Date of Scene: 20 July 2018
Location: Sunnydale
Synopsis: Tyler, Kid, and Erika are ambushed by vampires in Sunnydale. Colossus arrives to rescue them.
Cast of Characters: Souvenir, Kid, Twitch, Colossus

Souvenir has posed:
Erika Kristasdottir needed help with getting some of her stuff loaded up and moved from her house to send back to the school. Also, to visit mom and dad! Because that's a good thing. She got a fairly early start, after morning jobs and workouts and such.

However, Sunnydale is in Bludhaven. It's a bit of a drive from Westchester. We got an early start.

But it's not early anymore. Night fell kind of quickly.

Erika Kristasdottir looks around with some uneasiness upon suddenly noticing that. "We, um, probably need to get inside. Like, a house. Like.. now. It's DARK." And we're... not next to any immediately obvious bright indoors places.

Kid has posed:
An odd whistle can be heard ringing through the night. Eerie and odd in the place with potentially fightening sights. And who it originated from was none other than Malcolm 'Kid' IronWood, a mobster-type looking human for those affected by his telepathic illusions...and like a very large monsterous gorilla for those not affected.

Sunnydale was new and he spent the day walking around it, gaining memories. He had hunting to do and night was comming fast. Though he couldn't help but notice that people here were skittish too.

As he walks down the sidewalk he spots a potential target in Erika, though he was scanning for other potential 'meals' to be had.

Twitch has posed:
As the darkness descends Tyler doesn't seem to mind much. "What's the big deal?" He asks Erika, furrowing his brow curiously. They're off by the side of the road, Tyler's bike having gotten a flat on the way back. He doesn't seem too perturbed by the fact that he can't change the tire right now because the places available to repair them are all closed at the moment.

"Can we go back to your place? It's only a couple miles away." Tyler suggests. "We'll need to wait until tomorrow morning to get the tire fixed or replaced."

The strange whistle catches his attention and the young man perks up to get a better listen. Eventually he catches sight of the tough looking guy moving down the sidewalk. Tyler looks at the guy, giving him a brief nod.

Souvenir has posed:
Erika Kristasdottir stresses! "If we can make it, sure, but that's a long way to run on the rim!" She sighs in exasperation. "It's NIGHT." and paces, taking stock of her woefully inadequate supply of souvenirs on her person.

"Look, I'm calling the school for help. We /need to get out of here/." She pulls out her phone and dials. ...ring.. ring.. oh god please pick up the phone.. ring.. voice mail message oh god please check your messages.. "He-ey, this is Erika, we've got a flat and we're stuck on the side of the road at, um, Romero Place and Franco Drive, can somebody pleasepleaseplease come get us like right now like seriously right now, it's dark and we're in the middle of Sunnydale. You've gotta get us like right now." Click. Put the phone away. Look around. hiss something derogatory under her breath. Nervous fidget.

Kid has posed:
And Kid goes from excited to....perturbed. He wondered if this was the potential date Tyler had talked to him about. Regardless he had come close enough to hear about the flat and calling for help. His eye twitched as he now felt the nervousness that came off Erika.

A breath to collect himself

And he strides over confidently. He makes a gestures in sign language, his watch speaking for him "Flat Tire eh? swear you get that pile of junk messed up more often than a monster truck derby Tyler? Whose the broad? That lady you were planning on asking out?" he 'talked' like he came from an old black and white movie. The large mobster had an air of extream aggression and a HINT of friendliness.

Twitch has posed:
"Okay," Tyler says to Erika, not knowing where her concern is coming from but letting her have it. "We'll figure out somewhere to get to soon." His own phone comes out and he starts looking for somewhere nearby that's currently open.

Then he looks back to the tough looking guy, starting to crack a smile when he recognizes his friend, "Hey Kid! How's it going?" Tyler looks first to the bike, then to Erika, then back to the secret gorilla, "Not having much luck with the bike lately. At least that building the Hulk knocked down didn't fall on it." His head nods to Erika, then to Kid, "Kid, this is Erika. Erika, this is my friend Kid Ironwood. And no, man, not a date. Erika and I are just friends."

Souvenir has posed:
Erika Kristasdottir looks confused at the sign language. Whaaat? "You two know each other? Awesome." She looks around to see if anyone else is approaching. "Hey Kid. Um.. Yeah. We were getting out of here and we got a flat." She looks at the tire. "Is that a screw? Why is there even a screw out here? I don't like this. I'm thinking trap."

