Mad Juice for Mutants
Date of Scene: 08 August 2017
Location: Mutant Town
Synopsis: Yana, Ohotnik, and Alexia take on the Evos gang at their Headquarters. It gets very, very messy.
Cast of Characters: Tendril, Black Rose, Okhotnik

Tendril has posed:
Things have been cooking in Mutant Town. The local gang, the Evos, took a shock with the death of Pietro and his main enforcers, but one of his lieutenants has stepped up, another mutant named Tender Riser (because his last name is Riser). Alexia has been able to tell the two of you that previously, he was the main 'pimp' for the gang, running their girls, mostly out of a house called the Meat Locker. His power apparently has something to do with...well, tenderizing people, in terms of leaving them good and shredded, but she's not sure exactly how it works, only what gossip on the street says. She DOES know he tends to hunt down runaway mutant girls to pull them into the Locker, through a combination of drugs, violence, and desperate believe that he's the only one who will protect them. She reeeeeeally doesn't like him, and though she hasn't said why, you get the feeling she's had run-ins with him before when she was in that position.

She also insisted that she be able to come with to cover your back and act as a lookout if you wanted to deal with him. This may have required a bit more arguing on her part to allow, given Diya's previous objections. But she pointed out, if they needed to get in quietly, she was the best person to bypass the security so they could get in without bringing the entire gang down on them.

Black Rose has posed:
As they walk through the streets, Yana is rolling three metal ball bearings in her hand, one around the other, over and over again, like some makeshift fidget-spinner. "So, Diya, I wanetd to ask you if you've ever met a woman named Vanya. Also goes by the name of Feral? You and her have quite a bit in common. She reminded me a lot of you, in fact." The blue-haired girl is almost conversational, despite the 'seriousness' of this particular mission. Afterall, it's very likely the gang will be far more guarded, given their recent losses.

Okhotnik has posed:
"Vanya? Nyet." Diya offers. She hasn't been terribly conversational, frankly she has been stalking along in a very pissed off mood since they reassembled this trio. She and Lex had a knock-down drag-out verbal fight about the younger, smaller girl's involvement in this. Had Diya had a way to properly identify this scumbag without Lex, she would have won; she is apparently very good at bypassing security systems. Probably that fancy mansion is one of the few she couldn't overcome completely.

"I make point not to 'meet' or 'get to know' many. Only leads to trouble, you see." And yes, present company is included in this. Diya didn't seek either woman out. She's just trying to deal with the results anyway, as best she can. "You want save girls, yes? Should let me go in. I keep 'dem busy, you get girls out." Yes, her Russian accent is very strong right now.

Tendril has posed:
Lexi is aware of that Diya is upset, but she's stubborn enough that she came anyway. "Don't know her..." she says absently, as they come to the end of the block. Up ahead is the mansion, surrounded by a brick wall. This is one of those places that knows how to advertise quietly...people from all over town and beyond come to sample the exotic...the mutant, that they can degrade and possess by the hour.

Lex peeks out, then looks back at the two of you. "I'm good wi' tha', gettin' 'em out of harms way. Or out completely. Maybe we can, I dunno, talk 'em into going to onna those shelters? I could call someone. Like, anonymously..." she promises! "Um...okay. Riser's office is on th' second floor, his suite's up on th' top floor." She frowns. "...that's where they lock up some of th' new girls once they get them inside, too, I dunno if they got anyone right now though." She gestures. "Wall is topped with glass an' stuff, some gangers on patrol, but nothin' professional. There's an old carport on th' south side...it's probably sturdy enough you could climb up to the second floor. Standard sensors on the windows."

Black Rose has posed:
"Impressive," Yana measures to Lexi, nodding some. She is just the opposite of Diya, thinking it's a good thing -both- girls came, as well as herself. Then again, she's at least once shown herself capable of controlling a somewhat dangerous situation. Rather effecitvely, at that. "Lead the way."

