Faith Lehane has posed:\<br\>It's a lazy Sunday late afternoon, and while it's nearing the end of February, it's still a little chilly outside, with just the lightest powder of snow covering the streets. The skies are a bit overcast with a few rays of sunshine peeking in through the light clouds.\<br\>\<br\>Lately it's been fairly quiet at Angel Investigations, and Faith is starting to get bored. When Faith gets bored she either punches things or drinks. Right now she is at the bar, drinking things. "Seriously where do you get the patience for this gig? I can't stand to sit still for this long.." she grumbles as she stares hopefully or maybe hopelessly at the door.

Phantasm (Drago) has posed:\<br\>On the outskirts of the property, a purplish black corvid looks to the hotel. Since the mission in Kentucky led to assurances that his problem had been 'handled', Nick's been out a bit more. Although, to break some previously established habits, the outings have been a bit more in the Gotham and adjacent areas.\<br\>\<br\>The bird considers the quiet structure, debating to himself. Oh gosh. How long has it been since Nick has stopped by here? Should he even go in?\<br\>\<br\>Well.\<br\>\<br\>If not now, then when?\<br\>\<br\>Seemingly coming to a decision, the bird hops off its perch, flying over to the door. With a flip, the form shifts, becoming more human like in form.\<br\>\<br\>The mirrored version of Nick Drago reaches a hand to the door, politely opening it first before stepping through.\<br\>\<br\>No point for extra theatrics, right?

Faith Lehane has posed:\<br\>Faith Lehane has got her hands on a bottle of whiskey and chugs it down like it's water. Apparently Slayer stamina lets her get away with at least some of the negative side effects, if not all. As the door opens, she lifts her head, but sure ain't gonna recite the chipper greeting that seems pretty standard around here. "Yo. Angel Investigations. Whaddaya want?" she blinks a bit at who enters. He seems..Kinda familiar, but she's literally only met him twice, briefly. "Uh, have we met before? You seem kinda familiar.."

Phantasm (Drago) has posed:\<br\>Hearing the greeting, Nick looks over to the bar area, finding Faith there. The request gives him pause. What is it that he wants here? "Hey, I had some free time and was in the area so- is Angel around?"\<br\>\<br\>The added inquiry to where she's seen him before gets a longer delay has he tries to think back. Then again, with the cut back on social outings, there wasn't much information to filter through. The added context of where she is now doesn't hurt either. "Based from you being here, I'm assuming it was probably involving Buffy or Thomas?"

Faith Lehane has posed:\<br\>Faith Lehane ar he's a brow at Nick, "Oh Heey aren't you like Thomas' buddy? I caught a glimpse of you at that Splattercon,!!! event. You're some kinda..Movie star or something?" she smirks, giving him the once over, "So what are you doing here, looking for Thomas? Cuz he ain't here. Angel? Haven't seen him yet, maybe he's still sleeping?" it is still day time outside Afterall. As for herself, she just laughs, "I guess they call me the 'Dark Slayer' or whatever. Definitely the better one if you ask me."

Phantasm (Drago) has posed:\<br\>Nick nods as Faith mentions Thomas not being here. "Yes. Not surprised about that. I can imagine Thomas and Angel hanging out here would be awkward." The mention of Splattercon!!! gets a nod. "Oh yes. I was at the last one." He admits, "Kind of a last minute thing."\<br\>\<br\>Eyes glance over to the elevator banks that lead to the residence area of the hotel, but he makes no move in that direction. Instead he lingers near the door. Although he does make sure it's closed now. "How does that work? I thought there was only one slayer at a time?"

Faith Lehane has posed:\<br\>Faith Lehane rolls her eyes, "Geez, it always comes back to Buffy, doesn't it. I get it, they both love her, I guess there would be jealousy between them.." she shrugs, "Where's B these days anyway? I hear she doesn't even remember Thomas and could care less." not really her concern either way. As for the slayer thing, she shrugs and laughs, "Well that's a funny thing, see, Buffy kinda died once, briefly at some point, that's when I was activated or so I'm told. So again everything is Buffy's fault." she smirks, "Ain't life grand?"

Phantasm (Drago) has posed:\<br\>Nick is quiet for a few moments as Faith inquires to where Buffy is. "I assume she's still at the Magic box." He eventually allows, "It's hard to keep training with someone who doesn't even remember you. She remembers Willow though so maybe you can check with her?"

Faith Lehane has posed:\<br\>Faith Lehane nods and shrugs. "Eh whatever, not my problem..Sk what brings you here, do you work for Angel Investigations too? gotta warn you, it's been pretty quiet here lately..Too quiet if you ask me."

Phantasm (Drago) has posed:\<br\>"Well- I wouldn't say 'work for'." Nick replies, "It's more that we know each other through others and we might have been called on before to help with some issues Buffy came across."\<br\>\<br\>He pauses, "Which obviously hasn't happened much since she forgot I existed." \<br\>\<br\>The musician shakes his head, "I've been a bit sidetracked myself so I haven't really had reason to jog her memory so..." There's a shrug, "I'll just... show myself out. Just let Angel know I stopped by to say 'hey' I guess."