She looks around the road, pacing a bit and chewing her lip, mapping the place out tactically in her head. "If it's screws, they can't know exactly where we would have stopped." She looks back. "There's too much tall grass and hedges and brush by the road here. That's probably where they will be coming from. That or a friendly driver stopping to help.." It's not paranoia if they really are coming for you, right? "They'd have to have been watching wherever we picked the screw up - did you catch exactly where we started losing air?"

Kid has posed:
Kid raises a brow and begins gesturing again, his watch doing the speaking "Malcolm 'Kid' IronWood actually...kid just a nickname. Also, did you get hit head or something? You sound positively frackin insane right now. It's a road? have you been to new york? You can find needles laying around." he looked quite peeved, but he couldn't help but feel the parania as his own.

Hoping to sate it...he reaches out telepathicaly...just a precaution to see if there is anyone actually watching them. Dang paranoid people.

He signs to Tyler "Your friend is freaking me out. Anyways, if it is a flat, it is easy enough to fix. Just find another cycle and I can get you covered." he offers.

Twitch has posed:
"Yeah, Kid's a good guy. We hang out from time to time. We were supposed to go street racing the other day, but the vehicle got a couple of flats," Tyler says to Erika, watching while she starts to get more and more frightened. Glancing down at his phone he says, "There's a gas station back the way we came from, nothing in the other direction for a while, though."

The teenage boy is left thinking for a bit, "I guess it was probably a mile or so back. I remember it feeling a little different there, even before the tire started deflating."

Glancing back to Ironwood Tyler says, "I think we can just wait until tomorrow to get it fixed. Everybody's got a garage in this town so I wouldn't know where to find another bike. At least I caught the screw between the treads and not in the sidewall."

From the same direction that Tyler and Erika had arrived from comes a pair of headlights. They head in the direction of our protagonists. The car they belong to is an older model sedan. Kid can sense four minds inside of it, the feelings emanating from them primarily being hunger and amusement.

The sedan pulls up to the trio by the Harley and the driver's side window rolls down to show a man appearing to be in his early twenties, "Hey there. You kids need a hand?" When the man smiles he shows off his bright, white teeth.

Souvenir has posed:
Erika Kristasdottir uhhs. She smiles politely, "I think we've got this for the moment, thanks. Just waiting for a pick-up." She waves in a vaguely friendly way and moves around to the other side of the motorcycle.

Crapcrapcrap I need more souvenirs SO BAD.

She looks the people in the car over, taking stock of them. Any odd clothing choices or anything? Hrm.. Uuuugh she wishes she knew more about what's going on here... and she makes a mental note to ask if she can raid Laura's sock drawer again when she gets home. And Tyler's. And.. she doesn't know who else.

Kid has posed:
Kid knows hunger, that kind of hunger that is weird, dangerous and likely nothing to mess with. Heck he often felt hungry and amused when he was hunting, cause his prey never saw it comming.

This is likely would have been a good moment to reflect on what that actually means in regards to himself. But moving on...

Kid signs to the man "I got these kids cover, you get moving punk" and he flashes his own smile, showing those gorilla sized canines as a warning.

Specificly towards Tyler, he sends a mental message o O ("Tyler...there four folks in that car, and they got the kind of hunger /I/ get...or at least close enough to make me weary")

Kid doesn't shy away though, he places himself between where Tyler, Erika and the bike where, and the sedan, his arms crossed over his chest.

Twitch has posed:
"It's no trouble at all," the driver says as he shifts into park. As he opens his door his passengers do likewise. The driver is dressed normally enough, jeans and a t-shirt. The guy riding shotgun is wearing a letter jacket from the local high school. The passenger behind the driver is a young woman in high heels and a mini skirt. The last remaining occupant of the sedan is another young woman, this one with her hair up in a faux hawk.

Mini skirt says, "We just love helping people." She looks at Erika and licks her lips, "You need help, girly?"

Faux hawk looks Tyler up and down and says, "You look positively delicious. You want to ditch your friends and come party with us?"

The group as a whole starts to move around Tyler, Erika and Kid, almost like they're circling them.

Letter jacket and the driver look at Kid. Letter jacket says, "I'm pretty good with bikes, myself. Let me take a look for you."