To Diya, she murmurs, in Russian, << She is, like us. From Russia. And, she has the ability to transform herself partially into a beast. She enjoys fighting. Quite a bit, I think. >>

The metallic balls click-clack gently, as she still rolls them in her hand, then looks over at Diya. "South side it is, I suppose?"

Okhotnik has posed:
"I go here. Now." Diya offers. And that's just about all of the warning she offers. She has operated independently, alone, for far too long, and does not coordinate her efforts as she normally would have with her strike team.

The dirty, dingy, stringy unwashed homeless blonde bounds across the street in perhaps two strides and leaps up to the top of the wall, heedless of the broken glass that pierces her shoes as her foot lands quite firmly - and bloodily - in place, knee bent and extending to straight, launching her higher, on up to that second floor window, which she grabs hold of with one hand as her knee drives through the window, her ankle hooks the bars covering it, and then she twists and //wrenches// the bars clean off, dropping them down to the ground, bent all to heck, with a resounding clang.

The last her partners will see of Diya in the immediate is her jumping down through that shattered window, knife in one hand, pistol in the other, a snarl on her lips as she blurs back into motion with lethal and forceful intent.

Knock knock. Avon calling!

Tendril has posed:
"Okay, so, we should start with - " And, then Diya sweeps right past the startled mutant. "H-hey!" she hisses after her, then winces as she just leaps and...well kicks in the window and bust inside. There are a pair of very suprised mutant girls wearing what look like fetish gear, one with bone ridges instead of hair, the other having a long salamander tail and webbed fingers and toes, though with a pretty mottled color scheme over her skin. There's also a very suprised Sharkey, in a thong and nothing else, who's currently setting his clothes to the side, next to a pistol of his own. Which, after a second of gaping, he tries to go for. "SHIT!" The girls scream and huddle to the side of the room, diving into the bathroom attached.

"...oh for cryin' out..." Lexi says, then looks to Yana. "I...guess we go now?" She offers the other girl a hand. "I can get us over the wall!"

Black Rose has posed:
Yana looks amused, more than anything. Even impressed. She looks at Lexi, "I don't think she's really worked on a team before. That, or she's even more dead-set against you doing anything than I thought. Go do your thing. Just be careful. Or, follow."
Now, there's only really one path for Yana to take, and that's the path that Diya is carving out. So, she hops down, still 'fidgeting' with those steel ball bearings casually after she hits ground and moves through the newly created opening. She'll let Diya deal with Sharkey, almost as if she wanted to see Diya -fight-.

Okhotnik has posed:
"You go, now. Free." Diya offers the two mutant girls, quite simply, as she throws the knife with lethal precision and far more force than that bodaciously built body of hers should be able to generate, enough to staple Sharkey's arm to the wall, the knife vibrating as it buries itself to the hilt against his forearm, a good six inches of blade into the wall, right between the bones of his arm.

Still moving swiftly, Diya doesn't slow down; she is intentionally making a lot of noise, drawing attention, making an opening for the others. She wasn't expecting them to follow her path, but so be it!

Diya advances on Sharkey, driving her gun hand's elbow into his throat as her other hand yanks the blade out of his arm and the wall. Then she kicks the door to the hallway down and advances into the next situation, and the next. Shot, she stumbles, growls, and advances with swift, brutal and lethal intent. Only the girls will escape her wrath, and only then if they do not make a lethal-intent attack on her.

It's going to be a bloodbath, apparently.

Tendril has posed:
If Diya was looking for making noise, shanking Sharkey certainly works, as he lets out a screeching wail as it thunks hard into his arm, punching clean through, and encouraging him to drop his pistol as he instead starts scrabbling for the door with his other hand. "H-hey, we can talk about this!" he starts to say, then gurgles at the stroke stroke, choking as he ends up hanging off the blade, wheezing for breath, then crumpling as the knife is removed, groaning.

