Searching the Skye
Date of Scene: 07 October 2017
Location: Unknown
Synopsis: Summary needed
Cast of Characters: Gothic Lolita, Hazmat, Quake, Captain America

Gothic Lolita has posed:
It's quiet, save for a faint hum and faint beeping from time to time. It's probably the latter that eventually starts to cause Skye to stir back to consciousness. The room she's in is not the largest...a secondary security room, dominated by a console and several sets of screens, apparently used as a backup for the mansion's AI security (as it's never a good idea to turn your security entirely over to a hackable computer system). There's a pair of chairs, currently pulled out from the console in question.

Oh, and the pair of duct taped security guards, one male, one female, gagged and start of staring at her as they squirm where they've been carefully moved off to the side. A blanket, probably intended to help with people in shock or suffering from hypothermia in an emergency, has been thoughfully laid out under them to cushion the hard tiled floor.

Which will likely draw Skye's gaze to the petite girl perched on the armored console, hands resting on the edge, her legs crossed, her lacey gothic outfit looking like she's stepped right out of an anime. "Oh, you're awake." the girl says, smiling faintly as she notices the other young woman stirring. "I hope there are no negative effects or headache involved."

Hazmat has posed:
Jennifer Takeda yawwwwwn. It's getting late but... Teenage girls have a hard time resisting pop-tarts. As such, HazMat is rummaging in the kitchen, finally acquiring a box of brown sugar cinnamon goodness. Pulling a box out, she pulls out a silvery packet and pops the pastries within into the toaster. Time to wait....

Quake has posed:
The haze beckoned. Demanded she stay in its warm and annonymous embrace.. Something niggled, though. There'd been light. Light a bulb exploding. Or that shock of monitor glare before they went dead. Nothing of the ozone, though.. Nothing of..
That's when her brain clicked back into gear, and despite the heavy weight of them, Skye forced her eyes open, blinking at the adjustment between having been unconscious and the room she was now in. The very unfamiliar room she was now in, complete with security guards who didn't look all too happy about her being there. Well, less about her than the other occupant of the room, now addressing.. and that little thing about being duct taped.
Skye's eyes widened. Big mistake. Her head was nothing but throb throb throb after that. "What the hell?" she managed to croak out before collecting her wits, and forcing herself to a sitting posture, rubbing the back of her head.

Gothic Lolita has posed:
The dark-haired goth across from Skye smiles faintly, cocking her head. "I'm aware that there is likely to be a certain level of confusion about your arrival here, given the prodigous nature of your intellect, from your SHIELD service record." she says, idly kicking her legs a little as she uncrosses them, though she absently smooths her skirt as she does. "But I don't believe that you should be permanently impaired beyond that." She carefully slides off the console, supporting herself by her hands fairly effortlessly as she sets her feet on the floor before letting go. "I do require that you assist me with a data search however, before you can head back to what you were doing."

She cocks her head slightly, tilting her ear towards the door. Did she just hear a....toaster from the staff room down the hall? She's fairly sure she disabled the security people in this area....hmm. Something to be concerned about, or at least to be monitored.

Hazmat has posed:
Jennifer Takeda smiles as her pastries pop up, picking them up and dropping them onto a plate, before lifting her helmet visor a couple inches and taking a bite. Mmmmmm. Delicious warm poptart filling... A soft whir starts at the back of her helmet as her suit kicks into negative pressure mode, keeping her toxins inside despite the opening as she eats. Hey, there's a /small/ radiation leak, but over a short term it's not enough to be a problem... But milk. Poptarts need milk. That requires more fridge rummaging.

Quake has posed:
Skye gives another groan as she completes the movement to sitting upright, and fully gets her bearings in the room. That was one of the things they'd taught her: Keep calm and assess. "So, you knock me out" - that much the young woman was clear on now - "/And/ you expect me to help you out?"
Daisy stares at her captor with irritated calm. She's heard the noise outside as well, but hasn't made any move. "Not sure I'm buying into that scenario. Sorry."

Gothic Lolita has posed:
The young woman tilts her head. "Even if it's a suitable challenge for your skill set? I do apologize for the means, but I had a limited window to acquire you before being detected. And you've not been hurt, nor do I have a particular desire to harm you." she says frankly. "If I'd been able to do it more politely, I would have." She reaches down, snagging her skirt between her fingers, then curtseys to Skye. "That said, I am sorry for the unusual nature of your drafting for this particular task."

