Kid has posed:
    It's two am and where does one begin? Thinking of the nightmares again. The silent sound of hopelessness...wants to follow Kid to bed...and so he finds himself keeping up this night, hoping to avoid the frights sleeping brought with it. He made his way from Midtown where the UN embassy was all the way down to Hells Kitchen. Dark, downtrodden, crime ridden. Ahhh, nothing like the feeling of home!

Kid climbed up onto the roofs of one of the taller more....unapproachable apartment complexes to gaze up at the night sky. The kid was still full of rage, and fear. But at least the night sky was nice to see. The various constalations, the infinite expanse the giant glowing 8 point violent star...wait..
    The oversized gorilla takes a double take and stares at the massive violet construct just hanging up there. Alien invasion? Fungus the violeting part two? Some mutants idea of a rather funny prank? He doesn't know, doesn't much care, he simply watches it for a few moments in wonder.

Star Sapphire has posed:
The eight-point star only was there for a few minutes. And if one looked at the construct through a telepscope, a human figure could be visible in the center of it. She descends down towards the city, looking for someone of interest. Trouble. Something unusual... a... gorilla? Curious, she sets course and lands on the rooftop. A woman glowing the exact hue of violet as the now-gone construct, and wearing its emblem on what little clothing she has on. She studies the gorilla before her. Then, her ring translating to the gorilla's tongue, she states, "Hello there."

Ekaterina Vespucci has posed:
On a building adjoining Kid a small woman with large cornflower blue almost anime size eyes looks up at the night's sky through a large reflector telescope. To look at the woman one can only conclude that she had help getting the telescope up to the roof. She is most likely not very strong. Despite her proximity to the Gorilla and the Violet lantern she has yet to notice them - as stand outish as they may be on a night like this. In fact she seems entranced by the stars she is viewing through her telescope.

Kaydin LeGraize has posed:
    The sound of spray painting is heard on a nearby building. It was a picture of Iron man flying into the sky. He stops long enough to appear and looks up to the nearby rooftop. He then blurs out and climbs up there. Relatively easily thanks to the speedforce. He looks to the various people and chuckles. "Stop me if you heard this one, A lantern and a Gorilla walk into a bar."

Kid has posed:
    Kid raises an eyebrow as Star Sapphire sounds like a gorilla. Kid signs, his watch speaking in his place "Yea, pinky, I do not know who the hell you are, but I am not in the mood for bull crap, so just speak normal or whatever" fun fact - Kid is a gorilla who doesn't know how to speak gorilla.
    And than in comes Kaydin. A speedster judging by the way those brainwaves are comming "....and here I thought I would get some peace" he signs. Though he does lean sideays to see a black haired lady with a telescope. He signs to them both "Well, how bout you two make yourself not completly useless and get the lady with the telescope. Seems good for the star gazing" he signs with not an ounce of humor in his face as he does so.

Star Sapphire has posed:
Star Sapphire frowns at the lack of response. "Oh - you speak English. Or your watch does. I apologize. I was just trying to help." She ponders, creating a construct ramp from Ekaterina's position to where the other three are. "My name is Star Sapphire. I... I have been a way for a while. I... thought I'd show off my return by flashing my emblem into the sky." She glances at the speedster. "Hello there." She waves to the black-haired girl. "Hey you, come join us!" she calls.

Ekaterina Vespucci has posed:
The small woman looks up from her star gazing, "Huh?" she says looking at the gorilla and the two super powered individuals with confusion her already large eyes growing to twice their size. She then breaks into a charming smile. "Hey there - I was just looking at this giant purple thing in the sky. I wonder who put that there."

Kaydin LeGraize has posed:
    "Looks pink to me." Kaydin says as he looks to the gorilla and just shakes his head. "Calm down. World doesnt revolve around your whim." He says as he blurs out and comes back with a slushie which he slurps on. "Name's Kaydin. I am an starving artist. Do murals on buildings for heroes." He says gesturing to his work down below.

Star Sapphire has posed:
Star Sapphire smiles. "I'm sorry for interrupting your stargazing. I made that VIOLET construct," she muses. "Don't you guys ever look at rainbows these days?" She smiles. "I'm like the Green Lanterns... only... use a different emotion to power myself."