After getting Kid's warning Tyler approaches his bike's saddlebags and opens one up, reaching into it to pull out a crowbar. With a deep frown on his face he says, "I've got the tools to fix problems, see? Just get back in your car."

All four of the strangers laugh at Tyler's not so subtle threat.

Souvenir has posed:
Erika Kristasdottir swallows hard and looks around. "You know, I think we're good." She falls back to hang with her friends, getting into a defensive position beside you two.

She murmurs to them, "Any plans here? Holding out on some souvenirs? Weapons? I don't like this." She taps on the phone a little bit and makes a call, then just drops the phone back in her bag, dialing.

Kid has posed:
Kid was losing the very very little friendly aura he had. He would feel far far more dangerous as his nose flares. He signs "Mabey I did not make myself clear. You leave...or I break. Your. Spines" his entire body language made it very clear that not only was he not kidding...he believe he probably could.

Senseing the minds about him, he picks up on some of Erika thoughts as to why she would be looking for souveriners. His mind reaches out to Tyler o O ("Give her the crow bar. Now"). The crowbar carried some of Kids skills with it, in particularly brawling and working on vehicles. He already knew Tyler could fight so was not too worried about him yet.

Twitch has posed:
As Erika comes up alongside him Tyler offers her his crowbar and the quiet words, "I smushed a bunch of fungus squids with this last time I used it. If these jerks get froggy you'll know what to do."

"C'mon sweetie, let me take care of you," Miniskirt says to Erika as she moves in close to try to touch her hair.

Faux hawk winks at Tyler and says, "Your girlfriend let you talk to people like that? I think you might deserve a spanking."

Driver laughs at Kid, "No need to get so aggressive there, friend. We just want to help." Letter jacket moves around to Kid's side.

The ape can easily sense the predatory nature of the four strangers. They're mere moments away from violence.

Souvenir has posed:
Erika Kristasdottir rips her glove off and drops it on the ground, wrapping her fingers around the crowbar firmly. She suddenly gasps and her eyes roll up into her head a bit, twitching. As a result her hair gets touched. This is probably worthy of some sort of offensive comment. The cause and effect might be a bit blurry to people who aren't Tyler or Erika.

She hates this bit, because as soon as she gets her senses back, she's sure things are going to have gone from bad to worse.

Kid has posed:
Kid let out a deep dangerous chuckle. Predatory in it's own right. He was already hungry...and now a smoogish board was threatening him...and worse his friend....and mabey new friend? The jury out there.

"Big Mistake" was all he signs

And within a moment notice Kid went from confident mobster to raging beast, any semblance of who he was seemingly up in smoke as tries to grab Letter Jacket and slam him into the seden window shield with every intent to make him regret not heading his warning.

Of course there also the fact Kid never faced another vampire...so who knows how this will go!

Twitch has posed:
"That's a new one on me," says the woman in the miniskirt when Erika starts to twitch. She looks at her comrades and shrugs, "I'm done playing with my food."

Suddenly, the four strangers' faces rapidly shift from looking like normal peoples' to scrunched up monster faces, complete with long, sharp fangs. As Kid grabs Letter Jacket and slams him into the auto glass, causing it to spiderweb, the monster sinks his fingers into the gorilla's wrists to attempt to hold them in place, "You're going to regret that, monkey!" The first thing the ape is likely to notice is that this guy is stronger than a normal human, though not as powerful as the gorilla he may be able to hang on to Kid's wrists.

Driver attempts to leap on Kid from behind, trying to wrap his arms around the gorilla's massive torso to set himself up for a neck bite, "Stop going ape and just go with it, big guy!"

Faux Hawk lunges towards Tyler who dodges out of the way, whipping a fist around to catch her in the jaw as she passes. The young man follows up with a kick to the back of her knee that causes her to partially collapse to the ground before he turns back to check on Erika.

Souvenir has posed:
Erika Kristasdottir opens her eyes and immediately pops up to hook Miniskirt's wrist with the crowbar, stepping to pull her down, gripping the crowbar in both hands and suddenly spinning to smash the other end of it into her chest. You wouldn't use nonlethal techniques on a fungus.. and that's her library of techniques right now. She goes a bit distant as she loads up Laura too, getting her characteristic unemotional coldness added on top of her usually expressive demeanor. Assassination, anatomy, tactics.. Her eyes unfocus to take the whole battlefield in her peripheral vision, jabbing backward with the hook a moment to hopefully mess with Driver's jump a little. Low percentage assist.

