Synopsis:	Red Robin asks Black Canary to help with a Project of his.

Red Robin has posed:
Gotham at night, and Red Robin picked a good spot for a meetup, a High rooftop overlooking the docks, he has prevented quite alot of contraband through thease docks, and the crimerate from said docks has gone down, slowly, but it's dropping.

Though the Meetup is somthing of a differant flavor all together. Red Robin waits on Black Canary, a person he feels he can trus,t and who's tactical mind could match his, a proposition for her that some people might not take seriously, but said proposition involves and Idea that Tim is very serious about.

Black Canary has posed:
And suddenly, there she is. For one with a reputation of being loud, she is rather sneaky. "You wanted to see me? A little bat told me." She hmmms. "Okay, a not-so-little bat." She raises an eyebrow, adjusting her domino mask like it's still not quite comfortable. She leans against a wall, apparently not bothered by the cold Gotham night even in fishnet leggings.

Red Robin has posed:
"Yeah, I have a favor to ask of you." Red Robin says though his voice modulator still on, but he turns to look at her and turns it off. "I'm looking to come out of the Bat's shadow, There's more I can do without having that looming over me, I mean, he is and always will be a father figure to me, but still. Even with skills and weapons and everything else, a robin is still a robin." he says as he steps closer so he can lower his voice. "I'm going to change my moniker, as well as starting a new group... I ah... was wondering if you'd like to help me with that?" he says as he looks at her.

Black Canary has posed:
Black Canary hmmmmms softly. "A new group, huh?" she asks. "I have a rather full dance card right now. Team Arrow in Starling - setting up shop here - the occasional SHIELD liaison assignment... I'm listening to your proposal." She watches you intently, noting that you stopped using your modulator. Of course, she's not speaking with her normal voice. Being a sonic metahuman lets you do all sorts of tricks. She has extensive practice in a completely different voice for when she's Canary verses her normal self. A deeper but still feminine voice.

Red Robin has posed:
Red Robin turns and leans against the wall next to her, mostly so he can keep an eye on the port. "Ever notice how the birds of Prey or the Batman Family really don't do much work outside of gotham and bludhaven? The avengers are run by the government, shield more exactly, and the JLA, well, they mostly monitor the whole globe for flashpoints. And I know the JLA monitors the Titans." he says with a smirk. "But there's an element missing, the tri-state area is rife with crime, all over, and focusing on one section isn't conductive, I'm making a stratigec group to fovus on the big problems, take them down, and maybe cut out abit of the crime from it's source. Fisk, Falcone, others of that nature who can actualy afford to hire criminals who are more than just street thugs." he says as he turns his head to look at her. "I'm going to build it from the ground up, and I would like you to help me train them."

Black Canary has posed:
Black Canary raises an eyebrow. "So you've done your homework on me," she muses softly. "I would have to consider such an offer. I know that you probably want to recruit younger heroes for this. Do you even have a name for your group yet? But as for the training - I can train in martail arts."

Red Robin has posed:
Red Robin smiles. "Outsiders." he says and turns his head to look at her giving her a grin. "Of course I have, Martial arts, Tactics... and also you like to collect and arrainge flowers." he says with a smile.

Black Canary has posed:
Black Canary blinks. "Oh... your brief was comprehensive... a little too much," she muses softly. "Well, you wouldnt' want me in a command role of this, would you? A trainer would be fine - part-time."

Red Robin has posed:
"Would you expect anything less?" Red Robin says with a smile as he turns his Modulator on and tosses her a small cellphone. "I'll contact you on this phone when things are settled." He says as he pushes off the wall and walks to the roof's edge. "Oh and Canary, be safe." he says before grappeling away.

Black Canary has posed:
Black Canary raises an eyebrow. "Very well..." she mutters soflty, gingerly putting the phone away. She snorts. "So much like the Bat," she muses as she climbs down the building using the fire escape, then gets to her Harley. Train a bunch of kids, huh? It's been a while.