Hazmat has posed:
Jennifer Takeda drops a straw into the cup of milk, taking another few bites of poptart before sipping the milk. Mmmm. Good stuff. Once she's finished her snack, she tosses her disposable tablewear into the wallslot, where they disappear in a flash of light, reduced to component atoms and entirely harmless. Sealing her visor again, she turns and starts to head back to the staircase, before pausing. Hmmm. Might as well scare the security guards. She turns, starting to walk towards the camera room...

Quake has posed:
Oh, she's curious alright. She'd be lying if she said she wasn't. Skillset and Skye meant one thing and one thing only. At least Daisy presumed she'd been taken for that reason. "My skill set, huh? Sure you've got the right girl?" Her lips twist over a crooked smirk. "Just an agent-in-training. Nothing special. They don't even let me play with the real guns unless I'm with someone." All true except for the nothing special part. That part was a lie.
The curtsey gets an arch of brow, the twist of smirk remaining. "Well, if we're going to be that way, care to tell me who you are?" All the while taking in what details she could of the other, memorizing them in case she neded them later. That was lesson two if she recalled. Three? Something like that. Always remember the details.

Gothic Lolita has posed:
There's a faint twinkle in the other girl's eyes now, like she's aware of part of what Skye is trying to pull, but is going to politely ignore it for the moment. "My name is Gothic Lolita." she says, her lips curved in a faintly thoughful smile. "And I did not bring you her to shoot something...but to access a database from this terminal. You will not be harming anyone by doing so, and you may actually prevent a potentially world-shattering event, if the search is successful." She's very matter-of-fact about it.

In her internal HUD display, however, a little tag appears over Skye's head that reads "Pretty Little Smartass", amid the other information scrolls running through her processor. Her head suddenly turns, however, as she detects the footsteps heading towards the security room door, before she quietly and almost daintily walks over to stand just to the right of the door, waiting.

Hazmat has posed:
A helmeted head peers around the corner of the open door, HazMat's eyes narrowing behind her visor as they settle on Skye, who she's never seen before, and who definitely isn't dressed like the rest of the mansion staff. "...Who the fuck are you? Where's your ID badge?" Right to the point, that's her.

Quake has posed:
Skye's lips purse, the smirk remaining as she nods to Gothic. "Right. So we have a name. Though you might have wanted to put our guards out of the ability to see or hear what we're up to. You can't tell what you didn't witness. And now they're scared because they think something really bad is going to happen to them."
Patiently, she waits, single brow lifted in expectation. "Might want to get on that Lolita. Sweet avatar, by the way. Anything like the Nabokov? Throw in a little architectural interest there? All dark and brooding with self-pitying overtones?" Yeah, she's doing a bit of a stall. Partly because witnesses - and DarkSkye doesn't do witnesses if they can help it - and partly because she damn well is going to get more info before she just acquieses to the matter at hand.
Of course all that is hampered by the arrival of HazMat, Skye's eyes widening for a moment before she moves into an easy lie, "Woah, woah. Mutual training excercise. SHIELD." Okay, that part she had to let loose on to make the lie work, much as she didn't want to. A hand quickly reaching into a pocket and drawing out her badge, flashing it in a millisecond and pocketing it again. "Nothing to see here." Oh, shades of Han Solo. She hoped it worked.

Gothic Lolita has posed:
Lolita raises a brow slightly at Skye. If she was going to answer her, she quiets when Hazmat speaks from right outside the room. She's just out of sight of her at the moment...where she could take action if she was to enter the room, of course. She doesn't seem particularly threatened by the hint of discovery at the moment. She looks unbothered by Skye's snark. Curiously unbothered, she doesn't seem to have even a tightening of the eyes or frown that a normal person might show when being belittled.

And it's possible Skye will be able to talk the intruder down.

Hazmat has posed:
"...Yeah, not buying it. I'm pretty sure Fury's the only one who gets a teleporter and cloaking device. And training exercises happen /outside/. Or in the gym." She takes another step in, glancing around the room, eyes suddenly taking in the random girl who's DEFINITELY out of uniform, and the guards on the floor, hands starting to glow green. "You know, you're a /really/ shitty liar. Now tell me why you're here and I won't have to give you both cancer."

