Date of Scene: 28 June 2018
Location: New York City
Synopsis: Summary needed
Cast of Characters: She-Hulk, Captain America

She-Hulk has posed:
She-Hulk gives glares at Oscorp as she passes by, the source of so many problems in this city, yet only one of many sources at that. As is the norm for her these days, she's walking down Manhattan as her green self. She is used to the looks she gets now, and frankly most people are used to strange mutants and metahumans showing up from time to time. She is carrying a fist full of shopping bags full of new clothes. She stops by an empty bench and waits, after all she is meeting an old friend. She reaches for her phone, which is really big for obvious reasons, and has a stronger than normal case.

She is carrying a fist full of shopping bags full of new clothes. She stops by an empty bench and waits, after all she is meeting an old friend. She reaches for her phone, which is really big for obvious reasons, and has a stronger than normal case.

Captain America has posed:
Captain America is happy to meet with She-Hulk; she was an excellent pupil and she doesnt treat him like a celebrity, a coworker, or a savior, just a friend. He is wandering the street wearing a pair of sunglasses and a hat to be low key and spots She-Hulk. He waves from a distance and heads towards her. "Hey there!

She-Hulk has posed:
She-Hulk waves with her bags, "Steve! Over here!" She almost sits down but remembers that she'll probably break it. Instead she sets the bags down beside her, quite confident that no one will be dumb enough to try and steal her things.

Captain America has posed:
Captain America smiles warmly and can spot the problem, "We can find some place with bigger chairs if you like. Whatever you like." He looks at the chair and shrugs, "Any luck with the shopping?" He is being polite of course since he is hardly a regular purvor of fine fashion

She-Hulk has posed:
She-Hulk shrugs in turn, "I can stand... forever. It's really not a big deal. Sitting down makes me twitch anyway. And these?" She looks at her bags, "Yep can't be behind fashion-wise if I am going to win at court. It's all about who looks the best, the degree is just a formality, a club ticket." She glances at Oscorp again, "Sooo.. the city didn't fall apart while I was on vacation. Angry mobs didn't burn down Castle Osborn and Kingpin wasn't up for shennanigans. I would say.. maybe.. Parker can handle it now. But I think he still needs my help."

Captain America has posed:
Captain America looks at Oscorp, "Are you SURE you dont want to move? I mean I know your history with those guys....Oscorp has been quiet compared to most. Quiet before the storm I'm sure. I can certainly see what SHIELD has on them most recently. Kingpin has also been strangely quiet. I wouldn't be surprised if they were working together. Between Space Mold and Asguard I've been plenty busy." He shrugs and smiles, "But I am sure the city needs some good lawyers

She-Hulk has posed:
She-Hulk thinks, "Well yeah I would definitely love to move. But if I leave New York we are basically leaving the city in Spidey's hands.. I mean Stark isn't going to leave his hot tub over a bank robbery, and my cousin isn't always in t-.." She stops midsentence, "Okay so I just remembered a little chat I had with little bird named Carrie.. apparently there was an Avengers website? I never got to see it because it's being changed around. I have been told that there weren't any pictures of me on there BUT.. I know that sometimes people tell me what I want to hear. I just need to make sure that I was not photographed or video taped in any way that was unflattering.. essentially any media containing my image that I did not approve?" She smiles big.

Captain America has posed:
Captain America says, "He has been a busy boy that's for sure," he grins, "Bruce has done well at helping people. And yes, I do remember her. I will make sure the thing is updated. Frankly, I don't always get these things but I'm happy to clarify it. You're an avenger to me. And...um....wait, so you don't want pictures there?" He seems mildly confused."

She-Hulk has posed:
She-Hulk shakes her head, "I don't mind being on the website but.. I definitely need to approve pictures and video takes with me in them. Carrie is going to work with me there, but you know me, I am particular.. very particular. After seeing the video on the Avengers main site, I couldn't help but cringe thinking of what else was on there.. before."

Captain America has posed:
Captain America says, "ah! Well..." he scratches his chin a moment, "I'll...ask what they have of you and make sure they send copies and then...add the ones you approve?" He beams, "And lovely. She sounds like a solid member of the team. And....while I do understand the power of the media, I usually let others handle things like production. I stick to kissing babies, punching nazis and cutting ribbons."

She-Hulk has posed:
She-Hulk thinks for a moment, "Yeah you definitely punched your fair shair of Nazis. I mean from what I've heard you almost single handedly won the war. GI Joe before there was Joe as I understand it. Could you have even imagined what the future held back then? Now the biggest threats are from space."

Captain America has posed:
Captain America laughs, "I saved the city, but hardly won the war by myself. We did it as a team. Hell, people dont understand how much the Russians or the resistances contributed. I know though, I was there. And ..no, I can honestly say I had absolutely no idea." He grins, "It's...like something I read about growing up as a kid

She-Hulk has posed:
She-Hulk nods, "Same here. It would have never occured to me that my cousin would be playing baseball with redwood trees and supervillains.. much less that I would be doing the same thing! One day I will probably have to stop being a lawyer, I mean I get a lot of publicity due to my night job. I definitely won't stop being Shulkie. I hope I will never have to choose because of the red tape though, I think an advocate for metahumans and mutants is needed. No one else but me seems to care. On the other hand if I stop fighting villains, that's one less of us in the fight. It could be deadly you know? The one time I am not there.." She shakes her head, "But I'm an optimist, always have been, so enough of that!"