Kid has posed:
Kid let out a beastly roar as the vampire clamps down on his wrist. Kid may have been stronger and tougher than a human...but a bullet would still wripe him out, and a vampire couldn't definite hurt him.

The problem is...the vampire hurt him. Big Mistake

While Kid could not readily get his wrist released, he didn't need too. He spin around vampire in hand (or is it his hand in vampire?) so that his back was towards the sedan...and procede to slam his back into the car multiple times to dislodge the vampire trying to get his neck. Glass shatters, metal tears and more likely than not Kid is getting cut, but he didn't care.
With the backpack-pire to the car, his lifts his wrist and opens his mouth WIDE. Four razor sharp canines, more than capable of piecing a skull was about to come down on the vampire unless he smartened up, cause Kid was not taking any prisoners.

Twitch has posed:
"What the hell are these things?" Tyler asks as Faux Hawk comes for him again, taking his attention away from Erika's plight. As the vampire girl goes for a roundhouse kick to the head Tyler leans straight back to dodge it, almost like he's doing the limbo, then straightens out to resume striking her. The lad unleashes a brutal combination on the woman, kicking her in the leg hard enough to make it buckle slightly before punching her in the face a few times. On the last punch she manages to grab his wrist with one hand and hold onto it.

Miniskirt glances down at where the piece of metal had been sticking out of her torso for a moment before looking up at Erika and saying, "This was my favorite shirt, you little bitch! I'm going to suck you dry for that." The vampire seems to ignore the injury and reaches to try to grab Erika by the shoulders.

Kid manages to knock loose the Driver on his back, the humanoid monster rolls across the hood of the sedan and ends up on the other side of the car. Rather than make a retreat like a smart person would the Driver bends his knees and jumps over the vehicle, intent on delivering a mighty punch to the back of Kid's head.

Letter Jacket sees the teeth coming for him and lets go of his hold on Kid's wrists and holds his arms in front of his face to protect himself.

Souvenir has posed:
Erika Kristasdottir does a little looping motion to deflect the grab, then stabs with the sharp end again, having no illusions or expectations that that's going to be especially effective, and so she doesn't commit to it much either.

"'Suck dry'. Teeth. Nighttime. Vampire?" She remembers having at least one wooden pencil in her bag, as she steps to the side to start fencing at Miniskirt to keep her back, digging around for it. "I'm not religious, and I don't have any garlic."

Kid has posed:
The hands were not enough to stop Kid, his bite goes through the vampires hands from below with his lower canines, and his uppercanines piece the top of the vampire skull deeply. He even began to drain the vampire of his psychic energy...or would have untill BANG!

Driver timely punch make Kid release his hold with another roar, release his would be victem as he stumble forward holdhing his head. The crack of hand on skull rung out as he head his held. That was a hell of a punch. Enough of a disraction to drop his illusion completly. He spins around to face down the vampires his finger twitch to get his hands on them as he takes a meaning step forward

He is the beast the monster's should fear if they know better. Least in Kid's mind.

Twitch has posed:
As his wrist is grabbed Tyler rolls his hand and wrist around while at the same time stepping behind Faux Hawk and shoving hard. Her grip is dislodged and she falls on her back. Tyler wastes no time in getting around behind her, wrapping his arm around her neck to put her into a rear naked choke. "Vampires? I knew I should have bought a sword!"

Miniskirt continues getting poked with the crowbar, blood seeping through her shirt. Eventually she takes both hands and attempts to wrest the weapon away from Erika, planning on using sheer strength to get it free from the girl.

Kids bite causes Letter Jacket to scream out in pain, falling away from the attack to scoot backwards away from the gorilla before pushing himself to his feet.

Driver grins as he looks at Kid after rocking him, cocking back his fist to take another swing. As he choreographs the first punch he lets out a jab aimed for Kid's jaw in a sneaky strike.

Colossus has posed:
Headlights appear coming up the road, and not at a rapid speed. The position of the lights indicate a large vehicle, such as a truck.

Driving is less safe when one-handed, but he is managing, as he uses the information on his phone to attempt to locate the distress call. This is not particularly his forte, but he was somewhat close by from a job he was doing. The truck slows a little as the scene unfolds in front of the headlights, and the big silver truck rolls to a complete stop next to where the bike has gotten the flat, tires grinding in the gravel and rock.