Quake has posed:
Skye shrugs, lips forming a rosebud of a smirk. "So you know the Director, huh? Yeah. He pretty much has his fingers on the pulse of everything. So I'm not supposed to be here." Her thought process is sidetracked by the noticing of Lolita. "So, you want the truth, huh?"
The woman considers. "Great, here it is. I'm not here officially. In fact, this was something of a surprise to me, too. But that's okay, I think our friend over here, with the skirt too short for decent company and the vampire affectation, was hoping I'd help with some nerfarious plan that might actually save the world."
Her smile remains, but it really isn't a warm thing. "Enter you. Now you have a choice. You can do whatever it is you do, and I'm guessing by the nifty suit that you're something of a kickass something, and try to stop us, or you can help me pry the why and wherefor out of our hostess over there and let me get down to business. Sound like better than your normal Friday night there?"

Gothic Lolita has posed:
The other girl is suprisingly calm having been caught. "It would be unfortunate if you were to irradiate the room, given the security personnel still present." Lolita points out, reasonably. "But you're welcome to stand over there and observe if you prefer." There's nothing in her voice that says she's -not- going to still have Skye do what she brought her for, of course. But there's no need to be rude about it after all.

Hazmat has posed:
Jennifer Takeda grits her teeth. "No comment about the suit. And I'm a lot more accurate than that. Up against the wall, fluffy." She gestures towards Gothic Lolita. "You, assuming you're really a SHIELD Agent, help me get these guys untied." She keeps one arm aimed at the primary intruder, her other hand searching for the multitool in the guard's belt to cut him free.

Quake has posed:
Oh, that gets a whole other arch of brow from Skye. "Oh, not sure I can do that." Though she settles on an amused look Lolita's way. "Oh, she's not that bad. I wouldn't go so far as fluffy. As for me?" Skye shakes her head. "Here's the thing, if I am a SHIELD agent, and I do what I think she wants me to do, you having my name is a big bad not going there. And if I'm not a SHIELD agent, I'm just someone off the street who is lying to you about who she is, but is still here to do whatever Lolita there wants. That part isn't changing. All you have control over is whether or not you're going to stop us." She sighs as HazMat starts working on releasing the guards. "You know something, this would be a whole lot easier on us all if they were just..."
She doesn't have a great followup to that. Not here? Sleeping? Unconscious? Really, the guards were a pain in the ass that were going to get her in a metric shit ton of trouble. Of the two constumed freaks she was dealing with, suddenly her captor had become the esier one to deal with.

Gothic Lolita has posed:
Gothic Lolita's internal HUD flicks a new tag over Jennifer: "Miss Grumpypants." She sighs slightly...then her left hand suddenly blurs forward as she aims a hard punch towards the suited girl's solar plexus. Likely this may get her blasted. But she's looking to disable, not cause severe harm.

Well, other than possibly throwing up inside the helmet. That would be unpleasant, and she'll feel mildly bad about it if it happens. But, well...she has limited options since it's a bit late to try and talk her out of trying to arrest them. "I do apologize." she says, in a tone of mild regret.

She really needs to remember to close and lock the door behind her next time. Her brother Hollowpoint Ninja would be mildly annoyed with her.

Hazmat has posed:
Jennifer Takeda emits a strangled cough, eyes bulging. The bolt of sickly green light goes wide, scorching a line across the wall as HazMat goes down onto the floor, curling into a ball, mouth working silently as she tries desperately to breathe. She looks imploringly over at Skye, eyes darting towards the large red button on the wall behind the hacker.

Quake has posed:
"Oh for fuck's sakes, can we all be grownups here?" Skye actually ventures from her seat (she's been a bit worried about being wobbly up to this point, but thinks she might just be able to manage it now), and tries to come between Lolita and HazMat. "I'm about two seconds from walking here." Mostly a lie - she's not sure where here is, and she'd much rather not have to explain her way out. She actually needs the suited one, or might, depending on Lolita's resources. "Look.. I'll do it, but you need to move the guards to somewhere else. Unharmed. And..you leave this one alone. Okay? She's the insurance that we're not going to hurt anyone. So we can all be happy. Can we all be happy?"

Gothic Lolita has posed:
Lolita looks vaguely suprised by Skye stepping closer, and...actually steps a bit between her and Hazmat, as if shielding her, without really thinking about it. "I was perfectly willing to do so." she points out, a bit archly, as she frowns. "She was the one who chose to escalate the situation."

