- Harry Dresden has posed:
There are those that can blend in anywhere. They can fit in, make nice with others, and exist in an area without causing it to fritz out. Then there is Harry. A lead tells him to go to The Bronze to try and look for a wayward teenager. What could go wrong. So yes, he absolutely asked Willow to show up after he does so people don't notice her looking since everyone is looking at him and wondering why the music keeps popping and the lights keep blinking.
- Willow Rosenberg has posed:
Of course Willow is torn between a fit of giggle, and shaking her head. "We should find someplace where we can go - the two of us - and not be bothered by.. you know.. that."
This being the electronics going wonky.
While everyone started at Harry, Willow looked over at the people around, seeking out the teenager.
- Harry Dresden has posed:
"I'd like nothing better." he mutters softly and looks up at the catwalk above. A few people are there and he asks,"So people can come and go up there if they want?" The poor lights, that would be so good for the lights. Her hands you a picture so you can know what the teen girl looks like,"I wish I could have reached Buffy or Faith. Rebellious teen girl is not something I know anything about. Aside from be a pain in the wallet for the parents."
- Willow Rosenberg has posed:
A quick flick off her eyes, and she nods. "It's one of the special features. But most people don't really take advantage of that angle. Usually it's just lighting crews on the weekends, setting up for the centre stage."
Willow laughs. "I should be insulted. I just lived through my rebellious stage this year!" Of course she wasn't a teenager. Though she packed a year and then-some in that year!
"You could try to get one of them? Maybe Faith. She hangs out here a lot?"
- Harry Dresden has posed:
He nods and looks like he's going to make his way up there. A smirk as he looks at you,"Willow. Love of mine. You made every angsty rebel teen look like those Amish kids too afraid to do that rumspringer thing they do." he teases,"If we don't find the girl tonight I'll try to reach out to them again, best as I can."
- Willow Rosenberg has posed:
Willow giggles, and looks smug. "And don't you forget it!" She sneaks a kiss. "Do you have any idea what she is wearing?" For that matter, she could try and scry for her. But she waits for Harry to bring it up first. Or at least let him try his way first.
- Harry Dresden has posed:
Shaking his head he replies,"They said she was wearing that when she left, but I doubt she is still wearing it. Not if she's smart." He smirks and returns the sneaky kiss,"Couldn't even if I tried." he replies and then heads up to the catwalk. The lights really suffer and a few of them smoke and burn out. Confusion from the bartender.
- Willow Rosenberg has posed:
Willow frowns at Harry. "How do you regularly do your sleuthing? This can't be it. Everywhere has electronics." Amongst other things. "There has to be a different way." A better way. All the while she scans the crowd. "She could be in the girl's bathroom? I cold check."
- Harry Dresden has posed:
He shrugs,"It is what it is. I've tried a few things, but no luck." He looks towards the bathroom and nods,"I was going to suggest that yes. People tend to frown on me going in there."
- Willow Rosenberg has posed:
"They still keep the bathrooms separate at some of the establishments." Willow shrugs. "I don't know what the difference is. If we all use toilets with lockable stalls - who cares. After all, it's not like a man couldn't go in the female's bathroom and do something untoward when they are separate."
Either way, Willow goes and looks.
- Harry Dresden has posed:
"If I had a daughter, I wouldn't want a man in the bathroom with her. I'm old fashioned that way." he admits and looks over the crowd,"Besides, I'm needing you to look closer to people coming and going so there's that." He watches you go for a moment and then looks back over the crowd.
- Willow Rosenberg has posed:
Willow lets that one go. It just isn't worth arguing. ..Yet.
The bathroom was packed. The only way she could make sure that she had checked in every stall was to pretend that she was drunk. Very, very drunk. Under that guise she could bang on every stall door, and in necessary unlock them and pretend she didn't know someone was in there.
She hadn't tried using her newfound powers as Willow but there was always a beginning, and today was that day.
- Harry Dresden has posed:
Probably best to not argue, especially when they are working. He continues to watch those coming and going, scowling at the vampire that passes by. Temptation.
There a lot of people in the ladies room, right now the one you are looking for isn't apparent. There are four closed doors with people inside.
- Willow Rosenberg has posed:
As Willow goes by the locked stalls, she fiddles magically with the locks, opening them one by one.
"Sorry. Sorry? oops. Do you have toilet paper?" All the while she holds up a spindle of toilet to show them. She most definitely appears drunk. Leaving at every stall some TP as a Christmas gift. You could almost believe she had done this before.
- Harry Dresden has posed:
The last door opens and the girl is sitting on the toilet. Not using it, just sitting and crying. She is dressed as in the picture and hanging her head. She doesn't look up, just shakes her head and studies her phone.
- Willow Rosenberg has posed:
Quickly, Willow shuts the door with her inside. All traces of drunkenness gone.
~Found her.~
Even as she talks quietly to the girl. "Are you alright?" Good thing Willow was small! It was pretty tight in there.
- Harry Dresden has posed:
She can feel a little relief in him. Maybe because she found the girl, maybe because he wants out of this place in the worst way.
The girl looks up, mascara running and she replies,"I am /so/ not all right. I can't believe that jerk." Her head hangs again,"Please go away. Leave me to my misery. Maybe I'll...." she sighs,"...yeah, like I could do that either."
- Willow Rosenberg has posed:
"I could go away, but that would negate the effort I put into finding you. I'm curious though, what can't you do?"
~She's miserable. And frightened. How to you want me to handle this?~ All the while, Willow crouches down and puts her hands on the other girl's knees.
- Harry Dresden has posed:
~Just keep an eye on her. Don't let her slip you. Her parents are being called.~ he replies.
She shakes her head,"I let him do that to me, then he ran off with that blonde tramp." she sobs,"I just want to...I just don't want to anymore."
- Willow Rosenberg has posed:
"Then don't." Willow sighs. "I know. Easier said than done" She rips a piece of toilet paper and hands it over. "Here. Blow on this. Listen don't let him make you lower yourself. You don't have to."
I will make him pay, not you.. Willow thinks.
"And secondly, let's get all trace of him off your phone. Don't worry, I'm really good with computers. And the phone is just a glorified computer." She holds out her hand.
~Fucker. Why do some men pick on young girls?~ As if she wasn't one of them herself. (Yes, Willow did curse.)
- Harry Dresden has posed:
Standing there and waiting, Harry trusts Willow to handle things in there.
The girl hands the phone over hesitantly, mostly she seems to have given up. She leans on the wall and sighs.
~It takes all kinds unfortunately.~ he replies,~They can't all be good ones. Maybe we can find him later and have a discussion about this.~
- Willow Rosenberg has posed:
~That would be nice.~ With the tones of someone who doesn't actually mean nice. Rather the opposite.
Willow makes short work of anything that came or went to the guy. Using her computer savvy, and a bit of magic to make it so he never can call or text or any other medium contact her ever again. From now on, even if she tells him her contact again, he still can't make it work. Whether by forgetting, or erasure, or putting in the wrong number - he will never again be able to contact her again. "There. All done."
She hands the phone back.
- Harry Dresden has posed:
The girls wipes her eyes, thanks Willow, and sighs,"Thank you miss." She looks down at the phone and mutters,"I want my mom."
Like on cue, a woman comes in calling the girl's name. She might look at the two of you a little funny in the stall, but then the water works and the take me home mom things occur.
~Job well done. Let's get some pizza and call it a night.~ his mind touches Willows.
Off into the night for pizza, Mac's brew, and unwind the rest of the night.
