Checking in with a student

Location:	Xavier's School, Westchester, New York
Synopsis:	Bobby checks in with Erika to see if she is doing okay.

Iceman has posed:
    Bobby has been out on assignment for a few days and when he returns the mansion, he's checking in with some of the faculty and students to get the lowdown on what's been going on. While walking down the halls, he hears a familiar voice in one of the classrooms. Stopping for a moment, he looks in and sees Erika finishing up a conversation her phone. When she's done, he knocks on the door and pokes his head in, "Hey, Erika." he calls into the room, "Do you have a second?"

Souvenir has posed:
Erika Kristasdottir hangs up, then looks up, a bit down. She thinks, then waves you over. "Sure.." and sighs, then rises and puts her phone away. She has new gloves, the rest of her clothes are about the same style. Hammer necklace, long sleeved shirt, T-shirt, black pants. Hair low over her eyes. Copious eyeliner and mascara.

She leans on a desk, "I'm sorry for being kind of out of it the past few days.."

Iceman has posed:
    Taking the invitation, Bobby enters and sits on the edge of the one of the desks, "Last time we talked, you were pretty upset. I wanted to make sure you were doing okay. Did you visit your family? Was everyone okay?" He seems genuinely concerned with how things were left. "I'm sorry that I couldn't give you the help you needed at the time, but I hope you were able to get some people to go with your from the school?"

Souvenir has posed:
Erika Kristasdottir brushes some hair out of her mouth. "Tyler went with me. Except I told him we had to be out of town before sundown. He figured it would be okay to leave in twilight. We kind of got jumped and I'm still a mess, and now I am afraid to go home again. And now I am worried somebody is going to make it so I can't see my family or something."

She frowns a lot. "Plus, I think Laura weirded out Colossus. I need some better souvenirs." She sighs. "And like.. I thought knowing what I did would help, but it doesn't help when I can't explain it. That sucks."

Iceman has posed:
    Bobby listens quietly, nodding. "Knowing about something doesn't always mean things go the way you think. I'm sorry your nd Tyler got jumped." He pauses a moment and then says flatly, "We'll make sure you're able to see your family...and can go home again whenever you want without having to worry for your safety. "
    The wheels are turning in his head as he considers some options. "I think I have a compromise. I can't reveal the things other people know how to do, but we can start training in the danger room to prepare you better." He really considers his next words, "And we can ask around to see if anyone would be able to help you voluntarily with your souvenirs. I think they may want to understand what they are giving you better, but I think you may get some help. Give me a little time to ask around, okay?"

Souvenir has posed:
Erika Kristasdottir nods. "Okay, that works.. Um.. yeah." She frowns. "I staked a vampire. I haven't been able to get it out of my head yet. I'm getting help, but that's why I have been so distracted. Sorry for that."

She sighs some. "I'm pretty much out of anything really useful right now, so I have been scared to leave. I don't know what anybody knows how to do really well yet. But I have been working on it. Everybody is just so busy." She smiles some. "I'll sort it out.."
