Human Torch has posed:
Bustling Midtown Manhattan. The Honks of the horns the taxi drivers death defying spiral driving and mad MADD foot trattic.

Yeah, so, JStorm was just chillin' outside of his crib taking a few selfies in front of his front door when SPiderman drops a chick of, minor explanation and bounces. "I hate it when he does that.."

So now, it is just JStorm and the chick and after a long moment he says nodding, "Soo..what's your name?"

Silk has posed:
Cindy is very quiet after Spider-Man webs off. She's holding a dufflebag made from spider silk very close to her chest as if the bag and its contents might protect her. Nervous, in a word, the young woman seems very uncertain about everything- the world around her is loud and hectic and very much causing the poor thing stress. Its obvious in every movement. In every moment.

"Cindy." she answers softly. "Cindy Moon."

Human Torch has posed:
Johnny Storm extends his hand and says "Johnny Storm, but you can call me JStorm," he nods proudly. "So, what was he saying?" he points in the direction that Spiderman left.

"I was busy takinga selfie, I really didn't catch it."

Silk has posed:
"Its not important." Cindy says, "This was a bad idea." she states, next, taking a slow breath as she stares around at all the people. "Its really loud here." she says, looking over to Johnny. "I'm not calling you Jstorm." she states then, as she takes a step away from all the noise. "Its really loud- can we go somewhere quieter? Please?"

Human Torch has posed:
Johnny Storm nods, "Sure, but just a sec," he shows her the phone. Slowly move to just in front of her, turning the phone towards the two of them he snaps a photo.

Then moving back to he space just as slowly he holds up on finger to have her wait justa moment longer

"OK, let's go," he jerks his thumb through the doors and points towards the Elevator, "71st floor."

Silk has posed:
Cindy Moon nods, watching as she's caught on camera with Johnny Storm. "Okay. Thank you." she says, with a rushed tone- nervous, perhaps a bit of fear there as she's quick to get inside and off the busy street. "There are so many people out there." she states, "So many people." she mumbles to herself. "Its okay, Cindy, get it together. They're just people. People are normal."

Silk has posed:
The ride up the elevator is silent. Cindy continues to cling to her dufflebag tightly as if it was the only armor she had in the world. This is all happening very fast, and she's not really sure how to take it all in. Still, she seems much calmer away from all the noise and people.

Human Torch has posed:
Johnny Storm exits the elevator, he was still updating his Twitter and Instagram and Snapchat and at last thought he says, "

"Might as well do Facebook as well," he shrugs.

As the door opens he walks into the office very familiar and offering with a hand the dining room table, "Are you hungry, can I get you anything to eat?" he says walking into the kitchen pulling a protein shake out of the fridge.

"Gotta get that protein yo."

Silk has posed:
"No. No thanks. I'm not hungry right now." Cindy replies, "Thank you, though." Very polite. "I just need somewhere safe to stay. Someone is after me. Someone dangerous. I was safe in my bunker, but Spider-Man stupidly opened it and likely doomed *everyone* doing it." she grumps.

"Uh, yeah. Protein is important." Cindy agrees, as she sits at the table quietly. "Look, maybe this was a bad idea. I'm sure I can find somewhere to stay." she continues, "Its just a bad idea, I mean, to stay here. This is a giant building and it isn't very well hidden and I'm not sure its a good idea."

Human Torch has posed:
Johnny Storm shrugs eyeing her the hole time he was drinking his shake he says, "This place is the most secure place in the city maybe. If you are going to be in IN. Why. Cee? I think that you are going to want to be here. Plus, we can protect you, and I may not even need the other guys," he pauses. "Where are you from?

Silk has posed:
"Here. New York." Cindy states. "I grew up here. Sorta." she continues, "And from what's coming, I don't know that you can." Cindy says next as she pulls her knees up and just holds herself on the chair. She's looking around- a little wild-eyed, perhaps. Looking over her shoulder. She's clearly very nervous.

"I've been living somewhere safe for the last eight years or so." Cindy offers. "Its not safe anymore."

Human Torch has posed:
Johnny Storm frowns, "And why would anyone be after little ole you?"

Silk has posed:
"Because." Cindy replies, "They hunt people like me. We're their food. People like me." she is deathly serious- "You can't feel it, but I can. We're in danger. Skittering along the web, along the strands.. I can feel it." she continues. "Traveling from place to place, he's coming. Morlun is coming, and he's very hungry." she takes a slow breath. "And I don't know if we can stop him. I don't think we can."

Human Torch has posed:
Johnny Storm pulls out his phone and goes to google, "How do you spell that? And a web you say?"

Silk has posed:
"Morlun. Em-Oh-Ar-El-U-En." Cindy replies, "Yeah. Its... I have this sense. And its like a web, stretching out... and I know he's coming. I can feel it."

Human Torch has posed:
Johnny Storm googles the name again...and again, "Well, what does he look like atleast so that I can punch him in the face?"

He drops the cup into the sink without washing it and moves towards the table, "I am pretty good at that."

Silk has posed:
"I don't know." Cindy states. "I've never seen him. He's not here, yet. He's coming." she says next, "Look, this is a waste of time." she stands, taking her duffle bag and starting to walk off. "Thank you for letting me come here, but I think maybe I need to find somewhere else. It feels too exposed.. and I don't think you're taking this seriously. I spent eight years completely alone, hiding in a bunker from this guy to protect my family and protect myself. Maybe I should find somewhere for myself and not trust other people to help me in this." she says softly, "I need to figure this out..and.." she just shakes her head, looking down at herself- and then to the window.

"Look, Johnny, thank you. I just need to figure this out. Maybe find somewhere for myself- I don't know why Spider-Man dropped me off here, or why he thought this would be a good idea. I don't trust him."

Human Torch has posed:
Johnny Storm shrugs, "Who knows with that guy. But you just stay here til we figure this out huh. My brother in law is the smartest guy in the world....maybe," he turns to the recpetionist and says, "Hey find some space for her and keep security around here will ya?"

Then back to Cindy, "See. Easy Peasy. And will leave ya lond to do what you gotta do OK?"

Silk has posed:
"Fine, thanks. Maybe I'll be back later." Cindy offers as she's suddenly holding a white silk handkerchief- where'd she get that? She pulls off her shirt and the shorts she was wearing, stuffing them into her dufflebag before weaving herself an impromptu costume. ( DSnFLKF.jpg )

Cindy opens the window, and then just leaps out into the void beyond. There's a moment of nothing before *thwip!* "Sweeeeet!" she cries out, as she swings from a nearby building to land on the window once more- clinging just like Spiderman. "Hey, thanks Johnny." she says again- and then another leap

Human Torch has posed:
Johnny Storm follows to the window and follows her with his gaze, "OK. Be careful out there. You know where to find us," he throws up a peace sign.

"Deuces."

Silk has posed:
Cindy Moon swings off into the distance, with all the grace one expects of a spider-person in New York City.
