Synopsis:	Superboy meets Austin Dallas in Central Park while Juggernaut looms in the background

Superboy has posed:
In the years Conner has been living in New York, he has kept a relatively low profile. He did fight a few supervillains, stopped some crime, joined hero teams against invasions and crazy criminal plots but... that was nothing like what he did in Hawaii, where he was pretty much a pop icon. But his social media accounts closed down years ago, when he returned to the East Coast.

But he has joined the Titans, and he is a more public figure now. So, after he helped with an helicopter crash in Central Park, he stayed to talk with the cops and the EMT, and then a couple reporters that showed up. And then a group of high-schoolers that somehow still remember about him. And a few bored New Yorkers joined up the conversation.

He is also wearing a more complete uniform that he usually does lately. Boots, red pants, leather jacket, the old Superboy getup. "No, I am not giving you Starfire's phone number. C'mon, I don't even have it," there is some laughing. Someone ask him about why he left Hawaii, 'no coment'.

Sentinel (Dallas) has posed:
Imagine for a minute, Wonder Woman. The red and gold bustier, The star spangled pants (though theses go all the way down. Red and white thigh high boots, and a golden tiera with a red star in the center of her forehead. Confident, sexy, powerful. Now imagine it on a capuchin monkey. Austin for his part is simply wearing jeans and a red Gothem Knight's hoodie as he stands off from the crowd a bit watching the reporters question conner. "I'll go talk to him, I promise." He says up to the monkey, "I just don't wanna do it in front of the press.." The monkey squeeks and he smirks, "Well for starters, what if someone recognises a stolen lab monkey?"

Juggernaut has posed:
Nearby..

Well nope, nothing to see here. Just an absolutely gargantuan wrecking ball of a human being that has just emerged into view, casually strolling towards a hot dog vendor with all the intensity and lumbering presence of a meandering earthquake or some other sort of natural disaster that decided it wanted to pick up a snack.

No matter the what, where and why..Cain Marko cuts a figure that looks like it should be facing down the entire defensive line of the regional football conference. Alone. He's currently dressed somewhat casually with a tee-shirt sporting a grinning Godzilla stretched across his 'Yikes he's insanely big' torso and jeans and brown heavy soled workboots finishing off his casual fare. Unshaven hair and the slow growth of an unkempt red haired mullet crown his brutish features but he's otherwise perfectly normal-ish. Don't mind the hot dog vendor as he starts quaking in his boots as Cain's immense shadow and presence falls over him.

For his part, Cain doesn't seem particularly interested in much more aside from simply 'existing' at the moment and he studies the vendors offerings with curiosity until he takes note of Conner's press conference nearby. His eyes are hidden by shades but his gaze and attention does flicker that way and remain there momentarily, giving the vendor a moment to sigh in relief.

Superboy has posed:
The reporters leave, and Conner gets to sign some autographs. Some of the older kids also leave, assuming the party is over. The young man glances at Cain when he looks at him. But he fails to recognize the villain.

Somewhere in Gotham Red Robin facepalms, like so many times.

Instead, Conner hears something about stolen lab animals, and spots the wonder-monkey, which is quite the sight, even for New York.

Sentinel (Dallas) has posed:
Austin Dallas sees Conner looking his way and smirks slightly, "See I told you so," He says simply. The monkey in turn gives a long suffering sigh, and just holds on gently as the teen walks in Conner's direction. Which puts the onus of introducing himself on him He smiles a bit offering his hand to shake, "Umm high there, My name's Austin... I met Supergirl and Starfire some time ago... they both said they would, you know pass my name around with you guys." Well technically Starfire said she would call him, but he's choosing not to read too much into that. He too sees the massive mountain of a man and shakes his head. "How much you wanna bet that guy is like an accountant, or always dreamed of being a folk singer.

Juggernaut has posed:
To be fair to Conner, a lot of people don't conflate 'giant guy with red hair' to Juggernaut. It's not simply the size - though as Juggernaut he's actually much..much bigger..but ..well..the helmet. Cain's face isn't ever seen as Juggernaut and if the helmet is knocked off the skullcap does the rest. So as far as most know, most of the time, he might simply be a really huge guy or some sort of meta or mutant. But Juggernaut? Naaaaaaaaw..not the friggen' Juggernaut.

At any rate, he is watching as the press conference disperses and then he turns his attention to the vendor again.