The moment Diya gets out in the hall, the two mutant girls flee, the girl with the tail letting out another loud squeal as Yana hops up to follow the path of Hurrican Diya, the pair running down the hall as they shed their high heels in the process, beating feet for the first floor. The next door gets busted in as a suprised looking skinny guy with wear arm bones is just reaching for his pants, when the bullets punch clean through him, hurling him back against the wall behind him before he slides down it, leaving a red trail.

The gunshots, if not the scream of the girl who was in the room with him, certainly raises the alarm, as the pair will hear heavy footsteps start pelting up the stairs, even as Diya kicks in another door and doubletaps the tattooed woman inside as she's diving for a pistol hanging off a chair, sending her to the ground with a groan as she takes them in the belly. However, Yana is going to be right in the path of whoever is joining the party.

Outside, Alexia just gapes, then starts swearing faintly under her breath as she jogs to the back of the mansion, wincing at the gunshots. "Ya case the place, ya come up wiht a plan, ya give 'em a way to sneak in, an' what do they do? BOOM! Gah!"

The mauve girl sprouts a pair of tendrils to leap up over the wall, coming down in a crouch in the shadows, watching as the outside guards start running inside, before jogging to the car port and quickily starting to climb up the outer wall, kicking off from it as she heads up to the third floor. "...also, radios. We need radios..." she mutters, the tip of one tendril hardening and extending as she starts to bypass security...then sighs. "...what the hell." She smashes the hardened tip into the window, then winds it around the bars to rip them out, before sliding inside herself. The time for quiet is pretty gone, she figures.

Black Rose has posed:
<< Spetsnaz? >> Inquires Yana, watching Diya just annihilate, and decimate the building in front of her. It is a fair observation, and question. And, perhaps it's - odd - that Yana isn't even blinking an eye to any of this. Then again, she's seen far worse tortures happen in front of her. Not that Diya, or Alexia know this.
She takes a step back, two, as she's now in front of the reinforcements who are no longer going to be caught off guard, and with their pants down. The surprise attack worked, for a little bit. Their numbers are thinned.
"Here." Yana reaches back, and simply grasps Diya's wrist or should, ever-so-briefly. "Let's take it up a notch," she tells Diya -- who will now find that even gunshots, punches, and knives won't do hardly any damage to her. Kinetic Armor. It's -- pretty fantastic. And not only that -- but Diya's own kinetic power, her punches, and kicks are impressively enhanced also. Her own /strength/ remains the same, but the force behind physical blows has been rather significantly augmented.
Meanwhile, Yana takes her hand back, and throws one of those steel ball bearings she'd been rolling in her head. It cleanly goes through the first man's skull who begins to charge her, creating a gaping wound exactly the size of a ball bearing that one can literally see through like a porthole, until he crumples to the ground.

Okhotnik has posed:
Further evidence of her professional training is that Diya very swiftly and cleanly moves, with serious economy of motion, scooping up extra firearms and extra clips as she goes. Her pistol is also a very heavy caliber, not just a little namby pamby 9mm; it's a hand cannon verging on mini-howitzer; when she pulls the trigger the shockwave alone is enough to stagger, and the slugs are as viciously brutal and efficient as the rest of her combat.

And then Yana grabs her, and everything goes to eleven.

Diya quite literally blurs down the hallway behind the launched metallic sphere. Punches shatter ribs, driving their points through vital organs. Kicks literally rip heads off and launch doors as projectile weapons. And she doesn't slow; she picks up speed, tearing down through the enemy as they rush in, leaping down the stairs with a silent rictus snarl to land upon the next one, driving him to the ground and snapping his neck with her feet and a twist before launching into the next.

Hopefully someone remembers to steal the money and valuables around here; Diya certaily isn't bothering.

Tendril has posed:
It really is a blood bath now, with the few gangers who are in the floor who are just getting up and getting to their weapons being...well, literally ripped apart, those who don't have large caliber holes punched in them, a head going bouncing and rolling down the hall past Yan and badumpbadumping down the stairs, to more general cries of alarm. Other than the few gangers, the others attempting to flee, hide, or in one case, to use a gold plated hand cannon of his own, appear to be customers, rather than gangers. For some reason the guys on the first floor suddenly feel a pressing need to not go upstairs yet. Could have something to do with the snarling and screams and rapid gunfire. Maybe!

