Cast of Characters: Sparrowhawk, Red Robin

Sparrowhawk has posed:
Phoebe was sprawled out, on a now increasingly rare night off, wearing pajama pants and a CLUB LUX T-shirt She has a legal pad down with a bunch of scribbled words and concepts. Her hair is loose in all its natural glory, tamed only by a bandana that she has over the front of her skull to keep it out of the way.

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake has been working down in the garage. He came up, and headed for the shower first. The young man now comes out of the shower towel wrapped around his waist and one over his shoulders. "Hey hon, what you up to?" He asks her, as he heads over to get something to put on after his shower.

Sparrowhawk has posed:
"Sparrowhawk's too long of a name. Can't use Beacon because it's my last name, just trying to think of something that's going to be easy to contend with without being a small bird that eats Robins."

She pauses, and gives a wr y little grin. "Maybe that's why Bruce doesn't like me. He thinks I'm going to eat you all up."

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake smirks and looks back over to her, and says "He likes you ok, your just still in the Fear me, I am Dark and Broody" He makes a stoic batman face at her. He then grabs some PJ bottoms and puts them on before walking over towards her.

Sparrowhawk has posed:
"He has zero interest in me as long as you're not upset. Pretty sure because he trained *you* to be his partner, and then here I come, hardly out of the bat-nursary and out to the Bat-world on the off-chance that I'm trustworthy because you like me." Phoebe gives a slight smile, and sits up.

"You heard what he said. He's not interested."

Phoebe frowns a moment. "... that actually hurt more to admit than I thought it would."

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake looks to her, and says "Hon, I will let you in on a bit of knowledge, he drives by trying to get us to work on trying to prove ourselves to him. When I came in, he did not want to train me either."

Sparrowhawk has posed:
"You're different. You weren't dating Dick." Phoebe points out with a wry note, and then she leans back onto the bed, and looks at her list.

"... so. What do you know about the owner of the Lux nightclub in Bludhaven?"

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake shakes his head and says "Not much really, have left Bludhaven mostly to Dick, just looking into it when he needs some back up with this or that." He walks over to sit beside her and says "No, I showed up telling him he needed to make up with Dick."

Sparrowhawk has posed:
"... he offered to help me find the source of my powers." Phoebe states as she turns and looks over to Tim, and she stretches her arms up, rolling her shoulders a bit.

"He apparently picked up on what I thought was happening, I can't clamp down hard enough on the powers to stop them entirely, so there's a leak. He's taken a special interest in me."

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake 's brow raises a bit to this and says "Oh? He a magic type or someone I would know? Sorry I did not even think about it like that, thought the whole aura of healing was just part of it.

Sparrowhawk has posed:
"Yeah, he's a magic type. Otherworldly, in fact." Phoebe states, and she sits up.

"Well, that's why I kind of have the latent healing thing -- aaand, by the way, why *you* feel so spry first thing in the morning. I don't think it's just my company." she teases Tim, and she swings herself to sit up.

"My concern is that he'll have to go through my memories to find more informatin. And let's just say that I'm not ready to expose' my night shift jobs."

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake nods his head a bit and hmms "We might be able to find some mystic types with the JLU Dark, not sure who all is active currently, but might be able to get one of them to come talk with you if your more comfortable with one of them.

Sparrowhawk has posed:
"Actually... he seems like he's a decent guy? After the event at Top of Gotham, Sophie and I went to Lux -- aaaadmittedly, on your name." Phoebe gives a sheepish smile. "She lost her wallet. The owner was able to return it to me as I was walking through the Riverside Park on a 'light duty' patrol -- and it's too much of a coincidence, that he happened to be in Gotham, at that park, with my friend's wallet in his pocket."

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake 's brow raises a bit and says "He returned it you as Sparrowhawk, after meeting you as Phoebe?" He sits up a bit straighter, and will reach over for his tablet off the bedside table.

Sparrowhawk has posed:
"NO, no, I wasn't in unoform. Light duty patrol -- I was out for a walk to keep an eye on the situation. I was wearing a WayneTech jacket!" Phoebe quickly corrects, and then looks hurt.

"If he had recognized me in the armor, do you think for one second I wouldn't have gotten a signal out that I was compromise dand retreated to a safehouse?"

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake looks to her, and says "I would think you would but you also said, you think he can see your memories if you let him, he may have had powers to effect your judgement as well." He reaches over to take her hand "I trust you hon."