She frowns, then reaches over to a nearby shelfing unit, then with a *SHHRACK* and a delicate twist of her wrist, she snaps the metal like it was taffy, then leans down, sliding Jen's arms behind her and bending the metal around her wrists as makeshift cuffs for the moment.

"If she's willing to be reasonable, I will remove that." she says, straightening as she walks over towards the guards to pick them up, each in one hand as she hefts them like they were a lightly filled shopping bag, starting to carry them back to the door. "If that will be acceptable?" she says, peering between the two.

Hazmat has posed:
~...Shit. Cap's gonna kill me...~ A strange mix of anger and fear fills HazMat's head, some of the initial shock gone, but more worried about what she can do... ~Okay. Can't aim accurately like this... However... Unlike the two guards who are now being manhandled out... THey can't actually gag me. And if they don't know my powers, they might open my helmet to try to do so...~ She coughs a few times, regaining her breath, before crying out, "HELP! WE'RE BEING INVADED! IN THE SECURITY ROOM!"

Quake has posed:
Skye's not *too* happy about Lolita's solution with HazMat, but it works, and it calms the situation down. Lesson Four: keep calm. Keep everyone calm. You can't control chaos. So it seems like things might just move to a place she can actually start smoothing things out, and maybe get the metal bit removed (though she's not really sure yet if the lastest addition to their caper can be trusted).. and even as she thinks that, HazMat starts yelling for help.
"Great, now we have a screamer." Skye's acidic comment is muttered under her breath while she moves towards the other woman, fully making herself a shield between Lolita and the screamer. "Look," she hisses, "I can not help you if you are doing that. Got it? You need to calm the fuck down and think. What's going to help out here, huh? You getting more security involved and pissing her off, or us working together to make sure nobody gets hurt? Which one sounds best here?"
Skye doesn't even raise her voice. "I'm what I said I was, okay? An actual SHIELD agent." Agent-in-training her mind corrected, but she ignored it. She had a badge. And a gun. Even if the gun wasn't here. "This is going to be okay. But you need to calm. The. Fuck. Down." Still without raising her voice.

Gothic Lolita has posed:
Lolita, for her part, flicks her eyes down to Jennifer as she starts to walk past her, then, as she starts screaming, she promptly drops one of the guards on her midsection. The larger of the pair. He's been having a bit more donuts than he should. Mostly just to stop her from yelling.

"You're going to be difficult about this." she says, a bit resignedly. She really misses having her sister around. She's so much better at convincing organics to do as she'd like with a minimum of fuss. "Miss Skye, if you could stand over there..I'm going to have to open her helmet for a moment." she says, picking up the remains of the roll of duct tape she used to tie up the security types, pulling off a large piece as she kneels down. "I'm detecting some radioactive readings, so it would be best that you not be in the line of emission."

Hazmat has posed:
Jennifer Takeda glares up at Skye. "Easy for you to sa-" She's abruptly cut off by two hundred pounds of guard landing on her, and there's a muffled crack as her ribs suffer the brunt of the impact. Inside the helmet, her face turns white from the sudden pain. Good. The henchman's going to open her helmet. What works against this bitch... Acid? She can do acid. SHe does her best to start working up a decent amount of spit in her mouth, at least trying to do so stealthily, ready to hopefully blind or at least distract the villain. As soon as her visor's fully open...

Quake has posed:
Skye refuses to move, holding her ground with a stubbornness borne of years on the street and fending for herself. "Duct tape her," she says with utter calm, still without raising her voice, "And I do nothing for you. The world can rot for all I care." Skye turning to face the other woman. "Try me."

Captain America has posed:
Ridiculously fast footfalls call attention that at least one resident is on the move. And, while Steve Rogers has been balancing his time between this place, and too many other important places to count, he checks in at them all. But with all of this balance, it might come as a surprise that Captain Rogers is in the Mansion at all.

Not that he's currently dressed as Captain America. Instead, Steve Rogers, in his khakis, white t-shirt, and tennis shoes looks like the kid from Brooklyn who wouldn't back down from a fight. The only real giveaway rests with the shield in his grasp--a last minute nab before running to the perimeter to enter the security room.

