Synopsis:	And Sam and Thea meet.

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie is sitting at a spot near the corner of the bar. He is wearing a dark purple shirt, and has a glass of brown liquid in front of him. Tonight is live entertainment at the club. A few bands have made some decent names for themselves from playing here, so Amateur night at the club has gotten to be a nice turn out.

Speedy (Queen) has posed:
     This wasnt Thea's first trip to this area, she'd met some friends that had taken her a time or two. Clearly, she had liked it or she wouldnt be back right now. Amateur night was solid fun, and Thea was all about having a good night out. Dressed in a cropped Metalica shirt, a pair of black leather pants and boots, she makes her way towards the bar. Curly short hair bobs as she looks around the club as she waits for the bartender to come her way. It was loud with the music, but it was at least good and entertaining. "Gin and Tonic with a lime!" she positions herself so that she's hoisted up on the bar and leans in to sort of yells to the bartender so that he can hear her over the music. After her order, she doesnt remove herself from the bartop, just sits there. It was a good view of the bands over the heads of others.

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie will look over and nods in greeting to the woman if she looks over. He seems to have the air of someone who works here security perhaps or some such. The current band is actually all human no mutants, but they are decent and the crowd is giving them their fair chance.

Speedy (Queen) has posed:
     Thea glances over to see Samuel give her a nod, lifting a hand and wiggles her fingers at him in greeting. Staff or not, she smiles and then looks back to the band that is playing. At the end of the song, she lift her hand to her mouth and lets out a scream of approval for what they just played, claping her hands before she is touched on the back. Turning her head, she notes the drink is being delivered so she hops off the bartop. "Thanks!" she calls out, taking the glass in hand and sipping on the tiny black straw that came with the drink. Walking a few steps over to Samuel, she says "So what? All work and no play?" she smiles, "Looks like your having an awful time just sitting here and not enjoying yourself."

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie chuckles a bit and says "Oh Ah am enjoying myself, Ah get to listen to all the music, and have my drink without having to be to jostled about." He looks over and says "And Ah get to watch others who seem to be enjoying themselves."

Speedy (Queen) has posed:
     The bubbly socialite leans on the bar next to him and turns her towards him, "That so

     The bubbly socialite leans on the bar next to him and turns her towards him, "That so?" she smirks, "Cause from the naked eye, it would look like you were just sitting here and enjoying a drink because you had to." There is a glance to the human bad that is playing, getting ready for the next song. Others around them seem to be taking the break in the music to talk, check phones or even wonder to the bar to get a drink. "Seems I ordered my drink just in time." she says as the bar starts to fill up around them.

Samuel Guthrie nods his head a bit and says "Yea, we got about five to ten minutes while the next band gets set up and ready to play." He smirks a bit and says "Na, Ah can pretty much do what ever Ah want to around here, but find right around here has a decent view of the place, and the sound kicks ass here."

Speedy (Queen) has posed:
     Thea raises a brow at him, "You run this club?" picking up on her wordage, "I use to run a club for my Brother." she shrugs, "Its a lot of work though." From the looks of things she could see that nothing really looked out of the ordinary. Nothing seemed too out of place, even if there were people she would keep her eye on. Her glass is lifted and she takes another drink from her glass.

Samuel Guthrie nods, and says "My best friend owns the place, and Ah run it. It is a good place, helps people and the neighborhood. " He explains to the woman, and says "It can be hard at times but worth it in my experience."

Speedy (Queen) has posed:
"Yeah?" Thea says, "Thats pretty cool." shrugging at the difficulty of it all but she adds a nod too. "Who is your friend?" she wonders, "I'm Thea Queen by the way. Some people by know my brother, Oliver."

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie will offer his hand to her, and says Ah'm Sam Guthrie, and my buddy is Roberto Da Costa. We went to school together hit is off and been friends for quite some time now." He hmms and says "Think Ah have heard of the Queens.

Speedy (Queen) has posed:
     The hand is taken and shaken, Thea tries to recall the name of the owner but nothing comes up, she shakes her head, "I havent heard of him." though she smiles all the same. Not surprised he might have heard of the Queens, but she decided not to comment on it. "I was here last time there was a music, there always seem to be a good mix of bands."

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie nods a bit and says "His companies are based in Brazil, but he does have holdings pretty much everywhere jus different levels of them." He nods, and says "Did ya get to catch the Red haired fellow with the red wings? That is my little brother."

Speedy (Queen) has posed:
     "What was your brother?" Thea asks back, "Thats awesome. Yes, I caught him." pointing to somewhere across the room, "I was over there for a while listening before I got thirsty." Speaking of which, she takes another drink, "Do you have wings too?" blinking, "Sorry! Is that rude to ask?"

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie shakes his head and says "Na, Ah fly, but different method." He admits to her. "Mind you it does not always run the same powers in a family, our sister has quite different abilities."

Speedy (Queen) has posed:
     "To be honest, I dont know how the whole mutant gene pool works." Thea tells him, "If only one kid got it, or all of them... It seems like in your case you all got something? What does your sister do?"

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie says, "Her power is rather complicated " He admits to her. "Well to be honest it is still a bit of a mystery on how it is with families, some of them it is one and then others most of them, my family is about 50/50""

Speedy (Queen) has posed:
     "Interesting." Thea leans on the bar again and looks about to ask another question when the music starts up again. Rather than scream more questions out at him, she just smiles and then lean in. "Maybe I can find you later?"

Samuel Guthrie nods to her, and says "Ah should be around if ya want to talk just let me know emjoy the shows.
