Green Arrow has posed:
Midnight. Brittania Beach.

Interrogations from previous raids have yielded results. It took some time, but Green Arrow had found the leader from the Warehouse quickly, and managed to get a time and a place from him where weapon smuggling was taking place. The dockyards have plenty of sewer system and warehouses to hide in... so searching them would take weeks. Unless you know what you're looking for already.

There were a number of locations to deal with, but this one was the easiest to trail without being noticed. The smugglers used a sewer inlet to get into the city itself, before coming up into the warehouse district to a random one. Green Arrow and Black Canary have been waiting on the roof of one of those warehouses for them for hours; their information gave a time, and a place... but this was not a meeting, it was a hand off.

Laying on the edge of the warehouse, the green suited emerald archer had been watching the sewer cover in the middle of the dockyard for the entire time, "Not very punctual. That, or the gangbanger lied to us." Green Arrow offhandedly commented, his voice distorter in full effect.

Black Canary has posed:
Black Canary nods slowly, adjusting her mask, still getting used to it. Canary wears black as befitting her name with long blonde hair. She has no need of a voice synthesizer - she has masterful control of her vocal cords and her voice while in costume is literally different than in civvies. "Or our informant was found out and is right now being brutally tortured... or is swimming in the bay with cement shoes." She shrugs. "Do people still do that or was that too cliche from the 1930s?"

Kid has posed:
Kid after recent...conversation with folks, has taken to tyring a new style of hunting. One where he goes for the more criminaly inclined than anything else. Hanging around various neighborhood, reading thoughs and being in the right place at the right time, he finds out about this particularly drop off. Out of the way, out of sight, it was worth checking out.

Kid was for now psychically cloaked, becomming invisible to most beings in essence. But still, he moved quietly, stealthly as an extra precaution to see what kind of trouble they were dealing with in the warehouse. Though he was for now unaware of Green Arrow and Black Canary in the vacinity.

Green Arrow has posed:
"My informant is safely in the bunker. He's not being brutally tortured unless I'm the one doing it." Green Arrow notes to Black Canary as he watches through the electronic binoculars. "The gang itself is broken up now after the explosion. Still, tha-" Green Arrow stops mid-sentence as the cover is opened, and a half dozen figures start to come out of it, one at a time. What looks like a security guard walks over... and casually holds out his hand. A roll of bills is slapped into that hand silently, before the man nods and heads back to his post.

Before long, straps are being pulled out of the sewer manhole as small crates are brought up, "looks like this is the one. He didn't know where they go, just 'some warehouse'. Which means we need to follow them." Green Arrow grumps.

Black Canary has posed:
Black Canary sighs. "Oh great. Why is it that all of these missinos end up with at least one dive into a sewer?" she mutters sarcastically. She gets her escrima sticks, thinking she might need them as she smiles. "After you, Green." She tenses, stretching, and gets ready to sprint after her partner.

Kid has posed:
Kid let out a disastisfied grunt as he saw ALL those people in their. Well this made things harder. But going back would make him a whimp. He carefully makes his way closer towards the warehouse, mindful not to bump into anything or anyone, waiting for an opening to the sewers. Way to many to take on togeahter.

Green Arrow has posed:
"Wait. They're supposed to go to a warehouse. This is just part of the route." Green Arrow notes to Black Canary, before he stands up onto a knee, taking the staff on his backpack and hitting the button to transition it to a compound bow. A neural command to the quiver constructs a zipline arrow, and he takes it, ready to bring the duo over. "Taking them out in the open like this means they'll have plenty of directions to scatter."

After a moment of discussion amongst themselves as the crates are pulled out, about four crates in all are in view, before their wheels are popped out, and the group heads southwards. "I thought they'd go more inland for a sale.... Maybe there's something more to this." Green Arrow mutters, before he starts to silently crouch-walk his way across the rooftop of the warehouse he and Black Canary are on, heading south, "I see at least three zipline points from here. We can keep up."

Black Canary has posed:
Black Canary has her own binoculars as she is watching the situation down below. "Yeah... let's try for something more contained. That way we can make sure to round them all up." She smiles faintly. "I've been practicing my singing voice. Also... I've been training with your old bow in the Quiver. Figured it might come in handy. More of a melee girl myself, but sometimes a more... subtle... ranged attack could be useful." She waits for her companion to fire the zipline, ready to 'zip'.

Kid has posed:
Kid was now becomming curiouse. What were in those crates? What where they doing? It seemed mighty important. Probably drugs or weapons, probably both. He considers this a moment...and decides to continue to follow this group of folks. Though he begins to peer into the minds of those by the crate, trying to gleam any infomation as he looks around to see whatelse may be going on.

Green Arrow has posed:
The arrow is readied... and when the group turns a corner, it's fired at an outcropping on the rooftop where they disappeared from. The arrow digs into the material and automatically secures itself with discreet drills. The other end is normally kept attached to his backpack or his belt... and is instead detached, the ending device is shoved down into the rooftop, allowing the drills to secure there as well. "Hang on." Green Arrow states, offering an arm for Black Canary to slide into while his other hand moves for the pulley controls.

