Catwoman has posed:\<br\>The last time she was here, Selina Kyle had attended an elaborate party at the wealthy business man Jacob Smart's house. The same guy that she tried to accost the other night. The same Mansion where Selina, Ted Kord, Bruce and Clark had all bumped into each other and had a little small talk, blissfully unaware of the possibly corrupt businessman's true intentions. Well, for the most part.\<br\>\<br\>Tonight, Catwoman returns to the front yard if his mansion, a yard full of all sorts of lovely trees that overlook that large security fence that keeps his luxurious grounds safe from thieves. Too bad he hasn't met the world's greatest Catburglar.\<br\>\<br\>The night finds her crouched in one said tree, nearly untraceable in her black leather catsuit, ears perked for the slightest sound, keen eyes peeled for the subtlest movement. Seems she's scouting out the area, determining her next move perhaps, although at the moment there seems to be no activity within the house tonight.\<br\>\<br\>Its late, perhaps the occupants are asleep, or away, difficult to tell..

Superman has posed:\<br\> Superman floats high in the air. The telescopic vision at work. He's trying to look into the various windows. Slow and meticulous gazes trying to see anything interesting. At the moment there is nothing illegal about his stance. To the world it's just an intent stare at the mansion. \<br\>\<br\> The cape lightly flaps in the wind. Although he will start floating along the property line to change vantage point. Again, he's taking in details. Anything of note or value. Unlik Selina, he's not exatly trying to look. Not too many people look up and Superman uses that to his advantage.

Catwoman has posed:\<br\>Selina Kyle blends in well with her surroundings, but that hardly matters if you have super senses. Still a soft snarl escapes her lips as she sees Superman just floating there. Either way the mansion seems empty and she starts to climb down the tree to scout the perimeter for more information. For all she knows there could be a guard dog out back. She tries to be quiet but no doubt Superman will spot her one way or the other.

Superman has posed:\<br\> Hearing Caatwoman starting to slink about, Superman lowers down just above her. "Guard dog out back. Family is asleep. I'm trying to find evidence, but he's gone," Superman admits and he looks down at her. "Wat were you planning?" he says thinking Selina ins't just here for recon. Superman is here for intelligence gathering. Hence why he keeps his distance instead of float in.

Catwoman has posed:\<br\>Selina Kyle glares at him, folding her arms, "I know, it's my job to know things." she says huffily, in response to his intel. "What's it look like I'm doing, Boy Scout? Scoping out the area, looking for a way in." she smirks, "I know this isn't the way you do things in Metropolis, maybe you should run back home. I'm sure Batman would not be too pleased to know you're lurking around his city, trying to do his job." she didn't know Jacob was away however, and sighs. So much for plan B. She makes a few mental calculations, deciding what to do next. "Ill bet you didn't get any dirt on his ID either."

Superman has posed:\<br\> "Actually, I was going to give Batman the intel I've uncovered." Looking down at Catwoman, "-Because- this is his city. He would be able to deal with the discrepencies I've found. And if you want the true gem to steal you're looking in the wrong place. Look into property records. You'll find what you need," and then he starts to slowly float upward since she didn't want him around. Although, she knows him to be pretty honest. "All you will do is alert a sleeping mother and child," he says to Catwoman. He lets Catwoman contemplate her next move in this situation.

Catwoman has posed:\<br\>Selina Kyle blinks, "Wait. What did you find? Tell me. This concerns me too. Do you think I'm just here to steal valuables? This goes way beyond that." she frowns, stepping towards him, "And you should know, I made a promise to Batman to only steal from evil people who deserve it. You owe me this.."

Superman has posed:\<br\> "The only thing I owe you, Catwoman is a lesson. Remember to never instantly dismiss someone. You might be shooting yourself in the foot if you do," Superman says and he gives her a gentle and soft smile. Catwoman goes on about her vow to Batmn and he nods, "I hope you continue down a better path." He gives her a nod and simply says, "Remember what I said." Superman starts to fly off without telling Catwoman anything. She -did- tell him to go away. And that's what he's doing. \<br\>\<br\> When he is high enough in the air and becoming harder to see that's when a radio buzz goes off in her ear, "He has property that he shouldn't. I don't mean false companies, but that may not be off the table. He has -protected- properties. Land parcels to areas that are government owned. These are the restricted propteries falling into various protections like DNR (Department of Natural Resources), Historical preservations and similar. These properties cannot be sold publically. Somehow he has registered deeds with them, complete with seals. These should be impossible for anyone to own," he says giving Catwoman some insight. "Just because this isn't my city doesn't mean I'm not on your side, Catwoman." \<br\>\<br\> The radio signal will cut off. And Superman will keep moving. He just hopes those few moments are enough to really make her stew.