Kid has posed:
    Kid points at STar Sapphire as if to indicate she was the one to put it there before signing to Ekaterina "Can we use your telescope?". He than looks at said Star Sapphire and signs "Help with what? Ain't like there a fire here" with a growl. His entire body language twisted in a way that yells annoyance and anger "ANyways, McShoweyson, do me a favor and do not show off up here - don't much care who you are, where you came from or whatever...I am just looking for a nice peaceful, preferably copless, heroeless, nightmareless night. Can you handle that?" his eyes seem to simply buldge.
    That out of the way he flops down on the ground and signs towards Kaydin "Yea yea. And the skies blue, water dry, and deserts are filled with sand. What's your point?" he does however look at the mural and at the very least has the decency to sign "Good job. Though judging by the look of it...might be the angle were at, but your arm proportions may need some work." from angry ape to...decent critique? The world may not revolve around his whims, but he beat to his own drum clearly. Though he does glance at Star again as she explans herself. Judging by the look on his face...he had zero idea what she was talking about.

Kaydin LeGraize has posed:
    "You think?" Kaydin says as he looks down at the angle he was at and sighs. "Didnt account for the rooftop nearby. I will do better next time, provided professor grey doesnt steal my paint." Kaydin mutters as he smiles at the woman and offers a hand. "I am Kaydin. This is one of those lanterns that do space cop stuff. That is a gorilla, he is kinda grouchy."

Ekaterina Vespucci has posed:
"Sono la Contessa Ekateria Vespucci," the small woman curtsies, "Call me Kat. I am a not so starving artist - planning on making this building into a gallery as soon as it is refurbished. Nice mural Kaydin - Here take my card if you want to take your art to the next level." Looking at the two others. "I am not disturbed and you can use my Telescope if you wish."

Kid has posed:
    Kid groans and signs "Seriously? Another good rundown apartment building being ruined. Of course!" he really was a cranky gorilla. None the less he takes the telescope setting it up carefully. He signs "Anyways, thanks for the scope. Kat" he was making minor adjustments to the scope...with his foot, as he used his hands to sign. Dude got balance. "Well starving artist, if you need to know which dumpster got the best grub, I can show you the ropes. Personly love picking in china town." his stomech growls at that moment. Mabey he SHOULD eat himself!

Star Sapphire has posed:
Star Sapphire blinks. "I am not... a space cop." She sighs. "The Green Lanterns gave themselves that role. And... some of them do it competently. The Star Sapphires march to a different drum. That of love." She then hears that growl. "Well. Why don't I go fetch some midnight snacks? Name your pleasure and I'll see what I can do."

Kaydin LeGraize has posed:
    Kaydin takes the card and looks it over and pockets it. He then looks to Kid. "You know the china town dumpsters are pretty good pickings. My old man used to take the kids out looking through dumpsters back home." Ah memories. He then looks to Star Sapphire and nods. "Snacks are good. Sure! whatever you bring I will be happy with." He says with a happy smile.

Ekaterina Vespucci has posed:
"Ooo get some of those Italian doughnuts with the hazelnut paste in them they are the best and there is a coffeeshop nearby which has them. Let me get my purse." Kat's eyes expand as she talks about one of her favorite snacks. She pulls a small roll of money - way too much actually and hands it to Star Sapphire. "What kind of stuff can you do with Love power?"

Kid has posed:
"Seriosuly...love as a power source? That just sounds stupid and dumb. Like love does anything good" he signs with a disgruntle snort. He clearly didn't think much of love...for one reason or another. But at the mention of food.... "I ain't picky" Kid sign "But peferably raw meat, even a cow brain would be a nice treat." and he was completly and utterly serious "Otheriwse...whatever comes." he shrugs and looks to Kaydin and smirks signing "Guess yer not such frsh blood after all" he turns the telescope for a few moments watching them. Though he was off to the side prepared to let others have a turn.

Star Sapphire has posed:
Star Sapphire smiles. "Italian doughnuts, raw meat, and... snacks." She smiles and flies away. But she left something behind. A small quad-copter drone construct that's hocvering there, looking at the three of you. It is marked iwth her eight-point star.

Kaydin LeGraize has posed:
    "You know in some states, Cow's brain is a delicacy. they make burgers with it." Kaydin says as he watches the copter and smiles. "See she can do space cop stuff like make stuff. The green lanterns do it all the time, they use some sort of magic ring thingy and it makes stuff." Kaydin says as he slurps his slushie. He then offers either them a sip of it.

