Synopsis: Lines are drawn, and allegiances tested, will everyone pass?
Cast of Characters: Harry Dresden, Molly Carpenter, Doctor Strange, Magik

Harry Dresden has posed:
Harry Dresden is currently sitting on the floor back leaning against the wall as Mouse covers his entire lap, the large Doggosaurus leaning in against Harry's hand as his fingers expertly give the doggo scritches. IT's been a quiet early afternoon so far and he's just whispering things playfully "Who's the bestest dog, you are.. ohh yes you are..."

Molly Carpenter has posed:
Molly Carpenter enters the door backwards using her rear to bump open the door before pivoting and twisting on her heel to glide inside without obstruction. The reason for this is simple: She was carrying a drink in each hand, and had a bag of donuts preariously balanced between thumb and forefinger of one hand. "I've got the goods," she states in a melodramatic voice as if this were some nefarious drug handoff instead of her usual run for coffee. "You know we could just get you a French press coffee maker. No electricity required! It'd save a ton on me having to go out to get this stuff." The drinks are set down, and she lobs the bag of donuts in Harry's direction. "One 'you're going to have a heart attack some day, Harry', with pink frosting and sprinkles. Plus they had those dog treat bagels that Mouse likes."

Doctor Strange has posed:
Just as Molly finds her spot next to Harry, the ceiling itself opens up as though reality and space time where having a little break from all of their normal rules and decided to take a small vacation.

Through this rift, it's visible a cave, with bioluminescent fungi growing in crevices and in corners. Through this small hole in Harry's office, Doctor Strange falls through and as it seems he's about to smash onto the floor into a bloody mess, the cape around his neck slows his fall to something much more survivable and the sorcerer supreme is set upon the ground with an item clutched in his palm.

Harry Dresden has posed:
Mouse scrambles off of Harry's lap with a loud magically empowered Woof his tail raising up as his shoulders lower teet open in a silent surprised snarl as Harry himself moves to stand between the newcomer and Molly "Ventas!" he says as his staff flies to him on a controlled jet of air a bubble of energy forming a large semi-circle dome ahead of them his coffee falling to the floor and making a mess as the bag plops on the ground with a dull thud..

Molly Carpenter has posed:
Harry would be standing between himself and Molly, except there appears to be no Molly there. That little ripple of disturbance felt before the portal opened was enough warning for Molly to do what she does best: Veil herself. To all intents and purposes there's no woman in this room, as she holds her breath preparing for the potential worst with Harry on guard, and Mouse as well. At least she would be one less target if this interloper were an unfriendly.

Doctor Strange has posed:
Strange is lifted from the ground strangely, his shoulders lifting from the floor and pivoting around his foot, as if he were flying himself to stand up right. He lifts his hand during this motion to rub at his forehead and shakes with his eyes closed.

"That was quite unexpec-" Strange falls silent before he snaps around and his hands raised one palm up, the other closer to his face in a basic fist. "Who are you?" The doctor demands, his fist starting to light up with a sigil growing outwards into a large ward spell while his other hand conjurs up a spell but there's no visible effects. Not yet. Though there is a build up of energy behind Harry's ankles.

Harry Dresden has posed:
"You're the one that dropped into my office sparky. I'm Harry dresden." He introduces himself the sigils and runes on his staff starting to smoke and glow a sullen red color the faint scent of sulphur rising into the air, like a match that was burnt ten minutes ago but the air wasn't moving to disperse the scent. "Identify /yourself/" he stresses.

Meanwhile Mouse starts to growl his hackles up at what looks to be an escalation of hostilities the dog spinning to snap at the magical energies devloping behind Harry..

Magik has posed:
Further behind Doctor Strange's ankles, a golden pool of light forms and illuminates the area. It lingers for a couple seconds, and then Illyana Rasputin rises from it as if it is an elevator from another dimension to Midgard. She stands confident, dressed in black leather adorning spikes. A massive sword attaches to a holster on her back.

Curious blue eyes survey the area around her, noting the man in front of her. "You are incredibly difficult to keep up with, you know?" Illyana says, stepping around the man but not lingering too close. The defensive and offensive positions of the two men gives her the impression that something is happening.

"Who are you?" Illyana asks Harry with a rising blonde brow. Despite her being in his office at the time, she has never met the man yet.

