Rift has posed:
Pizza. The main thought on Kitora's mind. After some training in the Danger Room at the X-Men's base (she's in training to become one), she had to get some food. So - she was chain-portaling here from Xavier's, and soon enough arrives, the last portal opening on a rooftop of a church. She stands there, glowing dull red with bright red glows visible in her limbs, head, and heart, as she descends to the ground behind the church, waiting to make sure she wasn't seen. Mutants aren't popular these days, especially with what happened recently.

Star Shimmer has posed:
Darkness. Stars glisten in the distance. Silence. Space is as it always is. Filled with awe, wonder, fear, and mystery. And apparently young women...

A streak of Violet tears past Mars and is moving well past light speed. Sure the vacuum of space doesn't exactly carry soundwaves. But the sound inside the violet star sapphire field is anything but! Someone is jamming out! The familiar blue marble is growing larger as the girl starts slowing down and then, enters the Earth Atmosphere!

A streak of violet tears through the sky. She's not far from the heart of Manhattan. That Violet meteor would be easy to see.

Shazam has posed:
    A young man walks towards the pizza place thinking the same thing, even though as Captain Marvel he has the Stamina of Atlas and doesn't need food, air or even rest, Billy Batson does. He wasn't unaware of the current events being a reporter for WHIZ Media, but not being a mutant he was somewhat removed from the ripples that it caused. He was looking for some late night pepperoni goodness.

    It really was just happenstance that he happened to look up and see the violet streak and his eyes widen as his mouth forms an "O" and says, "HOLY MOLEY!!! Uh-oh... I hope that's just a meteor or a bit of space junk burning up in orbit instead of potentially being a precursor to invasion!"

    With that, he fumbles into his pocket for his cellphone and attempts to take a video of it.

Rift has posed:
Kitora Alua looks up, seeing the violet streak of light. She ascends straight up, a red streak of light probably visible as well. If it is a meteor, she's going to try to slow it down or deflect it or... something. She hovers in the air - oriented 'upside-down' with her head closer to the ground, as she tries to squint at the violet streak.

Star Shimmer has posed:
The streak of violet light grows larger until its about human size. It comes barreling toward Earth Below. Within a moments time, its clear to Kitora that this is actually a person. The woman is still descending. "Just a little bit more. Keep it up baby!" She whispers to her ring.

Shazam has posed:
    Billy's phone catches Kitora rising up to meet the streak and now he realizes that it's not a meteor and says, "This looks like a job for..." He ducks into an alleyway and calls out his magic word, "SHAZAM!" and storm clouds gather and a bolt of magic lightning shoots from the sky to hit Billy and in his place stands the hero, Captain Marvel!

    He flies up into the sky, intent on intercepting the woman as he nods to Kitora with a goofy smile, "Hi there!"

Rift has posed:
Kitora Alua squeaks at the lightning as she moves to parallel the violet girl's course. "So - come by often?" she calls to Shimmer as she flies along with her. The Lantern ring might detect gravitational anomalies from her. "Just... saw you looking like you were going to crash or something..."

Star Shimmer has posed:
Star Shimmer keeps flying. She does notice the lightning and the arrival of Shazam. "Didn't expect to draw this much of a crowd. Give me a minute to touch down and I will explain. Don't worry. Not looking to cause any trouble." She states as she focuses on the next part of her landing.

She accelerates a litt toward the ground then pulls up at the last moment. Finally touching down. Her body continues to glow violet as she takes a deep breath. "Home sweet home. Gods I missed Earth. Guess I'm going to have to catch a bus to Gotham but... This isn't bad at all." Her ring does pick up on the mutation in Kitora as well as the magic around Shazam. It notifies her Telepathically. "So I'm pretty sure you aren't Batman's Welcoming comittee. I probably am going to get an earful from him later one but, Sometimes you don't get a choice in things right?"

Shazam has posed:
    Captain Marvel lands near Shimmer and now that he can see her better he blurts out the first thing that comes to mind, "Gosh! You're really pretty!" He then blinks and turns bright red, what the heck just got into him there?!? He scratches his head and then tries to make his voice sound more manly and more heroic, "Uh, I mean, identify yourself!" He turns away for a second and mutters, a goofy grin on his face, "Yeah, that's what Superman would say!" He pumps the air with his fist, pleased with himself, school's his expression to one of stern countenance, ruined by the crack of a smile forming.

