Cast of Characters: Wolverine, Green Ranger, Karen Page

Wolverine has posed:
Logan walks into the garage after a day of working in the yard. His white t-shirt is drenched in sweat, showing off his muscles, and his greasy jeans are worn and dirty. His old, worn cowboy boots and cowboy hat are ancient, and his hands are holding several tools and yard utensils.

Looking up after his eyes adjust to the garage, and noting that there are people present, Logan snorts, and says, "Hurumph! What are you doin' in ma' garage? Never can keep anything lying around, kids always messin' up where I put things...movin' them around."

Logan sniffs. Frowns, and moves closer. "What's wrong...someone hurt?" His eyes squint at those in the garage. "What's goin' on here?" His eyes look at Karen, then at Tommy. "Today!"

Green Ranger has posed:
After the Incident with the crystals outside Angel Groves city. Tommy ended up being teleported out after a tree almost fell on and crushed him by Zordon. And the Energy caused the destination to go screwy. Which ended up making him teleport into the Garage of Xavier's school right into one of the cars. Thankfully not Logan's Bike.

Wwhen Logan comes out and sniffs him. Tommy smells of a forest, and other things. A new scent that has not been here before.

"Taken just a little aback he says, "I um... ended up here after investigating a crystal formation outside of Angel Groves, Near Vancover Canada."

Karen Page has posed:
Karen has alread done the people bossing other people around thing in this very garage, and she's not about to get 'Today!' by anyone. Not even Patch. "Oh, and who died and made you boss, huh?" She's mildly amused, though. "What's going on is this one here," she nods to Tommy, "dropped in on us and the whole place went to hell in a handbasket of sirens and locked everythings."

Fair play is fair play, Logan gets a, "And what's your story?" The amusement remains.

Wolverine has posed:
"Vancouver. Huh." Logan frowns, and crosses his arms across his chest. "You okay?" Logan says, only a hint of caring in his voice. "It seems like you can take care of yourself, or do we need to find you someone to give you a band aid?" Logan grunts.

His eyes then find Page. Logan actually has to look up to her. Frowning, his eyes narrow, and he says, "Ah'll give ya' this much, miss. Ya' got...brass ones." Logan sniffs, and adds, "Ah'm always boss around here. AH'm Logan."

Following Page's direction, Logan nods, sighs, and says, "Well, I am certainly used to hell and handbaskets. Interesting sayin'...from the 30s." Logan shakes his head, and says, "Need help kid?" His eyes find Tommy's again.

Green Ranger has posed:
As Tommy says with a chuckle. "No I don't think I need a bandage. I've gotten worse in MMA touraments." While there is the scent of his blood on him, But Tommy doesn't appear to be hurt any more. "I just feel bad about what happened to that car, and I have a Zeta pass. I can get back no problem." he says. "Um I think she was called Emma, said to have me checked out in the infirmary before letting me go?"

Karen Page has posed:
Karen chuckles then, at Patch. "Of course I have brass ones, and hi yourself. Dropped in to pay Kurt a visit about that job offer and this.." She gestures at Tommy, "Fell in on us. We were going to see he got looked at, but he seems to have, well, you are alright, aren't you?" The last aimed at Tommy himself, much more serious than the banter. "I mean, you did just slam into the side of a care at high speed. We have airbags for things like that."

Wolverine has posed:
"Good kid, good. I hear we have some with some sponge guy and unicorns er' somethin'. We could set you up." Logan smiles, the firsat crack in his gruff exterior showing. Looking the man over, Logan adds, "Ya' heal quick. I can appreciate that. Huh. Zeta pass? Innerestin'. Emma? Huh. I bet she did. Well, we can do that, but it looks like you are fine."

Looking over at Karen, Logan says, "Kurt huh. Well, he's not here. Job offer?" Logan sniffs again, and shrugs. "He comes an goes. It's his...gift." Logan looks back at Tommy, and adds, "Been there. Hit by cars, trucks, even a' train once. Hurts like hell."

Green Ranger has posed:
"I believe so. Perhaps what ever caused the Crystal to explode might have also helped heal my injuries." he suggests. And then he listens to Logan as he asks, "Super fast healer?" And then looking to Karen and asks, "Are you also gifted with powers?" Tommy figures he can lend a little insight to his healing if they are both gifted with powers.

Karen Page has posed:
Karen shrugs at Logan. "Well, I didn't call ahead. It was kind of one of those spur of the moment things. You know. Like I was in the neighbourhood already?" After taking the subway and a bus and walking from the bus stop to here kind of way. There's a nod. "Yeah. He said he needed an office assisstant. That someone like me would fit in well here after I didn't ask to pet him at the party. Who knew asking to pet him was athing?" She rolls her eyes. "But seriously, yeah. I'm thinking about the offer. Was hoping to speak to him."

Tommy's story is listened to, but in the scope of fast healers and all things mutant and inhuman, she's nothing more than an observer. For his question she can only shake her head. "Me? No. Not unless something drops on my head and grants me some without my knowledge. Straight human. Pretty sure folks in Vermont would curl up and die if they thought one of their own had powers." Though she does smirk. "I yell. Loudly. You could call me Bellows if you want. Kind of a takes no shit thing."