At the other end of the hall, however, is the stairs up to the next floor, and here, there are two much better armed gangers, an unfortunately colored bright yellow dinosaur man, and a squat grey guy with simplified face..mostly huge rocky jaw, tiny squinty eyes, and thick brows, who towers about seven feet tall. More importantly, both have SMGS, that they starts spraying down the hall without much concern about who they might hit, one bullet punching into a fleeting feathered femme through the leg as she goes tumbling to the ground with a wail, feathers flying, and gunning down a guy who looks like a sports star gone to seed who tries to charge past them to the stairs to escape.

Meanwhile, upstairs, Lexi is quickly checking doors, picking the locks and breaking in, then going to any girls she finds to unlock their restraints, lifting them up to get them gathering into the room where she first entered. She opens the next door..and there's a flash of green from inside.

Both Yana and Diya will hear a scream from upstairs.

Black Rose has posed:
Unforutnately for the guys brandishing the SMG's? The bullets - stop. And they don't just stop. But, they seem to die. In mid-air. Losing the entirety of their momentum, falling with a soft clatter to the floor, individually, one-by-one-by-one, a tinkling sound like someone had merely dropped a box of bullets on the stairs and spilled them all out as each rolling of the table and hit the floor.
Yana speaks to Diya, noting quietly, "You're back to normal, by the way. At least, until I drop the dampening field." Then, she looks up with blue eyes and regards the two men on the top of the stairs. "I'm pretty sure she's Spetsnaz," she tells them each. "Guns aren't going to work." And, with Yana's own other powers disabled, while she protects both her and Diya from the bullet-spray, Yana just leans back into the stairwell, crosses her arms. And, waits for the show.

Okhotnik has posed:
The first two bullets struck, of course. There's even blood spray, and Diya thudded into a wall. But she didn't stop, and she doesn't. She keeps going. But those morons just gunned down an innocent woman, and that seems to fire something in the maddening creature that is the ex-Spetnatz soldier. She leaps back //up// the stairs with the same speed and intensity she showed going down, and she tucks her pistol away assuming it will do no good at all with the dampening field in play. Instead, she charges at both men as if their size means nothing at all ...

And then Diya will arrive and prove it. Her moves are swift, brutal and efficient. Kicks blow out knees, elbow strikes to crush larynxes, twists to snap necks. She takes her hits, and doesn't seem to care. Hell, she seems to get more angry, more aggressive, more ferocious.

At this range, Yana may be able to pick up an oddly heavy subsonic vibration in the air. A rumble. Almost like a growl. But it belies localization.

Then the scream sounds, and Diya snaps erect, head spinning in the direction of that sound. ~//"Drop the field."//~ she demands in Russian, as the pistol comes out and explodes twice, once into the temple of each gunman. And then she is off like a shot again, this time screaming her rage ... or is that a roar?

It should be noted that this seems to have profound effects on most of the others in the house, as base and primal instincts turn bowels to water and compel all but the most arrogant or stupid to run the Hell away from whatever made that sound.

Tendril has posed:
The two stair guards are only starting to realize that their guns aren't going to have much of an effect, gaping a bit at the bullets holding in midair...then the tigress is among them as Diya leaps, slamming into both as they go stumbling back, dropping their guns as it becomes a full on brawl. Both these guards are a step above the others, actually able to put up a fight, though they're both slower than the hurricane of martial arts strike in the middle of them. The dinosaur goes down after several hits, choking on a crushed larynx, then gacking as a foot stomps his neck, a dry 'snap' audible.