The horn blares in a loud disruption. Cavalry here.

Souvenir has posed:
Erika Kristasdottir is nonplussed as Miniskirt puts both hands on her crowbar. Now she knows where both of her hands are. She steps forward, rotating her body again in a move that Colossus has probably seen oh so many times, but usually done with adamantium claws. Instead, she comes up under the ribcage with a sharpened wooden pencil. Heart shot!

She blinks once as suddenly, she is holding and facing a cloud of falling black ash. "...Whoah, that worked way better than I thought it would." She immediately starts digging in her bag for another pencil, turning to see where everyone else is.

Kid has posed:
The Gorilla was prepare to take the initial first punch thrown...untill he get a punch to the jaw with a fake out! Driver wasn't holding back now as Kid head jerks left and right with each punch, stepping back each time. His lip was split and his eyes blackened...and felt all the more dangerous.
A few powerful jabs at his torso with might be bone breaking strikes make Kid double over as if he was losing steam in the fight. Though it was difficult to tell how injured he was considering the ealier thrashing.
But with the oncomming truck, it provided a much needed window of oppertunity. The gorilla grabs Drive, as his eyes glow softly. He let out a predatory growl...and this time he was the one feeding as he very forcebly begins draining the vampire of his psychic energy with such brutality as to cause sever migraine in the proccess. Most vampires are killed via sun or stake...but being killed by hungry ape? That might be a new one if at all possible.

Twitch has posed:
When he realizes that his sleeper hold isn't going to work, Tyler instead starts punching the vampire in the back of the head, behind the ear, a move that's illegal in most combat sports. It seems to do the trick, rendering Faux Hawk unconscious after several blows. Tyler gets to his feet and sees that Kid is still fighting so he moves to assist his ape friend.

Driver is a talented brawler, though untrained. He doesn't know what to do when Kid grabs him and he's got no psychic defenses. Kid is able to successfully drain his mind using his powers as Driver screams at the pain in his head.

Letter Jacket sees what's going on but is unable to figure out what's happening. Seeing that the car he arrived in is just about totaled he runs towards the silver truck's driver's side, intent on yanking open the door and pulling the driver out for a quick car jacking.

Colossus has posed:
Piotr shut off the truck, he has the keys, but he left the lights on; he climbs out of it as the door is opened for him. He goes absolutely nowhere when the man in the Letter Jacket yanks him, but does suddenly turn metallic. Other than that, Piotr ignores Letter Jacket entirely, other than to tell him, "No."

Piotr is a big man; the big truck makes his size less of an issue. But there is not much climbing to do. He reaches into the back truck bed, with a few sounds of metal on wood as his tools bang together, and pulls the shovel from the back. He comes around the front of the truck to stand directly in the bright headlights' path, backlit heavily by them, and sets the head of the shovel against the gravel of the roadside, the handle loose in broad palm. Piotr is a massive, dark silohette; it'd be hard to see the metal since he is clothed. "This fight ends! You will /leave/ now," Piotr announces firmly, his russian accent lending a harshness to the words.  It is still unclear to him exactly what is going on, and which of these people are the ones who called.

Souvenir has posed:
Erika Kristasdottir digs out another pencil, this one a wooden art pencil scavenged from the floor of the art room at Xavier's. She holds it in her gloved left hand and keeps the crowbar in her bare hand in a guard position, and looks up at the shine of metal skin.

"Oh thank GOD you're here! They tried to EAT us!" She hangs loosely in Laura's distinctive fighting stance, crinkling her nose a little and sniffing, ready to pounce on anything that tries to come at her.

Kid has posed:
Kid was about to finish off Driver, the man skin begining to black and ashen and blow with the wind. Unfortante Tyler made a grave mistake in appraching an enraged Ape. Without hesitation Kid actually tries to grab Tyler by the throat and lift him up, unable to tell friend from foe in the heat of the moment as he drops Driver to deal with the newest 'threat' to get within his range.

Erika words thanking for the arrival of the calvery and Piotr larger than life presence and own words seem to go over the gorillas head. His eyes switching to all people present consistantly.

