Trying to help

Location:	Angelica's Room (North Halls), Xavier's School
Synopsis:	Angelica met with Vanessa to see if she would help with Penance. Conversation wandered several directions.

Firestar has posed:
Though she has been looking for her, Angelica hasn't managed to run across Vanessa by accident, so she left a message for her to come by her room soon because of something interesting and potentially important. Currently she is working on getting her room settled and starting to prep for next semester.

Copycat has posed:
Copycat knocks on the door and peeks her white hair blue skin face into the room , those red eye's taking in everything " hey somebody said you were looking for me ?" She asks as she walks in stil wearing the lunch lady apron

Firestar has posed:
Turning her attention to the new arrival and smiles,"Hey. Glad you could make it. Find a place and get comfortable." She is sitting on her bed with books pretty much everywhere, but there are places to sit or she can move some books.

"I met someone that is living here. She can't talk, but it is something...not exactly normal for her. I thought, given that none of the telepaths can communicate with her, maybe your abilities might bridge the gap. Sorry, experimenting and using the bestie might not be appropriate, but she seems to be a prisoner inside herself."

Copycat has posed:
Copycat Blinks and frowns " no no.. I might acutally be best " She says for a moment as she walks over and gives Firestar a hug before she sits down and thinks " I mean i tend to download peoples minds if I touch them so " She gives a shy smile " maybe I can? " .

Firestar has posed:
She returns the hug offered and nods, turning towards her once she is sitting as well,"That was what I was thinking as well. I just wanted to make sure you would be willing. I don't know much about her, but she claims to be someone else I have heard of. While I haven't heard evil intent about her, I hear she isn't the most personable sort. I can't say for sure, just know what I heard."

"I was also wondering how long the powers you get last? I mean how long can you keep my powers going if you copy them. Do we need to stay close to do it to keep you powered?"

Copycat has posed:
Copycat Blinks " Not sure I mean it really depends.. I need some time to copy people.. touching makes it faster and it's also kinda how long . " She sighs " I dunno I havn't really had a chance ot test it or stuff like that.. you know like havn't timed how long to copy somebody.. or how far or any of those things "

Firestar has posed:
"OK. Once we deal with Penance, if you are willing you and I will experiment a little. Since I can't hurt you, you can heal all. It might be good to know about those limits. Never know when we might fall out of the sky and need to fly." she suggests,"Or need to cook someone or something because I can't."

Copycat has posed:
Copycat Nods her head " Well I mean I can do a few hours just from us in this room like this that much I know but I don't know all the limits you know " she smiles " I havn't really pushed myself yet "

Firestar has posed:
"It was just a thought that came to me recently." she admits,"I have too much time to think. I don't mind if you want to try. You are one of the few that are safe around me and that is both a relief and a curiosity. Can you clone Firestar safely and not harm yourself."

Copycat has posed:
Copycat giggles " I mean I was able to touch rogue so i guess I can be with you no issues " She grins as she things and reaches out to grab your hand " here " she says even as she starts to shift and slowly turns into well you! as she beams a smile " it's easier to copy if I take the persons shape.. just the powers is harder "

Firestar has posed:
She lets you take her hand without protest and watches as she starts to see herself across the bed from her,"That's, interesting." she finally manages,"It never seems to get old seeing you change like that, even if you look like me." She laughs softly and really has fallen into an easy girl talk mode with Vanessa now. It takes time, but they are there now.

Copycat has posed:
Copycat Grins " it's worse when I talk. After all I talk like you," She chuckles "But if you ever in the mood to talk with yourself," she winks "But just for a change, she slowly shifts her eye's back to red, mostly just to keep things a touch diffrent and to help. "It's odd when I shift into somebody.. I'm still here but like in the back seat " .

Firestar has posed:
"What's weird is to me you don't really sound like me. It's like listening to a recording." she explains,"You sound just a little different to me than I do." She pauses and runs that back through her thoughts. She nods when she is right about what she thought she said,"Still. You sound enough like me to make me look." The eyes shade changes and she smiles,"I wondered that too. You talked like that a little before, like you aren't fully there anymore."

Copycat has posed:
Copycat Nods " I can if I want. Hold on " She shifts, changing her way of talking, even the way she sits and acts. Everything shifts ever so slightly. It's you as she sits there. She looks over " I switched all the way to you now. I'm pulling from your thoughts and memories, everything the longer I'm next to you, the more I can access. It's like I am becoming you " .

Firestar has posed:
She studies what is going on, trying to get her head around it. When she sounds more correct, Angelica smirks a little,"This is, interesting." she comments,"For Heaven's sakes don't think of Sam." she comments suddenly. Of course, she will see that Sam was the first one that Angelica kissed many years ago. It's about like saying don't think of the color red. Nobody thinks of blue."

Copycat has posed:
Copycat cocks her head. "Why you and I both know we liked Justice better " . She adds as she looks at her twin. Well, semi-twin now. But she's showing off a little why she can be scary at least for some, but then she grins, " I'll stop I know it can be creepy to do the twin thing , besides I can say from experience girl's lips taste better" .

Firestar has posed:
"Ohh. You...you.." she gapes for a second and gives her a fake scowl,"You know too much. I'm going to have to take you out of the picture." she teases the last,"Yes. I loved Justice. Sam was an isolated thing. Don't get me wrong, he's ok. It just was a little...indsicretion. I could think of worse first timer." She pauses at the last thought and shakes her head,"I guess I am going to have to take your word for it. You can see that though."

Copycat has posed:
Copycat Laughs and hugs a little before she shifts a bit more back to her normal self it's just more comfy for her as she shifts back and nods " Yep .. " she grins " Kiss a girl some time you'll see " she laughs and thinks "But yeah were mutants it's a big school but a small world " .

Firestar has posed:
"I mean I know they say go to college to experiment." she admits with a shake of her head. She shakes her head and says,"Some time we need to fly together and see how long it will stay with you. Maybe low over the ocean or something. You can swim right?"

She pauses again and she finally asks,"Kiss a girl sometime? So...you would be pretty much the only woman I'd feel comfortable being that close to. That mean you want to play along?" Damn scientist mind.

Copycat has posed:
Copycat Smirks and shifts closer she moves over shes herself now and nods. "The question is .. how badly do you want me to rock your world? " she teases back as her eyes sparkle. This is kinda fun for her. Also, having somebody she can hang out with and chat with has really helped her adjust.. She knows he could screw things up, but at the same time, if you don't try you lose and she's lost enough.

Firestar has posed:
A slow rise of her right eyebrow is the initial response to Vanessa's question. She shakes her head and finally tells her,"Hey. It's a first, so make it memorable I guess." Is she comfortable, not completely, but maybe moreso than she would have thought possible before now. She closes her eyes for a moment to prepare for this. It's not that she is off put, just not sure what to think.