His breath rakes in his throat and burns in his lungs. But hostage situations are hairy. And he doesn't want anyone getting hurt under his watch. So he pauses, "Let her go," he demands and as he does so, the shield is released hard and fast.

The kid from Brooklyn really doesn't like bullies.

Gothic Lolita has posed:
The dark-haired gynoid sighs inwardly, feeling that the situation is rapidly degrading. Skye gets stubborn, causing Lolita to halt, unable to continue where she'll be possibly irradiating the young woman if she opens Hazmat's visor now. It earns a change in status for Skye's tag to "Little Miss Difficult." The guard currently lying on top of Hazmat groaning faintly, as Lolita more carefully lowers the female guard on top of Hazmat's legs to keep her pinned. She's not actively threatening and of the group, in fact, so hostage may be overstating it, though Hazmat is well pinned at this point under the two very secured guards.

It was a simple plan. Direct, but simple, Loli thought. Obviously too simple. Damaging the teen in the suit is unacceptable; she didn't miss that cracking sound when the guard landed. Locating the anti-Legionnaires via the Avenger systems are no longer a viable option. These are the times it's mildly annoying to be unable to just access a SHIELD substation anymore.

And then Captain America shows up, at which point the delicate looking young woman inhales, then lets it out as a sigh. Right before the shield come spinning at her. There's a sharp *WHANG* as the shield promptly ricochets off the girl as she skids backwards, her head tilting back then coming back forward as she recovers, the shield ricocheting off the wall as it goes spinning back towards Cap.

Then with utmost politeness and respect, Gothic Lolita says in her gentle alto tone. "I see this will not be an effective use of time, and I am uninterested in fighting a hero I respect. This was not intended to be a combat infiltration. I have not caused either young woman serious harm...I would not have injured the one in the suit if she had not pointed a radiation weapon at me."

Hazmat has posed:
Jennifer Takeda coughs, her voice strained. "The non fluffy one said she's a SHIELD agent! And I /am/ the weapon, you bitch. You shouldn't have broken into the FUCKING AVENGERS MANSION when I'm just trying to have midnight poptarts!" She tries to struggle a bit more, before inhaling sharply through her teeth as something in her torso twinges painfully.

Quake has posed:
With the arrival of the stranger.. okay, not so much a stranger if that shield isn't a lie.. things went from bad to worse, and hovered on catastrophic. When the shield hits Lolita, it became lie: 0; catastrophe: 1. Though Skye has no clue what HazMat means about being a weapon. So far she's managed to yell and lie on the floor in a suit. Skye's sure she /should/ be a little more worried about something, but the something is just vague enough she can't put her finger on it.

Lessons 1-4 have ceased to be relevant. Lolita and.. gods help her, it must be Captain America.. are blocking the way out of the security room. The poor guards are lumpen masses on the floor. And Skye's head hurts. A lot. She can't even remember what lesson five was. Or if there was a lesson to address what happens when everything goes to hell in a handbaskeet.

However, she was trying to keep HazMat mostly safe from Lolita, who seems to be suffering shield damage (the irony of that thought made her smile inwardly. Shield damage? SHIELD damage? Maybe it was just her). "Everyone. Calm. The. Fuck. Down." There's a pause. "Please."

Oh, how her head hurt.

Captain America has posed:
As Cap catches the shield mid-air with thoughtless ease thanks to the miracle that is muscle memory, Steve's eyes narrow. That same blue-gaze with a hint of confusion and a modicum of hesitation flits back towards Hazmat. The confusion finds further purchase in the way his lips part and then seal, a wordless question that writes itself across his face.

//What is going on?// his expression asks.

But then Jen easily explains and he gapes further. "Language," he replies. He'd have more to say on the matter, yet right now more pressing concerns brush against them.

He inhales a slow breath and looks between them. His voice becomes completely calm, "Alright. No need for combat. What is going on?" The mention of the irradiated weapon has Steve's head canting towards Jenn, "There a problem with the suit?" Super serum does wonders for synthesizing information.

The mention of an agent of SHIELD though catches his attention. But then, turning to face Skye, his blue eyes narrow. "You're an Agent?" He stares at her. "Mission report," he requests. "What are you doing here."