The rocky one, however, seems able to take the hits...too slow to hit them, but only rocking at the impacts, save for the ones that actually are aimed to knock him off balance. His return strikes are powerful, smashing through the wall by the stairs, then crushing part of the floor with a tremendous overhand punch. When the gun comes out he's not ready for it, the bullet slamming into his forehead as he stumbles backwards and crashes to the ground, blinking dazedly, the bullet stuck between his stony brows. But he doesn't stop anyone from going up the stairs now. From the sound of it, people are pilling out fo the front door downstairs at this point, with a great deal of female screams and carrying on.

As Diya charges upwards, she'll find a trio of girls in dirty street clothes cowering at one end of the hallway opposite her. Alexia is currently scrambling backwards, then leaping to the side as a huge...literal..buzzsaw comes spinning past her, shredding into the opposite wall and boncing towards her as she drops flat under it. There's a smear of blood on her back...and what looks like a small piece of a tendril lying on the floor by the open door.

In said door is a shorter mutant with a buzzcut, little buzzsaws cut in the sides, whose eyes are glowing green as he directs the blade, another pair held in front of him like shields, tops facing down the hall. Behind him is a taller man with a nasty looking scar, dressed in a fine suit , with spikes running over the center of his head like a mohawk and more on his fists as he backs away, apparently going for the room by where the girls are cowering.

Black Rose has posed:
"Go," Yana tells Diya, pointing. There is something different, briefly, in her voice. Something of a measure of command. Authority. "I'll handle the suit." She taps Diya on the back again - once again empowering the feral ex-agent of Russian Special Forces with a measure of kinetic blessing of both force, and armor. She assures, then, "I've got the suit." There isn't a doubt in her voice. This, afterall, is what she'd trained for. At least in part
"Mutant Town," she tells the suit, "Isn't yours, anymore." She says a very not-nice word in Russian. Then, suddenly she's moving. Fast. Hard. Certainly she could just throw a ball bearing through his skull, but -- this man? She wants to beat down. She's not near Diya's strength. At least, not normally. But her own self-enhancement might but her blows near, at, or just above what Diya's normal strength is when it comes to her blows. She is on the man, moving with superhuman speed, and trained to maximize her blows with this effect on. She's downright dangerous, because of that. She punches his gut, kicks his knee, slams her palm into his nose, as quickly, decisively as possible. And she's not letting up, either.

Okhotnik has posed:
Whether because she takes orders, or because of her own instincts, Diya does not hesitate. Hell, she picks up speed. By the time she clears to the level of the third floor she is moving faster than ever before. Her eyes are glowing in the dim light. Her skin ripples slightly, as if something is slithering around beneath it, wanting to break free. And the sight and smell of Lex's blood pushes her over the edge.

A human throat is not meant to project a roar like this. It should tear out her vocal chords. But it doesn't, or surely doesn't seem to, as Diya erupts onto the scene. She doesn't tell Tendril to get herself and the girls out; perhaps she trusts the girl to be smart enough to do that on her own? What she does instead is make absolutely sure that Buzzy here has too much to deal with to have anything left to spare for Lex or the cowering girls.

Bullets fly. A pair of blades. And there's Diya's own blurring, swiftly moving, gravity-defying self. Almost none of that likely gets through to Buzzy himself, with those three buzzsaws protecting him as they are, but it should be enough to keep him occupied.

And then she's right there, in the midst of it all, and apparently not caring one damned whit how much or how little those buzzsaws manage to bite into her flesh. She just wraps her impossibly strong hands around his throat and rips it out, leaving behind quite a few remnants of herself, shredded, sliced, raw and bleeding, chest heaving, air bubbling through the blood trying to choke down her throat.

But if one looks close enough, one can make out the flesh actually knitting itself together, visibly.

Tendril has posed:
The roar screamed out by the oncoming tigery freight train that is the Russian blonde works tremendously well as a distraction, Buzzer jumping as the buzzsaw chasing Alexia instead embeds in the wall. This gives Yana the moment she needs to bolt right past him as she accelerates, the bodyguard turning to follow her as as he starts shift. Then he jerks again as the heavy bullets spark off the floating jagged circles, causing him to turn his attention back to Diya, seeing her charging, then jerks the blade stuck in the wall out with a mental though, sending in soaring towards her back. He's got her now! Caught between his blades and he...

