Date of Scene: 16 August 2017
Location: Unknown
Synopsis: Summary needed
Cast of Characters: Crusader, Ahadiel

Crusader has posed:
After a rather hefty abscence, Bjorn Electronic Services was back open. More or less. The owner still kept very odd hours and it open and closed states never seem predetermined. Still it was considered one of the best places to get electronics fixed
Granted the store inside looks in rough shape. A massive man who somehow looks both old and young was busy organizing various items for sale. He whistles a melocholony tune and moves slowly, deliberately as if trying to decide where to put things. There weren't many folks in the store...any really. Slow days and quiet nights

Ahadiel has posed:
And then the bell on the door rings a bit, and in walks a young woman, looking to be in her mid-twenties, with flame-red hair. She looks around a bit, and says, "Hello? Anyone here?" as she walks in, looking around the various gadgets and electronics with fascination.

Oh, and she might also look familiar to Bjorn, being as she was the sharpshooter taking down 'Friends' of Humanity shooters at the rally the other day...

Crusader has posed:
"One moment und Bjorn will be out!" and indeed, a few moments latter and Bjorn comes out and stops looking Angela up and down ".....Bjorn recognize you. You are one good with the shooting of the guns" he notes. He leans to the side to peer outside "....there are not any 'friends' nearby is there?" he cracks his knusckles which sound more like metal snapping

He than gives a hollow luahg "Well, what can Bjorn do for you!" he asks seeming a jolly fella. Though there was a worn..tired look in his eyes.

Ahadiel has posed:
Angela laughs softly, "I hope not... well, actually Bjorn, I was just looking to see what you had here." She smiles a bit, "Didn't think I'd need to remember how to shoot a rifle when I moved to New York, but some things just come in handy I guess." She glances around, "Honestly, I didn't even realize this was your shop. It's nice."

Crusader has posed:
Bjorn Arturson says, "Well how culd you? You not even know Bjorn!" he says with a great big laugh that seems to fill the room. "Now, tell Bjorn, what is it that you seek! If not in front in back and if not in back, in parts...and if not in parts well your out of luck!" he says with a grin
He puts up a few steoreso into their proper place "And aye, it is surprising what skills come in handy! Course Bjorn not really have skills, but he does what he can" he notes "New York is a big and crazy city...much like life""

Ahadiel has posed:
Angela smirks at that, "Yeah, you ain't kidding... actually, I was wondering if you had a Commodore 64 around here. I know it isn't much, but it's something I was looking for, for a project of mine. Wasn't sure where else to go, save maybe a local museum." She looks mildly amused, "Amazing how quick technology moves these days."

Crusader has posed:
Bjorn Arturson says, "Ha! Quick, Bjorn been around over 40 years. Take Bjorn word, this is not quick!" he says with a grin. Of course he -may- be a bit biased in that regards. For reasons only beknown to him
"Commodore 64 Bjorn has! One moment!" he heads to a door that leads to the backroom. It has a sign that says 'All who past this point withh be Assimilated' with a little Corgi underneath that. Sure enough as he opens the door Borgi the corgi comes out to sniff ANgela while he get the Commodore"

Ahadiel has posed:
Angela crouches down by Borgi, "Well, hello there. How are you, hmmm?" She extends a hand to the corgi, looking quite charmed by the small dog as she tilts her head curiously.

Crusader has posed:
Borgi barks adorably and rolls onto his back clearly demanding belly rubs! He whines almost beggingly to Angela. Even as Bjorn comes out and says Sternly to the dog "Borgi, we do not big, you are of the dignified dogs!" he says with a grin
He puts down none other than a commodore 64...and it looks brand spanking new, as if it had been manufactured recently. But the date and everything else suggest it would be as old as Angela expected. An odd thing for sure. "Alright, here we are a Commodore 64"

Ahadiel has posed:
Angela rises, after giving the poor Borgi some belly rubs, then she laughs a bit, "Dignity is more of a cat thing anyway... he is pretty cute, though." She hmms, examining the C64 with a critical eye, "Very impressive. I must say. Almost appears brand new. Do I want to know how /that/ was managed?"

Crusader has posed:
Bjorn Arturson says, "Bjorn is best repair man when it comes to electronics." he claims. Indeed his claim is that he fixed it up "Bjorn went inside, did repairs, made sure operating system was functional - Bjorn could have it set for windows 10...but most want the original, so left that as is. Bjorn replaced old wireings and replaced many of the components with new ones - same model though. Not easy getting those, but Bjorn got them and install them" he says proudly. How much of that is true or not is hard to say "But, if want see how close is to Commodore, feel free to take peek under hood and even turn on" yup he wasn't afraid to have people inspect the products
As for Borgi, he whines at Angela when she says dignity is a cat thing. It turns with his tail held high and curled behind him, and walks away with diginity...before comming back for more belly rubs"

Ahadiel has posed:
Angela chuckles, "Well, let's fire it up. I'm rather curious how it looks." She reaches down and pets the dog at his insistence, as dignity can be overrated for a canine anyway. She then looks around, "How long have you had this shop?"

Crusader has posed:
Bjorn Arturson says, "Hmmm...about 10 years give or take" he says. He plugs in the Commodor and turns it on. The computer hums to life and displays all the old operating systems one would expect of this machine, but it indeed ran like new (or more accurately how you would expect a 'new' commodor to run)"

Ahadiel has posed:
Angela nods, "Interesting. Well, this looks like it works for me, so I'll take it." She smiles a little, "Honestly, I'm quite impressed that you managed to have one there Bjorn. Thank you." She grins, "Just needed something for what I'm working on right now. Art project."

Crusader has posed:
Bjorn beams proudly "Well Bjorn works with many many kinds of electronics! Do not be afraif to send your friends down for their own needs as well!" he says. "What is this art project of yours....also that will be 50 dollars" he tells Angela. After all this was a shop not a give away!

Ahadiel has posed:
Angela chuckles, "That's completely fine... oh, it's a display about the evolution of computers and technology. I'm an artist by trade, and it's been something I've been fiddling with for a while now." She grins and digs out the wallet from her purse, getting a pair of twenties and a ten for Bjorn, placing them on the counter. "But I'll make sure to mention your shop to people that I see."

Crusader has posed:
The man dosn't bother to count the money, heck he dosn't even put it in the cash register and instead leaves it there on the counter. Either the sign of a very trusting old man, or one that is not very smart. That or he just does things differently "Well, where will this display be?" he asks "Bjorn would enjoy seeing art. Art is good for soul...Lord knowns Bjorn needs something good for his souls" he says almost dishearted. And yes, he said souls as in plural.

Ahadiel has posed:
Angela tilts her head, looking curiously at Bjorn, "Well, the display isn't going to be ready for a while, but... well, here's my card." She pulls out a business card, listing her address and phone number, and name. "I honestly wouldn't mind someone coming by to take a look at what I do. Could always use another opinion of it too."

Crusader has posed:
Bjorn takes the card and reads it over carefully before pocketing it "Bjorn will make sure to drop buy and hauf look someday soon!" he promises with another large grin. "A second pair of eyes is never bad idea, and Bjorn has four to give!" he says half jokingly.
