Date of Scene: 15 May 2018
Location: Bludhaven
Synopsis: Summary needed
Cast of Characters: Faith Lehane, Dawn Summers

Faith Lehane has posed:
Right now, Faith is brooding. She's wearing the new leather jacket Dawn acquired for her, hands buried in her pockets, dark eyes turned toward the ground. For now she follows the edge of the lake, kicking stones so that they skip across the water beside her. It's pretty much an endless cycle: she's apparentrly skilled enough that everey stone skips like it was a perfect throw. Boots crunch soflty as they drive gravel into wet dirt. It's a typical day really. If one looked closely they'd quickly realize she's armed.

Dawn Summers has posed:
Except it's Sunnydale, which means it's always weird. Plus, it's Tuesday, and things are always REALLY weird on Tuesday in Sunnydale. Today, the weird is a little ball of light, about the size of a tennis ball, heading erratically but quickly in Faith's direction, about 20' up and descending.

Faith Lehane has posed:
"...What the fuck?" Faith looks up from the edge of the water to see the little ball of light flying toward h er. A brow is arched and she lifts a gloved hand. "What was in that pot I smoked earlier? No, this is probably nothing. ...Hey. Ball of light. Back off. You better not be a fucking demon. Unless you're a hot demon... Anyway." She waves her left hand at the ball of light vaguely, not so much trying to strike it as to chase it away. If it's actually a self-willed creature at all, of course.

Dawn Summers has posed:
The thing zips in closer, darting around the vaguely waved hand to bob in front of Faith. While it's not the easiest thing to see given the brightness of the light, it looks like there's some kind of little form in there, glowing and thus possibly responsible for the light.

Faith Lehane has posed:
"Are you a fairy?" Faitr hsquints at the orb of light and then blinks profusely to chase the spots from her vision. She reaches up and drags a stray tress from her eyes, leaning forward slightly to take better stock of what she is looking at. "If you say 'hey, listen!' I am going to swat you," she mutters. "So, what's up little fairy? I'm probably not the best person to track down. Then again, I'm not entirely sure you're they're so hey." A smile accompanies that.

Dawn Summers has posed:
The orb of light moves to land on Faith's hand. When it does, the glowing dies way down to a barely visible light. Which is enough to determine a few key facts: A) Yep, fairy. Humanoid, female, pair of dragonfly-style wings on the back. B) Naked fairy. Currently using one arm to cover her chest, and one to cover the bits below. C) /Dawn/ fairy. Serious. It's a tiny Dawn, complete with wings and not much else.

Faith Lehane has posed:
"...Dawn? When did you get all tiny and bite-sized, kiddo?" Faith arches a brow and then looks away abruptly. "Okay. We need to go rob a barbie dreamhouse quick," she mutters then, scanning the park. "So. That must have been a really great bender you went on. What happened?" Faith leans closer, no doubt expecting Dawn to speak.

Dawn Summers has posed:
And she does. Dawn starts to emphatically and vehemently lay it all out for Faith, blushing all the while. Unfortunately, everything she's saying is coming out as a series of chiming musical sounds. Pretty, but completely unintelligible as any kind of speech.

Faith Lehane has posed:
"Woah, woah, woah, Tinkerbell. Slow down. I have no idea what you're saying. Can you understand me?" Faith asks. She keeps the fairy on her hand for now and then starts through the park with quick strides. "I don't have Buffy's phone number, so I guess the next stop is... Giles?"

Dawn Summers has posed:
Dawn frowns a little, and says some more chiming sounds, but at least she gives a nod, so she can at least understand Faith. Of course, trying to reach Giles is dependent on Giles being about, and not off on Watcher business. May need another magic-type. When Faith starts moving, Dawn loses her balance, and ends up sitting down on Faith's hand with another little musical exclamation of protest.
