spent trying to build a suit that assembles itself on demand and looks cool doing it?"

Slipstream has posed:
"Well, there's nothing bad about it. It's pretty cool. Though I think she can work on making the process faster, only because she's sorta a big glowing target while she is changing. It's not like bad guys are going to wait for her to settle before shooting. Pew Pew." Drake says as he makes finger gun motions in the air, left to right. Kapow.

"She can lift a few tons of weight though when she's armored up. Her utility is crazy." As Snowball floats down next to him, he leans over to 'fistbump' one of her propellers. She goes 'doot' in response to him. "I think she can control the armor based upon her imagination really. Sorta like Green Lantern but not as OP."

Iron Man has posed:
"You should probably delete the term, 'OP,' from your vocabulary as long as Banner exists," Tony quips back at Drake. "If you take away that cosmic ring, a Lantern's greatest power is self-righteousness."

Hunori Seong has posed:
"I do -not- go into slow motion...it's just all glowy and stuff..." Hunni pouts lightly, although questioning of how it works exactly earns a shrug. She has no idea!

"I mean, I can make a shield and I can release the energy to go all 'Pew Pew' myself, but I haven't tried making like...objects and stuff."

A shrug, the korean girl steps back from the pair, setting her water bottle aside. "I -can- show you I guess, if you like. I don't explode everything around me like the first time anymore."

Slipstream has posed:
Grinning back at her, Drake gives her an amused look. "But, anyways, yeah, what she said." He takes a few paces back from her, giving a long stretch of his body to crack his spine and arch his joints. "Go for it, Hunni." He gives Tony a glance, smiling widely. "It's /really/ cool."

Iron Man has posed:
Stark follows Drake's lead in taking a couple of steps back. "Should we take it outdoors?" he wonders aloud. "Lots of heavy, blunt objects in here that I wouldn't want to meet in flight."

Hunori Seong has posed:
No answer to Tony's question from Hunni. Besides, the place was meant to be able to handle Thor and She-Hulk according to Drake!

Instead the girl closes her eyes, sweeping her hands upwards as light engulfed her form, swirling in almost tangible shapes as she was left as little more than a silhouette to any gaze.

Those same lights seemed to solidify and then 'burst' revealing her 'armor' that looked far more akin to a dress, complete with the 'combat skirt' and revealing neckline. Her hair, initially brunette, was now a practically glowing radient blonde and the transformed heroine raised a now gloved hand to gesture to herself.

"I know the outfit looks like it's straight out of a manga...but the forcefield can stop bullets like an umbrella stopping the rain."

Slipstream has posed:
"See, Sailor Moon." Drake says aside to Tony with a firm nod of his head. "It's like automatic also. Not sure if it does it because it pulls from some latent memories of her watching anime, or if whatever gave her these powers is like .. I don't know.. linked to Asian history or something. But, that's what you get. Pretty neat."

Iron Man has posed:
"It works," Stark answers Drake with a slow, critical nod of his head. "She really doesn't have her own code-name? Starburst or Surge or something would be catchy. Maybe too on-the-nose." He tips his flask to his lips for a quick sip before adding, "We should run some impact-tests on her force field, see what she can stand up to. Maybe throw a bus at her."

Hunori Seong has posed:
Stepping closer to the pair, Hunni clears her throat, crossing her arms at her chest. "Can you start smaller than a bus please? I'd rather not get squished."