Rift has posed:
Kitora Alua blinks. "Batman?" she asks blankly. "I don't know much about him - I try to stay out of Gotham if I can avoid it. Beside, I live up north in Westchester." She ponders as she lands next to the other two, keeping her aura around her. It does look pretty strange, with glowing lights visible INSIDE her body. She glances at Captain Marvle - though looking like a very manly man, he's acting like a teenager. "You can call me Rift," she muses softly. "I just cmae by to get some pizza. I'm starving." She smiles sheepishly. "I've been told I have a speedster's diet."

Star Shimmer has posed:
Star Shimmer notes the reaction she gets. Looks like her trip rubbed off on her a little. "Identify myself? Oh well. Sure. My name is Star Shimmer. I am from Gotham. Not an alien in the least. Just a Star Sapphire for sector 2814." She snickers a little. Her attention goes to Kitora and she smiles, "Rift huh? Cool name!" She smiles to Captain Marvel, "So ummm how about you 'Identify yourself' as well?"

Shazam has posed:
    Now Captain Marvel gets a bit bashful as he says in a teenagery voice, "Well, uh, I'm... Captain Marvel! The World's Mightiest Mortal, chosen by the Wizard to be Earth's Champion carrying the power of the Gods!" He winces internally, is he showing off? He is showing off, that's so uncool. He clears his throat and tries to sound manly and heroic once more, "I mean... ha ha ha..." He laughs a bit lamely, what is WRONG with him, the Wizard would have his hide for this!

Rift has posed:
Kitora Alua blinks. "Wow - you're some kind of wizard's champion..." She glances over at Shimmer. "You are a... Star Sapphire... I'm _sure_ I've heard that title before..." She shrugs. "I'm just a girl with some weird genetics and the ability to tell gravity to shove it." She ponders. "Well... not really sure we can go out in public like this... it'd be too weird even for this city... and I really need some pizza."

Star Shimmer has posed:
Star Shimmer snickers. Oh yes. She is totally enjoying this. "Alright, Lets get you some pizza." She smirks. "And don't worry. If anyone wants to argue over anyone, I'm sure we can convince them otherwise." She smiles a little. Her attention shifts to Captain Marvel, "I know how that goes. Being chosen by someone else to be something you never throught possible? Yeah I get that. You don't get to be a ring bearer without being chosen by a ring."

Shazam has posed:
    Captain Marvel manages to get a bit of brain cells back and realizes that pizza in his hero form would cause a bit of commotion. He then mentally shrugs and thinks to himself, "Well, they seem ok..." He then says in a teenagerly voice, "Gosh, I'll join you in a sec..." He takes a breath, his eyes still stuck on Shimmer before he quickly ducks into an alley and once again calls out his magical word, "SHAZAM!" and once again the clouds gather and the bolt of magic lightning hits Captain Marvel and turns him back into plain old Billy Batson.

    He steps out of the alley and has a goofy grin on his face, "Now I can go and not make a scene! And heck, I'll be the luckiest person there, escorting two beautiful women." He fistpumps internally, 'Oh yeah, I'm so cool!'

Rift has posed:
Kitora Alua nods slowly. "He's right...." she murmurs. She takes a deep breath... as her appearance changes, for the more-normal. As the glowing aura fades out, what is revealed is a typical Asian teenager - except with bright red hair and red eyes. She slips on sunglasses. "So - you just yell that word and you change form?" she asks curiously, eyebrow raised.

Star Shimmer has posed:
Star Shimmer snickers, "Sure make me the odd girl out." She winks a violet eye in a playful manner. Then with with a quick flash, her clothing changes, taking the form of a violet dress. Her appearance is that of a Teen girl. Her eyes go green. The only sign she's a Star Sapphire is the ring on her finger. "Not bad at all."

Shazam has posed:
    Billy glances at Kitora and shrugs, "Something like that..." He then links his arms in both girls and says, "Gosh, shall we? I don't know about you two, but it'd be swell to share a huge deep dish pepperoni with you two!" as he leads them both into the restaurant.