Sparrowhawk has posed:
"... no, no you can't do that, Tim. You can't say that I'm possibly... possibly *compromised* and then say you trust my judgement." Phoebe points out. "You realize that if he found out that you and I swing around on high tensile wires through Gotham in kevlar bodysuits, the risk our families are put in? My mom?"

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake nods, his head a bit and says "Yes, I understand the risk. I have hide it for a while now, and I do trust you not to compromise us, but I also know there are times, when people know more about us than they should. I will admit, I should have realized you would have made sure knew right off the bat if you were compromised, but I was not thinking, went straight to, how do we fix this mode."

Sparrowhawk has posed:
"Nice save. Especially since it was your advice I took to seek out someone more knowledgeable." Phoebe states, a little cooly as her arms cross.

"For once, I thought I didn't have to rely on you or your connections. Guess that's just how this relationship's going to work forever." she grumps a little, flopping back to the bed.

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake looks over to her, and says "No, you will make connections and ways of doing things on your own. I just thought I would offer those. You said your not sure on trusting him with your memories. Did he tell you anything you might be able to use to investigate it more?"

Sparrowhawk has posed:
"Only that he'd be able to look into memories that happened before I was cognizant to try and descern who my birth parents were." she gives a shrug, and she exhales.

"I'm sorry, Tim. I'm... tired. I got jumped yesterday and my arm's still a little out of whack." she admits, and then she turns to him.

"... but if there's a chance I could find out where I'm from... should I take it?"

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake looks to her, and says "Well do you actually want to know? I mean we can look into it if you want. I aint ran your DNA compared to the records here and around to see if I could get any hits. " He hmms and says "Also does your mom still have any of the items you were found with?"

Sparrowhawk has posed:
"I think they're in police storage. Abandonment and endangerment of a toddler and everything -- but really. I was wearing a T-shirt, shorts, underwear and a sock. It's not like I was left on someone's doorstep in a basket or plucked outta the river among the reeds." Phoebe remarks with humor. "And... for a while? I didn't want to know. I didn't want to acknowledge someone who didn't want me, and abandoned me in a dangerous place." Phoebe replies quietly, then glances to Tim.

"... but now I'm wondering if I'm alone."

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake looks to her and says "Well you were dropped off at a fire department, it could just have easily been someone who was scared they could not take care of you and wanted better for you." He hmms a bit and says "We can get the things, see if there is anything to find off of them we can try."

Sparrowhawk has posed:
Phoebe tilts her head back, and then picks up the fancy WayneTech phone, and enters in a few search words, and then hands it over to Tim.

There is an adorable, happy looking todler, indeed wearing a white T-shirt with PHOEBE written in sharpie on one arm. She is wearing a pair of blue denim shorts with pink flowers, and a single sock. That may be Commissioner Gordon in the background looking confused.

"I don't think there'd be anything there, Tim." she states.

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake hmms and says "Yea, my first thought is your parents did not want to leave you, the fact you have one sock they kept the other to have a connection to you. Might be totally wrong on it, but my first thought. He hmms and says "Knowing the Commish, DNA and such were run on the clothes, and possibly yours." He starts tapping onto his tablet, and brings up the police records for the time they found her.

Sparrowhawk has posed:
"I also ran my own DNA test when I was seeing if I had mutant genes. Came up with nothing, no markers, no matches. I have as much in common with everyone else in the world that I do with a banana." Phoebe replies, and she gives a smile.

"... would you want to know, if you were in my shoes?"

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake looks to her, and says "Probably, but asking me might be a bit biased, I see a mystery, I want to know the answer to it." He looks to her, and says "It has been really hard not to look into it already, but I have been respecting you and not looking into it without you.

Sparrowhawk has posed:
"Do you think you can solve a seventeen-year-old cold-case abandoning?"

Phoebe rolls onto her stomach, and looks over to Tim. "Maybe I should ask Lucifer for his help."

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake starts to answer, and a brow raises as he looks to her "Lucifer?" He asks of her. "You making some new friends I don't know hon?"

Sparrowhawk has posed:
"... that's the name of the guy who owns Lux." Phoebe replies. "Careful, we say his name three times and he *might* show up to make fun of me drinking ginger-ale again."

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake looks to her, and says "Let me try to see what I can find." He tells her. "I think I want to give it a try for a bit, see if I can figure anything out, aint worked on an oldder case in a while, could use the practice on working on old ones.