Gothic Lolita has posed:
"I borrowed her to access your systems." Lolita says, very calmly. "Miss Johnson should not be held responsible for my actions. She is a legitimate SHIELD trainee." Technically, she supposes she's still registered as a SHIELD agent, as there's that whole 'we don't want to admit you exist' sort of thing going on. But she doesn't feel she needs to further complicate the situation.

Then, in another spurt of likely pointless attempts at optimism, she asks. "I would greatly appreciate it if you were to step side from the exit, Captain America, and let me pass." There's a slightly...pleading tone to that.

She completely ignores Hazmat ranting, though she does look vaugely disapproving as both women promptly break out the F bombs in front of Captain America. That's just not done!

Hazmat has posed:
Jennifer Takeda shakes her head. "I'm f-fine. No breaches. She moved faster than I expected and I was trying to get the guards untied, so I missed. Couldn't breathe after that so..." She wriggles her hands, the crude 'cuffs' clunking against drywall. "And then... Agent Johnson? Stalled until you showed up after I called for help. Although... You guys are heavy. No offense." She nods to the two guards still on top of her.

Gothic Lolita has posed:
The two guards let out identical muffled grunts and protests that could be them attempting to say they are properly the right weight per their height and Avenger security regulations! Alas. They cannot defend themselves and will have to settle for being called 'heavy'.

Quake has posed:
Regardless of the others, or their comments, Skye knows that command, and she's not unaware of where the Captain falls in the hierarchy. And while she's not always appreciative of the thing, she also doesn't want her ass hauled in front of Fury to explain why they are revoking her status and sending her off to Guantanimo Bay. With a slight wince, she recites, "Agent in training, Daisy Johnson. Status undetermined. Unauthorized mission. Was trying to keep wraps on it when you arrived and things went to he.. er, heck in a handbasket." She might not have thought the 'Language' comment was for her, but she also was facing a Coulson level agent who held her future in the palm of his annoyed hand. She wasn't pressing buttons if she didn't have to.

Captain America has posed:
Steve's lips part again, this time wordlessly with still evident confusion. He stares at Gothic Lolita, "What did you want from our systems?" his gaze darkens. He's not tech-savvy. Sam Winchester taught him how to use his computer at SHIELD yesterday. It was a deeply irritating experience. But that doesn't change the fact that access to information is power.

"What kind of unauthorized mission?" he asks lowly towards Skye, but doesn't take his gaze away from Gothic Lolita.

His eyes trace back to the LMD. "Free Jenn," he says flatly towards her. But the request to move though has him standing his ground, even with how his shield merely ricocheted off the LMD. His eyes narrow. "You know I can't do that," just move when someone has breached their facility with no explanation. "Why are you here?"

Gothic Lolita has posed:
The petite gynoid studies Captain America, as if mulling over how to answer, then steps away from Hazmat. "I was attempting to access recent activity for unknown supervillains to determine the location of several anti-Legionnares currently on Earth, in the hope that I could intercept them before they continue with their plans." she says, honestly. She doesn't see any reason not to, or at least she wasn't told she couldn't. Possibly because no one expected she'd take a shuttle down to Earth to do some research on her own.

"I will be happy to let you free her." she counters, politely. Of course, that would mean Cap would have to leave the doorway. Because Skye isn't likely to be able to easily move both the guards and unbend the metal 'cuff' around Jen's wrists behind her. Because she has skinny little hacker arms. "It would cause less damage if you did." she adds to the star-spangled patriot.

Hazmat has posed:
Jennifer Takeda /squirms/. Not that it does much good. "Oh yeah, and sorry about the wall." ...If she wriggled enough, could she maybe try to cut the metal with a beam from one finger? Depends how precise she could be... Probably not a good idea considering the guards on top of her though, who'd take the brunt if she missed. "Daisy, if you can at least get these guys off me, I think I can get loose."

Quake has posed:
Daisy isn't *quite* sure if the Captain is through with her, but HazMat's plea doesn't reach deaf ears. "Told you to calm the fuck down," she mutters as she moves to help shift the weight of the guards off of HazMat. At least her other identity is mostly safe. She assumes Lolita knows it. The Captain? Oh, he could have it in an instant if he cared to look once he got back to SHIELD. His clearance was high enough. That thought alone worried her. The Director had been strangely positive with her their last encounter. This really wouldn't bode well for her if (and by if she meant when) it got back to him.