Molly Carpenter has posed:
Yet another appears. This makes Molly all the more confident that veiling herself was the right thing to do: There was always merit in a surprise. The portals are regarded, as well as the situation itself. Quickly thinking she lets out that held breath slowly, quietly, as her focus turns inward. The tattoos on her chest are tapped activating the foci in her own skin to help cast a quick illusion.

The portal Strange had come through vanishes. One part done. Then from behind the newly emerged pair, through the door, the sound of police sirens pick up. The all-too-familiar flicker of red and blue lights just barely shines through the glass of the door, and outside someone on a bullhorn calls out, "This is the police! Put down your weapons and come out slowly!"

Doctor Strange has posed:
Stephen does not react to the sirens and in fact there's a subtle hint of his grey eyes rolling at the subtle trick. "Good try, but even in New York, the response times of the police are three to five minutes. Now, get your friend out of hiding, or things will go from bad to worse." The wizard says, his eye glancing over his shoulder towards Illy for a moment, "I don't need you following trying to protect or pilfer this artifact." Strange says to the whole room as he lowers his extended hand with the wind spell primed behind Harry and cancels it with a subtle gesture.

"An item that drug me... us. here."

Harry Dresden has posed:
"Seem pretty sure of yourself, they could have been on the way prior to your getting here, you just dropped in on my office, still havn't announced yourself, and are tresspassing and have neither guestright, nor protection." he says not having attacked yet but still keeping his defences high..

Magik has posed:
"You give me too much credit, Sorcerer Supreme. I don't want any part of that artifact," Illyana replies.

Illyana regards the illusion for a brief moment, turning at the sight of red and blue lights outside the window, but returns her attention to the men before her. At the mention of someone hiding, the Russian extends her senses and notices some sort of unfamiliarity behind Harry. Squinting, she puts the police trick and the hiding trick together.

"Either he's telling the truth, or his friend is an illusionist. It has that weird mystic smell to it," Illyana says, crossing her arms. And then, she looks at the staff Harry is holding. "Or, maybe it's that."

    "Where are we?" she asks.

Molly Carpenter has posed:
The lights of the police continue on but there's no more sound to it. Instead it just kind of shuts off. As for unveiling herself? She opts not to. Instead her voice comes from all around trying to obscure where in fact she's hiding.

"Not until you guys stand down and talk like normal people. Including you, Harry. I don't think they meant to pop up here judging by the initial confusion." There's a pause before she adds, "We really don't want Mouse to do his thing, do we?" A gentle reminder that the Foo Dog was bristling. In here that would be difficult.

Doctor Strange has posed:
"His spell has not been cast, not yet." The wizard reports and lowers his fist now, slowly, disarming himself. Slightly. He doesn't step forwards, but he does offer his name. "I am Doctor Strange, as the young woman behind me has stated, I am in fact this realm's sorcerer supreme. No. not like at the taco bell." Stephen says with an anticipatory sigh.

"My cloak sensed I needed some help, why I do not know, from you. It sensed you have a great knowledge of this kind of magics." Stephen says, lowering his hand and taking the panflute from his cloak's grasp and extending it towards Harry. "No, we don't want the Foo Dog to do his thing." Stephen says emotionlessly, flat.

Harry Dresden has posed:
Mouse calms down when the level of potential violence drops still watching Doctor Strange, and Illyana warily as Harry lets the defencive shield drop. "Set it on my desk." he says none too politely right as his lightbulb pops and goes out leaving the only light coming through the window behind him outside..

"Ohh, Hells Bells... Let me change the bulb and we'll check things out "Molls come on out." he adds moving over to a fileing cabinet to open the bottom drawer where half a dozen boxes of old style filament lightbulbs are waiting for use. Harry doesn't even have to get a ladder as he grabs a pair of gloves from the same drawer to start replacing the lightbulb..

Molly Carpenter has posed:
The illusions completely dissapate. The lights are gone, and a young blonde woman with the ends dyed purple and blue appears in the corner where she'd been the entire time. Lightly clearing her throat she nods toward the pair, hand lifting to wiggle fingers in a slight wave. "Hi. Molly Carpenter," she offers in introduction. "Apprentice slash partner to this doofus." A thumb is hooked in Harry's direction. And yes, she said 'slash'.

Curiosity has the better of her though as the item is produced, and she steps closer to peer at it thoughtfully.

Magik has posed:
Illyana winces a little at Doctor Strange's mention of his ranking not being compared to fast food. She rolls her eyes slightly and then steps forward. "And I am Magik, Sorceress of Limbo," she introduces, a nod going to each of them, including Doctor Strange. Her eyes then fall on the magical dog, and her stern expression melts away.

