Kit Killovarras has posed:
Normally the night would bring out the worst in Central Park, so what does it mean when there's a large group near a secluded amphitheater, complete with all the tech needed for a concert and a couple dozen teenagers? Some would say a good time, others might say a tragedy waiting to happen.

There's a cover band on stage, the music blaring from the speakers is a mix of metal and hard rock and the people? The people are a mixed bag of nuts, from the 'ravers' who are clad in black and glowsticks, to mosh-pit punks enjoying the melody by slamming themselves against each other.

It's the perfect setting for something to happen, whether good or bad though is yet to be seen and somewhere among the crowd? There's a slender figure in baggy cloths and a hood drawn up, swaying a bit and bobbing his head to the music, wandering among the people and occasionally avoiding the more overzealous of the people among them. With any luck? Tonight will be more fun for them than it would be for him.
She-Hulk has posed:
Does her outfit Screams 80's? ... yes yes it does!

Does it look like she cares? Nope!

Big flowing hair Some Sweat bands covering her Wrists a Band on her head to keep her face free.. A Crop Sports top.. Some Shorts, leg warmers, and sneakers..

Now, jogging as a girl in central park in the middle of the night is kinda nuts.. but when you're a bit of a gym nut, and you spent hrs dealing with legal drama and need a break, you go a run. Since she's not stupid, she of course, went as The Sensational She-Hulk because why worry when you can take a tank shot to the face?
Kit Killovarras has posed:
The song playing reaches it's chorus and suddenly, there's an explosion of cheers and fists in the air!

"I! Am a world before I am a man!"
"I! Was a creature before I could stand!"
"I! Will remember before I forget!"

Those with a keen eye would notice something about this crowd, though it might take a moment for a normal person to realize it. Several of the people in the crowd are... decidedly not human, or at least not the type of human that people would see as 'normal'. Several of them are mutants with obvious physical mutations, some simple or subtle and others, far more obvious.

The band on stage? It could have been chalked up to dress and makeup by most, but a closer look would be all the proof anyone needs: Their current lead singer looks like he's strait up dead!

And among the crowd? The hooded figure still lurks, watching and seemingly waiting for his moment for... Something.
She-Hulk has posed:
Jennifer Walters Stops and pulls out her own earbuds as she looks over at the music and the crowd. She cocks her head a little as she hears the words and those almost glowing green eyes seem to take everything in .. She rubs her chin and, deep down, hopes this doesn't explode

Having been around a while she just crosses her arms and leans agianst a tree she's not part of the party, just watching for now but more hanging out for the shoe to drop.
Kit Killovarras has posed:
When the first song ends the crowd goes ballistic, but what can be expected from a group like this? There will be bruises from the moshers and a few of the others who dared to get too close, but beyond that for now it seems like a festival of freaks and it seems they're enjoying letting their flags fly.

Somewhere among the crowd though, the hooded figure slowly grows taller as he approaches the stage, one hand... no, paw? Coming out of his pocket and into the air as he rises a head and some shoulders above the rest of the crowd. The microphone suddenly flies from the hand of the last singer and to the figure approaching, seemingly drawn to him.

It's an effortless step up onto the stage for the figure and the crowd suddenly stops, some of them looking like they're about to bolt..

Right up until the music begins to play and an almost angelic voice comes over the speakers,

"I felt the hate rise up in me, kneel down and clear the stone of leaves.."
"I wander out where you can't see, inside my shell I wait and bleed!"

It's gentle for the first chorus, then the hoodie that was covering the figure? Suddenly rips away, revealing a massive bipedal hyena as the lyrics suddenly take on a more guttural sound.

As for the woman leaning against a tree, watching the event? Some people might notice her, but they're caught up in the moment. But the Hyena? Yeah, he's noticed her.
She-Hulk has posed:
I mean, she's nearly 7 ft tall and all green, even her hair that looks kinda black because of how dark it is that's green too. She's also wearing some pretty loud colors.. Not raver loud but more 80s and 90's loud.

She lifts an eyebrow at the singer and looks over the crowd. She connected the dots already, but she was not 100 percent sure till that moment. She doesn't like to assume, after all, that's Tony's mo, not hers.

