Synopsis: Summary needed
Cast of Characters: Tygra, 1108

Tygra has posed:
Explosions this day and age are something alarming and not all together unexpeccted in larger cities like Metropolis. The world itself is one of random calamity, paranormal, high tech and the unexpected. The people of Metropolis live in the world of Tomorrow. The city of the future! The United State's of America's scientific apex. It could be any number of things but what stands out? The 'extranormal'

A reason Tygra of Thundera is present, exploration in to the unknown. Earth is a mystery to the Thundercats and as a curious and scoutly individual Tygra is everpresent, he has grown overly facinated with the crime-fighters and defenders of Earth, it's a new hobby. Though most operate without a code let alone 'the Code of Thundera' it is still not dissimilar. They're an enigma and a novelty he is currently amused with and to some extent emulating.

Rooftops, high above, the explosions source? A drone, an experimental combat unit used by some maniac who thinks he can make a name for himself by ambushing superheroes. Little did he know Tygra is not yet a superhero, hell, hes not even an earthling. He's just a visitor and found a nice perch only to be unexpectedly barraged with laser fire and a small compacted missile. Thats the source of the 'KA BOOM'. Right now the agile Tiger-Man is flipping upside down over a blast radius of debris and fire to land deftly on his feet, a whip trailing out in the air behind him. His assaulter? An insect like drone about the size of a pony covered in metallic plates armed with protruding limbs and weaponry.

Karolina (1108) has posed:
It's the explosion that's drawn Karolina. Noise, flames, trouble. She could just keep going to class, but she chooses not to; taking to the air in an iridescent burst of color to go and check it out. Her approach, as such, is not in the slightest bit stealthy as she swoops from the vague direction of the university. Sizing up the drone, first, as the most obvious sight before she spies the Tiger-Man on the roof.

She comes into a hover, radiating shimmering light as she endeavors to establish which might actually be the threat.

Tygra has posed:
The smoke is obnoxious and obscuring, it covers the largest portion of the top of this old News Station that is now nothing more than a tall telecommunications office; Tygra's crouched self is clothed in green armor, a smirk stretched across his inhuman features and opposite of him is that insectoid drone. Both of them in a pose of 'attack ready'

Karolina has a visual of both.
It is Tygra who first recognizes her and offers a wave of two fingers, his translator allowing him to speak in clear English, "Hello, I hope you're a friend. This robot is quite hostile."

Karolina (1108) has posed:
"Hello!" Karolina offers back, the wrinkle of her nose probably lost in the radiant light as she elects to float closer,"Is it just?" not that she doubts, and it doesn't take much to spot its armaments, the likely culprit of the explosions. She focuses some of that cosmic energy in the palm of her hand, at least allowing it the opportunity to display its intentions as she comes in for a landing, crunching over the gravelly rooftop as she approaches. When it inevitably attempts to fire is when she lets loose with the concussive force to try and blast it from the roof without causing the building more damage.

Tygra has posed:
Tygra grins as that strange insectoid machine rears up on it's haunches and displays an array of weaponry, "Is it just? It is not just." He replies curtly before flipping up again leaping high as blasts of energy pockmark the rooftop where he just was.
The machine then turns to take aim at at Karolina at the same time as she is loosing a blast of concussive force, the impact hitting before that mechanical creature can get a shot off. It's body skittering across the rooftop with a clatter and bang. It shudders and continues to try and move despite the hit it just took.

Tygra lifts up a 'blaster' of his own and takes aim, shooting it with three quick bursts.
"Fortunately it is quite limited in it's capabilities."

Karolina (1108) has posed:
For Karolina, there's no clearer example needed of it's hostility given the way she elects to glide the rest of the distance, largely owing to the fact that, really, she's still in a dress and heels despite the radiant light obcuring the details and she knows better than to risk breaking her neck by trying to run across the rooftop in them,"Where does it come from?" she can't help but ask of him. It's been a while, since she's had to draw on a narrower beam, following his up with one of her own,"We should move it away from the building before it damages anything else. Can you aim for it's.. wings? Not much point in dropping it if it's just going to take off!"

Tygra has posed:
"Works for me! I Honestly do not know where it came from." Part of the fun really! Tygra is maintaining his grin as he leaps forward alongside the attractive young woman, zigs to the left and lurches forward to swipe a heel out in a wide kick, battering the thing to the side. Keeping it rope-a-doped against the edge of the rooftop where it is mostly harmless and caught off guard. It's programming tells it to defend itself though its being batted around, several phaser blasts popped off towards the unlikely duo. They're wide. No targeting computers able to lock on right now.
All it should take Karolina to remove it's wings is one good blast. They're exposed beyond the armor. Whoever made this has a thing for bugs. You'd think he belonged in New York not Metropolis.

