Boom-Boom has posed:
    Nice day, late summer, the sun is shining and the birds are singing. Fall classes haven't started yet, so the kids that ARE here should be out enjoying the sun and the pool or having picnics on the lawn. But at least one of the seniors is indoors instead.

Tabitha is sitting on a chair that has been pulled up to the tall back windows, her head in her hands, looking out onto the yard beyond, possibly in thought. She's dressed in a pair of blue athletic shorts, and a plain pink t-shirt. Her hair is down, no jewelry today. She has added a stylish Mina Harper in The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen scarf, though. There's a soda close at hand.

Moonstar has posed:
    Dani comes into the rec room, wearing a pink silk blouse and denim jeans, hair back in the usual braids. She blinks, then grins as she sees Tabitha sitting there. She comes over then, sliding over a chair to sit next to Tabitha, noticing the thoughtful look. Then she just says, "So... what's up Tabby?" Her head tilts a bit towards the blonde, a slight grin creasing her lips as she's heard some of the gossip...

Boom-Boom has posed:
    Tab didn't look over as the door opened, but does nod at Dani as she pulls up next to her. Her smile is weak, and maybe there's a touch of wistfulness there. "I got a problem, Chief. A couple of problems." she sighs and looks out the window again. "I guess you got the note?"

Moonstar has posed:
    Dani nods, "Yeah, Tabs... so, what's going on? I thought things were going pretty well?" She smiles over at Tabitha, "So, no BS time, straight talk. You know I'm always good for that. Which I guess is why I got that note."

Boom-Boom has posed:
    "Yeah. Yeah." she agrees. She reaches over to try and take one of Dani's hand, just a friendly but intimate thing. Not much like Tabitha, right? "I... Lexi and I... well, we did more than kiss, up on the roof." and the corner of her mouth quirks a little with the memory, a ghost of a smile. "We went to watch the stars and... I don't think that either of us meant for it to happen, but it did." She shrugs. "That's not the problem, though."

Moonstar has posed:
    Dani grins and gives Tabby's hand a squeeze, "Well, cool. Though, well, I'm amazed you didn't get caught!" She smiles brightly, but then mellows a bit as Tabby keeps going about a problem, "Uhoh... what's the problem though?"

Boom-Boom has posed:
Tabby pats Dani's hand and lets go, so it's not weird. "I was afraid we would." she laughs, despite herself. "We were kinda noisy there at the end. The blanket wasn't..." and she shrugs, dismissing the thought. "Well." and she looks at the other girl levelly. "Sam is the problem. The other night we were at Henry's in Salem Center and... he kissed me. Like _kissed_ kissed me." and she sighs again. "He wants me back. We had a thing but I couldn't... he got too close back then and he needs a good girl, not me... but he wants to start up again." She looks down. "An' I think you and he have somethin' goin' on too."

Oddity has posed:
Wednesday walks into the rec room with a large plate of chocolate chip cookies in her hands. She offers a weak smile and she says "Hey guys. I didn't think anyone would be in here. How are you both doing?" Her tone not it's usual chipper self while her steps lead her closer to the couch. Upon her form is an all black spaghetti strapped dress with silver skulls heads with hearts for the eye sockets, though she is barefoot. She sits the cookies down on the coffee table and picks one up, beginning to nibble on it with both hands. After a bite or two she asks "So... what is the love triangle I overheard? Or well maybe love square?"

Moonstar has posed:
    Dani grins, "I think it's more of 'Sam is falling for every girl that's about his age." She gives Tabitha a wry look, "He kinda... well, he confessed his 'true feelings' for me, after I already was dating someone else, and he... took it a bit rough." She shrugs a little, "I haven't really seen much of him since, I thought we worked out something, but hey, it's really up to you Tabby. Personally, I think you and Lexi are adorable together." She grins at Tabitha, "And if you break Lexi's heart, then I /will/ go on the warpath, so you know." With that, she winks, mostly kidding as she waves to Wednesday, "I think at this point Dr. McCoy would call it a love dodecahedron."

Boom-Boom has posed:
    "Which is cool. You and he would be awesome together." Tabitha adds quickly. "But he says you have a girl off-campus, which also is cool. He said he wanted to talk to you, I guess seriously." and she rubs at her eyes wearily. "Worse, he'd gonna flip when he sees..." and she rubs at her neck. She pulls the scarf down a little so Dani can see the red marks there and a bit of shoulder. She's been marked good. "I..." but she pulls it back into place quickly as she hears Wednesday enter. She puts on her Boom-Boom face, then. "Love is for suckers." she says with a smirk. "Don't know what you're talkin' 'bout." to Spooky. Still, she looks back at Moonstar. "I won't hurt her. I _can't_. She and I jus'... we mesh." and she interlaces both hands' fingers to illustrate. "Happened so fast, though, made my head spin. I'm still giddy."