She likes what's going on though sure it's a bit rough but nobody is really having issues, she spots a few people fishing out anybody that seems to be getting squished or overwhelmed helping out.. So when he spots some cops, she walks over and pulls out her Avengers badge " Everything is okay here, officers.. I'm on the scene. Why don't you set up around the place just to keep the peace.. this concert is allowed " . That seems to take all the steam out of the officers who can't do anything but not " As you say Mrs she-hulk ".
Kit Killovarras has posed:
Most of the people in the crowd are oblivious to the presence of the cops, but the singer? The singer seems to have a wide grin when the cops begin to set up in defense of the concert that may or may not technically be legal at the moment.

"Get out of my head 'cause I don't need this! Why didn't I see this?"
"I am a victim, Manchurian Candidate!"
"I. Have. Sinned. By. Just, making my mind up and taking your breath away!"

The rest of his song goes off without a hitch and when the crowd goes ballistic at it's end? The massive hyena enthusiastically tosses the mic to yet another singer in the crowd. The band is performing the music, but the singers are ever changing, like some strange sort of live karaoke.

With the next singers song starting, the kyena walks through the crowd and over to Jennifer, giving a little wave and a warm smile as he muses, "Thanks for that," he says with a motion to the cops, probably referring to what she did for the event. "Last year they tried to shut it down, despite the city giving us the green light for it." Then he extends a paw and adds, "Names Kit."
She-Hulk has posed:
Jennifer Walters Smiles " No issues, " She laughs " My cousin said we might be mutants of some sort ourselves so " She shrugs, " I just happen to be one with a handy Avengers badge," she winks with a bright smile.

She points to the people moving around helping " besides, it's clear this isn't a mob, just people trying to blow off steam. Long as it doesn't get out of hand, the least I can do ta help right ' She grins " Besides, now that the blue is here, ". She points to a spot not far off.. it's not hard to spot several Friends of Humanity people who are glaring towards the concept but clearly unwilling to walk past the cops who are standing watch.
Kit Killovarras has posed:
Kit gives a glance towards the small crowd of people beyond the police and his friendly demeanor fades ever so slightly as he sighs, "Yeah, I'm familiar with them.." before he gives a little shrug and looks over his shoulder, flagging down one of the people in the crowd and muses, "Tell the coordinator we have 'friends' watching." Then he turns his attention back to Jennifer and gives a little wink. "Something tells me this is gonna be funny."

When the current song ends, instead of the mic being passed to a new singer? A man in a black jumpsuit with glowing markings on his skin walks on stage and announces, "We havin' fun tonight?" which gets a roaring cheer. "Well, it looks like we've caught the attention of our friendly neighborhood extremists. Let's give them a proper welcome!"

And when the next song kicks off, the response? Laughter, cheering and even a fair few members of the crowd turning to rock out, FACING the gathering protesters.

"The monsters aren't living under your bed!"
"Cause they are the voices in your head!"

Kit's head just bobs to the music for a moment before he gives a little chuckle and muses, "I mean, everyone's a little different, mutant or not, it's our differences that make us all special." Then he gives a little shrug and offers another smile.
She-Hulk has posed:
Jennifer Walters Laughs "Different doesn't mean worse or better, just what the word is Different" She smiles. "You know, a friend of mine once told me diffrent is what rotates the world. Diffrent got us steel, Diffrent got us gourmet food, Diffrent got us phones and Cars, and everything else that got us ahead in the world " all Hate got was pain and misery.. so If I have a choice, I pick diffrent every time ".

She pushes off the tree and crosses her arms towards the group that seems a little Provoked, Her body starts to flex and bulge with power. It's only a little show, but it seems to work as they clearly back down.
Kit Killovarras has posed:
"Special doesn't have to mean better or worse either." Kit says with a little nod. Then he turns his attention back to the protesters for a moment before he glances to Jennifer again and adds, "And the way I see it? Everyone is special in their own way. Even them."

And when the song ends and the people rocking out explode into a roar of chears and laughter? The coordinators voice comes over the crowd and instead of a biting insult like some would expect?

"But seriously folks, give it up for our biggest fans! And hey! If anyone over there wants to come and join? Cross the line! We only bite if ya want us too!" and the crowd lets out another massive cheer, some of them even waving the protesters over!

The music they enjoy might seem like it's about hate.. But this event? Was meant to be about acceptance and maybe, just maybe.. Some of them will decide to cross that line and see that.