Captain America has posed:
Captain America says, "you do more good in that courtroom smashing the faces of all the badguys in the world. You are amazing. Keep up the good work. I approve and admire it. I think it makes you a powerful symbol and nothing wrong with doing both. Being an optimist is something I try to be...keeps me sane in an insane world."

She-Hulk has posed:
She-Hulk nods, "Yep I will be a two job woman for as long as it's feasible. But I know my peers talk, they see what my cousin turns into, and they wonder if I will go berserk during a trial. Judges look at me funny a lot, and not in the same way people on the street do, it's the kind of way that only someone who has been listening to biased gossip could. But I can't be disbarred for being who I am, not yet anyway. So far the law doesn't address it."

Captain America has posed:
Captain America says, "I think, to be a bit honest my dear, your peers aren't. You are a super hero and a lawyer. They would judge you for things they have no business judging you for. I believe in humanity. I strive for them every day, but I never forget that most people are stupid dear, its their potential I believe in not who they are. So don't listen to them. If you find me inspirational, just you listen to yourself. So keep up the good work."

She-Hulk has posed:
She-Hulk laughs, "Oh the good I do is not in question.. it's the way I am percieved that is. A lawyer can win every case she takes but still fall short because the powers that be don't like her for whatever reason. In this case? My.. enemies in the court room might use the stigma that me being a Hulk brings against me. If they could convince the right people that I am somehow "dangerous" and unfit to be a representative, they could remove me as a threat to their own careers. And believe me I know of a few sharks who would try.."

Captain America has posed:
Captain America says, "Perception is something I understand. When I'm wearing the suit I can't even swear. Not unless I am sure there aren't any kids around. Buying bonds. Selling bonds. I admit I empathize with those folks at Disneyland who wear the costumes. That was a shocker. Who knew THAT guy would be that successful...And yeah, I get that. I love our country but it isn't what it needs to be."

She-Hulk has posed:
She-Hulk thinks for a moment, "I bet they had you do all kinds of commercials back in the day huh? Those old Army recruitment ads? I mean I'm surprised you aren't a playable character in Call of Duty now.."

Captain America has posed:
Captain America says, "I still do all kinds of commercials. Every seven days I spend about half of that doing back to back PSA's. It's kind of formulaic and I've been made fun of more than once for them but they do good. I do army recruitment adds now. And....I have no idea. I don't have time for video games and I'm not sure I wouldnt have a stroke or something if I tried one." He shrugs and grins."

She-Hulk has posed:
She-Hulk laughs, "Well.. I think there's a mod that reskins the main character in one of the COD games into you.. I don't game enough to really remember for sure but I could have sworn there was.. something like that.. honestly they don't make controllers durable enough for me yet so.. PS4? Dust catcher right now.."

Captain America has posed:
Captain America says, "Given what I understand of these advanced "abacus devices" they are very customizable indeed. Some of the pictures I sign aren't of me, but computer generated me...its very...photo realistic. I have done things I never, ever, would actually do." He blushes a moment and moves on, "I wouldn't know about controllers. It's all 'magic' to me"

She-Hulk has posed:
She-Hulk widens her eyes, "Well.. then.. the things Thor does must be like.. super magic? I forgot how you get around tech. Might be why it's so hard to get ahold of you.. no smart phone still?"

Captain America has posed:
Captain America laughs, "I am not anti technology but its still been close enough that I focus on the things I need. Some shield tech like icer or targeting computers are like second nature to me now but consumer electronics...are.." he scrunches his nose, "noisy. Noisy and distracting. My phone has three apps on it. SHIELD, JLA and the Avengers.

She-Hulk has posed:
She-Hulk blinks, "Not even a digital alarm clock? I doubt you use your phone to wake you up from the sound of it.. I mean did you even know that your phone can do that?" She looks serious for once, "You know.. since you are kind of.. non-aging.. things are going to keep getting more and more advanced. I mean.. I have no idea if I am going to age or not but we know you won't. Might be a good idea to get caught up. You don't want to be that one guy driving a jeep while everyone else is using personal space craft and teleporters."

Captain America has posed:
Captain America says, "I have a digital alarm clock. But I don't actually get awed by digital watches. I have a TV and a few things....but I keep it simple. It keeps me sane when dealing with the stuff I have to on a regular basis." He shrugs and smiles, "Its important to say sane really Jennifer...people need me to be sane." He stands and stretches. "This was great. I will look into those pictures for you."

She-Hulk has posed:
She-Hulk nods, "Well that's a relief. I am pretty sure they had TV back in your day so that can't be new to you. I can definitely sympathize though, I mean if I regenerate age on top of everything else then I might be in your boat one day. Only time will tell I guess. If you're leaving now I would.. not walk in dark alleys for now. Some freak who looks like Spiderman has been.. webbing people and taking them off to god knows where. Carrie got taken by this guy. He doesn't seem to be a villain but he definitely needs to learn the concept of personal space.. and he needs to be people trained."

Captain America has posed:
Captain America says, "If you need him punched, let me know. I never got that crap back then and I dont now. A creep is a creep is a creep." He waves to She-Hulk as he walks off."

She-Hulk has posed:
She-Hulk nods, "Oh I can punch him well enough myself.. but I have a feeling he might go after you before he goes after me. You're less likely to stand out unless you're in blue. Anyhow we should definitely have an Avengers.. meeting.. or something at some point! See ya Steve!"