Oddity has posed:
Wednesday lightens up as she hears the comment about Tabby and Lexi become a cute couple and giggles before she says "I think you two are cute together as well Boom Boom. Makes me wish that... Doug has not turned me down." And that is when she looks down to her cookie and sighs, seeming to not want more of it at the moment. She smiles as she says "I am glad you and Foxy found one another though Boom Boom. I doubt I will find someone for me. And... I won't ask out anyone every again... Doug turning me down cause he is interested in someone else... just...." She sighs and lets herself plop down onto a nearby chair before she says "He is apparently into someone he just met and he doesn't even know if she likes him back." And more of the cookie is nibbled on

Moonstar has posed:
    Dani blinks, and looks at Wednesday, "Wait, Doug turned /you/ down? That's crazy... and he said there was someone else?" She looks stunned, "I have no idea who that could be, and I've known him for a while. Huh."

    Shaking her head, she looks back at Tabby, "Well, hey, if you and Lexi are happy together, you're happy, and if Sam really likes you, he'll understand that." She hrms, "And... Sam hasn't exactly seen me too much lately. Or I haven't seen him. Honestly, I thought he was trying to dodge me, especially if he kissed you too." She shakes her head a bit, looking puzzled as she's apparently trying to figure out what he's doing anyway.

Boom-Boom has posed:
Boomster looks over. "Well, he's actin' stupid, then. Doogie, I mean." she frowns a bit. "I'm sorry." A sheepish look, then. "I know who it is. Sam and Doug were talkin' 'bout her. She's some kind of big-busted thief or somethin'. 'Black Cat' or... yeah, I think that was it." She shakes her head to Dani. "I told him he should see if you would share or somethin'. But anyway, he's gonna be mad and I don't know what to do. I don't know how to tell him, but he'd gonna find out sooner or later. He's gonna be furious and call me names..." there's a little bit of panic rising in her voice. "I'm afraid he'll get really mad and maybe try to hit me for being bad and betraying him, though we weren't... and then I'll have to blow him up." She puts her face in her hands. "I don't know what to do." she says, a little muffled.

Oddity has posed:
Wednesday looks to Dani and softly nods as she says "Yeah.. I was working on my paper in the library and... he came in so... I thought well.. I said I wanted to ask him out when it was just the two of us and I figured there wouldn't be another oppurtunity. And he... he basically said he could take me on a date but nothing romantic about it... and I don;t want my first date to be out of pity... I told him to just forget it..." She then softly comments "I don't think I want Sam asking me out either. Since he seems to like both of you two. I think I'm too spooky." And with that she draws her legs up and around her, curling up a little bit. She looks down to her bosom and crosses her arms over it, deeply blushing as she says "Oh..." She slips out of her ball and moves to sit next to Tabby as she says "I won't let him hurt you in the slightest. And you didn't betray him just cause you found someone who you like more than him. I mean... it sounds like he was kinda trying to date you and Dani and that isn't cool at all."

Moonstar has posed:
    Dani winces, then blinks, "I... don't think Sam would ever hurt you, Tabitha. But, would you feel better if I was there with you?" She squeezes Tabitha's hand, "Don't ever be with someone if they make you afraid for that reason, okay? You and Lexi sound like you have something special, and if Sam really cares about you? He'll understand that." She then blinks, "Wait, a busty cat burglar? Really?" She shakes her head, not understanding that choice beyond the two most obvious things, even as she draws Tabitha in close for a hug. "It's gonna be okay, Tabby. Really."

    Then she looks over at Wednesday, "Yeah, well... when Sam came back from summer break, I told him I was already seeing someone, but I could still... well, maybe we could still go out or something. But now, I'm not sure I can do that, since things are feeling pretty, well, pretty good with Sarah." She smiles, blushing a little bit when she mentions Sarah's name, then adding, "And Wednesday, you're definitely not too spooky to date. Trust me."