The group themselves are still heading southward. Apparently, the sewer manhole was a bit far from their destination... though they turn west after a moment, heading directly for the door for one of the warehouses.

Black Canary has posed:
Black Canary nods as she watches the zipline be deployed so rapidly, and slides into Green Arrow's arm in a half-embrace as the two begin to slide down the zipline towards the destination. "This is always so fun, flying through the air like this..." She smiles softly. "I love doing this - saving the city with just you and me... my voice and your bow, the perfect combination." Soon enough the two arrive as she gets some cover, looking for bad guys or... anything. She then frowns, thinking she hears something, but doesn't see anything.

Kid has posed:
Kid doesn't seem to get much when he tries to read the thoughts of the various folks within the building itself, and so he pays more attention to what was happening around the area. As he does so...he manages to notice Two people zipping across the warehouses. They were either friends or foe....after weighing the options, he makes his decision.
He tries to seek out the minds above the roof, that of Arrow and Canary, to try and send a simple message to them. o O ("Well this is either going to get me killed, or help...but yea folks here to kick some butt?") guess he find out if he reached the right people soon as he pay extra attention to surfac thoughts.

Green Arrow has posed:
Dropping onto the rooftop silently, Green Arrow released Black Canary... his hand reaching out to the arrow anchored into the outcropping. A button is pressed, and the zipline itself detaches from the rooftop the duo just left. A small mechanical reel embedded into the arrow pulls the wire visibly back into itself, before detaching the anchoring points from the head of the arrow. Recycled, the arrow is taken back and readied on the bow once more, "You have no idea how much work it is to make these." Green Arrow quips as he moves over to the edge of the rooftop towards where the group is.

Ten seconds later, the group enters the side entrance to a warehouse, disappearing from view. Nothing is in view... but Kids voice fills Green Arrow and Black Canary's mind. Green Arrow immediately replaces the grapnel arrow into his quiver, taking out a normal arrow as the quiver receiver finishes it's work, "You hear that?" Green Arrow asks of Black Canary, searching near the edge for newcomers.

Black Canary has posed:
Black Canary takes a deep breath, as she looks around. "That wasn't a voice," she murmurs softly, shaking her head. "But yes. I think there's a telepath around. Sounds like someone wanting to help." She ponders as she looks around. "Either it's going to be someone useful or someone whom if we let them follow will get us killed." She sighs softly as she looks around, concentrating, thinking strongly that she is Black Canary and is wanting to meet the one who is offering assistance - seeing if just that thought would draw out the one who sent it.

Kid has posed:
Kid senses the thought and takes a deep breath. Holding multiple telepathic illusions was no easy feet! He slips further back into away from the group and into a spot with better coverage. Now just concentrating on his 'Malcolm' illusion instead of invisibility, he has an easier time projecting. A avatar of Malcolm appears on the roof, a comfortable distance away from the pair o O O ("Yea, sort of a 50 50 ain't it? I am willing to lend a hand mainly because it seems were both after something here. You can take it or leave it. If nothing else, I am sure I can take the scraps and just leave you two to it") he wasn't going to argue.

Green Arrow has posed:
"I don't like it. That's an unknown quantity that hasn't worked with the team before, and doesn't know how we operate. Mental sorts don't like to develop their physical skills in my experience." Green Arrow states with a bit of caution. Then, Kid projects up onto the rooftop.

The arrow is immediately readied and aimed, though not fired. Yet. "Depends on what you're after." Green Arrow offers in reply to 'Malcolm', his voice distorter keeping his identity obscured as much as the hood and domino mask do, "We're after information, following the group to their stash. They're a group of smugglers arming gangbangers in the city."

Black Canary has posed:
Black Canary shrugs. "Well... he's here. Not like we can get rid of him without a fight. And such a fight would blow our cover." She turns to gaze at Malcolm. "This is Green Arrow, I am Black Canary." She sighs softly. "Try not to get in our way. We are doing this for the good of Starling City. Don't worry - if you turn on us we will put you down." She glances to Green Arrow, eyebrow raised.

Kid has posed:
Ironicly while Kid was able to project an avatar, he couldn't actually see that an arrow was pointed at him. The projection merely being there via his targets perception instead of his own. "What I am after I rather keep to myself for now...and you might even find it beneficial if infomation is what your after. Regardless..trust me this illusion is not just for show, I can handle myself in a fight just fine. Not know soldier, but can fight thugs none the less"
The illusion looks to Canary "Well Ms.Canary, you in a matter of fact can get rid of me without a fight, I ain't looking for more trouble than needed. Like I said, you can take it or leave if. If you leave it...I'll just pick up the scraps and let you two at it" the illusion crosses his arms "If you decide I may accompany you, just think loud, otherwise...I will keep out of your way" and with that the illusion dissappears.