Belatedly she addresses his question, "No firm answer to that. Woke up here. Assumed she was telling the truth or a good lie." There's a grunt as she hauls the first guard off of HazMat with her skinny hacker arms. Though she did have a year of physcial training behind her, so skinny or not, there was some power behind her. Before removing the second, she pauses to give the Captain full regard. "You're aware of what I do?"

Captain America has posed:
"Hey," Cap looks towards Daisy. "Language," he repeats. Towards Gothic Lolita, his head tilts, "Breaking in really isn't necessary." He squints. "Believe it or not, we play nice in the sandbox." He manages a quirk of his lips at that. He's still not sure if this is actually what Gothic Lolita is doing here. "Next time, call." And then as an afterthought, he adds. "Please."

Finally, with another shake of his head, he treads to where Hazmat is handcuffed. His hands wrench around the metal that holds her in and he bends it easily to free the teen.

To Daisy he nods slightly. "Alright." But his authoritative air doesn't cease. Instead he merely nods, "Aware in what sense?"

Gothic Lolita has posed:
Lolita's blue eyes seem to get a faintly bemused light to them, especially at the polite request. Well. That's nice, she thinks. She says thoughfully. "If you would be willing to share information of that type, I would be happy to contact you in the future." Instead of kidnapping a hacker and breaking in herself. This is why the Livewires don't usually ask Lolita to do the quiet infiltrations.

Perhaps predictably, as Cap moves to Jen, the dark-haired mecha shifts around to head to the door. "Thank you for being understanding, and I hope the young lady is not too badly hurt to avoid washing her mouth out with soap." Okay, the last is added more for her personal amusement than anything else...

Hazmat has posed:
Jennifer Takeda manages to heave herself upright once she's no longer buried, squirming around and biting her lip with concentration. And then Steve steps over, and she doesn't need to risk blind firing behind her back, and the carpet's probably saved from a good scorching. "Thanks, Cap." HazMat scrambles to her feet again, still glaring at Gothic Lolita. She finally retrieves the Guard's multitool and cuts them both loose as well, this time keeping a lot more careful eye on the gynoid, before returning to a ready posture. This time... she won't miss on the quickdraw. "F.... Screw you too, jerkwad." Yeah, that's about as PG as HazMat gets. "I'll be fine. Just going to grab some medical tape and go to bed if everything's done. I've had worse."

Quake has posed:
At this point, her usefulness falls into: stay out of the road, so Skye move back, sitting at one of the chairs at the console. To the Captain, she murmurs, "Who I am. File 863-9B4." Reluctant to actually voice who she is to the general room. Not that she's supposed to know that's her file. She probably isn't, and she suspects it was left just open enough for her to discover it. But still..

Lolita gets some regard. "I still want to know. What you wanted. Why. If it was important enough to bring me here" - she avoids the word kidnap - "Then I want to know."

Captain America has posed:
Jen gets a flicker of a smile at the insult. It's better. Cap won't harp on the details though, just issuing a vague nod of approval for the change. He looks towards Gothic Lolita, "We know we're not the only hero force out there needing to make a difference. Just... talk to us. Call. Sometime." His blue eyes narrow and he bends down to check on the security guards.

Steve commits Skye's file number to memory. He'll read more tomorrow. Because that's what one does. He nods towards Skye's assertion to Lolita, but doesn't say anything else in return. He's asked a few times.

Hazmat has posed:
Jennifer Takeda supposes she's safe from the Cap's famous disappointment lecture for tonight, gives Cap a pseudo salute with two fingers, and brushes past Lolita on her way out. First stop is the nearest first aid kit, which has its role of medical tape stolen, since nobody would want it after she used it, then it's off to her room to try to figure out how to get out of a form fitting bodysuit with bruised ribs. This will involve lots of swearing, but luckily an airlock means that Cap will not be offended.

Gothic Lolita has posed:
Lolita pauses, looking at Skye for a moment. "...perhaps." she says simply, moving to let Jen past. "...I will consider if I can discuss it further. I will need to discuss it with others." she adds, then nods. "Sorry for your trouble." she says, still polite, as she inclines her head.

And then she's gone, stepping outside, and leaping, leaving a impact crater behind her as she soars out of sight.

Quake has posed:
All of which leaves Skye left to pick up the pieces of her awareness and head back 'home'. She had a name now, though. That was a start. You'd be amazed what you could find out with a name...
