Date of Scene: 17 June 2018
Location: Unknown
Synopsis: Summary needed
Cast of Characters: Cable, Juggernaut, Hellboy

Cable has posed:
The fight has covered SEVERAL miles and has been going on far too long. Though there is a limited amount of ammo on the planet and both combatants use such extremely diverse kinds of weaponry, one has pouches and the other has a huge coat with deep pockets. And because both writers would like to get to use they're weaponry. Hooray for plot ammo.

Ahem. -- Cable and Hellboy have been trading blows, or exchanging bullets for a while and have made their way into the city and are now on the Brooklyn Bridge. Or one of them is. Cable has been launched by a massive fist to the midsection and he's soaring through the air in a very non-human friendly sort of way. Just before he lands on the wooden planks of the walkway, there's a quick flash of his yellow eye, a signature of the use of his telekinesis, to halt his decent just enough to not break his bones on the landing.

Another flash and the time traveller is on pushed from the ground and would land on his feet if it weren't for an incredibly large (and immoveable) man happening to be right there at the exact wrong time.

Juggernaut has posed:
A chest as wide as the front of a van, sporting a stretched out tee-shirt featuring Godzilla looming out over a city skyline, is probably not the most comfortable thing to go slamming into with a full on telekinetic burst. Even more so the fact that the impact is like slamming into an immovable wall, resulting in Cable literally flattening against the gargantuan torso, swamped by the huge slabs of muscle forms, in a look that more resembles someone flying into a billboard then another person.

For his part, the behemoth that Cable impacts into, barely notices at first. A towering red haired brute of a man with lightly unshaven hair and a glowering expression that sends nearby bystanders running for cover as he deigns to notice the heavily armed mutant splayed against his car sized torso.

"What th---WATCH WHERE YOU'RE GOING?!" he thunders. His bassy voice a deep rumbling Brooklyn-Brawler like booming bass..despite the fact he aint from Brooklyn.

Hellboy has posed:
Big Red was pretty damn pissed, wandering into the battlefield with his coat ruffled and ripped in places, his right stone hand clenched and ready to do more damage. Absent mindedly he was wiping blood from the corner of his mouth with his left hand, his eyes glowing yellow the anger in them readily apparent. When Mr. Marko voiced his displeasure, Hellboy piped up with a similar sentiment as he clacked closer on those cloven hooves of his.

"Yeah I've been saying the same thing, pal. Be careful, this jackass is trigger happy an' I don't want any civvies getting hurt on my watch."

Even as he spoke, HB reached out that great big stone hand and grabbed the nearest park sign, wrenching it out of the ground and swinging the metal pole with the concrete end like it was some sort of medieval polearm. He wasn't immediately attacking as Cable was so close to the other guy, even though he could already tell that as tough as this guy seemed to be, Hellboy didn't need to worry about him as much. Little did he know...

Cable has posed:
Cable groans as he finds himself smashed against the impossibly large man. Something the dirty blond haired mutant bemoans as he grunts and pushes himself off of Cain. The mutant does try to take the tactical advantage and will use Cain as a barrier between him and Big Red and with a pistol pulled from... somewhere, Cable draws a line to Hellboy and growls.

Cable is not a man to mince words, or often speak them. Like now. He's deadly silent and serious as he observes Red's new improved weapon and stands and starts to walk casually while squeezing off round after round after round at the SHIELD agent.

Juggernaut has posed:
Somewhere, deep in the backed up traffic caused by this duel, is a smashed up cab and a wide eyed taxi driver who just sits in his ruined car that resulted from when a particularly immense irrate passanger just decided to get out and walk to where he was going.

And now here he is. Stuck again. Cain Marko is not a man known for his patience though he can wait and be cunning and logical when the situation permits it. The absurdity of this particular scenario means that..the situation likely won't permit it. His nostrils flare, bullishly, as Cable pushes off of him and then starts to use him as a physical shield and then he addresses both him and Hellboy.

"So you're the yahoo's responsible for making me late for my appointment. I'm about to lose money because of you freaks."

You know..he seems surprisingly together despite being now in the middle of a meta brawl.

"So I think I'm going to take the money I'm about to lose out of your hides instead..."

He stretches as he speaks, and seems to be..getting bigger? Crimson energy crackles around his body as he threatens them both. His muscles piling sinew ontop of sinew to points that make his previous size seem like comparing a blade of grass to a full grown tree. Red armor solidifies around his torso. That tell-tale domed helmet forms.

"My anger management classes always taught me to find something else to direct my anger at." The Juggernaut quips as the entire bridge seems to quake from his added weight and immensity..

