Synopsis:	Alek, Erika, and Cindy visit in the rec room.

Smart Alek has posed:
Alek has been wandering Xavier's, this visitor and hopeful student has found one of those places where he spent a great deal of time in high school, he's playing an video game by himself, apparently happy to play single player. He also seems to playing the game with simply a hand being on the controller and his eyes shut. Normally he'd get a few people gawking at him but in a place like this, it's almost expected that some of the residents are oddballs.

Souvenir has posed:
Erika Kristasdottir wanders in and tilts her head, grabbing a drink. "Oh, hey. New guy? Technopath?" She gulps some of the drink and some random fruit with a gloved hand, looking over Alek's shoulder to see what he's up to. Presumably some ridiculous feat of win, but you never know.

Black Converse, black tight jeans with checkerboard belt, grey Halestorm shirt, plaid flannel long sleeved shirt, black skintight leather gloves, lots of black eyeliner, black shoulder bag. Earbuds, not in her ears at the moment.

Cindy Larsen has posed:
    Cindy arrives in the rec room not long after Erika. She heads over to the cabinets to grab herself a stick of beef jerky from within. She seems to be growing a little more comfortable with herself because she's not wearing her hoodie at the moment, instead opting for a dark orange tank-top. The rest is black leggings and a red pleated skirt, though -her- Converse shoes are white. The leopardine girl spots Erika across the room, and wanders over that way. "Hey Erika," she says, and offers a smile to Alek should he have opened his eyes by then. "Heya," she greets him, before biting off a chunk of beef jerky... which she swallows without chewing.

Alek is not really being flashy in his playing of the first person shooter, Erika causes him to quickly pause the game and he does open his eyes and look towards the voice... his eyes meet hers a moment before they seem to dance a bit as he speaks, "Ooh Hi. Well, Technopath? I.. figured out how to talk with them and I listen too. Technology is so much more ordered then the real world. People are too chaotic. No offense. I. have difficulties with people." His body language is a bit off as well, he has a slight rocking motion which he looks like he's trying to deliberately controlling it.

Erika Kristasdottir ohs! "Hey Cindy! How's it going? That top looks good on you." She gives a thumbs up, then turns her attention back to Alek. She tilts her head a little bit at the stimming, then nods at the explanation. "Okay, that makes sense. Technopath is pretty much literally 'talking with machines', so yeah." She bites her lip a little bit and tries to remember hazy memories of Sesame Street, then glances at her bag, trying to remember what odds and ends she has in there.

Cindy Larsen has posed:
    Cindy grins broadly at the compliment, her tail giving a stiff twitch and her ears turning a bit pink on their insides. "Thanks," she replies, "Still diggin' the all-black." She looks to Alek, blue eyes surveying him a little bit. "You talk to technolgy huh?" she asks, "That's pretty neat. Erika absorbs skills from objects..." She looks at Erika again a moment. "Does it have to be something they use a lot? I never asked." Then back to Alek. "I got claws and I guess what is superhuman agility." She lifts her free hand, curling her fingers to flex them, causing her feline claws to extend. "So what's your name?"

Alek looks to the claws.. and fingers, "Neat. Alek Simon..." he looks to the ground a bit, "It's not just computers though.. I feel atoms, I feel what things are made from. I.. didn't know they were atoms until Science class.. Everything is made of little colored spheres."

Souvenir has posed:
Erika Kristasdottir hmmmms, "Just a second." She pulls out her phone and blips around on it a bit, then scrolls through a spreadsheet a bit. "It has to be something they had while they were using the skill."

She looks at an entry, words a short code to herself, then starts digging around in her bag a bit. After a bit of a search, she pulls out an old pen with a tag on it. "Say, to take notes in a psych class that I don't take because I'm in History that hour."

She checks the tag, then pulls her shirt away from her, and tosses the pen into her bra, letting it snap back into place at the same moment. She tilts her head, twisting a bit and making incoherent wrist wiggling for a couple seconds, whimpering and fluttering her eyes closed.

Cindy Larsen has posed:
    Cindy nods her head, tail flicking a little. "Nice to meet you, Alek," she says with a small smile, "You see atoms, huh? That's... probably pretty intense. I can't even imagine." She takes another bite of beef jerky, looking to Erika for a moment when she goes into her power-state. She just watches, having come to understand it's just what she does and she doesn't need to be alarmed. "So you're new here?" she asks Alek, looking back to him while Erika does her thing, "How long have you had your powers?"

