Synopsis: Summary needed
Cast of Characters: Catseye, Sublime

Catseye has posed:
The mall, a place where people spend money, other people try to get more people to spend more money, and teenagers lurk because mallrats will be mallrats. One teenager, however, isn't quite a mallrat, she's more of a cat. At least she has an obvious mutation, what with the tail swinging from underneath her skirt. A closer look might reveal her feline slitted pupils, but that would take effort because right now she's been very sneaky. In a somewhat cartoonish sort of way. There's an aisle stand selling all kinds of candy. She already knows those taste sweet, and is therefore standing aimlessly around that candy shop, staring at anything but the candy, and yet each time taking a single step towards the colorful morsels of sweetness on display. Nothing to see here, everything is normal, you're all safe little candies.

Sublime has posed:
It's very difficult to not at least look at that. Blame anime, or just curiosity, a cat girl wandering around the mall is bound to get some attention. But you do draw the eye, especially of the blonde who walks in, a few bags in her left hand, looking around thoughfully. Her ice blue gaze falls on you thoughtfullly as she looks you over, but doesn't stare. Instead, she starts walking over towards the fancy chocolate display, a little bit past where the candies are that you're ogling, looking them over thoughfully as she rises on on her toes, then lets herself fall back, rocking absently as she considers her choices.

But her head is turned just slightly. Enough she can keep you and the store clerk in the corner of her eyes, in peripheral vision.

Catseye has posed:
When Sharon spots Rachel taking note of her, somehow her tail seems to curl and sneak into hiding up her skirt. Yup, nothing feline about her, she's no mutant. Nope. Nobody saw that. But then the way Rachel is looking at her, Sharon figures maybe she did see something, so she just puts a finger to her lips, and in a surprisingly audible volume proceeds to utter out, "shhhhhhh," as she backs off further until she stops upon bumping into the display, her free hand somehow dipping inadvertantly into a pile of M&Ms and comes up with her prized fishing rewards!

Sublime has posed:
The other young woman raises a thin blond brow at that, her lips twitching slightly. It reminds her of someone she hasn't seen in a while...about the same age by now, too. Different, obviously...and probably a bit more stable, but...some mannerisms are the same.

Her eyes flick slightly as you snag the M&Ms. Her lips curl up slightly, then she turns her body slightly so her back is to the clerk and raises her fingers, waggling them in a mock magical manner.

Then she casually slides her hand right through the glass protecting the fancy candy boxes from being touched, emerging with one of them that she very casually slides into her bag. And then she winks at you. All 'criiiiimes. They're fun' looking. She realizes she COULD probably just buy it, but...sometimes it's fun to break the rules, after all.

Catseye has posed:
So far so good, seems like nobody spotted Sharon, or at least nobody that cared to get the cashier's attention. Into Sharon's mouth the chocolatey M&Ms go, and she starts to chew, before Rachel's action catches her full attention and she immediately walks up to her side, whispering, "how Bookygirl put hand in glass? How? Maybe she can teach?"

Sublime has posed:
The other girl looks a bit amused at that. "Bookygirl?" That's...sort of adorable. She thinks. "I don't think I could teach you that. It's sort of my talent...." she whispers softly. "But, if you had something else you wanted...I could get it for you." She's feeling generous! She looks you over, her blue eyes meeting yours thoughfully. "....do you have a talent?" she says slowly. She does look unusual...then again, for some mutants just looking like that would be their particular 'thing', for want of a better word.

Catseye has posed:
Sharon's eyes open wide, their golden color another oddity, but then again the slitted pupils are just as much of an oddity, "Bookygirl is mutant?" She asks in something akin to a stage whisper, "so is Sharon, don't tell, it's a secret." Again the finger goes to her lips, "shhhhh." When asked if she has a talent, Sharon giggles as if Rachel just told a very funny joke, an impish delight painting on her face as she gestures at herself with theatrical flourish, "ta da! Bookygirl not see? Sharon tricks her too!"

Sublime has posed:
Okay, she should have seen that coming. "Seems like it." she says amusedly. "I think I see it now, that I look closer." It's odd, but rather pretty too. Exotic, she guesses? Luckily she's a cat lover. Which is hilarious considering who her best friend is, when she thinks about it.

"And you just wanted some candy?" she guesses. "But you don't have enough for it?"

Catseye has posed:
"Bookygirl sees?" Sharon blinks a few time, there's an expression of genuine confusion on her face, "how she see?" Then Sharon thinks for a moment, and immediately states, "uh ha! Bookygirl tell her what she sees, maybe she see wrongly!"

The question that follows seem to sail over Sharon's head, because she lifts both hands and shows Rachel her palms, "Sharon has enough, two hands, get plenty of candy!" It apparently doesn't occur to her that talking about taking candy with her hand is a bit idea so close to the actual shop.

Sublime has posed:
Rachel takes a side step quickly so she's between Sharon and the clerk, who's looking over towards the pair of them with a faint frown. "...hey, maybe don't show off stuff you've taken when you're still in the shop.." she whispers quickly, gently starting to guide you toward the door. "Let's step outside, k? We can talk then without miss noseypants over there listening in."

Catseye has posed:
Sharon still seems a bit confused, but nevertheless allows Rachel to usher her towards the door, before reminding, "Bookygirl still no answer, what she see?"

Sublime has posed:
Rachel guides you over into a little corner where you're out of the way of people walking the mall, then hmms, looking you over. "Where to begin...." she murmurs. "Well...you've got eyes and hair that stand out, and a tail...which is kinda neat, honestly, and..." She reaches up to gently brush one of those points slightly poking out of your hair. "These....is that what you're fooling people about?" she wonders, looking down at you thoughfully. "Or is it even better?"

