Synopsis: Summary needed
Cast of Characters: Batman, Cyberdragon, Superwoman

Batman has posed:
Early morning in Gotham City.

The night's been a blur with a series of guerrilla-style raids on the city's remaining gang hideouts and drug labs throughout the city. Most have been destroyed, ruined, or otherwise put out of commission.

Members from one of the larger criminal enterprises, the 100, screech around the corner to a major boulevard in South Point, their van apparently augmented by nitrous oxide tanks that have kept them ahead of their pursuers.

Among the pursuers is Batman, whose Batmobile roars behind the van. The Batmobile weaves back and forth among the light traffic that does exist on the street.

In addition, both vehicles are dodging the gunfire of an armored SWAT truck whose passengers hang out of all entry points to try and take out either of the automobiles before them. The sirens of a second SWAT truck can be heard approaching on a side street, and it falls into formation behind the first.

Batman transmits a message across a number of open frequencies: "This is Batman. Assistance needed--tracking pulse for my position activated. If you can hear me, you can still save Gotham..."

Cyberdragon has posed:
Cyberdragon's been prowling Gotham since the Police strike, fighting gangs. Several days ago an abandoned gas station went up in flames, thanks to some of those gang members ramming him with a chevy truck, that insicent cracked three ribs on his left side. He hasn't killed, and done his best to avoid injuring people. Thankfully a fire (plasma) breathing dragon that can survive infernos, and endure firing sqaud levels of gunfire makes for an intimidating sight.

The sound of the Sirens hits his senses as the Dragon angles his wings to fly through the air and he sees the Persuit on the ground, the Batmobile as well. Still he narrows his eyes as he needs to find away to help out, and his sight instantly catches the sight and he needs to scout ahead, he doesn't want the car to hit any place that has people or risk gettign these guys killed he can take their weapon's fire. He hopes but spotting an area he hopes ic clean of people he will make a Dive bomb style attack, from up high, dive down skim the top of the car to distract the gang members perhaps into dropping their weapons as his wings flare with flame.

Superwoman has posed:
Many would expect a streak of blue, red, and white to be seen at the situation. Instead, there is silver, black, and white that blurs through the world towards the danger without any kind of fear, or worry for its own life. First, the weapons. SWAT officers putting civilians in danger- the movements are not unlike Batman's. Precise and almost military as the SWAT truck is disabled in short order. The speed is almost obscene. The way the so-called SWAT officers are knocked out with single precise strikes that seem more like martial arts moves than the broad brawling strokes that every other Kryptonian seems to prefer. The weapons themselves are melted. Destroyed.

In the door of the SWAT Truck as its brought to a stop a woman could be seen- statuesque and lovely. Draped in black, and silver, and white. Superwoman herself.

Batman has posed:
The van belonging to the members of the 100 jumps a curb and begins racing across a green on the edge of Gotham University campus. Two passengers with assault rifles fire at the Batmobile behind them, dozens of rounds ricocheting off into the surrounding scenery. As Cyberdragon suddenly appears, swooping down at them, the gang members shout in alarm and turn some of their attention at the new threat, firing bursts of rounds up at the flying hero.

Not far behind the van, Batman launches his own vehicle over the curb, swerving to barely avoid a statue of one of the university's founders.

The SWAT trucks, meanwhile, don't bother maneuvering--they plow right through the obstacles in their paths, concentrating fire on the rear of the Batmobile. One of the trucks' roofs opens up, and an officer climbs up, and someone below passes him a rocket-propelled grenade to fire at the vigilante.

"You sure about this sir?" one of the SWAT officers' voices can be heard by individuals with the ability to listen in on their comms.

"Absolutely. We take this one out, his best pal should come runnin'."

"Flying, you mean."

"Figure of speech, ass."

It's at almost exactly that moment that the rear SWAT vehicle is taken down by the sudden appearance of Superwoman.

While the first SWAT truck continues bearing down on the Batmobile, its back doors burst open, and a man stares back toward the heroine. "Next best thing," he says. "Good thing you boys had me on call for this operation," the man adds, unbuttoning his shirt, which bears the tag 'Officer Corben'. His bare chest glows green, which becomes brighter as his chest opens up to reveal an artificial compartment with a chunk of illuminated rock in its center. "I'm just what you need."