Wolverine has posed:
"Huh. Possible. Alien crystals can do weird things, that's fer sure." Logan nods, confirming the question with an answer. "Yeah, fast action healer. That's me. Amongst other things. Like, super fast yard work." Logan chuckles and nods.

Logan nods at Karen. "I kin understand that. I'm all fer spur of the moment. Live my life by it. It is usually what gets me in trouble." Logan shurgs, and says, "Office Assistant...well, we could use one of those around here, that's fer damn sure." Logan looks at her again, sizing her up. "It's pretty crazy around here...you okay with chaos and mutants?"

Green Ranger has posed:
as he thinks hard and finally says. "Yes I can heal fast when needed, but I can say no more. Simply take my word for it." he doesn't really want to admit more than that. But he asks. "Hey I have no problems with Chaos or those gifted with special abilities myself. I teach my students in martial arts to accept everyone even those who are mutants, though I prefer something more acceptible like Gifted or other terms myself." he says.

Karen Page has posed:
Logan earns himself a straight Vermontism for his question, "Do bears shit in the woods?" There's a chuckle. "I got the offer for a reason. If you weren't holed up in the back room smoking that cigar of yours you'd have known that.."

Tommy's mention of martial arts.. and teaching.. in tandem gets her attention. "You teach? Like, do you take on people like me?"

Wolverine has posed:
"Healing fast is important in this kind of world ya' got yerself into." Logan nods, sagely. "I teach as well. History. Some philosophy. " Logan doesn't move a muscle on his face. Was he serious or kidding? "Martial arts huh? I know of few of those."

Logan nods and looks back at Karen. "Um. Yeah, they do." Logan grins, starting to like this chick. "Hey! I like cigars! Ya' know a good way ta' get into my good graces? Bring me a good one. Then ah'll put in a good word with Kurt fer ya'." Logan winks.

Green Ranger has posed:
As Tommy looks to Karen he says. "I will teach anyone who is willing to learn and has the right mindset." he says with a smile. "Mostly I teach young students but I have been expanding into adult self defence classes."

When he listens to Logan he smiles at him and is almost sizing the Fast healing mutant up. But he doesn't want to risk drawing Rita's attention here. "I'm more than willing to teach you if you are interested Ma'am. Forgive me but I don't think I got your names. Tommy Oliver." he says as he offers his hand in a greetings. "And I would prefer you keeping my powers a secret."

Karen Page has posed:
Karen cants her head and considers Tommy. "Hrm. Well, not to be pushy or anything, but if you're taking students, I'd probably be interested. I know. Man drops in. Girl invites herself to be a student. How bold is that."

Which brings her back to Logan. "Tell you what. I'll supply the cigars, you supply the wine and something to eat and we'll call it a date. Since we've already established I have brass ones."

Wolverine has posed:
"Logan." Logan looks down at the man's hand for a second, then shakes it firmly. "Welcome ta' Xavier's. Great ta' meet ya, kid." Logan says with a smile. "ALways good ta' meet new people, 'specially ones with abilities tha' kin help when needed." Logan releases the man's hand, and crosses his arms again.

Logan's smile turns into a grin. "Ah knew I was gonna like ya kid." Logan's gaze takes all of Karen in with an appraising air.

"Ya' say the right things." Logan motions over towards his personal, locked, fridge. "No wine over there, but there is always good Canadian brewskis, help yerself. If'n ya' kin get into the fridge. Gotta SHIELD lock on it. Keeps the kids out, if'n ya' know what I mean. Anyway, ah'm down fer dinner. Not much of a' cook though."

Logan chuckles at the brass ones comment again. "Yep. You'll fit in nicely."

Green Ranger has posed:
As he listens to Logan and to Karen he smiles and chuckles offering Karen his contact information. "here. You can use this to contact my Cell phone. I tend to kep odd hours. And Wierdness is part of my every day life." he tells them.

"I wouldn't object to helping teach some students here if it's not impossible. I maintain an open minded class." he tells Logan and will actually asks, "So since I don't need the infirmary any chance you could escort me out so I can be on my way?"

Karen Page has posed:
Logan gets a chuckle. "Fine, I'll cook the dinner. You bring the wine. Unless you want to pop for pizza. But that's all I've got." All she has do to is figure out where she can get some decent cigars.. which means finding out what qualifies as 'decent' cigars, and then figuring out how to afford them. Maybe half-way decent. She'll cross that bridge when she gets there.

"The vote of confidence is appreciated, though." Totally with an amused smirk.

Tommy's contact information is taken, and she pats herself down, finally coming up with some cards of her own. The firm's. But she scribbles her cell number on the back of two, and hands one out to Tommy, and one to Logan. "If you don't get an answer, leave a message. I've been having carrier troubles. (Also known as: juggling paying her cellphone bill to cover other necessities like rent and groceries). "But they've told me it should be fixed soon. Whatever soon means. And I should probbly at least go leave my card at the office again so Kurt knows I've been by."

Wolverine has posed:
Logan nods, takes the information, and crumples it up followed by shoving it in his pants pocket. Waving towards the door, he says, "Nice ta' meet you. The doorway is this way. Keep in touch!" Logan smiles cordially, and walks to two to the exit, and out of the grounds. "I'll let Kurt know you were by, Ms Page, and he'll call. Promise." Logan then nods to Tommy. "Stay out a' trouble kid." With that Logan waves, and heads back into the mansion.