"I have read about these... Hello! Hi Puppy!" Illyana says, bending down for him or her to smell her mystic aura. If that's what these type of dogs did, Illyana isn't sure, only passing the text in the many books in Belasco's Study in Limbo.

Doctor Strange has posed:
Stephen sets the panflute down on the man's desk and then sighs softly. "Have this problem often, Dresden?" Strange asks, as he takes his hand off the wooden artifact and rolls his wrist to bring his fingers up with a brightness between his fingers like an exposed LED light. He lifts a black eyebrow up his forward as emphasis to his question towards Harry, then a glance is shot towards Molly and then to Illy,

"Magik? Your name is Magik? That's a little pretentious of your parents." He says with a curious squint of his eyes.

Harry Dresden has posed:
Harry Dresden quirks his brow at Doctor Strange "About as strange as being named Doctor." Harry says snarkily.. Sure he knows who the Sorcerer Supreme title is... but sarcasam seems to be his coping mechanism. "parent's name you for the job they wanted, not the job you got?" he asks. As the light finally comes back on he moves back over to the artefact reaching out to feel about it with his senses..

Magik has posed:
"Thank you," Illyana says, backing up Harry.

She continues to try to get the Foo's attention, offering scritches and hugs and playtime. Her attention shifts to Molly who moved closer to the gentlemen and the artifact, deciding to part her ways from the magical dog and join everyone else. "Why does this look so familiar?" Illyana wonders, tilting her head to the side as she tries to find the memory.

Molly Carpenter has posed:
Mouse was wary. He was always wary, but he does shuffle forward to give Illyana's hand a bump. No time for playtime, he was on guard duty, but he could say hello to the pretty lady who called him a puppy. Yes! Even big fully grown Foo Dogs were also puppies! So nice of you to notice!

Molly reaches out to thump Harry's shoulder. "Harry, they became guests as soon as they asked for your help and you accepted. Business rules." That reminder given she considers the object with a slow frown. "You want me to do my thing on it, Harry? You know I'm better at it than you." Then again this was his office.

Glancing to Illyana she shrugs lightly. "Guys, huh?"

Doctor Strange has posed:
"It's a title." Strange retorts, his sigh not audible but certainly infered if not felt. "I come offering pay for your services, and I suppose adventure, though I know that does not keep the lights on." As much trouble as being an unskilled wizard brings with it itself.

Strange looks over to Illy and Molly, and yet he doesn't say a word, as he lets his light go and it floats up to illuminate the room brighter than any of Harry's light bulbs had done in the past week, but he's not bragging, Strange is getting down to business.

Harry Dresden has posed:
Harry Dresden pulls out a pencil from his desk to flip the pan flute over, the dark black wood covered in even darker marks and runes as he glances back up at Doctor STrange "Do you always introduce yourself with two titles? Should I have introduced myself as Wizard Harry Dresden, Fooze ball champion of Chuck E. Cheese?" he asks seeming unable to snark a bit more. "try and see what you get off it Molls, but be careful and try not to touch it yet if you can." he says. @emit Meanwhile Mouse just huffs in doggy exasperation moving to his bed to circle three times and lay back down his eyes glancing between the four magicians..

Magik has posed:
"With their feeble little minds," Illyana responds, looking to both Harry and Stephen with a grin. The Sorcerer Supreme's look in Molly and Illyana's direction does not go unnoticed, ignoring his lack of action for now. When the light illuminates the room to a higher degree, Illyana leans in closer to the artifact before Molly is instructed to toy with it.

"So, it's Doctor Strange, the Sorcerer Supreme?" Illyana asks, genuinely curious but maliciously so. "How strange are you?"

Molly Carpenter has posed:
With Molly called to task regarding the pan flute, she steps forward--Twice. The 'her' that had been revealed when she dropped her veil steps forward only to flicker out proving it to be nothing more than an illusion. Her actual veil is dropped from where she stood against the wall, and she offers Strange an apologetic smile for the trickery.

Approaching the table and the panflute laid there she lifts her hands with a deep breath concentrating on it. It floats up from the table in front of her while she begins to examine it. Eyebrows furrowing together she shifts her hands about 'feeling' the magic surrounding it. "I think it goes without saying that there's definitely 'something' on it," she begins as her head tilts to one side slowly. "It's ..." Another frown, and she reaches down to the desktop for a pen to starts scribbling some equations on a paper. "Give me a minute. It's got a lot of layers."