Cyberdragon has posed:
As Cyberdragon senses things going up the RPG as it is being brought out is detected, without so much of headturn he does a wingover. Turning 180 degrees in the flash of an eye. The Cybersuit has eyes in all direction so the moment that weapon came out he will decend on the officer with the Rocketlauncher. The Roaring screaming dragon lunges at hum as he needs to grab the weapon and the officer before it can be used against him. Cyber might be durrible, but even he doubts he can take a direct hit from an RPG.

The Police under Joker's Control he knows are more dangerous as these are Arkham inmates. But still he will colide with the officer grabbing him by the throat as his tail and other clawed hand decends onto the RPG so that he can rip iot in half. Tail turning into blades as he uses his grapse to press his talons into the tub holding the Rocket so he can crush it. His wings take him upwards into the air as Cyber will lift him up by at least 20 feet off the ground and then drop him to the ground, feet first into a bush. Thankfully not a rose Bush.

This allows the SWAT Van to pass himby and he suddenly detect a surge of energy and a green glow and he will then take one flap of his wings and lunge to investigate. Green glow. Never healthy. movies and comics say so.

Superwoman has posed:
One truck down. Another yet to go. Faora steps out of the back of the truck that she's disabled- looking as the other truck as someone appears. Green rock. She'd read of that, in Kal's files. Kryptonite. Dangerous. Her eyes narrow and she looks at glow of green. "You use that rock to survive? Mean to use it against me in a contest that could lead to my death?" she speaks loudly now, her voice booming with it strange, slightly "European" accent. "Do you mean to cause harm to others?" she asks then, as she grabs the door from the swat van- the heavy armored door and tears it free.

She means to keep her distance. Its the only tactical choice.

Batman has posed:
The RPG-wielding SWAT officer screams as he's lifted involuntarily from the truck and then dropped back toward the earth, groaning after his landing.

Someone else in the truck scrambles to climb up to the roof, a large-barreled shotgun handed to them. Ka-BLAM! Ka-BLAM! Ka-BLAM! the gun is cocked and fired, a series of incendiary shells blasted at the airborne dragon.

In the truck's rear, Metallo grits his teeth and leaps out. The truck races on without him, and he hits the ground running directly toward the woman. "Superman," he says in a sour tone, "you're dressing a little different these ... days?" he asks, hearing her voice and getting a better view of Superwoman. "No matter," the man grunts. "You're gonna wish you'd never stepped foot in town." He picks up his pace--not even remotely as fast as a Kryptonian might, but fast enough as a human--and throws the hardest right hook he can at her.

Further ahead, the Batmobile follows the 100's van across the entrance to the student cafeteria, where the earliest of early birds are just beginning to congregate. The students hit the deck when 100 members' gunfire rips through the morning silence, and they turn a sharp corner on the other end of this bit of campus, moving along a riverside avenue toward the bridge to Burnley.

The Batmobile stays in close pursuit, fishtailing for a moment to avoid smashing into a nearby city bus.

The working SWAT vehicle does its best to follow as well, the driver trying not to let Batman out of her sight while the others in the truck deal with Cyberdragon.

Cyberdragon has posed:
The Shotgun fires explosive rounds at him and he goes down as several hit him and the Dragon rolls on the ground and he pushes himself up and then he opens his mouth as he starts to Fire off a streem of explosive Plasma. The level would blow humans apart. Thankfully he is not aiming at them but the ground some fifteen feet infront of them as the blue stream teears across the ground. Knocking up a large stream of dirt and smoke. Looking over to the woman with the Van Dorr he will see the man with the glowing chest rusning to her and now he will lunge at him.

The Bio electrical sight he has allows him to see the electrical field around this guy. And instantly he starts to unleash plasma fire from his mouth. The Plasma streaming across the space between the Robot and the woman holding the Van door. First one, then two as he tears the ground up with the explotion near and around the robot.

"Tin man, Kneel before I send you back to OZ." The dragon says and tells the woman, "Hey I'll take the robot, you deal with the others." He says approaching Metallo in a run.

Superwoman has posed:
The weakness washes over Faora the closer Metallo gets. Everything about Superwoman is different than that of Superman. She wears a shield- but there is no S inside.

No. It is the symbol of her own house. Of House Hu-Ul.