Karolina (1108) has posed:
"Around here... we call this 'Wednesday'." Karolina opines with a grin, mouth opening as he leaps into the fray against it for all that she has to jump unsteadily back from one of the stray blasts. She's careful in her return fire, having to set down to send off another shot at the things wings before taking to the air again with the intention of enveloping it in her aura,"Let me go drop it in the water and I'll be back!" she offers, prepared. It could try to knock him off, after all. But as long as it doesn't have any companions, disposal is the name of the game!

Tygra has posed:
The construct not entirely equipped to deal with someone like Karolina, it was intended for street fighters with guns, not metahumans tiers above it's parameters. The aura engulfs the mechanical menace quite easily allowing her the freedom to manipulate it.

Tygra straightens up and salutes her with a free hand, that pistol in his hand being re-holstered.
"Wednesday is robot attack day? Understood." The Tiger striped alien chuckles. "I shall be right here when you return." He assures her. A quick once over is required anyways to double check that this robot was indeed alone.

Karolina (1108) has posed:
Off she streaks, towing it behind her like a weakly flailing bug to fly out over the water and let it loose. Maybe it's a choice that will come back to haunt her later, but for now at least she's more curious about the Tiger, circling back once she sees the insect hit sea to alight once more on the roof,"Tuesday, Wednesday... pretty much any day of the week, really." she offers as she alights again, letting the radiance dial down to about a one,"At least... sometimes it seems like it... hi! I'm Karolina."

Tygra has posed:
The streak of color has the Tiger's eyes as he is finished with the prowl around the rooftop. All is secured as far as he is aware and now his newest battle buddy is returning, he sits now legs dangling over the lip of the building idly swinging back and forth.

"I am starting to learn this about your world. Hi, I am Tygra. it is a pleasure to meet you Karolina." Thanks to April he knows he doesn't have to violently shake her hand.

Karolina (1108) has posed:
"My world?" Karolina repeats, picking her way carefully over in order to perch on the edge herself with a bright flash of a smile. As the radiance dies and leaves a blonde-haired, blue-eyed girl in its place, in a sundress that's not likely ever to be mistaken for a proper costume. She offers out her own hand for a gentle shake,"Tygra. Where are you from, Tygra? I am Majesdanian, but I was born here. Well... other side of the country here... but still."

Tygra has posed:
"Oh, well, I am a Thunderian. I cannot say I have ever met a Majesdanian. I've learned most humans do not fly or have powers but there is a rather large number that do. I assumed... you were a human who had gifts." His long fingered, claw-tipped hand reaches out to give hers a shake. That grin he was earlier sporting returns. "Then today is a success. I met another alien to this world."

Karolina (1108) has posed:
"Thunderian. We're on equal footing, then, as I can't say that I've met one of yours before either." Karolina gives a bright flash of a smile of her own, careful of those claws for all the nonplussed way she shakes his hand,"There are some out there, yes. And it's a fair enough assumption! I would have thought that you were one yourself but for you referring to it as my world." there's a brief laugh as she glances down off the building,"Are you here for a particular reason, then, Tygra? Or an explorer of some form..? If one apparently attractive to hostile robot insects."

Tygra has posed:
The grin to smile of them both has Tygra chuckling and shaking his head a little, "Admittedly I am playing spectator. I wanted to watch and learn your heroes, its a cultural high point here. It is also admirable. I find it... inspiring. I am a warrior without a war or a world so purpose of anykind is wonderful. Which, I would suppose explains my presence. That thing was lying in wait, I watched it be set down earlier by several 'goons'. " Tygra seems amused to be able to use words like 'goon' wait until he gets to say henchmen.

Karolina (1108) has posed:
"Oh well then... you came to the right place, I'd say. Most of the... big names... aren't far from here. And admittedly that's part of why I chose to come back here, myself. But you say you are without a world?" without a war, Karolina's not going to touch. Instead she opts for an,"Oh? What kind of goons?" crossing her legs at the ankle,"I admit, I'm a little out of practice, myself. Are you the only Thunderian here? Or do you have a team that you work with?"

Tygra has posed:
Question bombardment has Tygra headshaking again out of amusement.
"I am not the only, no. Yes, our world is overcome by enemies and... we are a team and not? I am not sure how to answer that. We are sworn to our leader if he should call us, otherwise we are allowed our own dealings if they are 'just' as you asked earlier." A shrug of those broad shoulders, Tygra then hops to his feet and starts to walk along the lip of the building. No mind of falling. He's got oustanding balance. Maybe he is showing off. "What of you? Are there more Magedaja... " A quiet falls over him as he realizes he cannot finish his question. "Apologies, a very hard word."