Doctor Strange has posed:
Stephen watches Molly lift the flute telekenetically, using a simply gesture only spell that she's capable of maintaining while looking away and jotting notes. All this while the girl deciphers the spells upon the ancient instrument. Stephen clicks his tongue, a twinge tugging at the corners of his mouth that he keeps stoic for now.

"Your friend, Mister Dresden is quite skilled." He remarks and then actually responds to Harry's question, "If the situation calls for it, yes, but know they are both titles I had to earn." Maybe a subtle verbal jab at the detective, maybe too subtle.

Harry Dresden has posed:
Harry Dresden grins as he watches Molly "Yup, That's my Molly." he says a bit smugly "Taught her everything I know." he says in a self deprecating manner watching her closely and studying the flute as it floats. "She's a lot better at the subtle stuff." he adds

Molly Carpenter has posed:
"Meaning I don't have the raw power to blow things up as often as Harry does. To be fair he usually has to blow up some pretty strong creatures," Molly adds with a wry grin while her attention is on the paper she jots on. The pen is tapped a few times on the paper before she reaches out to use the pen to gently 'knock' on one of the pipes of the flute creating an oddly hollow, resonate tone from the gentle impact. "Ah. That's the missing element."

"It's a compulsion spell. Lots of compulsion spells honestly. It looks like it's been renewed layer by layer again and again, each with a subtle tweak each time. It's activated when the flute is played," she adds, which may explain her poking at the pan flute. "Which means it's safe enough for me to touch to get a reading off of it and find out the 'why and how' it was created."

To prove her point her hand comes up plucking the flute from the air.

No sooner does she touch it though, than she throws it down and whirls around grabbing for the trashcan as she starts to dry heave with gasping breaths and a monotone mumble of, "ohgodohgodohmygod-!"

Doctor Strange has posed:
"In theory." Stephen says, leaning back against nothing but his back presses against the cloak on his back and uses it as a floating personal wall to always lean against. His left hand flexes into a gesture beneath his right arm and catches the flute in a spell before it can hit the floor and suffer any damage.

"It seems like your student might be more of what I'm looking for than you are Mister Dresden." Stephen says with another cocky smirk as the flute lifts back into the air and is placed back on top of Harry's desk. Molly's sudden sickness must not be too surprising to Strange, as the doctor literally hasn't moved forwards to help the girl. Not yet at least.

Harry Dresden has posed:
Harry Dresden shrugs "possibly, but you /do/ need to go through me to get to her." he says moving to kneel down beside Molly "What happened Molls?" he asks glancing over at the flute and then back to her..

Molly Carpenter has posed:
Molly Carpenter takes in several breaths, holding them until she manages to get herself back under control. "Bone," is the first word that comes from her. Looking from her spot half-hunched on the floor over at the smugly floating Strange she looks at him aghast. "It's made of... Harry..." Another breath. "It's made from the bones of *children*. The ones that had been called by the compulsion. It's was made by a fae to harvest children. It calls them to come, to leave home, to die." Looking up at Strange again she accuses, "You already knew it was the Pied Piper, didn't you?"

Doctor Strange has posed:
Stephen takes in a slow breath. "I did. That part was not the mystery to me. There is a new spell placed upon the flute. As recent as the past year." The wizard states, and looking over towards Harry. "I have reason to believe you might be of some assistance in helping me devine the spell's origins. If not at least help me remove it from the artifact."

Harry Dresden has posed:
Harry Dresden frowns at Stephen forhead furrowing in aggrivation as he reaches out to grab the bone flute studying it himself.. "I'm not sure if I could divine the spells origins, my magic doesn't work that way, but I can definately help in removing the threat of this thing." he offers holding the flut up to look at with his own gloved hands..

Molly Carpenter has posed:
Molly Carpenter ughs quietly from her spot until she feels up to standing again. Reaching out for the edge of the desk she rests on it lightly, her other hand pressing to her stomach. Thankfully she hadn't gotten totally sick. That would just be embarassing-er. "I could probably work out the new spell, but the quickest way to do that is psychmetry." A queasy look is given the flute. "I don't know that I can do that given all the other memories associated with it."