Superwoman immediately begins to react as if Metallo means to kill her. She throws the door- and without holding back nearly as much as Superman might. She then hits the sky, flying up and out of Metallo's direct line- trying to skirt the edge of that field of weakness. Stay as close as she can without danger to herself. She moves at speed- the minute that armored door would impact, she'd charge a blast of her heat vision to attempt and melt it over Metallo's chest.

Batman has posed:
Metallo stops in his tracks, ducking as the metal door is suddenly flung at him--and then the bursts of plasma light up the ground all around him. "What the hell--?!" he asks, shielding his face from the heat. A moment later, his chest is suddenly covered by heated metal, the kryptonite under significant shielding.

"You want to try," he says as he clenches his fists, "you're welcome to. You're not any more frightening than my current boss!" With that, Metallo strains to free himself of the impromptu 'vault' on his chest.

The SWAT van peppers the rear of the Batmobile with as much automatic gunfire as its officers can, and the sustained amount of rounds almost looks like it's putting a dent in the Batmobile's rear tires.

Batman, meanwhile, activates his thrusters to catch up momentarily to the 100 gang's van, slamming into the rear corner of the van in a PIT maneuver.

The van's tires squeal, but it manages to accelerate just a bit further, nearing the Burnley bridge.

Cyberdragon has posed:
Cyberdragon instantly sees the metal on his chest meltd and then spread his winds and take off like a rocket, hitting almost 100 miles an hour as Cyberdragon hardens his body and suit to take a pounding. He has no idea how powerful this thing is but he wants to get the Tinman away from the woman. He called her Superman, so he is hoping she is on superman's side as he will try to knock Metallo away.

Inside the Cybersuit Cyber requests information from the STARK device John wears, Talking to JArvis to get some information relayed to him on who this guy with the glowing rock i n his chest is, abilities powers etc.

Still he knows to avoid a grapple as he simply wants to knock him across the grass away from any structures as the dragon ignites his hands into plasma as he rushes forward to try and grab hold of his shoulders so he can melt the joints in his Elbows. With nice levels of heat. All john knows is he has an electrical signal of a machine totally. Not a living creature. But still Cyber's sentient, so that means the robot could be as well.

Superwoman has posed:
"That's better." Faora states, looking to Metallo. She takes a moment- looking at Batman a moment- assessing the situation. Metallo seems to be the major threat, still. She rockets now towards the metal man, and strikes hard. She operates, for now, on a concept that this metal man's body works like any other bipedal body she's met in combat before. She focuses on joint strikes, twisting and pulling and jamming. Attempting to even break them, if possible.

"You have made it clear you are a danger to others. I am not able to allow you to continue these actions. Stand down, or I will be forced to harm you... I promise I will take you apart, Machineman. Piece by piece."

Batman has posed:
Metallo struggles, slowly prying the SWAT door from his chest until Cyberdragon slams into him, sending them both across the campus green. The force sends them careening along the ground, tearing up a long trench of earth. Metallo tries to slam his fists into his opponent as they go, but his joints are melted into slag, and he cries out--perhaps in pain, or perhaps in frustration.

Then, Faora strikes him hard, and his body sparks, the cybernetic skeleton beneath his skin beginning to short-circuit. "You...you're going to kill me! Superman--Superman doesn't kill anyone...!" he spits out, his jaw twitching as though it, too, were malfunctioning.

Meanwhile, on the bridge, the gang's van tears across the bridge, but an unexpected police blockade throws a monkey-wrench into their plans: a set of spike strips blows the van's tires, and they careen back and forth before slamming into a parked cruiser.

Behind the van, the Batmobile downshifts somewhat as it nears the blockade. Seemingly out of nowhere, Mister Freeze steps out from behind a cruiser and, in two quick moments, ices the bridge surface and then ices solid the Batmobile's engine.

Batman's vehicle swerves hard, its motor dead, and then plummets over the bridge into the river.

Cyberdragon has posed:
As Cyberdragon listens to those words he will grab hold of the Kryptonian. "Stop, no killing!" he tell Superwoman and he says, "Go help Batman. I'll take him to a place he can be taken care of. Stark Towers, he'll be safe and secure until Superman can pick him up!" he says and as the Metalman is seemingly in bad straights. For those familure of anatomy, the dragon is seriously nursing his left side. Those ribs have cracked more. "Jarvis bringing in a Robot man, prep a containment unit and put the firewalls on Maximum."