Hellboy has posed:
Hellboy had seen this once before, years ago, and his attempts to stop the Juggernaut had resulted in him being flattened in the middle of a street that had then been reduced to rubble. Now the energy blasts from that weapon, which HB mostly tried to deflect with his stone hand and his newfound weapon(he did a moderately ok job, though some blasts ricocheted off that ancient artifact to tag his shoulders and legs painfully), that was soon forgotten as a man became the avatar of a god right in front of HB's widening eyes.

Briefly he considered his options. Then the sign was tossed aside, and the half-Demon was waving the scene away as he turned and started making his way to the nearest SHIELD station, there he could call it in, and get some professionals here to evacuate and play clean-up.

"Ya know what pal, I don't know why you were shooting at me, but enjoy your new dance partner. Enjoy your years of physical therapy after today."

Cable has posed:
Cable was so focused on Hellboy that the mutant didn't notice Juggernaut until the bridge noticeably wobbles and shakes from the man's drastic change. Oh kay... Not good. Cable turns around and spots the hulking man and hears the words of both. No. He will not be left here alone to face this. He's taking the demon with him too!

Cable's eye flairs once more as a telekinetic force would reach out and try to YANK Big Red back this way, much much closer to the two semi-humans. "This fight isn't over." Cable says as he tries to pull, though he does turn his weapon to aim down Juggernaut and shoots at him three times, just to see what would happen. It's a low caliber pistol anyways. At least for what Cable carries.

Down on the other end of the bridge, underneath the large arch of the support structure, a single floating speck of space-time condenses and comes into life with what looks like appropriate flairs of Hawking radiation sparking off of it in minute amounts but it begins to grow and grow until it's sphereical non-shape becomes something more... humanoid in shape.

Juggernaut has posed:
"Oh yeah..I remember you! You tried to get in my way when I was after that Cyttorak Gem shard!"

Juggernaut grins, full toothed, as he pounds one boulder sized fist into an open palm a few times. "Man, hitting you was fun! Maybe this is about to make my day after all! Where do you think you're going, red?? You gonna leave your dancing partner to have all the fun? That's not fair."

The rounds from Cable are about as effective as finger flicking marbles t a T-Rex. Perhaps less. The crismson clad behemoth simply walks forward as the bullets ping into armor and, for good measure, his exposed flesh. A second later he's reaching for the under carriage of a semi truck trailer. The trucks drivers and many other motorists, having long since gotten the hell out of their cars at the sight of the meta brawl.

Metal wrenches, the bridge quakes and Juggernaut wrenches the trailer free, its contents of furniture toppling around on its interior. It swamps him in shadow as he turns, facing towards the retreating Cable and Hellboy.

Behind him, the giant is of course oblivious to the new insane happenings about to take place.

Hellboy has posed:
Of course, things couldn't be simple. Hellboy was stopped in his tracks by some sort of force surrounding him, and while he didn't exactly go flying in the air, whatever this guy was doing was enough that he couldn't go any further toward civilization. Instead, grooves started appearing in the ground as he was slowly dragged toward the fight zone. The gun blasts hurt him, each one earning a snarl and a groan, but the bullets didn't seem to penetrate or go through his body. One even drew blood, and was so painful that immediately the big red man turned around, still being pulled toward the chaos. Instantly his left hand drew his pistol out of his holster for the first time, taking aim as a shotgun in pistol form was fired, the echoing blast sounding absolutely deafening on this bridge. Lucky for Cable, Hellboy was just aiming for the tough looking metal parts, rather than anything squishy and vulnerable.

Then a truck hit him, and he got lost under the wreckage. He didn't even have time to react, it was that violent, and that instant.

Cable has posed:
Okay, that guy just picked up a truck. This is going to be a hell of a night. Cable looks to Cain and frowns before he rolls out of the way of any follow up attack that might come from the giant man with a vehicular weapon. With Cain so close to the truck, Cable sees an opportunity and levels his pistol not at the man, but at the truck. A truck which uses fuel, and has a fuel tank. Fuel which is incredibly flammable. Summers squeezes off two more rounds at the vehicle, one to expose the gas, the other to ignight it.

Then Cable is punched in the side with a long range fist. Hellboys giant sized weaponry slams into the man's side and he's sent tumbling through the air and rolling on the ground. His pistol is flung from his hand in the moments of ragdollness. Cable lands back on the bridge again with a metal and fleshy thunk onto the wood when he coughs up a bout of blood onto the planks. He's getting his ass kicked today.

Under the arch the humanoid shape of void lifts the arm like apendage before its face and seems to examine itself for a moment before the hand falls to its side and the being looks over towards the three brawlers and starts to slowly approach. Very slowly. It will take some time for it to get to the others, and it's quite hard to see if you're not looking at it directly.