Catseye has posed:
Sharon nods as Rachel describes what she noticed, there's definitely the eyes. There was the tail, which Emma would be quite upset with her for being careless with. Good thing she doesn't know! There's the ears, and as a finger brushes against them, they twitch a little, as Sharon looks a bit more relaxed, "yes, yes, yes, she see...but what she see? Can Bookygirl guess her ability? What Sharon do?" She starts giggling even as she asks the question. Clearly she's certain Rachel has no shot of discovering her secret.

Sublime has posed:
A slight quirk of her eyebrows is Rachel's response. Even if she knew that Emma knew Sharon and that Sharon wasn't supposed to be showing off that tail, she wouldn't be particularly inclined to tell her, anyway. Becaus partner in criiiimes.

She can't resist a smile at the giggle, it's a bit infectious, the whole impishness of this girl. "Alright, you're very good then, if it's not that. What could it be then?" she wonders, lokoing curiously, then leans in to whisper, purring playfully now. "I'll show you mine if you show me yours?" Setting aside jokes at playing doctor, she's honestly curious what the other girl is hiding.

Catseye has posed:
Sharon is all grins, mirth radiating from her as she keeps giggling uncontrollably, "Sharon is showing now! Hahaha! Bookygirl doesn't even know! See? Sharon fooled her!" Once she calms down from her giggly feat a bit, Sharon looks curiously at Rachel, and asks, "more than put hand in glass? What more?"

Sublime has posed:
She inwardly sighs a bit. Well. Worth a try. But she did promise, even if she's not sure what exactly she's being fooled by. Her lips twitch as she glances over to make sure no one is watching, then steps backwards...disappearing into the wall.

A moment later she pokes her head out, then offers her hand to you. "C'mon..." she says playfully. It doesn't seem to be bothering her much at all to be half in and half out.

Catseye has posed:
Sharon stares in awe as Rachel seems to melt into the wall, or disappear into it, or something! Definitely something! She responds by clapping her hands loudly, like Rachel just performed a magic trick, "Sharon likes! She likes! Very special! Very!" When offered a hand to follow Rachel into the wall, Sharon takes a step back, shaking her head, "no, no, no, Sharon not walk in walls, only on walls."

Sublime has posed:
Rachel grins a bit, then says patiently. "As long as you're touching me, you can. Don't you want to see what's on the other side?" she says playfully. She wiggles her fingers. "Trust me." she murmurs. "IT's the BEST way to get into places people don't want you to get into so you can see what's there." Appealing to her inner cat, she figures...curiosity and all that.

Catseye has posed:
"Sharon gets places too," Sharon makes sure it's clear to Rachel that she's self sufficent, but still seems to hesitate over walking into a wall, it seems like quite the scary concept. "First, Sharon stop to show, ok? Ok." Apparently she's offering to show something to Rachel, and just like that, on the spot, she shifts and turns into what looks like a regular cat. Well, almost, her fur is lavendar colored. "Now she understand?" Catseye offers jovially.

Sublime has posed:
That lures Rachel right back out of the wall as she sets down her bag, then kneels down in front of you. "Oh, you're adorable!" she coos a bit, her eyes a little wider as she looks you over. "And you talk! That's a REALLY good trick." she admits. She hesistates, but has to ask, if a bit shyly. "...may I give you a pet?" She's not sure how the other girl might feel about that, but most cats like it. She's pretty sure! But she doesn't want to get the heck bit out of her either if not.

Catseye has posed:
Catseye is quite pleased at being adored, she loves attention after all, and the offer of a pet is quite a fitting tribute. "Yes, she like," Catseye accepts the offer, and then snickers again, before asking, "now Bookygirl see? Yes? She knows what Sharon secret is...?"

Sublime has posed:
Rachel just sits down right there on the floor, setting her bags down, then reaching over to gently scoop you up to set on her lap, with the practice of someone who has had cats before. She begins gently scritching against the back of your neck, getting those nice hard to reach spots for you as she murmurs. "I'm guessing you turn into a purple cat?" she says with amusement. Well it's logical! Though she's a bit distracted as she starts to gently pet, little scritches running down your spine gently.

Catseye has posed:
Catseye is quite delighted to get scooped into Rachel's lap, curling against her, she meows cutely at the pampering touch, before finally revealing, "she was right, Sharon fool Bookygirl. See, now Sharon is not showing anything...before she show, get it? This not ability. That was ability. Sharon is clever!"

Sublime has posed:
The other girl frowns a bit, trying to follow that, her hand moving to just stroke from the little spot right in the middle of your forehead that feels so relaxing to brush all the way down to nearly the base of your tail, stopping a bit short. "...not showing?" she murmurs. "...wait, you're saying...you're a cat who turns into a girl?" There's a little bit of doubt in her voice at that. Unless she's a magic cat....are there magic cats like that? Maybe...but...hmm. She shall have to think on that. Also, continue to pet. Because Rachel is a sucker for cats and Catseye sort of has her captive in her little paws at the moment. If someone else was here, she'd try and play it off as not as big a deal, but there's no one but you and her watching, so, so screw it! "....wait, where did your clothes go then?" she says thoughfully.

Catseye has posed:
Purring at the soothing petting, Catseye shifts against the scritching fingers, before Rachel answers correctly and cheers, "Bookygirl got it! But after some tries, Sharon still tricked her good!" When asked about her clothes, she explains, "it's tricksy thing that Sharon does, part of show. Clever, yes?"