Boom-Boom has posed:
    "Well, I didn't care if he dated Dani and me both at the same time." Tabby manages a smile. "It's not like we were married. But, I know he won't take this well. I don't wanna hurt him, but I can't help it." and she sighs. "Maybe this Lexi thing is a phase or somethin'? Never happened to me before, never this boom-click sappy lovey crap. I usually jus' find someone cute and make out a few times and that's it." a shrug. "I mean, I _care_ about Sammie. He's sweet in a doofy hick kinda way, but like I said... he deserves better." She nods at Dani as she returns the hug. "Would you? I think the three of us need to talk anyway, jus' so we all know where things stand. I'd rather not have Foxy there, though. He might call her names too and I'll punch him in his stupid nose." She sits up. "I hope he would never hurt me, but I keep flashin' back to my dad, and... I jus' can't help but be worried. Sam's not my dad, I know..." her thought trails off and she looks back to Wednesday. "Yeah. Not too spooky. You're great. Hey, you're prob'ly the least weird person here."

Oddity has posed:
Wednesday offers a weak smile to Dani as she says "Thanks... but I think I am too spooky for Doug... and I was working on a painting for him. Something I though he may like but... I destroyed it yesterday after making cupcakes with Boris. Oh he might be coming here for school. I told his told I would cover the tuition if it was a problem. They just got here from Russia. He is still... adjusting to being like us. It only happened maybe 4 months ago." She blushes deeply before she softly admits "I... I have never made out... before... or like... even held someone's hand. And I dunno... I have a lot of weird in my room... like my collections... and also all my plushies...."

Moonstar has posed:
    Dani smiles over at Wednesday, "Well, it's pretty fun, if you find the right person. And hey, if Doug isn't interested, that's his loss, and there's plenty of nice guys, or girls, around at the school anyway. Or the City." She then looks over towards Tabitha then, "And hey, he does have that country dork but adorable look going, doesn't he?" She chuckles, "All three of us should sit down and talk, because I don't think Sam quite knows what /he/ wants, but we know what we want, it seems." A soft hmm, at that.

Boom-Boom has posed:
    "Sorry for the whiny baby stuff, ladies." Tab says, trying to buck up. "I'm glad you're happy with your girl, Dani. I really am." and she really does smile, no smirk or anything. "You deserve some happy." A nod towards Oddity. "You'll find someone. It's not that that important, though. Jus' let it happen." A blush, though, at Dani's mention of making out as fun. "Yeah." She rubs her forehead wearily. "Why does this crap happen to me?"

Oddity has posed:
Wednesday nods softly at Dani and says "Maybe so. But like. I dunno. I just think I should work on my powers and school. And... it is good to know what you want. At this point though... I don't want what I thought I did anymore. Like... if Doug were to change his mind and then ask me out. I would turn him down now cause like... I would feel like a player on second string team. And just... yeah no." Her hand takes Tabby's as she says "This isn't whiny baby stuff. Sam is your friend and you don't want to hurt his feelings. That is just being a good person and a good friend. And I.. I am just not even really going to like... worry about it to be honest. And you are really pretty Tabby."

Moonstar has posed:
    Dani nods, "Yeah, exactly, it isn't whiny stuff at all. Honestly, I never really worried about boys or girls until... well, Sarah caught me when I was falling out of the sky. Literally." She chuckles, "And then we just got, well, close. She's great. Honestly, I'd love to get her into the school too, since she has powers, but I don't know how that'd work. Or if it could work."

    She then looks over at Wednesday, "Yeah, that's the best way to go about it. If a person thinks that you're not worth it the first time, don't go back to him if they come back a second time."

Boom-Boom has posed:
    "I don't know if that'd work because the teachers will catch you doin' somethin' and there will be hell to pay." Tabitha points out. "I told Lex that they didn't are expel us, 'cause they can't let loose cannons out on the street or tto go over to Frost's side... or even the Brotherhood." She blushes a bit at the compliment. "Thanks. You look nice too... not my style, the goth stuff, but still nice." She nods, finally. "Thanks for hearin' me out and givin' me advice, Dani. Means a lot. I'm gonna text Sammie and try to get us three together for that talk."

Oddity has posed:
Wednesday giggles softly as Dani talks about how she and Sarah first met and says "Maybe they would let her in? I have no idea to be honest. I am just trying to get my new friend Boris enrolled here is all." She nods at Dani's agreeance with her about not going out with Doug if he comes to her. She smiles and says "I am not everyone's cup of tea. I should get back to my paper though. I was really just stress cooking. It helps me feel calm. See you ladies later." And with that she slips off the head back to her room on campus, leaving the chocolate chip cookies behind.

Moonstar has posed:
    Dani nods, "Thanks for the cookies, Wednesday!" She smiles and waves towards the gothy girl as she departs, then gives Tabby's shoulder a squeeze, "And you, don't worry. We'll talk to Sam and air everything out. See where it all lays out, okay?" She chuckles and rises to her feet, "But I'm taking some of these cookies with me." And with that, she does grab a couple, then waves to Tabby as she heads out.
