Synopsis: Summary needed
Cast of Characters: Crusader, Superman

Crusader has posed:
The Arboretum was in and of itself a minature forest, contained within a room in the watchtower. Simulated Sunlight, automated sprinkilers hidden beneath the soil as well as a comfortable temperature help to keep the plants in this room alive and well. Besides providing oxygen and helping to keep the air clean (along side more technological methods) the place served well to clear heads and relax away from the toil and troubles heroing might bring.
Sitting beneath a willow, in a meditative postion was the collosal Crusader, His heavy liquid metal cloak pooled about him as he sat with his eyes closed. The tendrills of his beard gently undulated. Crusader wasn't a full fledge member of the Justice League yet, but was none the less stalwart if camara shy ally. The being was so still he could easily be mistaken for a statue.

Superman has posed:
The Man of Tomorrow, wayward scion of Krypton, makes his way through the arboretum at a casual pace. His cloak sways about his booted ankles as he walks along the grass. He has a soft, warm smile on his face, and his gaze is directed upwards at the false sky. The place is calming, of course, but it isn't quite the same for someone who gains his power from the sun. Still, it is nice.

He spots Bjorn as he comes about a tree, though he felt his presence long before, and he offers that welcoming smile. He doesn't say anything just yet, lest he ruin the man's reverie.

Crusader has posed:
Crusader stays quiet a few minutes as if in deep thought. When he opens his eyes they are momentarily blank....souless as if he was but a robot. But that last but a few moment and soon enough he seems alive and well. "Superman, One apologizes, did not see you there" he tells alien with a stoic expression.
He looks around a moment and than at Superman "Have you come to clear your head as well, or just seeing what is going on around the Watchtower?" he asks. His deep voice was oddly synthetic and organic.

Superman has posed:
"No reason to apologise, my friend. I was trying not to interrupt." He makes his way closer, but stays a few feet back. He leans against a tree, facing the sitting, but massive creature. "Just going for a walk. I don't find this place too peaceful, honestly. I need real nature about me more then this. I appreciate the idea of this place, but...give me real sunlight and naturally born grass anyday."

Crusader has posed:
A metalic chuckle rumbles from deep within him "Well, considering how fast you are, We imagine you do not have problem finding such places to relax" he notes. He glances about "We...find peace in many locations as each one offers something different. But admittedly...a nice stream in a warm forest or jungle is preferable" he ponders this "Yes...we think that is correct." he shakes away some thoughts. "But as folks say, something is better than nothing, yes?"

Superman has posed:
"Oh, not at all. I'm pretty fast, like you said." That is one way to put it. The Man of Steel watches Bjorn from the tree he is leaning against, his pose casual and open. "Something is absolutely better then nothing. Please don't take my comment as complaint. I like it here. I just don't find it relaxing, is all. I suppose I don't find many places relaxing these days. Calmest place for me involves fields of corn and what in a tiny town in America."

Crusader has posed:
"Oh not we do not see it as a complaint at all. Everyone has their preferences" he says a rare smile appearing within his helm. "We find relaxtion in battleling, perhaps you might consider taking it up at some point. Still, nothing quite beats traveling and meeting new people." he says in thought. He rubs his beard a moment, tendrills curling about his fingers and arm "Hmmmmm...we are marked often by where we grew up. Did you perhaps grow up in a rural or even farming community?" he asks

Superman has posed:
"I don't enjoy fighting," the man states softly. "I fight, but not to relax. Only to protect." He adjusts his cape for a moment and steps away from the tree that he's leaning against. "I did, yes. I spent my youth there. I learned a lot there. Everything that made me who I am today."

Crusader has posed:
Crusader nods "We do, it is...in a sense built into us. Though we far more prefer recreational fighting where civilians would not get hurt." he cants his head at Superman "We spent our youth...." he actually pauses and his usually stoic expression breaks into one of confusion "...many places" he decides on "Our Host though grew up in Iceland" he sage nods to this thinking it appropiate. He offers a smile "The person you became is not to bad we would would say"

Superman has posed:
"A beautiful place, Iceland. Lovely people, lovely place. Stunning vistas." He brushes his fingers back through his dark hair, and that spit-curl on his forehead drops right back into place. He smiles softly and nods. "Well, thank you. That is nice of you to say."
Superman glances towards the false sky. "Run into anything odd lately? ...Odder then usual?"

Crusader has posed:
"Thank you, our Host enjoyed his life their quite a bit" he states. Crusader gives pause as he considers the question. He searches his memories "No. The oddest thing we have run into since the Apocolypse invasion was a Succubus, and she was returned to hell" he tells Superman. "And, save the occasional sighting of apokolyptic tech, nothing major. Why, is there something going on?" he asks taking a much more serious tone.

Superman has posed:
Superman chuckles softly. "Something is always going on. But no. Nothing in particular." He floats off of the ground and rises into the air until he plucks an apple from a tree. He drops one fown for Bjorn to catch, and he takes one for himself.

Crusader has posed:
A tendril from Bjorn beard catches the dropped apple. "Thank you" he says calming down once more. He even takes a bite of the apple. After swallowing he says "But your right, something is always going on. Question is what? One hopes it is not a secondary invasion - Juthuum forbid. One beleive we are lucky that others did not decide to pick up where Darkseid left off." another bite of apple and he chews it "...Superman, have you ever had odd dreams?"

Superman has posed:
"I don't think we'll face another invasion for awhile. God forbid, right?" Superman floats back down and lands beside the man. He takes a bite of his own apple and considers it for a moment before he nods. "It's good..." He arches an eyebrow and turns back to the creature and he considers. "Often, yes. Dreams of a dead planet, or of my childhood. Dreams of things I need to do and people I couldn't save. But I always wake up."

Crusader has posed:
"Aye. If nothing else, beating back Darksied may have put us on a 'Stay Away' list" he smiles at this thought as it would at least mean they wouldn't have to worry about invasions. Crusader takes another bite "We dream of a united planet. And no, not in the standard way" whatever that means. "We dream of the Parts that make us up...and that which might take us apart. Lately we dream of something else in control" he bites into and eats the core "And that we may never wake up" ad with that the apple was gone. "...which we cannot tell if it is a bad thing or a good.