Harry Dresden has posed:
Harry Dresden grimaces and shakes his head "nah, I don't want you poking around in this any more, If this is the flute from the Grimm tale, there's more darkness in this thing than five fifty year old warlocks rolled into one." he says to Molly "I might have /a/ way of finding out more about the spell, but It would require /you/ footing the bill for where I would have to go to get that information." he says looking up at the floating Sorcerer Supreme." he says "Tell me, How many Names do you have?" he asks curiously

Doctor Strange has posed:
"I don't think smashing it or setting it on fire with your stick will solve the issue that is the pied pipers pipe." The sorcerer remarks calmly, as if they weren't standing next to a legendary and infamous piece of folk lore. Then Stephen looks to Molls and smirks playfully, but subdued, "Harry, you're student is rather forward thinking- I don't need to know where the flute came from. There's a new ward on this thing, that's what needs removed and possibly backwards engineered." Stephen says, with a sigh before pinching the bridge of his nose. "I have three, like most everyone else."

Molly Carpenter has posed:
"I have four." Molly shrugs at Strange with a faintly amused grin. "Religious family. I got all the saints and associated names to be properly tacky." A glance is cast at Harry considering his own suggestion. "You sure there's not another source of... information... you could go to? Try to wrap your skull around it?" The subtle hint is there but it was his call after all. She crosses her arms to lean against the desk while regarding that panflute again. "Or there's the age old method of taking time to decipher each and every layer of magic. Would take some time, especially if whoever put the most recent one on it tried to disguise it like all the others."

Harry Dresden has posed:
Harry Dresden holds up four fingers too.. "dad was a giant nerd, tried for five. mom shut him down." he says with a grin.. "I know an information broker, a demon.. I've run out of my full currency, He likes to take payment in Names..." Harry explains.. "We could go back to my lab, use my summoning circle, but You Doctor Sorcerer would need to be the one to do the summoning, and the paying.." he explains. "Though, I'm not really sure why you're worried about it. The flutes highly magical, completely evil, and should find it quite nice inside a blast furnace." he adds picking up the flute to look it over more closely.

Doctor Strange has posed:
"Detective." Stephen begins, his words no longer making it through to Harry's conscious after that, as the man had picked up the flute, a crescendo of emotions and urges begins to swell up from his fingers and through his wrist, slowly beginning to assault his brain with subtle tugs at his morality at first but a tsunami of ambition is forming.

Until the cloak on Strange's neck snaps out with the bottom hem and smacks the flute from Harry's grip and Stephen clears his throat and speaks, "As I was saying, Detective, items, even magic ones are not inherently good or evil. And something as powerful as this likely wont burn like a simple spinning wheel."

Molly Carpenter has posed:
Molly Carpenter reaches out to grab hold of Harry's arm pulling him back a bit by the time that the cloak has smacked the flute from his grasp. "Yeah no don't touch that, you'll get whammied," she offers apologetically. "Sorry I should have warned. I knew to expect something and block it off."

Harry Dresden has posed:
Harry Dresden's back straigtens, the MUCH taller man generally slouching to not appear as indimidating, that affectation melts away as his eyes seem to glaze over for a moment and then glow, a sullen oily red... But then it's gone his eyes blinking clear as a whiff of brimstone fades in the air...

Stumbling back a bit from the table he just glares at the flute. "Yeah... that... that wouldn't have been plesant if it had continued.." he says simply before looking up at floaty Mcgee.. "I think you'ed be surprised at how hot I can make things burn, besides that's not the /only/ avenue of access that I have for getting something as foul as this destroyed." he says shuddering..

"Why do you want to keep it?" he asks suddenly changing tac, watching the Doctor his eyes focused right on the spot between his eyebrows..

Doctor Strange has posed:
"I am not in the business of destroying history detective." Stephen replies with his eyes moving over towards Molly and he adds to the room, "There is wisdom to be learned from all things." Stephen finally lowers himself to the ground, his cloak slipping snuggling around and over his shoulders as he lands and seemingly readjusts himself to standing on his feet once more.

"If this demon is your only course of action, then lets get to it. I have many things to attend to, and I'm sure your dust bunnies need your company just as pressingly."

Molly Carpenter has posed:
Molly Carpenter looks between the two a moment considering this particular situation. "No offense... I don't really know you at all so I have to wonder, if you are keeping it for historic value... How secure is it?" A gesture is made toward the item in particular. "You said a spell was recently placed on it so I have to wonder... Was it in your care before that? Because if it was, that really does put into question how safe it is. And given what it IS, it's not really something that would be safe in the hands of literally anyone that can't keep themselves from being placed under it's whammy."