Unless someone stops Cyberdragon he will grab hold of Metallo and rocket off torwards STARK Towers as fast as he can. If Superman does show up and since this guy was hurting her. Getting this guy out of Joker's employment will be a good thing if Superman comes to help Gotham.

Superwoman has posed:
"I'm not Superman." Faora hisses. "I'm Superwoman. Superwoman doesn't play games with the lives of the innocent!" She calls out, as she holds back- she has no desire to destroy any other life form. She strikes again- disabling strikes. Pulling back only once she's certain that Metallo won't be any more danger.

Now, it was time to take care of the rest. Batman was all but ignored- she'd read plenty about the Batman. She assumes he can take care of himself.

She looks to Cyberdragon as he grabs her, eyes narrowing. "Batman is able to take care of himself." Superwoman states, "We have other criminals to stop." She notes, as she then speeds towards the other SWAT van full of individuals- prepared to continue the fight in Batman's absence.

Batman has posed:
Metallo remains conscious, but he has barely any motor functions currently operative. He stares at Cyberdragon and Faora while they talk, but he's unable to respond--or even to look away. Whatever opposition he might vocalize, for now, is left unspoken.

On the bridge, the SWAT team slows down before reaching the ice patch. Mister Freeze and the assembled police turn toward the sight of the approaching Superwoman.

"Stop!" Freeze shouts. "In the name of the law!"

Superwoman has posed:
Stop? Not Superwoman. She's already noted the danger in Freeze's weapon. That's her first priority. She tries for a quick flyby, grabbing Freeze's gun as she passes and just tearing it free as she drives forward into the sky, tearing Freeze's weapon apart if she's able to grab it at all.

Cyberdragon has posed:
Cyber will make his flight as he can without breaking the sound barrier. He doesn't need to explain to stark why he broke the sound barrier, and shattered windows. Still he will get to the tower and make sure that he can get MEtallo into the Bunker and secured. He's nursing those ribs nice and tightly as he will have JARVIS lock down all secure files and such. He doesn';t want to explain to Tony why some of his weapons or such got stolen in blueprints. Once he is sure that MEtallo is stable he places him in a force field and security area with full defences and then leaves a message for Tony hoping to god he gets it.

At thios point he grabs a shot of painkiller from a medical kit to head back, still it will take time to get back to Gotham.

Batman has posed:
"I /said/--" Mister Freeze shouts, even while Superwoman deftly flies past him, taking his weapon with her. The hose that attaches the gun to his backpack hisses out coolant.

"--stop...?" he finishes, looking at his empty hand.

"Whoever you are," Freeze adds, looking around for wherever the heroine has gone, "you are obstructing justice. We /will/ take you in if need be." He points to the GCPD label across his chest.

The SWAT team, meanwhile, works to set up a line of defense in the direction Superwoman had traveled, automatic rifles, RPGs, and an incendiary-shell shotgun at the ready.

Superwoman has posed:
Superwoman returns to float over the whole of the GCPD. "Police officers look out for the good of the people." she states simply, arms crossing over her chest as she looks down at the group. "You have overstepped the bounds of acceptable law enforcement personnel. You are causing panic in the streets, and causing harm to those law enforcement have sworn to protect." Her voice drips with venom- almost hatred. "So, I ask you- and answer carefully for it will determine how I proceed: Whom do you serve?"

Batman has posed:
"And what legal authority are you speaking on behalf of to make such an accusation?" Freeze replies in a calm tone. "If you have a complaint, you can file it with the Commissioner. The legally appointed Commissioner. Whom we all work for." He points to the label on his chest again. "We are the law in Gotham."

While he stands with his arms at his sides, the coolant hose still hissing behind him, the other assembled police officers stand tense and at the ready for all hell to break loose.

Cyberdragon has posed:
Cyberdragon rockets back across the sky as a slight light trails behind him and he will narrows his eyes lookinga round the area as he had wanted to avoid tackling the Police as he trusts Batman to survive, and take care of himself as he soars through the Air. And then behind that Policie line comes a Shower of plasma bolts. As the Dragon fires off from his hands a number of shots that when they impact the ground explode into the sound of flaash bang grenades. Enough to start really screwing with people's sense.