Kid has posed:
Kid remember his preciouse mango slurpie from the other night. He shakes his head. He than signs "Delicacy eh? I just consider it normal food" though he none the less attempts to grab the drone with interest, wishing to try and take it apart.

Ekaterina Vespucci has posed:
"Seem's like I am the most mundane person on thsi roof - strange that we should all converge here," Kat lies - but to introduce the idea that she was more or less The Black Queen and Apocalpses bratty little sister didn't go down well with people especially if believed. "Cow brains - isn't that dangerous to digest - a disease trap?"

Kid has posed:
"Mabey for humans it is. But I never had a problem. Sides I ain't exactly a normal rilla" green skin, and golden fur on his back was a give away of that. He peers through the telescope and signs "Mundane is relative. Everything weirdis normal, everything normal is weird. It is all a matter of perspective."

Kaydin LeGraize has posed:
    "Tell me about it. Used to date a martian. I still wonder where she went." Kaydin says as he looks through the telescope at the stars. "I never could understand stargazing. I would rather go visit the place, you know?" He says with a bit of a chuckle.

Star Sapphire has posed:
Star Sapphire comes back with a whole construct platter. She has a fresh cow brain for Kid, those donuts for Kat, a hotdog for Kaydin, and a fresh chimichanga for herself. She smiles softly. "Know what the first thing I did once I got my ring?" she asks softly. "I visited the Apollo 11 landing site. It was very awe-inspiring." She smiles faintly, the construct drone vanishing.

Kaydin LeGraize has posed:
    Kaydin takes his hotdog and begins to eat it happily. He smiles and nods. "I bet that would be a great place to visit. I dont think I ever will leave earth, so not sure how you lanterns can do it all the time." He says as he watches Star

Ekaterina Vespucci has posed:
"I suppose," Kat says smiling sweetly as was her custom - her angelic little face turns to Kaydin. "You dated a martian? I would love to hear that story if you are willing?" Kast accepts the food with grateful eyes. Her face is very expressive - you don't need to be a telepath to see what she thinks. "Very interesting where did you go after that?" she asks Star Sapphire.

Kid has posed:
Kid blinks and sign "You daited...a martian?" he asks. Now THAT was something "ANyways, I like stargazing for it seemless infinity. No limits, no stops. Much like he depthless oceans" he shrugs. It was comforting to him. And he needed some as grouchy as he was.
    And as viciouse...cause no sooner than that fresh cow brain appeared than Kid went total carnivore...as he ate it with the gusto of a savage. No skull between him and his meal made him a happy man. But he at least did sign a small "Thanks" before digging in.

Star Sapphire has posed:
Star Sapphire smiles softly. "Can I see that telescope?" she asks softly. "I'd want to show you something." She adjusts it, her ring flashing to guide her hand, then pulls back. "There. I've been there." She points. Looking inside, one would see an unusual star that seems to emit violet light in a very unusual fashion. "That is the Zamaron system."

Kaydin LeGraize has posed:
    Kaydin looks to the telescope and moves to let the others look. "Is that where your headquarters is?" Kaydin asks curiously as he smiles at Kat and Kid. "Dating her was really not that different from dating any other girl. I do miss her sometimes though. Still she is happy somewhere." He says as he looks to the sky.

Kid has posed:
Kid looks through the telescope and peers at the unsual star. He cants his head and signs "Zamaron system eh? Well seems you have gone quite a few lightyears away from earth" he passesitto Ekaterina to take a look herself

Ekaterina Vespucci has posed:
Kat scoffs her Italian doughnuts, "Hmf ist so goodf," she says with a mouth full of food, "Thanksf for food..." she mumbles at Star Sapphire. "I haven't dated in so long," Kat looks to be about 19 to early twenties so how long is so long one might have to question. She merely wait4s for Star Sapphire to reply to the question. And sure she takes a look through the telescope. Not worth revealiong that she can see the system even without her telescope given her enhanced perception.

Star Sapphire has posed:
Star Sapphire smiles softly. "I should be going - I have stuff to do in the morning. Always busy." She smiles as she rises up, and then rockets away, a violet gleam going tothe heart of Metropolis.
