Late Night Caffeine

Location:	Coffee Shop, Hot Joe's - Gotham
Synopsis:	An awkward but endearing meeting is had!

Sentinel (Dallas) has posed:
Imagine a Gothem Knights cheerleader. Black and White pleated skirt and mid drift revealing crop top. Hair, not any color God intended puffed up and pompoms in her hands, smilingh so wide that it must hurt... Now imagine that on a Capuchin Monkey. Austin sighs looking up at Tina. "You are getting Decaf. The last time I brought you here you were literally bouncing off the walls and I have to study tonight." He says, mildly amused. He places an order for a "Venti Caramel Frappuccino, two pumps hazelnut syrup, java chips, extra carmel, mocha drizzle on the whipped cream... and a grande steamed milk with just enough coffee in it to make it change colors." He takes both drinks and get's a table, handing the Twix frap to the monkey and taking the milk.

Pink Ranger has posed:
The door to the street opens with a small jingle, and in slips Kimberly. The young woman is wearing a pink tank top under a cute and warm jacket, and a pair of trendy jeans. A cute, pink purse hangs over one shoulder.

"Yeah, Dannie, you did SO good! I'm sure your parents saw the live stream. Uh huh. Yeah, go ahead and order room service, okay, baby? I'm going to get a coffee and some fresh air. Don't stay up too late, alright? Flight home is in the morning."

She hangs up and slips her cellphone into her purse. She starts towards the counter, pausing in her tracks at the sight of the monkey.

Sentinel (Dallas) has posed:
Tina takes a large straw, sipping deeply of her drink, her long tail actually twirling into a heart shape with apparent pleasure before she sees the girl inh pink seeing her. She smiles a huge monkey grin and waves, gesturing to the table her and Austin are sitting at eagerly. ... which causes Austin to look and blnk, then say something in a quick whisper to the monkey

Pink Ranger has posed:
She raises a hand to wave back with a little laugh. She turns to the counter, then, and flashes a friendly smile. "Hey, can I get an iced mocha, please? Oat milk, no whip? Thank yooooou." She fishes out her card to pay, before she turns to make hwer way towards the table in question. She'll get notified when her drink is ready, afterall.

"Now, am I imagining things, or did your lovely friend here invite me to sit down?," she asks the young man, grinning and gesturing to the monkey.

Sentinel (Dallas) has posed:
Austin Dallas sighs and smiles and glares at the monkey... who manages to look completely innocent of the whole thing. "Yes she did... She seems to be under the impression I need a girlfriend and is trying to get me to introduce myself." He says and sighs, before doing just that "I'm Austin Dallas. Yes I know it's two cities in Texas. Yes my parents hate me." He says mildly amused and standing to pull out a seat for her... I mean since she is here.

Pink Ranger has posed:
She laughs and shakes her head. "Well, that's one foreward monkey." She turns, then to grab her iced mocha from the counter. She heads back over and ends up sliding into a seat at the table, pushing her purse under her chair. It's the seat he pulls out, of course!

"Thanks. Austin? I'm Kim. Kimberly. Whichever. Hart, like the deer, not the organ." She doesn't comment on the whole girlfriend thing.

Sentinel (Dallas) has posed:
Austin Dallas chuckles slightly. "You don't know the half of it." He says shaking his head slightly and looking amused. Of course then the monkey extends her own hand and Austin Provides, "This is Tina. She's the brains of the operation." Tina smiles, pauses, gives Austin a /look/ and caughs lightly. "Right, sorry, this is Tina, she is the brains and the beauty of the operation." He says obviously amused. "So you hear for the competition?

Pink Ranger has posed:
She reaches out to shake the little hand. "Pleasure to meet you both." Kim takes a sip of her drink and nods in approval to the taste. She grins at the monkey again, and then nods to Austin. "Mmmmhm. Well, a girl I coach got into it. Came in second. I'm super proud of her. She's come a long way," she explains.

Sentinel (Dallas) has posed:
Tina poke Austin in the side. "No." He replies... She pokes him again. "No." he says more firmly. She pokes him a third time. "Tina, we just met her. Some people don't /like/ that sort of thing. Besides I don't just preform when you poke me I'm not a trained.." He does not complete that sentance do to a death glare from his friend. "She wants me to do a sort of magic trick with you... And I'm in trouble." Tina smacks him in the back of the head.

Pink Ranger has posed:
"A magic trick?," she asks with an arched eyebrow. She watches him curiously (and a hint suspiciously) for a moment, and then nods with a little grin. "Alright. As long as you don't have to touch me for it. I have to admit I'm curious. I love stage magic."

She fishes out her phone, and Kim sends off a response to a text.

Sentinel (Dallas) has posed:
Austin Dallas shakes his head slightly, "It's more like a mentalism thing." He sighs a bit and closes his eyes, he inhales through his nose then opens them and seems to study Kimberly critically for a moment. "Okay let's see. I can tell from your Accent you were originally from California, but you haven't lived there a long time. You use strawberry and cream shampoo. You might be a cheerleading coach but the calluses between the webs of your thumb and forefinger say your real passion is gymnastics. Calluses on your knuckles too say some sort of Martial arts, and by the way you move I'd guess some form of judo or possibly ju-jitsu. You're a good and loyal friend, since you are repeatedly checking your phone and nervous about your charge, but friendly and outgoing since... well you came to sit with someone on the invitation of a monkey. You also have a pepper spray in your bag, but you might wanna get a new one. It's out of date and while still probably affective, it wouldn't be /as/ affective as the day you bought it.

Pink Ranger has posed:
Her eyebrows slowly rise as the man says all of these things, and she reaches out to pick up the cup for a sip.

"Huh. You should get a job at a carnival. You'd make bank at your both. And -close- Everything was spot on, except I don't carry pepper spray, and I'm here for the gymnastics competition down the street from the East Coast Cheerleading Competition. But I was a cheerleader." Kim laughs softly and shakes her head, before she suddenly rises.

"Nice meeting you, but speaking of being a good friend, I have to call my friend, Trini. She's going through a thing right now."

Sentinel (Dallas) has posed:
Austin Dallas grins slightly. "Nice meeting you Kimberly." He says with a smile, offering her a handshake and seeming content... Of course then Tina sighs and leaps from her spot to Kim's shoulder. She points back at Austin and rolls her eyes as if to say "You see what I have to put up with?" then she points to Kimberly, then her phone... then to Austin... Before Austin is able to snatch the monkey back. "Sorry about that.."

Pink Ranger has posed:
    She laughs and ends up giving her phone number to the guy. "No promises, though. I live up in the Starling area. Canada?" Either way, she shakes his hand and seems friendly, not like she's just brushing him off. Once numbers are exchanged, the girl turns to make her way out into the night.