Once the Lightshow is over the Dragon says, "They work for a Madman The JOKER's some how taken over the Cities police, These guys are escaped criminals on Joker's Pay role!" he calls out to Superwoman.

Superwoman has posed:
"The commissioner does not dictate the law. He is a servant of them. The moment he- and by extension each of you- broke the laws laid down in the books of Gotham City, you became a criminal element masquerading under the positions of power. You have- by your admission- followed the unlawful orders of such an individual." Superwoman shouts now, "I am making a citizen's arrest under the common law rule that any private person may make a warrentless arrest there in for a felony, misdermeanoer, or a breach of the peace. You are ordered to throw down your weapons, or I will be forced to act within the law based on a force continuum. You have all decided and dictated that this will be a situation of *deadly* force." She speaks with such contempt. "MAKE YOUR DECISION!"

Batman has posed:
"We have been pursuing a criminal element active in the city," Mister Freeze replies. "And at no point have we broken the law." His voice remains calm and cool. "If you are to suggest that the commissioner does not dictate the law, then I must also point out that you are not a judge seated in court to interpret it."

A curt message comes over the police band: "It's done," a deep, growling voice says.

Freeze smiles thinly and without warmth, even as his eyes glance to the sudden arrival of the Cyberdragon. "I must inform you that our entire conversation is being recorded for the public good. Should you continue to threaten the lives of police officers, we will make sure that you are held accountable for it." He turns and nods to his colleagues.

In response, they begin standing down, moving their hands off their triggers and placing their weapons back in the SWAT truck.

"If you wish to escalate the situation, let it be known that you are threatening deadly force against officers of the law--in a circumstance where it cannot possibly be interpreted as self-defense."

Cyberdragon has posed:
Eyes blaze with power and light as the Dragon hovers in the air Wing moving to keep him aloft as he says. "If you for one brief moment think that you have finished off the batman you are making a serious error in judgement." The Dragon says and then with a Smirk, "If you think we respect the fact that the Joker is the commmionier of this city justcause of some insane scheme he has, You are loonier than he is. You have nothing in your weapons that can harm A Kryptonian, and between her and me, there is nothing you have that can stop us."

The Dragon says, "So unless you want to end up in body casts. I suggest you drop those weapons and allow Superwoman to take you to a place you won't get free from." The Dragon is also keeping a keen watch on the area around him dispite looking down at them. He has no idea if they have more of that glowing material and if they do they will have him to deal with.

Superwoman has posed:
Faora's eyes narrow. "I have heard enough." she says, "I will be watching and listening to every single thing you do. Police or not, you are not above the law." she takes a slow, even breath. "Any breach of the public trust. Any breach of the law and I will immediately take action as a member of the public. I suggest you- the GCPD- act in accordance with the law, wholly and completely. Suggesting that you are ignorant of the law will not be an excuse." she floats then still, arms crossed across her chest. "I will personally put every officer under Citzen's Arrest from this moment forward should there be any breach of law. *Any* breach of law."

Batman has posed:
In response, Mister Freeze says nothing, but gestures to the other officers. They slowly get in their cruisers and the SWAT truck. Freeze himself stands on the entry step of the truck, staring at Superwoman with an occasional glance at Cyberdragon. As he grips the handrail next to his step, he offers only one final comment: "We shall see."

Then, the cars begin to retreat. Mister Freeze continues staring at the heroes until the truck is far enough away that his gaze is no longer visible.

Cyberdragon has posed:
The moment the police are completely out fo view the Dragon goes to the ground behind a bush and instantly drops to one knee holding the left side of his body, as if he is in serious pain. The Painkillers haven't taken full effect, as he is now on one knee panting and trying to keep himself composed.

Looking to Superwoman assuming she hasa not left. "Joker is the commissioner of Gotham, He's a lunatic escapee from the Arkham asylum, calling him a mad man is being too nice." he says holding himself before he forces himself to stand up. "I am not sure what the hell is going on but I been working to disarm most of the gangs." he says

Superwoman has posed:
"This is clearly an issue that troubles me. The police should not behave in this manner." In truth, it reminds Faora too much of her own guilt regarding how she- a servant of the people- betrayed them so completely. How almost followed a madman into power. Her fists clench. "I have work to do." she says, looking over to Dragon. "I will be keeping watch over Gotham."

With that, Superwoman looks up and she's off- a blur of black and silver and white. Off to fight for Justice.
