Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake made sure the new employees had a decent Christmas and things were well. Now it has been a couple weeks, he has decided to come grab some food, and see how things are going without letting the employees know he is checking on them.

Sunspot has posed:
Roberto Da Costa yawns and stretches as he comes in to the diner, he picks up a cup of coffee from he counter, "Thanks Marge! Always thinking of me!" He smiles and gives the diminutive waitress a wave and a a nod. He sips the coffee and looks around spying Tim he make a beeline towards him, "Happy New year, Tim-Ster. How did the lighthouse go over? How have you been" Berto smiles and slips into a booth waiting for Tim to take the other side, he has a Tablet style device, one of Waynetech's newest models in the crook of his arm.

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake has one of the same models of tablet on the table with a news feed going muted on it. He has coffee and a burger. He smiles "Roberto, it is good to see you, she liked it a lot, how did your christmas go over?" He will ask, motioning for the other guy to join him.

Sunspot has posed:
Roberto Da Costa sighs and shakes his head, "Lonely, nothing worth mentioning." Berto has a smile ready but it's just a little hollow, "So, you wanted to know how the new hires were doing?" He takes a sip of the coffee and nods to Marge, "I'll have the same, put them on my tab. Thanks, Marge, you're a dear." Roberto steeples his hands and smiles, "You want the statistics of just the warm fuzzies?"

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake says, "Well a bit of both to be honest." He does frown a bit at the other man mentions being lonely. "I figure need to know the stats but also like to know if the programs actually seem to be helping ya know?""

Sunspot has posed:
Roberto Da Costa nods, "Yeah, I hear you. It is helping, the people in out program are doing well, they're establshing new lives, and doing well dealing with their abilities and interfacing with the non mutant community. They seem to have made friends in the company and in need the community. As for more tangible metrics, their reviews are rated equally as highly as their peers in the same jobs with equivalent experiece. They are all doing, well. Well, most are we have had one person, Chaz Dimmson who isn't being as successful as we hoped, he is still doing well but his own metrics show that he isn't quite happy and we thing he could be doing better. So, we were thinking of bringing hi back for another round of training and seeing if we can find something a little bit better of a fit. I have a new candiddate to replace him already in mind. It is all in the report." Berto flicks a finger across the screen and sends you the report.

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake nods his head a bit to this and looks over listening. He hmmms, and scratches his chin a bit and says "Think it might just be the job he has is not for him, and something more fitting or something else?" He will add "Does he want to try something different?

Sunspot has posed:
Roberto Da Costa nods and smiles, "That's what we're thinking, he actually seems to be well like by his colleague's so depending where he come in in on aptitude, we would like to send him back as the culture seems a fit, even if this particular position is not. You might like to know that your company is fairing quite a bit better than LexCorp, we've had to pull three candidates from the LexCorp program and the overalls are just lower. The culture is not a match... for anyone." Roberto raises his eyebrows.

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake nods a bit and says "Well, Lex, is all about the bottom line, he has always been more concerned with what his employees can do for him, and what he has to do to get them to do it, where we try to make it more a mutual benfitual situation. That allowsfor it to work better and last longer.

Sunspot has posed:
Roberto Da Costa nods and smiles, "Well, all the research shows that what you're doing is working." He shrugs, "For the mutants and the regular humans. you score care is one of the highest in the business."

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake nods and says "The Waynes have always been good about trying to take care of the community around them, we just try to live up to their views.