Twitch has posed:
"Oh. Screw this," Letter Jacket says when the guy he grabbed not only doesn't move like he's supposed to but turns into metal. There's no way in hell he's sticking around to see what happens next, just turning and running away down the street.

As Tyler approaches Kid and the ape reaches out towards him his reflexes kick in and he dances back out of the way, nearly tripping over the now discarded and thoroughly unconscious Driver. There's a look of surprise on Tyler's face, the young man completely shocked at the action of his friend. The human kid probably just forgot the gorilla's raw savagery in the heat of the moment. "Kid?" he asks. "It's me, man! It's Tyler!"

Colossus has posed:
"There will be no eating," Piotr answers Erika, and walks directly over the embankment area towards Tyler and Kid, the shovel held loose and downwards, all of his attention on Kid now, and getting close enough to be able to come to Tyler's aid. "You will back down, or I will cause you to sit down." It is less of a threat and more of just a statement. On close proximity now, the metal is far more apparent: the large man has the shiny metal in place of skin. It is only on his head and hands, though, since he is fully dressed otherwise. "Are you injured?" Piotr directs to Erika and Tyler.

Souvenir has posed:
Erika Kristasdottir frowns and cusses. "Fuuh, this isn't the time to be going full 'Drea.. He's on our side! He's just, like.. snapped..!" She makes a face, because now she just doesn't have the skills to be dealing with this.

"I am uninjured.. I mean, I'm fine." She eases a bit and stands back, not quite sure how to deal with this.

Kid has posed:
Kid growls were low and dangerous...but there was something to be said about emotions and Kid. 4 hungry vampires made him a wild animal - 1 shocked friend, 1 uncertain aquiatance and 1 uncharateristcly calm russian...equates to a still very confused Gorilla...but he at least calms down enough to back down, going down. He stayed standing, bracing himself with his knuckles, but otherwise was still, as he tries to regain himself.

Twitch has posed:
"I'm good. Hands are sore, but I just punched a vampire a bunch," Tyler tells Piotr, sparing him a glance for a mere moment before returning his attention to Kid. Opening and closing his fists a couple of times to make sure that nothing's injured, he finally looks away from Kid once more, not wanting to risk eye contact with an angry beast. Tyler says to the other humans, "He'll be back to himself soon. I've seen him get angry before, it just takes him a minute." He moves back slowly to give his friend some space.

Colossus has posed:
"Good. Then you will call an ambulance, and the police, please," Piotr directs very calmly to the uninjured/fine Erika and Tyler. He does not intrude or push Kid. He keeps the shovel but bends over the odd looking hungry mutant-maybe-person that is on the ground: the one nearly murdered by the psychic attack. Piotr examines him visually, frowning, and reaches in to attempt to feel for a pulse. "Vampire, you have said. Some mutants appear to be vampiric, but need assistance." Much like Kid.

Souvenir has posed:
Erika Kristasdottir mmhs. "People disappear at night around here all the time. And the one turned into a pile of ashes when I staked her." She shudders. She's going to be having some awful nightmares when she unhooks her assassin friend from her brain. "They were all talking about wanting to drain us dry and calling us 'food'."

She drifts a bit into assassin mode. "We were driving northbound when Twitch noticed his tire softening. After about a mile, we had a flat tire. He stopped for repairs. It looks like a fresh screw. Knowing the area has a very high rate of dissapearances at night, I called the school. After a short time, that vehicle drove up and the four individuals inside offered assistance. Their non verbals were threatening. They surrounded us and attacked."

She points around. "I activated X-23 and Twitch souvenirs and staked that one in self defense just as you arrived." She pulls out her phone and hangs up, freakishly unemotional at the moment.

Kid has posed:
Well Tyler made the right move there, backing up from Kid. Erika sudden foray into detach and Piotr calm demeaner helped speed Kid quickly into being a much calmer...if still visibly aggressive ape. But it was 'normal' aggression.

He get a dead pan expression when police and ambulance are mentioned. That was a big old nope. Of course the place was evidently riddled with vampire so Kid shakes bloodied glass from his fur and if the other are effected, seem to dissappear. But where he went won't hard to discern. Seen or not Kid would make his way to Piotr truck and climb into it, his weight making the truck shake a bit. Seem they got a new monkey.

A general telepathic message goes out to the other o O ("I don't do hospitals, I don't do cops")

Drive as it stands, though breathing and unconciouse, did not seem to have a pulse.

