Synopsis: Summary needed
Cast of Characters: Lex Luthor, Juggernaut, Berri Sundae

Lex Luthor has posed:
Usually, more subtle methods are the stable of the Light. Big flashy fights attract attention that the Light doesn't want. Usually.

Tonight... is not one of those times.

A rival organization was setting up an outpost in Madrid Spain, and this time, the Light wants to send them a statement. A statement punctuated by the walking wrecking ball called the Juggernaut. It was a warehouse along the docks; presumable a check in for ships and other affairs.

Juggernauts mission? "Destroy the whole warehouse and get everyone out. Kill them if they won't leave. We want nothing standing" Was what L1 told him.

Nothing about who they were, or why this mattered.

What did matter was the 100k payout for the demolition.

Juggernaut has posed:
So they want a statement made. No problem! He's pretty good with writing speeches, especially ones that require abit of volume and force involved. It helps to be so strong that the mere sound of cracking your knucklles sounds like sequoia trunks being splintered and so massive that unrestrained footfalls shake the ground and leave imprints in the earth behind you.

So yeah..statement on the way.

Truthfully, some degree of self reflection reveals that Juggernaut doesn't fancy himself a killer though. He's more of a 'You didn't get out of the way of my punches when they were heading for the wall' type. Death by collateral damage helps ease his conscious he supposes and he has grown one over the years. But...a cool quick 100k? He work with it.

And so, he arrives, emerging from the waters with a massive hand reaching forward and plunging fingers into the concrete of the docks. A moment later and he's pulled himself up like some sort of minature kaiju and begun walking towards the warehouse in question..gradually picking up speed and with an earthquake already starting to rumble into being from the force of his steps. "Everybody out whose gettin' out! It's demolition time!"

Lex Luthor has posed:
No one inside the warehouse seems to react. It's awfully quiet, besides the earthquakes of his steps...

When he crashes through the wall though, he doesn't run into brick mortar or drywall, but a /solid steel/ wall inches thick. It quickly becomes clear this is a hidden safehouse, designed to withstand punishment like a bunker... and inside is a lot of sensitive electronic equipment.

Juggernaut has posed:
Well they wouldn't have called him in if it was just a cardboard box for him to smash apart..

The thing is - to Juggernaut for whom steel fifty times the tensile strength of Battleship Steel is like plywood (or around 2,500,000 psi for the math nerds in the back.) .. this bunker wall isn't going to do much to stop him.

He can be slowed down but this isn't going to do it by much unless there's some sort of additional amazing forcefield in play and even then.. the behemoth is as his namesake implies. Unstoppable. Thus upon reaching the walls his massive hands plow forward, plunging into the steel wall like wet clay and then pulling at it to begin the process of ripping it asunder by parting it on either side of him like a massive theater curtain being ripped in twain by arms as big around as suspension bridge cables.

"Nice!" he roars, sounding oddly cheerful despite the horrifying use of brute strength. "Steel! Good choice! Shoulda gone with Omnium Steel though!"

Should he come across the sensitive equipment he has some minor curiousity but he is quite the professional and so remains more focused on staying on task once he begins to enter the building.

Lex Luthor has posed:
Inside is very definitely a bunker. So much so that it's actually oppressive for someone as big as the Juggernaut to enter. The warehouse itself seems like just a front for an actual bunker... the actual safehouse being below ground.

Still, there are a few consoles above inside the warehouse proper. Bot otherwise? The inside of this place is basically just a bottle cap for whatever is down the hatch in the center of the place.

Juggernaut has posed:
"Alley-Alley Oxenfree!!" bellows Juggernaut's deep gutteral voice as he stomps forward through the room and surveys it, his violent movements shredding apart ceiling and floor as he studies the bunker in search of clues for where the rest of this potential dragon's hoard might be stashed away.

"Everyone out whose gettin' out! Knock-Knock! I..oh..ah forget it. I'm runnin' out of one liners here!!"

A massive fist arcs backwards as he twists, bracing his body and pulling back giving the impression of a massive trebuchet pulling into launch position and ready to send a boulder flying. Albiet, Juggernaut's fists have more in common with asteroid impacts then common flung boulders.

This is soon made quite apparent as his fist hurtles around and slams into the ground with little strength of his proverbial limitless strength spared. His intention is to smash the place after all and if anyone is foolish enough to be under ground when someone capable os feats of strength is above you? Well..Darwinism is a thing.

Needless to say his strike will trigger an earthquake that would do the Hulk proud and if this isn't enough his other fist comes down again - seeking to cave the floor in and then begin ripping and tearing it apart.

Berri Sundae has posed:
Subtle was very much not the task one called the Juggernaut for, but then the Light had other resources, and Berri was very much one of those.

Even with the network it had taken her a while to arrive, some of the final distance taken on foot, but the girl with the parasol sweeps forwards having made good time thanks to her league training. No goons or mooks to help her today, but that was fine. She wasn't in need of backup, nor was she lacking it with Cain here.