Juggernaut has posed:
The Juggernaut wields the semi-truck like a bat, swinging it through smaller cars and bringing it down hammer like onto Hellboy with force that shakes the bridge and booms thunderously through the air.

"This is me holdin' back, bunkie!" he rumbles, not really taking into consideration if Hellboy can even hear him or not.

Fair is fair though and he hauls the wrecked and ruined cab upwarhds form where he had slammed it into Big Red and instead turns otwards Cable as the time traveller begins to unload against him once more.

"Your turn now, Sideshow--" he begins to rumble ..and then he's engulfed in a white flash and a blossoming fireball that rips through the truck to engulf him, several cars around him and a wide swatch of the bridge the trio are standing on. The earth roars and groans from the shockwave tht ripples outward and Juggernaut is briefly lost to sight.

Hellboy has posed:
The form of Hellboy crawled out of the wreckage, his coat in absolute tatters before he reached up and threw it aside. He was a bit woozier and a bit worn and torn, the edge of one horn stub actively on fire, but the big guy didn't seem to notice it. Across his red stone right hand were glyphs and runes now, glowing yellow the same shade as his eyes, except even brighter. His tail was violently swinging back and forth, now clad in just his shorts and that useful utility belt of his, And in his left hand was the Samaritan, aimed at the prone future Mutant as he approached slowly.

"Alright asshole, stay there on the ground. Don't move, I'll try and talk down the Juggernaut. No promises, other than my promise that SHIELD is gonna love sitting you down in a cell and having a nice little chat about proper gun safety. That sound good, huh?"

Cable has posed:
Cable just groans as he tries to pick himself up from the ground and finds his own weight too much to handle at the moment. That was a hell of a hit from Hellboy's gun.

The void figure continues to approach and step slowly, like walking was something it has never done before. Thought it does step over a car, or, more it steps through the car, like it wasn't even there. The figure steps through Cable's prone form and stands before Hellboy, between the demon and where Juggernaut was and it lifts it's hands, one towards Big Red, and the other towards Cain.

Juggernaut has posed:
    "You two lovers finished?"

Juggernaut's deep voice rumbles out of the inferno a few seconds before the colossus actually steps forward, dragging his immensity through flames which fail to find permenant purchase on his invulnerable flesh, black smoke billowing behind him violently to cover half ot the bridge. He looks bigger. He looks furious.

"Cause I'm about to ball you both up into a pile of meat, bones and metal. You wanna play this game on hard mode? Fine. I'm yer own personal raid boss.."

He continues stomping forward, treading across some abandoned cars like a living monster truck. A huge arm raises and a bicep bigger then a Buick bunches up, flexing its peak nearly towards his clenched fist as veins the size of shipping crate ropes stand out against his hairy flesh. "Let's see how you handle my SUNDAY PUNCH----Uh..what the!"

His line of sight does indeed give him notice that something..off..is there. Something that does not belong. It's enough to pause his thunderous punch from swinging just yet as he questions, "The hell is -that-??"

Hellboy has posed:
For his part, Hellboy was stood between Juggernaut and the new arrival, looking back and forth. When the big armored avatar was stepping forward Hellboy was bracing himself, mentally preparing himself for pain but figuring ways he could delay the inevitable, or figuring ways he could bypass this fight entirely. For a guy with limited tools like Hellboy, fighting an undefeatable, all-powerful demigod who couldn't even feel your best was not his idea of a good time.

The new arrival, however...the half-Demon prince who rejected his throne had a feeling, and that feeling told him that this wasn't a good thing. At all. He wasn't attacking just yet, but gun and hand were both waiting and ready. Even as he spoke his thoughts out loud.

"Aw, crap."

Cable has posed:
The hands stay up as the figure remains between the two large men. It doesn't speak, for it doesn't have a mouth, it doesn't really DO anything. It's just standing there, holding its hands up, acting like it's going to stop the two from fighting.

But just as quickly as it was born into this world, the reverse happens. It shrinks, rapidly, faster and faster, lights and beams of photons seem to emit from it's non-body as it shrinks back into a single speck of nothingness before it's gone once again. Without a word, or a trace the odd figure is no more.

Juggernaut has posed:
"That's it." rumbles Juggernaut, throwing his hands up in disbelief as well as a sign of giving up. "I'm done with this craziness."

At least he's not punching them again, but void demons appearing and disappearing without a trace seems to be enough to shock him into wanting out of this insanity. "You two want to bust each other up, be my guest."

Looks like he's going to have to go for a swim again.

Hellboy has posed:
That just left the demon, and the Mutant. Hellboy, thankful that he's not being punched into the earth again, looks down at the prone form of Cable, draping the guy over his shoulder. "Alright pal, we're taking a little trip to a place called the Triskelion. Congratulations."