Karolina (1108) has posed:
Karolina can't quite help her eagerness, for all that the currently quite ordinary looking girl is perched carefully on the edge, watching him meander his way along it,"Oh! So you are refugee's here?" she asks, then laughs,"Majesdanians. And no, not that I'm aware of." there's a flicker of a shadow over her face that's dismissed before it's really permitted to settle,"They wanted to send a guard with me, but that... defeated the purpose of returning."

Tygra has posed:
"Majesdanians!" Tygra says with some enthusiasm a finger even pointing one claw at her before snapping back.

"Yes, I suppose we are refugees." The man stops and crouches down, elbows resting casually upon his knees. "I suppose guards would defeat the purpose if this... " He nods over the lip of the building, indicating the disposed mechanoid, "Is your idea of adventure."

Karolina (1108) has posed:
"I'm sorry for the loss of your world." Karolina offers genuinely as she settles her hands in her lap,"Well, there is that to it. But more that it also draws a little too m... I'm sorry. Politics. Boring." there's a flick of her hand as she picks herself up, brushing her hair out of her face,"Are you hungry? I'm hungry. I should be in class now but well... I don't think the teacher would understand if I said I were off destroying robot insects with a Thunderian."

There's that twinkling smile again,"Have you had the chance to experience much of the food here?"

Tygra has posed:
"It is of no concern for now. It is not entirely lost yet but one day, one day we will save it." Tygra dismissest that for the lighter and yes, less boring small talk.

"I've had some Earth food. Most of it is good though it lies about its contents." Tygra says, "Food does sound good though, do you hae somewhere near in mind? I will follow you happily. I am lacking in currency though... I could pay you back in a Thunderian dinner some day though."

Karolina (1108) has posed:
"Unfortunately mine and my spouses people have enough difficulty with each other to likely prove much assistance. But I would be happy to speak with your leader and my wife and possibly see?" Karolina offers, the radiance enveloping her again as she offers out her hand,"Have you tried pizza yet? And that's fine! My treat. Beats eating alone... especially when it comes to pizza. Not afraid to fly, are you?"

Tygra has posed:
"Assistance isn't so necessary, not at this time at least. Time will happen when Lion-O, our liege deems it. Until then we are refugees here and I will do what I can to be a champion." His hand reaches out to take hers again, a hesitant moment and then he gives up any grasp on gravity, "I have smelled pizza and had spaghetti? Flight is no fear of mine so if we are to fly...we are to fly," Tygra grins large, large enough to display sharp teeth.

Karolina (1108) has posed:
"No, but good to have allies when you need them." Karolina offers. The hand is not so much necessary, but at least tends to make things a little disorientating. Still she takes it easy in lifting off,"Pizza, then! Do you eat meat?" which, granted, with those pointed teeth is probably a given, but assumptions are bad,"Let me know if you need to go down, okay? I know it makes some people nervous." she offers as they float off the side of the building,"We can head over to New York. Mutant Town. They have very good pizza there if you know where to look!"

Tygra has posed:
"Acknowledge and when the time comes, I may call you upon your word, Karolina." Tygra says over to the woman as they take off, "Yes, meat is a must. I am no stranger to flight, do not worry about me. You don't get cold in non-protective gear?" A tip of his chin towards the sundress, "It is so flimsy and scant. I assume you're not as thin skinned as humans." He seems content to let her guide them in their flight, despite saying he is fine with flight he is still gritting his teeth time to time in anticipation to fall or be dropped.

Karolina (1108) has posed:
Red might be considered the predominant color in the kaleidoscope of color at the question,"I draw on the cosmic energy of the sun... so... no, not really." Karolina offers, taking it relatively easy, and well, over water... not that she's going to drop him, but at least there's the illusion that if she did that he wont wind up the Thunderian equivalent of a fly on the windshield of a building,"Meat lovers it is then. Chicago style, of course. What are your feelings regarding cheese?" she enquires,"And how about cola? Have you tried soda yet?"

Tygra has posed:
"Cosmic energy of the sun? That is convenient. This world's Sun is quite magnificent." Tygra appraises, the idea of hitting anything below has crossed his mind. Hes got a good imagination, he is an illusionist after all. "I am okay with your cheese. It has a decent taste to it. Soda is not good." he confirms, hes had it and doesn't agree.

Karolina (1108) has posed:
"It is." Karolina agrees with regards to the sun, careful and firm in her hold to make sure he's safe and reduce anxiety,"No extra cheese then, or soda. Too sweet or something else you dislike about it?" she's used to having to negotiate tastes, though she doesn't elect to plant them right in front of the pizza place in favor of landing in the middle of the sidewalk a block or so away. At least in Mutant Town that's unlikely to count as anything strange,"What about vegetables?"