Harry Dresden has posed:
Harry Dresden's jaw tightens the muscles under one cheek quivering for a moment "History should be taught, it should be learned, and it's lessons heeded. Tell me 'Doctor' what /POSSIBLE/ purpose can keeping the flute in existance do for the posterity of it's lessons? I can tell you some about it.." he says simply as he starts to talk.

Chuir Cnamh samhraidh an bhean bac ar bhaile Hamelin" (The Town of Hamelin was cursed by the Lady Summer fair.)

"Le radaigh agus lucha chun a gcuid grain a ithe agus a lobhadh a choinneail lom." (with rats and mice to eat their grain and keep their larder bare)

"Nuair a tharla la brea amhain thainig gille ag piopai ar fhliuit ina dhiaidah. (When one fine day a lad came calling piping on a flute a tune true)

He continues giving the tail in the old gaelic finishing with a motion to the flute. "Mab made sure the tale would never be forgotten, the man was her knight, and she was there to balance the scales against Summer, the townsfolk not realizing they had made a deal with one of the unseelie tried to squelch on the deal, for it to end in their children drowning themselves their bodies destroying the water wheel of the mill." He says picking up a pencil and flipping the flute over "There's nothing about this things continued existance that serves a purpose other than keeping a dark artifact around that can be used to cause harm." he finishes..

Doctor Strange has posed:
"I know the story." Stephen says with a deadpanned face wondering why Harry continues to waste his time. And with a final glance around them room, soaking in how similiar it is to his Sanctum and yet, how completely different it is as well. Stephen's mind is suddenly made up and he brings his palms together before lacing his fingers quickly and deliberately and then pulls his hands apart, a block comprised of green neon sparks grows on top of his left palm. Stephen's right hand moves to the top and opens the thing as if it were hinged and he motions for Harry to put the flute in the 'box' "This item was not in my possession and thought lost to the ages, but whoever found it, put a new spell on it, maybe more. I will in some way find out who did this and what they intend to do, and it will remain in my charge." Stephen says with a look to Molly and continues, "Would you be willing to help me explore ancient magics and learn how to counter them instead of simply dismissing them through fire and crucible?"

Molly Carpenter has posed:
Molly Carpenter relaxes marginally when Strange explains it wasn't originally in his care. That at least didn't make it seem as if it would just be easily stolen again... She hoped. "If it has to do with..." There's a pause as she hesitates to say Mab's name again. Too many times repeated could be seen as an invitation. "The Queens, then it's likely to remain an issue so long as it's available to the known world. It would be wise to try and find out why it was brought into play again so long after it's disapearance."

The offer though causes her pause. Squaring her shoulders she glances between Harry and Strange as she chews the inside of her cheek. Obviously torn she considers quietly a moment or two. On the one hand, Harry would always have her loyalty. On the other... It was an intriguing opportunity in an area she was skilled.

A decision is made as she looks back to Strange with a sharp, keen gaze. "I would," There's a pause as she continues pointedly, "Be willing to take you on as a customer." Hey, he had come to their place of business! Harry taught her that much at least.

Harry Dresden has posed:
Harry Dresden quirks a brow as Molly does what he clearly wasn't expecting. Meeting her eyes with his own, his expression controlled to not let anything out. "Lets just hope you're not pulling a Raiders of the Lost Arch here Molls." he says simply. "Doctor Strange, Molly." he says formally. "Since you two have buisness to conclude." he adds taking a step away from the desk. "Lets go Mouse." he says the dog's ears perking up though his face has that soulful, mournful look only a worried pupper can get while his tail thumps slowly on the ground.

"I'll be there if you get in trouble Molls, but this is yours." he finally says as mouse brings his leash over to the tall wizard.

Doctor Strange has posed:
Stephen still holding the neon empty box out, waiting for the pan flute to be placed inside, instead takes his free hand and casts a quick levitation spell on the instrument and wisks it through the air and sets it down into the box. He closes the lid and with a motion like a street magician brings his hands together and instantly the box is gone. "I suppose you will want to talk specifics on payment, correct Molly?" The doctor asks, looking towards her, already disregarding Harry.

Molly Carpenter has posed:
Molly Carpenter glances over at Harry with a difficult to read expression. The fact that he'd gone cold and emotionless was worrisome. It would have to be dealt with later, though. "I know, Harry. I'll be careful," she assures as means of explanation before turning her attention back to Strange. "That's usually how this is done, yeah. Is it just htis current artifact or are there more that you intend to have examined? In which case it may be an item by item fee along with an optional hazard bonus depending on how dangerous the item is."
