- Havok has posed:
Alex Summers finds himself walking into the dining room. He holds no food, instead he seems to be on a mission to find someone. He's wearing his super suit, sans the head gear. Black cargo pants, unstable molecule uniform top, X-Men belt and a bit of a glow to the chest.
- Emma Frost has posed:
Emma Frost, the White Queen of the Hellfire Club and one of the most formidable telepaths in the world, stands confidently by the sleek chrome espresso machine in Xavier school kitchen . She?s impeccably dressed, as always, in her signature white attire a crisp, tailored jacket with sharp lines, paired with slim trousers that exude both elegance and authority. The bright white of her ensemble contrasts sharply with the dark, rich tones of the coffee counter, adding to her commanding presence
Her platinum blonde hair falls in perfectly styled waves, framing her sharp, striking features. As she pours her coffee, her movements are smooth and deliberate, the same careful precision she applies to everything in her life, from business negotiations to psychic battles. Even in this seemingly mundane moment, there?s an air of refinement about her
Emma lifts the cup to her lips, her ice-blue eyes briefly narrowing as she takes a sip. Despite the casual nature of getting coffee, she carries herself with the same regal poise she exhibits in the boardroom or on the battlefield. Her expression remains calm, almost calculating, as if her mind is already turning over a hundred different schemes or strategies, even as she enjoys the simple pleasure of a well-made espresso

Alex spots Emma and enters the kitchen. His mind is alight with things he's needing to talk to her about. Since she's facing more toward the counter as he walks up, he'll move to stand to her left putting his back to the countertop, look her way, and say, "Hey, Emma. How's things going?" Obviously leading with a hello and clearly having something on his mind. He knows how she hates small talk, so he jumps right in and says, "So I've got Lorna tied up in the basement." and leaves it as a tag line.
Emma may already know that Lorna is being kept in isolation with a control collar around her throat to turn off her powers. And how unruly she's been these past few months with all the vampire bullshit going on. Also, it's likely that the Cuckoos have mentioned Havok recruiting them to help subdue and fix Lorna's brain. But they couldn't do it, and he had to recruit Wanda - who has been around the house waiting for such an opportunity.

For a split second, Emma?s carefully composed mask flickers just slightly, barely noticeable, but it?s there. She lowers the cup, placing it delicately on the counter, and finally turns her icy blue gaze toward him. Her eyes narrow ever so slightly, a hint of intrigue and annoyance playing on her features
Really, Alex, she says, her voice smooth as silk but with an edge of disdain, " you couldn?t be more original? " Her tone suggests she?s not impressed by the theatrics, but there?s a glimmer of curiosity beneath her cool exterior. Emma is rarely caught off guard, and the absurdity of the statement piques her interest. Alex isn?t the type for mind games, at least not the sophisticated ones she?s used to playing. Still, his choice of words implies there?s more to this than meets the eye
She crosses her arms, the pristine white of her jacket gleaming in the kitchen?s soft lighting, and tilts her head slightly. " Care to explain, or are we playing riddles today?" Her voice carries a certain commanding tone, signaling she expects answers, and quickly. But then she frowns her mind finding it " Wait is this related to those vampires? ".
Though she exudes calm, Emma?s mind is already working through the possibilities, calculating outcomes, and piecing together what Alex could be playing at. Despite her cold demeanor, there?s a part of her that thrives on the drama and chaos of such moments, though she would never admit it outright.
- Havok has posed:
"It was her idea. She's been plagued with mental stuff. Some magical stuff. Mostly vampire stuff. She said that we needed to control collar her and lock her up till someone could take a look in her mind to sort it out. I'm really counting on Wanda to have it under control. But.... You've got the market cornered on mental juju. I was wondering if you could go down there and take a look - whenever you had the time. Lorna's been struggling with this for months. And to be honest... it's really gotten old. Really beating me down." - and his mind is pretty clear on that, he's mentally taxed and exhausted. Obviously done with the drama.
- Emma Frost has posed:
Emma Frost Looks back and thinks for a long moment she could use this for her advantge she could leverage this for a favor.. but then she remembers why she's in this school why she keeps staying at the school thinking of the students and people and she sighs " Of course... I'll go check her out soon as i'm able " She says softly " That way wanda can work on the vampire part i can do the rest "
- Havok has posed:
There's a tone of relief as Alex says, "Thank you, Emma. It would mean a lot to the both of us." But there's a mental tagline hidden somewhere that implies he's not finished with the sentence or the thought. However, he stays quiet and pushes off the counter top to take a step or two away before turning back to her. He almost says one thing, but goes with another. "I guess I'll go check on her."