And then she goes right through the blades, ignore as they carve gory ragged chunks out of her sides as she slams into him. The pursusing blade sparks as it slams into the two other blades, then it becomes pointless as the snarling woman simply rips his throat to pieces, the blades falling with loud clangs as he clutches at it, gurgling, red spurting to spray over Diya as he falls to his knees, then crumples.

Meanwhile, Riser is taken off guard by the teen leaping on him, bringing up his arms as he's hammered bo strikes, jerking under the powerful blows. He's no stranger to a fight, however, bringing up his hands to swing, falling into a boxing stance. MOre importantly, each time he does the spikes on his knuckle extend, tearing through the wallpaper as they whiff past Yana's head. But next to her speed, he's clumsy, the strike to his knee drawing a howl of pain as he goes down then his head snaps back at the palm to his nose, causing it to explode in a wash of blood as he grabs for it reflexively, then smashes a foot down into the floor, trying to shatter it under Yana to throw her off and regain hsi feet as he retreats back towarsd the three girls.

And Lex, who has regained her feet and is shoving her into the corner room as he heads her way. She's looking a bit wideyed, the whites easily visible even at a distance, as her arm snaps out, a long whip extending then cracking into Riser's chest to send him flying back towards Yana as the impact literally sends him into the air, along with an accompanying crack of ribs breaking.

Black Rose has posed:
Yana's foot, at her speed and with her enhanced reflexes, is able to make a solid, hard, connection with Riser's head as Alexia turns him more or less into a clay pigeon for her. There's an audible snap-crunch as her foot not only breaks the spine, but also probably collapses a bit of the skull, too.
She slowly backs away then, surveying the area. Surverying the absolute wreckage. Oh, the cops are going to have a -field- day with this one. "I think," she says, low, and quiet, slowly coming out of the 'fight' mode and adrenaline running through her, "That we got them all."
Diya will sense she has once again 'lost' the enhancements - which quite possibly helped save her life against those buzzsaws, providing a veritable buffer so they didn't go straight through flesh and bone. "Think the least we owe you, Diya, is a meal. Some new clothes. Place to stay. Yeah?" She looks at Diya with new appreciation. But, she's not afraid of the creature that Diya was in that fight. And, the creature she may well be. Her words, instead, are quiet. Calm. Offering a very purposed way back to reality. An anchor point that even the primal mind can understand: Food. Warmth. Safety.

Okhotnik has posed:
Voice muted and garbled by her healing injuries, the maimed and blood-covered blonde turns to Yana, then towards Tendril. ~//"Get them out. All of them.//~ she offers in Russian. Then she stumbles back and starts down the stairs without another look. She shows no sign of caring one way or the other about her clothing, or her injuries, and simply leaves the scene. Though of course it would not be hard to follow her, as she walks through Mutant Town, rips open a sewer grate, drops down inside and closes it as she heads deeper into the tunnels until she finds the storm drain, one of the more wide-open, higher-ceilinged areas with the lightest scent and least scum. There, at least, she lays down in the water, floating as she waits for her body to heal. She has no idea why it heals the way it does, now. But she knows that while it does so, she is not fit for human companionship. The rage is too close to the surface. She will worry about food and clothes and such later. Maybe.

Tendril has posed:
And with that last CRUNCH of spiked skull giving, the new leader of the Evos becomes the -former- leader of the Evos, along with a good chunk of his supporters becoming former members as well, and the sounds of panic and fighting end, other than faint whimpers from the slightly traumatized street girls at the end of the hall. Lex peers out, still looking a bit...well, on an adrenaline high, at the least, saying in a shakey voice as the Russian woman walks off. "...H-Hotty?" Her eyes are locked on the blunted, but still fairly horrifying wounds that are visible through the other woman's shredded clothes...or maybe it's just how she's utterly soaked in blood.