Thanks to the helmet, she couldn't sense the Juggernaut, but there was plenty of panic and thoughts to make her certain he was here.

That and the ground shaking.

Lex Luthor has posed:
It would be quite the spectacle... if there was anyone around to appreciate it. As it is, all the bystanders wisely ran for their lives as the Juggernaut himself went through the bunker.

Berri, for her part, receives a new set of orders over her transceiver... and starts to move away into the city proper. Juggernaut receieves his own set of orders, "Cease your destrctuion. There's a new variable for the bunker we didn't have access to on the initial sweep. They had it well hidden. Break open the passage down into it and leave it. We have a team coming in to secure it." L1 orders. Apparently, L1 has real time vision of the area?

Juggernaut has posed:
He'd be annoyed if he wasn't being paid so well. Between the one liners and the chance to just be unrestrained and tear things up..he was on a roll and it's hard to stop a Juggernaut once the rolling starts.. Impossible!

Except when a lot of cash is involved in which case logic stops The Juggernaut and so do well timed instructions. "Yeah, yeah." he rumbles, "Don't go blaming me if whatever you're after is already broken."

That being said he adjusts his intention and with it applies some bit of restraint..which isn't to say destruction isn't about to continue he'll just have to be more precise. Sort of. He still has to break the place apart and his fingers go digging into the ground infront of him followed by the rest of his arms as the plunge down deep and then begin to yank upwards with such force he begins to uproot a massive chunk of ground before him and with a casual shrug and toss, sends the massive bit of debris hurtling skywards and back towards the evacuated shipping yard. "Where the heck is this entrance at?" he grouses before slamming another first down again to go tearing for another chunk.

Lex Luthor has posed:
"The center of the warehouse. You will not be blamed if my hunch is a failure. You were employed to break this entire section on the assumption it was a small bunker. They were obviously hiding more and you broke their concealment." L1 informs Juggernaut.

Indeed, as he break open the ground, pipes and wires burst and break.

"This had all the makings of a shelter... but this may be an outpost of some kind. We need to know what they were up to." There's a pause fromn the other side, "If you see anyone living, capture them. We were going to send a message with this attack, but priority is intel now."

Juggernaut has posed:
His first instinct is to balk but after considering matters once again, Juggernaut rumbles a grunt that seems to be an affirmation of accepting the order although he adds as an after thought, "Won't be gentle about it but I guess thems the breaks."

Speaking of 'the breaks', the giant continues to wade forward through the rubble, creating an ever widening fissure as he crushes forward and stalks towards the center of the warehouse. L1 being as well informed as he is..isn't lost on the behemoth and he makes a mental note to look into that later or at least ask. It wouldn't do for there to be some sort of tracker on him after all though with some added consideration he figures the method by which he communicates with them must be tied to some sort of system that can do that.

Either way, when he reaches the center of the warehouse itself he again sets to demolition, bringing a wall down as he enters the indicated area and then stalks forward to bring his arms down once again. His huge fingers dig in and begin to pull, working to part the ground as if it were some sort of curtain and then roll and crush it upwards like the top of some sort of massive soup can. "Alright! Store's open!"

Lex Luthor has posed:
It doesn't take very long at all for get down to the bunker, honestly. There's enough space for Juggernaut to drop down if he's so inclined...

Meanwhile, Juggernaut gets another transmission, "We have another agent inbound. Eta one minute. Stand by for further orders once they have had time to sweep down there."

Juggernaut has posed:
"Hrn." rumbles Juggernaut. "Fine."

He steps forward and drops down into the revealed bunker like some sort of descending meteor..unconcerned and dismissive of whatever awaits. Overconfidence has always been an issue resulting in a lack of cautiousness but when you're The Juggernaut that sort of thing tends to happen. "Do I need to know who it is?"

Lex Luthor has posed:
"No. They wear a powered armor suit. They will handle data. Once they have what they need, I will have further orders. This is a developing situation now."

About fourty seconds later, a man in green and purple powered armor comes out of nowhere from the river, flies into the warehouse, and lands with precision thrusts from his ffeet next to Juggernaut. The voice modulator makes him sound synthetic, "This was not part of the blueprints." The man says, completely unreadable as he stands up. Two small flaps at the shoulders of the armored suit slid open, and some sort of yellow field starts to 'sweep' around. "Scanning..."

Juggernaut, meanwhile, can see a large central room with what looks like computer banks and a sitting area, the room itself grey brown and with two tunnels of brown stone just big enough for him to walk down. In his ear, Juggernaut can hear L1 speak, "A tunnel network? They might have more of a presence in the city than was believed."

Juggernaut has posed:
"Fair enough." rumbles Juggernaut as he surveys the revealed central room and steps forward slowly, moving past a pile of fallen debris easily. He gives the armored figure a once over glance but otherwise returns to the business at hand, "So what's the plan then?" he asks curiously, "I'm not exactly built for delicate operations of search and recovery but if you want these tunnels dealt with, I'm your man. There's a good chance whoever was using this place has used the tunnels to spread out into the city already."