Twitch has posed:
"Yeah, that's how it went down. If these guys are vampires, and I'm pretty sure they are, it would be irresponsible to let them anywhere near people," Tyler says with a frown on his face. Getting Kid's mental message he says, "Yeah, and Kid's a gorilla so the cops might try to take him in or call animal control. We can't have that. I think we should just take that shovel and real quick chop the heads off of the vampires."

Behind him, Faux Hawk starts to roll over, groaning at the pain in her head. Her eyes manage to peel themselves open and she looks at the group standing nearby and mutters, "Oh crap."

Colossus has posed:
"I do not know how lethal your souvenir objects are; I will assume for now that your life was in danger to require lethal force. But that can be discussed on return," Piotr says. He looks sadly at the downed person, pitying them for what they must be. Tyler's suggestion gets a very firm look from Piotr, though. "You will /not/ be murdering any defenseless persons, as there is no longer a threat to you," he says. However, then Faux Hawk moves, and Piotr stands up quickly, moving towards Tyler, prepared to defend him with his own body. This does mean he leaves Drive's immediate vicinity, unaware of how fast the vampires can run.

Souvenir has posed:
Erika Kristasdottir crosses her eyes a little bit. Her powers make telepaths register kind of.. wonky. "The pencil worked freakishly well... I don't expect a pencil to make somebody that ignored a crowbar through the ribs to turn ingo a pile of ashes. Okay, that's weird."

Kid has posed:
Kid having been listen snorts. He reaches out to the remaining vampires and implants a single suggestion into their minds o O ("Run") they had just had their butts handed to them by 3 teens, one of which could eat them, and a giant metal man has just soon up. Such a suggestion should hopefully work.

Twitch has posed:
"I don't want any trouble!" Faux Hawk cries as Colossus moves closer to her, raising her hands in front of her body in a defensive posture. After looking over the group in front of her she turns and begins to run off into the night. Driver, meanwhile, opens his eyes to see that there's nobody around him at the moment and hurriedly gets to his feet, hauling ass in the opposite direction.

Tyler just watches the pair run off, frowning still, "Damn, they're getting away!" He looks disturbed at that thought, "They going to kill somebody!"

Colossus has posed:
Piotr stares at Erika's assessment of her tools of murder, but doesn't say anything about it for the moment. He does not pursue the escaping vampires, after getting a gist of their speed. He has teenagers to protect, he can't go after them in this case anyway. "Your safety is my priority for now. I will call this in when we have moved," Piotr says heavily, and starts to walk to their bike. He sets the shovel against the truck's side and just picks up their bike, gently.

"I will drop you off on our way if you ask, but please do not hide from me." This is projected in general to the truck bed, because he is going to put the bike in it.

Souvenir has posed:
Erika Kristasdottir nods. "Okay. Laura is trained to suppress her emotions. I'm emo ay eff. In a little bit, I am going to have to turn that souvenir off and I am going to be a MESS. Can we just go home? I am going to need sleep and I literally can't sleep until I am back on campus."

Kid has posed:
Kid reappears, at least to Piotr and even helps him load the bike and even strap it down, seeming to be no stranger to such things. But otherwise remains silent, simply giving the metal man a thumbs up.

Twitch has posed:
"Yeah. Getting home isn't a bad idea. Maybe we can come back and see if Laura or Mr. Logan can track them down," Tyler says thoughtfully as he watches his motorcycle get loaded into the bed of the truck. He looks at Erika and gives her a nod, "If you need to cry or talk or whatever, I'm here for you. You're my friend and I know how upset you get about stuff like this. But tonight you did the right thing and protected yourself. You did a great job."

Colossus has posed:
Kid's helpfulness clearly gets him a great deal of room in the metal man's esteem, he gets a subtle nod of response as the bike is strapped and loaded, and he replaces the shovel back in the side of the bed with some other tools. "Yes. Please get in, and remember your seatbelts," the quiet Piotr reminds in his calm manner, returning to get into the drivers seat himself. There is some junk in the passenger seat, but plenty of room in the backseat for both teens. He will drop Kid off, and get the other two to safety.

Souvenir has posed:
Erika Kristasdottir spends half the trip calmly writing out detailed notes on the encounter, observations, tactical notes, etc., and the other half a gibbering sobbing mess who immediately dissapears into her room as soon as she gets back to Xavier's.