Either way, the young mutant looks a little...well, overwhelmed, though she starts leading the girls back out of the room. "Just...go downstairs...there's...there's a shelter on...um...Oats...Sister Margaret's. They'll care of you. Go....go straight there." The girls don't need to be told twice, fleeing downstairs, as Lex steps out, almost fastitiously trying to step past the gore and shattered areas of the floor, until she reaches the door in the middle. She reaches down, her hand shaking a bit as she picks up her severed tendril, then with an almost mechanical motion tucks it into her messenger bag.

Up close, Yana can see that there's like...a slightly jagged cut across her back currently, running down from her shoulderblade to midway across the large tattoo on her back. But while there's some blood, it appears to have sealed tight, and is no longer bleeding.

Black Rose has posed:
Yana winces, some. "I'm sorry, Lex," she says, quietly. "I thought Diya was going to go with the plan." Her eyes are on that severed tendril, and clearly wondering how much a part of Alexia that was - and how physically damaged the girl was. "You're not badly hurt, are you?" She asks, moving to set her hand on the other girls arm, gently. Her skin is warm.
She'll wait for the answer, before saying, "Let's get out of here, before the police come. They're going to have a time, with this."

Tendril has posed:
Lexi looks over in the direction Diya walked off, an edge of worry in her eyes, before she looks back to you, lifting her chin slightly. "No. It's fine. It'll grow back. Police can't find it though." the other girl says, in a slightly flat tone. Her shoulder is warm to the touch...so not going into shock or chilled, at least, though the touch does seem to calm her a little bit, as she leans into it slightly.

"You're right, we should go...lets go?" The last has a slightly hopeful sound to it as she moves closer to you. "Out the window? Front door? We need to be...someplace safe..."

Black Rose has posed:
"Window. Quicker." And then Yana is moving to that window, and jumping down onto the ground, with very little impact upon her person, by the look of it. She turns, to look, to wait for Alexia to meet down with her, "Let's get back to Xavier's. We can take my car," she offers in quiet, kind manner. "It's this way."

Tendril has posed:
The other mutant girl follows you out, spidering quickly down to join you, then follows you without a word, not quite breaking into a jog as you hear the first sirens approaching the mansion behind you. At least they'll be good and distracted before thinking to cordon off the area, so they're safe.

However, as you're moving through one of the side alleys to get to said car, Alexia suddenly speeds up behind you, then suddenly...she's clinging to your back, hugging you tightly as she slows you to a stop.

Black Rose has posed:
Yana turns around, slowly, frowning some, but she doesn't fight the other girl in the least. "Lex?" She asks quietly, "Let's get to the car, okay? Then we can talk." Gently, she reaches out to touch the other girls arm. "Probably not best for us to be here, in the streets, yeah?"

Tendril has posed:
Lexi takes a moment, breathing in and out audibly. She's trembling a little bit as the adrenaline wears off, but a few moments after you speak, she lets out a slow breath, then steps back. "...sorry." she says quietly. "...you're right. Let's go." She follows you the rest of the way of the car, staying quiet as she does, though when you get there, she pauses a bit. "...do you have something I can put over your seat?" she says, politely.

Black Rose has posed:
"Blanket in the back," she says, snatching it. And, once inside the car she exhales, "Okay. Now, we can talk. You going to be okay? I should have realized before that Diya was Spetsnaz," she murmurs, quietly. "But, I didn't know she was so lethal. I mean, I knew she was bad-ass. But, wow." She frowns, some, then looks back at Lexi. "But, I'm here, if you want to talk."

Tendril has posed:
Alexia waits until the blanket is there, then slides in and sits back, her brow only furrowing slightly at the discomfort, before she belts herself in, a bit mechanically. She closes her eyes. "...is that what she is? Special forces, sure, people can't...do something like that, normally." she says slowly, haltingly.

    There's a little pause, then a heartfelt addition. "...I hope she's okay."
