Another meet and catch up

Location:	Apartment 312, Hyperion Hotel, Los Altos
Synopsis:	Willow and Angel got together to catch up and ended up agreeing to a date.

Angel has posed:
Angel had only been back in country for a few days having left to go visit his hometown of Galway in Ireland. Upon his return, he'd met up with one other scoobie but really wanted to reach out to one of the originals, the first few that had gotten in on helping Buffy. Reaching out to Willow with a text he asked her to meet him at his place in Bludhaven. Sitting as was typical for him in a dark corner brooding while wearing all black designer clothes.

Willow Rosenberg has posed:
Willow was reading her books when the text came. And this one had her confused a little bit. Mostly because she thought he was Buffy's friend. Correction, an old boyfriend. Then again /who/ wasn't an old boyfriend? Or wanted to be.

Either way, she responded:

Willow: Sure thing. Be there in a snap!

It was longer than a snap. But she had cookies, so that was a fairly good trade off.

Going into the apartment building, up to his apartment, she knocked. "It's me! Willow! You know, short, sweet, and sassy! What's up?"

Angel has posed:
Angel gets up and strolls to the door opening it. "Come on in Willow, Short and sweet definitely, and Sassy a given considering you're a red head

Angel has posed:
Angel chuckling as he speaks. "Come in, you want something to eat or drink." He asks. "It's been a while how're you and the other scoobies doing?" His eyes taking her in seeing everything about her as he turns and heads to the kitchen.

Willow Rosenberg has posed:
Willow was already giggling as he opened the door. "You didn't even challenge me on the sassy! Coffee please." She almost forgot! "I brought chocolate chip cookies for you! I made them."

Chocolate chip cookies were something she /could/ make.

As she went into the sitting rooms and found a place, she frowns. "I guess they're all right? Sortof? Some have left the fold for other things. Buffy is still here. She's stick not a hundred percent over her memory loss. I've been keeping myself away. Going to classes. Work. The Magic Box. My turns at the Watchtower."

In other words, Willow was busy as usual! Too busy really.

Angel has posed:
Angel moves into the kitchen quick fluid and graceful movements as he pours a cup of coffee. "Cream or sugar Willow?" He smiles at her. "So Buffy lost her memory, or something tragic happened to her, must be Tuesday." Says darkly. "But I mean people coming and going happens a lot yes?" And than he's remembering. "Oh well thank you for the gift, and here's me with nothing for you." Tapping his chin Angel thinks for a few long moments. "Well you look good Willow glad you're keeping busy."

Willow Rosenberg has posed:
"Cream, please." Willow smiles at him, just a little bit. Then she continues. "Well, this was an uber long memory loss." Like years! "Remember Thomas? She was going out with him? Well, it turns out Buffy wasn't. Or at least she didn't know it. She's got a lot to figure out."

As for the others? "Sure. It's inevitable. I mean even I am going for my Masters in Mathematics, and Computer Science."

Angel has posed:
Angel smiles adding cream to the coffee and bringing it over. "Yea I remember Thomas, and yes I remember him going out with her. Well than maybe she needs to ease off a bit leave the slaying shit to you and me and some of the others for a while." He says taking a seat beside her and handing her the coffee. "So things have be mostly quiet hmm? I wonder how long that'll last, doesn't normally last long." Angel muses to himself in that cynical tone.

"Any way, enough of that." He says picking up what appears to be a glass of red wine. "I actually....well I was gonna see if maybe we could go out sometime, dinner, movie or something." He asks with a rhye chuckle.

Willow Rosenberg has posed:
"Usually, they would be all over by now. It's weird." Not that Willow is complaining.. yet! She grabs up her coffee, and almost spills it. "Wait! You mean like a friend date, or a regular date?"

Angel has posed:
Angel smiles taking a sip and than a bite. "Yea kinda weird." He chuckles picking up a cookie and munching on it happily. "Well ya know a date, date like a real date. Not a friend date." He picks on Willow playfully.

Willow Rosenberg has posed:
Putting her coffee down, she questions him, "You are joking, right? I mean you and me? Together? You're making fun of me, right? I mean, I'm Willow. You know, short, nerdy, and definitely not worldly?"

Well, that one was up for interpretation. The 'worldly'.

Angel has posed:
Angel smiles taking a large bite from his cookie and another sip he shakes his head. "No I'm not teasing you nor am I making fun of you. I'm serious I want to take you out. I think your fun loving nerdy and caring nature will be nice."

Willow Rosenberg has posed:
Thinking it over, and picking back up her coffee, eventually Willow nodded to herself. "Okay. I'm game. I think a movie? Maybe after a coffee.. oh! Afterwards we could pick up a pizza and go to the park and watch the stars!" Never mind that it was the end of February. And cold!

Angel has posed:
Angel smiles and leans in sneaking a kiss to Willow's lips before pulling back. "Do Movie after that we get a pizza and go to the park to cuddle and watch the stars. Sounds like a fun night." He says with a soft smile.

Willow Rosenberg has posed:
*blink blink*

He.. kissed her??

That makes two surprise kisses: One from Harley, and one from Angel. Did she buy new perfume? Deodorant? Hair shampoo? Heck if you included Marc, that makes three surprises in one month. Holy cow!

"I guess it's a date then. Not Saturday - that's my turn at the Watchtower. But other than that, I'm free."
