- Thomas Raith has posed:
With winter coming to a quick end, Thomas is taking the opportunity to to make one last giant batch of chili before the weather just doesn't feel right. So for the last eleven hours the apartment has been fragranced with the spicy smell of the slow cooker as well as him cooking cornbread and cinnamon rolls. "So kill anyojne interesting?" He asks to Faith over on the sofa, having at least temporarily put her in charge of the remote.
- Faith Lehane has posed:
March often brings unpredictable days with a bit of snow here and there, coupled with grey windy days and the occasional warm and sunny day as well.
It doesn't do much for her migraines as Faith curls up on the sofa, rubbing her temples.
"Ugh, not really, thankfully, got some time for a little R an' R..Not that I need any of that TLC shit.." she rolls her eyes but sniffs the air, licking her lips hungrily.
- Thomas Raith has posed:
Thomas Raith smirks just a little bit, "Yes, Heaven forbid you allow yourself to have a bit of pampering." He says with amusement. It's an old arguement over well trodden ground and both of them could like recite each other's parts without flaw. He brings over two absolutly massive bowls of chili, with the corn bread and sweet rolls on a nearby plate. "You pick something?" He asks curiously before tilting his head, "Actually I've got a question. Do you ever watch Vampire mnovies and spend the whole time being like 'That is not how that works?"
- Faith Lehane has posed:
Faith Lehane smirks, still rubbing her temples although her tummy grumbles, clearly starving for food. "Oh, I don't mind a little indulgence, just not a fan of being Molly coddled like a helpless child.." she rolls her eyes.
Faith doesn't hesitate to dig into her tasty meal, wiping sauce from her mouth as she arches a brow at him. "Seriously? Sounds boring. I fight enough vamps irl, I'd rather watch something like...Four Christmases?" she grimaces as if embarrassed to admit she actually likes some rom-coms.
- Thomas Raith has posed:
Thomas Raith grins slightly, "Well likely feel the same way about them." He says with a bite of his food. "I don't understand how anyone can believe in Happily ever after's. It's like World Peace. Sounds fantastic on paper, but doesn't actually ever work out. I grantee in every marriage at least one partner has a secret that would destroy the other." he shrugs, apparently feeling cynical today. "So how about that movie where the animatronics are possessed by demons and are killing people? Willy's Wonderland?"
- Faith Lehane has posed:
Faith Lehane shrugs, "I ain't into sappy romances or happily ever after, but this one has some witty tongue in cheek humour. Not a bad movie honestly, a bit of romance without the sap, besides, I need a change from mindless violence. Ain't enough comedy in this world.."
- Thomas Raith has posed:
Thomas Raith smiles a bit. "Well you talked me into it." He says leaning back and turning on the movie, one arm sliding behind his lover's back as he spoons the chili into his mouth. He leans over then and brushes a kiss agienst her neck adding, "Thanks for doing this. I for one needed a night in."