"Gimme onna those.." he rumbles, thumbing at a combo of hot dog, chips and drink. He then pulls forth a big wad of cash to pay. The vendor is more then happy to oblige..and happier when Cain steps away and begins a slow plodding rumble closer to Conner and Austin.

Superboy has posed:
Conner squints, nodding slowly. "I think so, yes... Dallas?" He replies to Austin. Another glance to Cain, "not with that shaving, either construction or IT," wildly guesses Conner.

"Anyway, Supergirl told me about you," confirms Conner. "Weird meeting you here, unless we are trending. I think I have been here half an hour already," time flies when one is having fun. Although this was much more fun when he was sixteen.

Sentinel (Dallas) has posed:
Austin Dallas shrugs a little bit, "It's a big City but a small world." He says with a shrugs and a smile, "Yeah, Dallas." He confirms as the monkey offers her own hand out. "And this is Tina. She's the brains of the operation." He says amused slightly at that. The monkey rolls her eyes as if to say <Nope, haven't heard /that/ one before.

Superboy has posed:
Conner shakes Tina's hand and grins. "Stolen lab monkey, I heard. Good to meet you two. Kara... Supergirl didn't tell me much about you," he comments. Or if she did, he prefers to hear it from him. "But you wanted to join the team, right? It is going to be Robin and her who decide, but why do you want to join the Titans?"

Sentinel (Dallas) has posed:
Tina smiles and actually kisses Conners hand and then wiggles her eyebrows at him in an almost suggestive manner. Austin just rolls his eyes. "I want to help people." He says simply. "I'm good in a fight, at least agienst normals... and I can sense things most other people can't." he makes a face and adds, "For instance that hot dog vender just pee'd himself a little."

Superboy has posed:
"Sure," replies Conner, "but you could be a cop, or a fireman. The Titans are a pretty established team, with some heavy hitters, and also quite... public." Which also worries him a little, but he is invulnerable.

"I don't know the plans of the others," he admits, "but I don't like the idea of training new crime-fighters while living in an island that almost anyone could attack. Some criminals have the resources to get there and it has happened before."

Sentinel (Dallas) has posed:
Austin Dallas nods slightly, but says "Don't get me wrong, I respect the hell out of cops, and firemen... But i don't wanna just be the guy they call when some guy gets drunk and tunes up his wife, or when Junior accidentally sets fire to the living room rug. I.." He considers, "I want to help people when no one else can. I want to be there when the chips are down and everyone else is too scared."

Juggernaut has posed:
The two seem engaged in a conversation fairly personal. Not that it's stopped Cain before but he grows disinterested with the thought of interrupting it just to focus on him. Not when he's got a hot dog to finish eating. So for now he simply meanders off, moving towards another direction and away from the two. An opportunity to be a bully will come another day.

Superboy has posed:
"Yeah, many people fantasize doing that," replies Conner, looking somewhat apologetic. "Not trying to discourage you, 'cause of course the world needs more heroes, it is just it is not what most people think. Most of us started alone, and in many case we had very strange upbringing."

Sentinel (Dallas) has posed:
Austin Dallas shrugs slightly but answers honestly. "I'm not going to stop helping people if I can get in with you guys or not. I've done the lone thing, and will keep doing it." He smirks a little bit and adds, "And by some standards having two living and loving parents kinda /is/ a strange upbringing, don'tcha think?"

Superboy has posed:
"Oh, that is good, I guess Supergirl forgot to mention it," replies Conner, grinning. "Not sure how rare is having two living, loving parents. But you are lucky there, for sure. Hey, you should come by the Tower soon, but y'know, with the work clothes. Unless you don't keep a secret ID. But if you have living family, I think you should."

Sentinel (Dallas) has posed:
Austin Dallas coughs slightly at that and says, "Well yeah... Umm, this is the best I got on that angle... When I talked to Starfire she said maybe you guys would be able to help me on that part of things..."

Superboy has posed:
"Hah, yeah," Conner grins again, "well, a domino mask and a hood have been enough sometimes," he thinks for a few seconds, "I guess you are going to have to talk with Robin. He is the guy that can recommend you about body armor and all those things. And using the Tower fabricators." He checks his cellphone briefly, "I really have to go now, see you there?"

Sentinel (Dallas) has posed:
Austin Dallas grins slightly and nods. "I look foreword to it," He says holding out his fist for a bump and Tina grins like, well like a monkey and offers him a salute.