Tygra has posed:
Tygra manages a low chuckle as they begin to lower towards the ground, her capable hold noticed and given a wink in return, "Thank you." As theyre once upon their feet again and the heady-ness leaves him he inhales at the air, "vegetables are fine as well. You are incredibly considerate, Karolina. This is the place with the pizza, I assume?" "Soda is simply.. just too sweet. It is disgusting."

Karolina (1108) has posed:
Karolina pets his arm gently with her hand, letting her radiance settle back without dropping it entirely this time,"It took some time for me to get used to the food back... home. And there are still some things that are unbearably awful to me that the cooks consider me strange for." she offers with a laugh, heading towards the place with a nod,"I like it, myself... but I grew up with it, too. Perhaps some unsweetened tea would be better for you? Or water, of course. So... you are a warrior, then? But here an observer who likes to... do good?"

Tygra has posed:
"A cause for a good warrior? That is what I seek, of course." Tygra states, the pet at his arm gets her lingering look and then he follows, it doesnt appear he minded the contact. Its warm after all. The gorgeous young woman is in an easy word brilliance; color and warmth attested. "Water would work just fine. I am not opposed to trying new things, life is meant to experience after all and if you suggest some strange drink then... I cannot say no. That would simply be rude and boring."

Karolina (1108) has posed:
"Oh but surely there's something more to you than just being a warrior, isn't there? Not... mind, that I intend disrespect. But that why not take the opportunity to explore different things while you're here?" she enquires as she breezes down the sidewalk to open the door for them both,"Tea is made from the leaves of a plant, it can be hot, and bitter, or cold, and sweet. There's a large variety of them... but for you, perhaps less sweet than the soda. And if you don't like it? Then you will know for next time, wont you?"

It's Mutant Town, so half the people in the place probably don't exactly look normal... which for Karolina is sort of the point, less likelihood of people staring and being made to feel uncomfortable if the guy three tables over has chameleon eyes and the chick across from him is the shiny black of a cockroach, certainly she doesn't mind beaming at the gathering as if this where relatively normal for her.

Tygra has posed:
Tygra follows Karolina who is a wealth of information so far. He had yet to explore Mutant Town but has heard of it. Its been several months now and he understands the variances in human mutations not to find this out of the ordinary, its very intergalactic atmosphere in the species department anyways, even if theyre all mutants here with the exception of the two. "I am familiar with tea, I usually make my own."

"I am an architect and a tinkerer as well as warrior." Tygra assures her, he trails just behind the blonde. Sparing glances here and there but largely this is him unphased. Pleased more than anything to see the diversity.

Karolina (1108) has posed:
"Perfect. Then you'll have to see how ours compares to yours. Find us a seat, wont you?" Karolina suggests as she swans through the tiny restaurant up to the bar, the seventies orange tiled walls taking on the sheen of her luminescence in the process,"Hi!" she offers the clerk, placing an order for the pizza, and tea, before taking the number to head over to him once more.

"An architect. And a tinkerer. Both are good things. I am an artist, myself... mostly paint and sculpture, admittedly. It gives me a lot of free time, fortunately."

Tygra has posed:
The long legged Thunderian finds his way to a seat and lowers in to it. Golden orbs following Karolina as she moves around the restaurant with an expertise he has yet to master, most days he spends his time walking in shadows or through illusions around people. He's found many old tunnels, sewers and catacombs exist under most of these cities. Though a good number of them smell. "They are, an artist, you will have to show me sometime one of your sculptures, admittedly your foodstuffs here interest me less than your gardens and art. The style of your world is inspiring."

Karolina (1108) has posed:
Karolina has the advantage of having been born on the planet, and parents who... whether or not she likes to remember them, did at least teach her the value of a bright smile and friendly nature in breezing ones way through life. She settles into a seat and leaves the number on the table, adding a pitcher of tea and two glasses to the collection in the process,"I would be happy to do so, once I complete something here. Earth has many styles of art developed across centuries... it's... less colorful, than home. But no less beautiful. I'd be happy to share."

Tygra has posed:
Tall as he is legs are an issue and he politely moves them enough he and Karolina are not knocking knees. "You will need to show me then. I am very eager for the new and different." He insists as they get comfortbale, Tygra's eyes now taking the time to explore the room and its occupants more fully.

Karolina (1108) has posed:
"I'd be happy to do so. Though I venture you might want something warmer if we go too far afield. Wind chill becomes a factor over time." pause,"And at higher speeds." there's a brightly dimpled smile to accompany the flash of Karolina's eyes as she pours a couple of teas,"I've lost touch with most of my friends here, unfortunately... and although it's nice to be free of my usual obligations... it gets a bit dull with no-one to talk to that... understands things are different here."
