Buffy Summers has posed:
Buffy Summers hadn't seen Willow in some time. Perhaps it was because they'd both been busy with other things, or maybe they just kept missing each other. Either way, things have been hectic around the Magic Box and with the whole Shield issue..But a recent visit from Austin had her worried about Willow, so she had decided to check in on her BFF.

Buffy hadn't given her any warning, but had been polite enough to knock on the apartment door once she arrived. "Hello, Willow? Are you there?"

Willow Rosenberg has posed:
Willow was just heading out when she heard the knock, and she opened the door, grinning. "Almost missed me! By the way, the boys now live here, I guess I should get their opinion on the open door policy? So weird not having you live here.. Come on in!"

She closes the door behind her. "What's new? I have some good news, and some weird news."

Buffy Summers has posed:
Buffy Summers smiles, "Hey, Willow! Glad I caught you..I keep missing you lately. How've you been?" she steps in, peering around, curious to see if there have been many changes since those other two room mates moved in.

"Hmm, well..We finally found the shield and it's now under lock and key at the magic box til you and Giles and take a look..Oh, and Austin was looking for you, you keep missing each other."

Willow Rosenberg has posed:
Willow frowns. "I know. Is he okay? I've been busy. I didn't see any messages, I thought he'd wandered away. And then between all the other things it just slipped my mind." After all, she was quite used to being dumped.

Sitting on the edge of the couch she waited for Buffy to sit. "Finally I'm all done for this semester. In the fall will be my final year. Maybe. I'm debating a couple of courses to round out my degree. I'll see.. but you didn't say the good news or the weird news first!"

Buffy Summers has posed:
Buffy Summers smiles and shrugs, "Yeah, he seemed fine..He was just kinda missing you. Was wondering if you'd forgotten him or something. I said I'd talk to you about it..I guess maybe you guys have just had bad timing? But I think he likes you a lot and worries.."

She steps further into the room, sitting down on the couch. "Wow, almost finished college huh? Isn't this exciting? Although I still dunno what to do with my life.." She sighs. It's not like she was making straight A's like Willow.

And of course there's this news thing. Buffy arches a brow, smirking. "Huh, good news and weird news you say? Well..Better get the weird news out of the way first.."

Willow Rosenberg has posed:
"That's funny, there have been no messages.. Maybe something is wrong with my cell.. or maybe he's got the wrong number?" Willow shakes her head. "Are you taking the fourth year, or just a general degree?"

She digs through her satchel. "Okay.. this really is odd, but we ran into this guy threatening a witch at the Bronze. Long story short, he needs some group to get back his memories. I kinda hoped we could help him. His name was Wade, and he seemed ok with killing vampires. Here is his card."

Now she's only got the good news!

Buffy Summers has posed:
Buffy Summers frowns. "Dunno, he said he tried to call and leave messages..Did you change your phone? Or maybe he wrote your number down wrong.." she shrugs, "Don't worry, I'm sure you two will get it sorted out!"

She shrugs. "Hmm, well I'm taking a three year general psychology degree mostly, but some of the courses are pretty hard so..I'm not exactly getting straight A's..Or B's. Although I am getting a few Bs. hey, it's pretty interesting stuff. I think I might become a cop on day maybe..How about you?" she smiles, "Weren't you taking a double major or something? computer science and..Something else?"

The name Wade is not familiar to Buffy though, and she arches a curious brow. "Oh yeah? Weeird..Soo, you think we can help him with his memories? I dunno, I mean, I thought that would require I dunno, a doctor..or you know, psychologist.."

Willow Rosenberg has posed:
"Sorta?" Willow was prevaricating. "Three majors." Actually four, but shhh. "They only count two though. And I don't know!? Wade really needs help, but I don't know if he's willing to accept. And there is something about his case that is bothering me. I've got to some research.. Which kinda brings me to my last point. I got a job. A real job, at X-Corp. The owner took me out to lunch. He's nice.. I think he's rich?"

Buffy Summers has posed:
Buffy Summers laughs, "Right, of course. I'd say that's gotta be tough, but if anyone can do it, you can!" she beams. "Wow, you're really something, super smart, and with a huge heart. You always want to help people." she nods. "Well, I don't know what we can do to help, but we can certainly try. Heck, maybe if he comes on patrol a few times with us, maybe it'll help him to, I dunno, blow off steam?" she shrugs.

As mention of a job is made, she arches a brow. "Oh wow, really? congrats! Sooo what kinda work do they do at X-corp?"

Willow Rosenberg has posed:
"Well." Willow tells her, "I believe I'm helping with Integration and Acclimatization. You know, every person has their place? This is mine. Working through data.. and.. well.. they're all mutants. He's well aware of my magic, so there that as well. I'm excited, though I'll miss Mercutio's. But they're happy for me."

Buffy Summers has posed:
Buffy Summers oohs, "That's right, that kinda is what you're best at, among other things." she grins and nods. "Hey, sounds like fun, i'm sure you'll do well!" a curious brow is raised at mutants, "Ooh, working for a mutant company? That's cool, I have a few mutant friends. Do they pay well?"

Willow Rosenberg has posed:
"I think?" Willow tries to remember how much they will be paying her. She mentions it, and it was more than fine. "I have no clue if it is good. I'm just happy I got it. If it wasn't for Ms. Delaporte at Fusion telling me, I wouldn't have found it!"

Buffy Summers has posed:
Buffy Summers chuckles and nods. "Wow, that's not bad. I guess you'll get to help make a lot of peoples' lives better." she sighs, "Wish I knew what to do with my life. I mean, working at the club is good but tiring sometimes. It's a bit strange to be working for my boyfriend.." she shrugs and grins, "Of course I get lots of freebies that way too. I think you'll do just fine.."

Willow Rosenberg has posed:
"Anyways, you caught me as I was going out. I'll walk you out." Willow stands and proceeds to the door.

Buffy Summers has posed:
Buffy Summers smiles and nods. "Sure, sounds good. It was nice to talk to you again and catch up. Let's try to do this more often, hey?" she sighs as she heads for the door as well. "I guess life can get in the way but..Take care, Willow."