Alek watches erika, "She okay?" he looks to Cindy, "She.. reading the pen? I... have always seen the world differently.." he's now rocking as he sits on the couch as he talks, his eyes never keep contact long when talks to someone, "I was born with Autism.. I am more luckier then others... and I guess I have a gift in exchange." he shrugs.. he finicks with the controller in his hands.

Erika Kristasdottir whews. "Okay, back now. If you need to stim, you can, don't need to pretend on my behalf. So you like.. see things on a super small level? Like a microscope, or what? That's pretty cool." She blinks a little bit. "Yeah, I'm fine.. just it.." She thinks about the best way to explain, all things considered. "They have a bunch of memories in them. They have to compile first so I can use them."

Cindy Larsen has posed:
    Cindy nods her head, taking another bite of her jerky. "Must make it difficult," she agrees, before looking to Erika again. She nods, as Erika comes to a moment later anyhow. She's quiet for a moment as she lets Erika explain her power. "Must be pretty useful for getting homework done," she teases, "The rest of us still gotta do it the hard way." She gives the other girl a small grin before taking another bite of her meat-stick.

Smart Alek has posed:
Alek says, "Old objects must have alot of things to say.." he looks to Cindy, "At least having claws and agility.. feel bad for the guy who picks on you. I could ruin their game system and phone, about much I could do." His eyes wander the room as he seems to trace something to the windows and then his eyes pivot back to look at Erika again, "Could I see the pen?""

Erika Kristasdottir ehs, "Not if I want to really know it. That part sucks. Like, I'm going to have to google 'stimming' later, even though I know exactly what it means right now. Huh? Uh.. I'd rther not, I'll lose the skill, and I don't want to do anything really dumb. Why? What are you looking for?"

Cindy Larsen has posed:
    Cindy gives a slow nod of her head, and finishes the last of her jerky. "You look human at least," she admits, "Can't count the number of times I've been followed around 'cuz I have a tail and fur. Pretty sure a lot of those people think I'm an easy target because I'm smaller than them, but I ain't afraid to bite 'em." She looks around a second, then walks over to grab one of the beanbag chairs. She brings it back and sits herself down on it, wiggling a little to get herself settled.

Alek says, "Ooh so you only know stuff when your holding it.. Interesting. Stimming is what I'm doing now.. the rocking back and forth. It's hard to control.. So do you hold alot of things at one time? You must know somethings yourself.. not just the object telling you stuff." he seems curious now, "I remember all the objects I touch. I do keep my favorites though." as he quickly digs through his pockets, he pulls out a very old looking penny, "This is when there was actually alot of copper in them. New ones just have a coating.""

Erika Kristasdottir nods. "That's neat! And yeah, old things have lots in them, but most of it isn't all that useful for me. I carry stuff in a bag and in drawers, filed away. I don't have the focus to keep everything open for a long time." She admires the penny. "That's neat, I remember that. They put it over zinc now, right?"

Cindy Larsen has posed:
    Cindy watches with interest as the two talk about objects and such. She giggles a little. "Sounds like you two have a little in common," she muses. Her tail gives a little twitch, and she pulls it across her lap, idly stroking the fur. "That's pretty neat," she agrees about the penny, "Maybe I should start collecting something. Or find a hobby at least!"

Alek nods, "Dimes used to almost pure silver back in the day. And Nickles.. Nickle" he shrugs, "They really have just small amounts of those metals anymore. I mean everything has a little bit of everything just not.. noticeable as much any more."

Souvenir has posed:
Erika Kristasdottir nods. "Yeah. Do you spend a lot of time looking at coins?" She considers. "Maybe. I don't think we have the *same* relationship with things, even if we both do." She sucks her drink down through a straw, then gets rid of it. "I know a lot of people here like music.. Two big name musicians, and stuff. So you can pick that up if you wanted.."

Cindy Larsen has posed:
    Cindy gasps softly. "Oh!" She smacks her forehead. "I forgot, I've got an assignment I still need to finish." She smiles at Alek. "It was nice meeting you," she says, then turns to Erika, "I'll see you later, Erika!" The leopardess pulls herself out of the beanbag chair, picks it up and tosses it back to where the rest of them are, and then heads out of the room with a wave to the two she was talking to a moment ago.

Alek says, "Coins are just one thing... I mostly just touch everything.. everything is a little bit different. People too. Same Atoms, different arrangement." he nods.. He sees Cindy go and gives a wave, "Bye. See you again, maybe?""

Alek say Maybe we don't..." as he zones out staring at the wall apparently, he says to erika, "It was nice meeting you.." he gets up, "Gonna continue my tour of the place? Recommend anywhere else?"
